Abstract

ABSTRACTBMT merupakan lembaga keuangan nonbank yang dapat membantu aktivitas masyarakat khususnya dalam hal pembiayaan. Penggunaan pembiayaan yang tidak sesuai dapat menimbulkan minimnya tingkat pengembalian pembiayaan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen pembiayaan pada UJKS BMT Al-Ishlah cabang Arjawinangun dan tingkat pengembalian pembiayaan bermasalah pada UJKS BMT Al-Ishlah cabang Arjawinangun serta pengaruh penerapan manajemen pembiayaan terhadap tingkat pengembalian pembiayaan bermasalah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Untuk memperoleh data informasi yang dibutuhkan dilakukan observasi dan penyebaran angket penelitian kepada 40 responden sebagai sampel, hasil penelitian tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis korelasi, regresi sederhana, koefesien determinasi, dan uji t student dengan bantuan software SPSS V. 21.            Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa penerapan manajemen pembiayaan pada BMT dilihat dari hasil penelitian sebesar 55% dan tingkat pengembalian pembiayaan bermasalah dilihat dari hasil penelitian sebesar 55,75%. Pengaruh  penerapan manajemen  pembiayaan terhadap tingkat pengembalian pembiayaan bermasalah diketahui nilainya sebesar  0,545, artinya memiliki pengaruh yang agak kuat/sedang. Berdasarkan uji t-student diketahui  t hitung = 3,355 dan t tabel = 2,021 yang diperoleh, nilai t hitung lebih besar dari pada t tabel (3,355>2,021), artinya signifikan. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan penerapan manajemen pembiayaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap tingkat pengembalian pembiayaan bermasalah pada UJKS BMT AL-Ishlah cabang Arjawinangun. Analisis koefesien determinasi diperoleh nilai sebesar 20,8% hal ini berarti tingkat pengembalian pembiayaan bermasalah pada UJKS BMT Al-Ishlah cabang Arjawinangun ditentukan oleh nilai 20,8% selebihnya ditentukan oleh faktor lain diluar dari penerapan manajemen pembiayaan pada UJKS BMT Al-Ishlah cabang Arjawinangun yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci : Manajemen Pembiayaan, tingkat pengembalian pembiayaan bermasalah BMT is a nonbank financial institution that can help the community activities, especially in terms of financing. Thus, we can conclude financing management practices significantly influence the rate of return on the financing problems UJKS BMT AL-Islah Arjawinangun branch. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the modernization of Islamic education management at the Al Ma'had Al Islamy Al Ma'ruf Kudus Islamic Boarding School in facing the challenges of the Society 5.0 era. The research uses qualitative methods based on field studies and literature, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The main focus of research includes curriculum updates, digital infrastructure development, increasing human resource competencies, as well as collaboration with industry and other educational institutions. The research results show that Islamic boarding schools have integrated technology in various aspects of management, such as administration, communication and learning, with an approach based on Islamic values. The innovations carried out include providing fast internet access, computer laboratories and digital literacy training programs for staff and students. In addition, the Islamic boarding school curriculum was updated to include relevant subjects, such as entrepreneurship and information technology. This strategy allows Islamic boarding schools to increase operational efficiency, educational relevance and competitiveness in facing changes in the Society 5.0 era. This research contributes to the development of an Islamic boarding school management model that integrates tradition with modern technology-based management practices, ensuring that Islamic boarding schools remain relevant and competitive amidst global dynamics.

Abstract

The main problem addressed in this research is the challenges in implementing supervisory practices based on Islamic principles, particularly due to cultural barriers, lack of understanding, and conflicting values within diverse organizational settings. The objective of the study is to explore strategies for incorporating Islamic values into supervisory practices, focusing on decision-making, conflict resolution, and fostering collaboration. The research adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing a descriptive-analytic method. Data is gathered from literature on Islamic management principles, leadership studies, and empirical cases of supervisory practices in Islamic organizations. The study emphasizes the role of empathy, justice, and integrity in creating a positive work environment. The findings suggest that educating managers on Islamic ethical practices and promoting cultural competence can effectively overcome barriers to implementing Islamic supervisory principles. Integrating Islamic values into management practices improves organizational ethics, enhances employee satisfaction, and fosters a more inclusive and productive work culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan peran Pendidikan Islam terhadap kuasa otoritas kekerasan seksual yang terjadi di lingkungan pesantren, dengan fokus pada relasi kuasa yang timpang antara kyai dan santri perempuan. Studi ini menganalisis kontribusi Pendidikan Islam terhadap hierarki kekuasaan di pesantren yang menyebabkan terjadinya kekerasan seksual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kondisi fisik pondok pesantren sebagian besar kamar santri putri, tidak memiliki jendela yang cukup dan pintu tidak dilengkapi kunci. Kondisi kamar mandi putri pun terbuka dan kurang memadai, sehingga privasi santri kurang terjaga. Setidaknya 15 santri putri telah menjadi korban kekerasan seksual yang dilakukan oleh kyainya. Faktor penyebab yang berpotensi terjadinya kekerasan seksual adanya budaya patriarki masih menjadi fenomena yang menonjol, menempatkan perempuan dalam posisi subordinasi dan rentan. Pada praktik budaya patriarki memperkuat ketidaksetaraan gender, menormalisasi dominasi laki-laki, dan melegitimasi eksploitasi terhadap perempuan. Budaya patriarki kemudian menguatkan relasi kuasa untuk menempatkan pada posisi yang tinggi dan dihormati. Pada situasi dan kondisi inilah santri perempuan menjadi tidak berdaya, bahkan ketika peristiwa itu berlangsung. Dalam lingkungan pesantren dan masyarakat sekitar, kekerasan seksual masih dianggap sebagai isu yang tabu dan memalukan. Hal ini berdampak pada minimnya pelaporan kasus kekerasan seksual yang terjadi di pesantren. Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, akhlak merupakan fondasi utama yang seharusnya diterapkan di pesantren, mencakup: Prinsip Akhlak dan Etika dalam Pendidikan Islam, Implementasi Maqashid Syariah, Penguatan Sistem Pengawasan Berbasis Nilai Islam. Dari sinilah Pendidikan islam, harus terus di tegakkan dengan sungguh-sungguh meskipun di Pondok Pesantren.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the impact of GRDP, PMDN, and FDI on job opportunities in West Java Province, either partially or simultaneously. This study used a quantitative research method which was conducted from January to June 2022. The data used came from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) www.bps.go.id. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Processing flow the collected data is processed with SPSS version 20 and data testing is carried out, namely: Classical Assumption Test, Model Test, and Hypothesis Test. The results showed that GRDP had an effect on employment opportunities as evidenced by t count (17.485) > t-table (4.30265) and Sig count (0.003) < 0.05. PMDN affects the number of workers needed, t-count (133.218) > t-table (4.30265), and Sig count (0.000) < 0.05. Likewise, foreign investment has an effect on the required workforce with t-count (22.762) > t-table (4.30265) and Sig count (0.002) < 0.05. Gross Regional Domestic Product, Domestic Investment, and Foreign Investment have a simultaneous effect on employment opportunities, with F count (6247.864) > F table (19.00) and Sig count (0.000) < 0.05. So it can be stated that the GRDP, PMDN, and FDI variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the employment opportunity variable.

Abstract

This research aims to find out educational material as an educator, and what are the guidelines for an educator from the perspective of Habib Zain bin Smith in the book Manhajus Sawi. As well as getting educational material that can be used in the 21st century. Then, relevant educational guidelines from Habib Zain bin Smith to the 21st century. This research uses library research methods with a qualitative method approach. The primary data source used in this research is the book Manhajus Sawi by Habib Zain bin Smith and the secondary data source is the Education Law in Indonesia, as well as supporting books, articles and scientific journals related to this research. The results of this research show (1) There are six materials for being an educator according to Habib Zain bin Smith, namely being objective, honest, ascetic, gentle, humble and respectful. (2) Educational materials according to Indonesian law, namely acting in accordance with Indonesian national religious, legal, social and cultural norms. Present yourself as a person who is honest, has noble character, and is a role model for students and society. Present yourself as a steady, stable, mature, wise person. Demonstrate work ethic, high responsibility, pride and confidence in being a teacher. Upholding the teacher's code of ethics. (3) Educational materials according to Habib Zain bin Smith's opinion and educational materials that have been stipulated by the Ministry of Education and Culture in the Republic of Indonesia Law have similarities, namely having the same goal of having good character and material. provided also explains how to have a good education in accordance with the 21st century. (4) Appropriate educational materials at this time can be applied to all elements of formal and non-formal educational institutions

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui permasalahan dan kendala dalam pembiayaan murabahah di BSI KCP Arjawinangun; untuk mengetahui solisi dan penyelesaian permasalahan pembiayaan di BSI KCP Arjawinangun.dan ; untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pengembangan pada BSI KCP Arjawinangun. Penelitian ini menggunaakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus pada objek. Penelitian deskriptif memusatkan perhatian kepada pemecahan masalah dengan mengumpulkan data lapangan, menyusun data aktua mengenai strategi pengembangan produk pada bank syariah Indonesia dalam meningkatkan pembiayaan murabahah sebagaimana adanya pada saat penelitian dilaksanakan. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa strategi pengembangan produk pembiayaan murabahah sudah dilakukan dengan baik, karena kepuasan nasabah sangat penting apabila pembiayaan murabahah sesuai dengan kebutuhan atau harapan nasabahnya. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Dalam strategi pengembangan produk pembiayaan murabahah kepuasan nasabah lebih diutamakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan, keinginan dan harapan nasabah dapat terpenuhi melalui pembiayaan murabahah.

Abstract

Introduction: Professional zakat is an Islamic financial instrument contributing to economic redistribution and poverty alleviation. In Indonesia, professional zakat has been accommodated in various regulations, including in PT PLN, which applies automatic deduction through the payroll system based on Board of Directors Regulation Number 120.P/DIR/2017. Objective: This study aims to analyze the implementation of professional zakat through the payroll system at PT PLN, from a maqashid sharia perspective, and its impact on achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. Method: This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving interviews, observation, and document analysis. Result: This study found that professional zakat in PT PLN is automatically deducted by the payroll system by the Human Capital Management Division from the salaries of Muslim employees according to the nishab and managed by the PLN Baitul Maal Foundation. This implementation facilitates the obligation of zakat and follows the principles of maqashid sharia, and contributes to poverty reduction, education, and economic empowerment in achieving Sustainable Development Goals. Implication: This research shows that the payroll system in professional zakat ensures sharia compliance, contributes to social welfare, and accelerates the sustainable achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.

This study analyzes the concept of family-based character education in the works of KH Bisri Mustofa, namely Ngudi Susilo, Mitero Sejāti, Waṣoya Al Abā lil Abna', Al Azwad Al Mustofawiyah, and Tafsir Al Ibriz and examines its relationship with the three dimensions of character education according to Thomas Lickona in order to overcome the moral crisis of the young generation in Indonesia through a local Islamic approach. This study uses a qualitative literature approach with hermeneutics-constructivism to analyze the works of KH Bisri Mustofa on family-based character education. Data collection techniques through documentation and data analysis using Paul Ricoeur's hermeneutic model by integrating Thomas Lickona's character education theory. The findings of this study indicate that the works of KH Bisri Mustofa consistently contain three main dimensions of character education, according to Thomas Lickona. The moral knowing dimension emphasizes the values of compassion, obedience, and tolerance, while moral feeling highlights empathy, compassion, and respect, especially in family relationships. The moral behaviour dimension is reflected through disciplined behaviour, politeness, and responsibility. The family-based character education model developed from the synthesis of KH Bisri Mustofa's thoughts and Lickona's theory combines pesantren values with a contemporary character education approach. The implications of the results of this study can be the basis for developing a family-based character education curriculum that is rooted in pesantren values and relevant to the local cultural context. This study offers a transformative-integrative family-based character education model by combining the local Islamic heritage of pesantren and Lickona's contemporary character theory conceptually and hermeneutically.

Abstract

The present study explores the dynamic interplay between compulsory and self-directed curricula within the unique context of “open schools,” with a particular focus on comparative cases from England and Indonesia. It aims to investigate how these schools, often referred to as jungle or nature schools, navigate the challenges of national curriculum mandates while promoting educational autonomy, inclusivity, and student-centered learning. Employing a qualitative comparative case study design, the research draws on data collected through semi-structured interviews with principals, teachers, and parents, direct classroom observations, and document analysis across six selected schools (three in each country). The findings reveal that these schools employ flexible, innovative curriculum strategies, ranging from full autonomy to hybrid compliance, while integrating nature-based and experiential learning, community governance, and culturally responsive practices. Their responses to national curriculum frameworks vary from strategic adaptation to implicit negotiation or radical autonomy. The study concludes that open schools can offer transformative models of inclusive and holistic education that prioritize developmental needs over uniform standards. Theoretically, the study contributes to debates on curriculum autonomy and inclusive education; practically, it offers insights for educators and policymakers seeking alternatives to one-size-fits-all curricula. While the study is limited to a small sample and qualitative scope, it opens avenues for further research into replicating adaptive curriculum models in diverse global contexts.
