Abstract

This article aims to find a feasible concept of integrated knowledge for pesantren-based higher education. This research is essential considering the issue of the integration of knowledge is still challenging for most educational institutions in Indonesia, especially higher education and pesantren. Higher education emphasizes the importance of general science based on research and methodology. it is important to adopt pesantren that emphasize Islamic teachings and building character. This research is based on a literature study where the data is taken from documents such as books, journals, and papers. The data analysis steps in this research are reducing data, presenting or displaying data, and verifying data or conclusions. The theistic science of Guessoum and the integration interconnection of Abdullah’s approach potentially solve this problem hence a comprehensive study on these theories is required. The outcome is the concept of integrated knowledge namely the integration of theistic science. It offers the development of general science based on the Divinity modern sciences. The integration of theistic science implemented in pesantren-based higher education should involve the aspects of philosophical foundation, the scope of integration, and educational goals.

Abstract

This article described that textbooks used in higher education as a part of the standards of learning material. The learning material did not meet the national standards of higher education if universities did not have a learning material in the form of textbook. One important aspect in writing a textbook was its compliance with grammar. This article attempted to analyze the syntactic errors contained in the textbook, al-Mahir al-Istima fi Tatbiq wa al-Kalam, published by Center of Language Development at IAIN Surakarta. The forms of syntactic errors and the correction of the errors were the focuses of this research. This study used the error analysis. The research found  that a syntactic error found in the reading passages were eight forms of errors in isim isyarah (the most one), na‘at-man‘ut, fa‘il, isim maushul, jawab syarat, khabar, ‘athaf-ma‘thuf, and na’ib al-fa‘il. Lastly, this textbook was therefore recommended to be revised.

Abstract

The article discusses the analysis of errors in the pronunciation of Arabic letters in members of the IAIN Surakarta’s PSM. This study describes: 1) the form of errors in the pronunciation of Arabic letters; and 2) factors causing the occurrence of pronunciation errors in Arabic letters. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method by analyzing the pronunciation errors in singing Qasidah songs. The research findings that 1) The form of pronunciation mistakes made on al-halaq (ع) mistakes made by respondents in the pronunciation of Arabic letters amounted to 6 errors. 2) Forms of pronunciation errors in al-lisan (ش، ض، ط، ص), pronunciation mistakes made amounted to 2-6 errors. Causes of errors or difficulties in pronouncing the letters al-halaq (throat) and al-lisan (tongue), among others: 1) The influence of mother tongue or first language. 2) Lack of reading practice. 3). There are still many members who aren’t graduated from Islamic boarding schools. These findings can be concluded the misreading of the Arabic letters in singing Qasidah, occurs due to the limitations of the IAIN Surakartas PSM members in pronouncing Arabic pronunciations and still being influenced by the mother tongue and limitations in adding material about pronunciation related to Arabic.

Abstract

It is the fact that religious extracurricular learning is done differently and variously by each educational unit level. The interesting phenomenon happens in which is a learning process of religious education extracurricular at a high school of MTA Surakarta. The high school is registered as the list of the fifty leading Islamic high school in Indonesia. This study of educational ideology analyzes is found that at the MTA high school is implemented the integral curriculum structure, that is national curriculum combined with diniyah curriculum . Although it is still in a small portion of the diniyah curriculum made as its core curriculum. The Islamic extracurricular activities are implemented in various forms , such as the recitation on Sunday morning , a special recitation , Arba’in Hadith studies and Riyadlus Shalihin, khitobah , BTA , Tahsin , Tahfidz , Muhadasah, and Tasyji’ul Lughoh and Nafar Ramadan.

Abstract

Image is an important element for the institution as a reflection of the institution's quality in the eyes of the community. Part of the institution that functions to form an image is public relations (PR). This study aims to explain the role of public relations in improving the image of Islamic universities in Central Java. The two universities selected as research objects are UIN (Universitas Islam Negeri) Raden Mas Said Surakarta and UIN Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto. The two institutions transformed IAIN (Institut Agama Islam Negeri) into UIN in 2021. The research approach used was qualitative. This study resulted that the two universities functioned in public relations to improve the institution's image. In addition, public relations also performed as a means of da'wah, considering that both universities are Islamic religious colleges.

Abstract

This research is to (1) describe the application of the curriculum for teaching speaking skills in the Arabic language teaching book for the second intermediate grade of the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs in 2020. (2) to describe the advantages and disadvantages of the curriculum for teaching speaking skills in the Arabic language teaching book for the second intermediate grade. (3) knowing how to analyze the curriculum for teaching speaking skills in the book on teaching the Arabic language for the second intermediate grade. This research is based on descriptive analysis methods. This research indicates that the book's approach to teaching speaking skills includes four elements: objectives, content, teaching methods, and evaluation. Data collection techniques used in this research include the collection of data sources, data collection, data analysis, and interpretation of results. As a consequence of this study, the book's speaking skill teaching methodology consists of four components: objectives, content, teaching strategies, and evaluation. These are the outcomes of the examination of the book's speaking skills training method: that the information is acceptable based on the criteria of excellent content, the listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities are presented in a good order, Data analysis techniques used in this research: Data limitations, data display, and conclusions, and the core and fundamental competencies meet the requirements of good competence. With a disclaimer that neither at the middle nor after the semester does this book assess speaking abilities due to its usage of an intermediate language.

Abstract

Kondisi dan keadaan dunia pendidikan saat dilanda covid 19 mencetuskan kebijakan kementrian pendidikan dan kebudayaan yang merubah kurikulum darikurikulum2013 menjadi kurikulum merdeka dengan tujuan siswa dapat belajar secara mandiri dan menggunakan media digital namun dalam masa peralihan mengalami beberapa problematika sehingga artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan apa saja ploblematika yang terjadi dalam mengimplematisikan kurikulum merdeka khususnya di SDIT Al-Ihsan yang berada di Colomadu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif lapangan dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Problematika implementasi kurikulum merdeka yang terjadi di SDIT Al-Ihsan ialah kurangnya persiapan dari pihak sekolah seperti perencanaan pembelajaran, buku bahan ajar bahasa Arab dan kemampuan guru dalam mendesain pembelajaran. The conditions and circumstances of the world of education when hit by Covid 19 sparked a policy from the Ministry of Education and Culture which changed the curriculum from the 2013 curriculum to an independent curriculum with the aim of students being able to learn independently and using digital media, but during the transition period they experienced several problems, so this article aims to describe what problems are occurring occurred in implementing the independent curriculum, especially at SDIT Al-Ihsan in Colomadu. This research uses qualitative field methods with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. The problem with implementing the independent curriculum that occurs at SDIT Al-Ihsan is the lack of preparation from the school such as lesson plans, Arabic language teaching materials and teachers' ability to design lessons

Abstract

Keberhasilan pengelola dalam mewujudkan keinginan-keinginan individu SDM akan menjadi sarana setiap individu bekerja maksimal untuk mewujudkan tujuan lembaga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa itu manajemen Quality of Work Life dan bagaimana implementasinya di SDIT Muhammadiyah Al-Kautsar Kartasura.. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Analisis deskriptif kualitatif adalah cara analisis yang cenderung menggunakan kata-kata untuk menggambarkan dan mejelaskan fenomena atau data yang diperoleh. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah di SDIT Muhammadiyah Al Kautsar. Metode dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan field research (studi lapangan). Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi lapangan. Data yang diperoleh dari sumber tersebut selanjutnya dianalisis secara kualitatif deskriptif. Quality of work life adalah usaha yang dilakukan pengelola lembaga dalam memenuhi segala keingingan dan kebutuhan karyawan supaya terus berkembang, loyal kepada lembaga dan mau dengan senang hati bekerja keras mencapai tujuan lembaga. Implemntasi kualitas kehidupan kerja di SDIT Muhammadiyah Al-Kautsar Kartasura adalah dengan memberikan berbagai fasilitas sebagai berikut: 1) Pengembangan kompetensi. 2) Penyelesaian konflik.  3) Komunikasi dengan baik. 4) Memberikan jaminan kesehatan kerja. 5) Mengatur keamanan kerja. 6) Kompensasi yang layak dan apresiasi.

Abstract

This study presents findings on developing collaborative peer-based authentic assessment in physics learning. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. The source of research data with secondary data is derived from data from SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten. The data analysis involves collecting, organizing, interpreting, and drawing conclusions from qualitative research data. The research results show that the PCAA model is an assessment of the learning process that can improve higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) and can be applied to improve the quality of education. Collaborative skills, peer assessment, and authentic assessment can improve the quality of education. The Peer Collaborative-Authentic Assessment (PCAA) model assesses Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) learning. HOTS learning can improve education quality, so that the PCAA model can improve the quality of education.

Abstract

Konsep kesehatan didekati sebagai pemenuhan kondisi manusia yang mencakup empat dimensi, yakni fisik, mental, sosial dan spiritual. Optimalisasi kesehatan manusia dapat diupayakan melalui integrasi dengan konsep kesempurnaan manusia yang juga terdiri dari empat sifat, yakni Ad-Diyaanah (agama), Al-Amanah (amanah), Ash-Shiyaanah (penjagaan), dan Ar-Razaanah (ketenangan/keteguhan). Perspektif pendekatan Bayani, Burhani, dan Irfani, perlu dikaji berkaitan dengan model integrasi antara konsep kesehatan dan konsep kesempurnaan pada manusia, agar menjadi pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif. Pendekatan Bayani, Burhani, dan Irfani merupakan Manhaj Muhammadiyah yang telah ditetapkan sejak Tahun 2000 pada Muktamar Muhammadiyah ke-44 di Jakarta, sebagai cara berfikir Islami dalam Pedoman Hidup Islami Warga Muhammadiyah yang menjadi bagian tak terpisahkan dari norma kepribadian warga Muhammadiyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian literatur dengan tujuan mengkaji dimensi-dimensi dan model integrasi konsep kesehatan dan kesempurnaan manusia, dalam perspektif pendekatan Bayani, Burhani dan Irfani sebagai pendekatan cara berfikir warga Muhammadiyah.
