Abstract

A. Mustofa Bisri melalui karya-karyanya menunjukkan gambaran sikapnya yang kritis. Di balik sikapnya  yang kritis, ada banyak hal berharga yang memberikan wawasan baru bagi pembaca.  Pelajaran tersebut tentu diperoleh pembaca melalui diksi yang kelihatan sederhana, tetapi penuh makna. Diksi yang sederhana itu sebenarnya merupakan pembungkus simbol-simbol yang kadang-kadang mengejutkan pembaca. Simbol-simbol tersebut tentu dipengaruhi oleh sikap dan pendiriannya yang religius, kritis, dan multikultural. Dengan demikian, karya-karyanya tidak lepas dari masalah humanisasi, liberasi, dan transendensi yang sejalan dengan konsep sastra profetik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dimensi humanisasi, liberasi, dan transendensi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian ini berupa satuan estetis yang berwujud satuan gramatikal dalam kumpulan puisi Ayat Dewa Pamungkas dari Timur karya A. Mustofa Bisri. Adapun sumber datanya berupa sumber data primer, berupa teks puisi berjumlah 23 puisi karya A. Mustofa Bisri. Instrumen penelitiannya adalah peneliti yang sudah dibekali teori yang relevan dengan permasalahan penelitian dan kemampuan analisis yang bertumpu pada kisi-kisi instrumen penelitian dengan indikatornya. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik baca dan catat. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini, yaitu analisis dimensi humanisme, (2) analisis dimensi liberal, dan (3) analisis dimensi transendensi pada kumpulan puisi A. Mustofa Bisri.

Abstract

This community service aims to apply the teachings of Tamansiswa, namely the Three Education Centers, through parenting patterns for children. This parenting style is instilling confidence in oneself which is known as Tetep-Mantep-Antep. Parents who are members of the as-Salam group in Genjahan sub-district, Ponjong, Gunungkidul have not been familiar with various Tamansiswa teachings which can influence the development of their child's personality in the future. In fact, these teachings are closely related to the local wisdom of the local community. This community service is carried out using lecture, discussion, question and answer methods, as well as discussions between participants with their respective experiences. Discussions between participants were carried out because some of the participants had actually practiced Tamansiswa's teachings indirectly. The results of this service show positive things. The enthusiastic participants took an active role in the activities. They were inspired by their enthusiasm to realize Tamansiswa's teachings, especially the Fixed-Steady-Antep parenting pattern in parenting patterns based on their respective environments according to their culture and beliefs

Abstract

Effective supplier and carrier selection plays a pivotal role in supply chain management, ensuring maximum profitability. This study introduces an innovative decision-support system designed for supplier and carrier selection problems in static two-warehouse inventory systems. The model assumes warehouse collaboration, where warehouses consolidate efforts to fulfill overall demand. To address this, a mathematical programming approach is developed and solved using the LINGO 21.0 optimization software. Experimental results reveal that the proposed model delivers optimal decisions. Even though challenges are still available on the constraint functions and the derivation of parameters' values, the results provide positive managerial insights that offer valuable tools for stakeholders to improve supply chain efficiency.

Abstract

This research develops a model with seven compartments SEIQDHR for the spread of COVID-19, with detected and treated individual behavior changes affecting disease transmission. The Next Generation Matrix is used to analyze local and global stability and to calculate the basic reproduction number. Then, the analysis of disease-free equilibrium and endemic equilibrium. Stability analysis shows that the equilibrium point is locally asymptotically stable when the basic reproduction number is less than one and globally asymptotically stable when it is greater than one. The results of the sensitivity analysis show that the transmission rate, the progression rate from exposure, and the detection rate are parameters that significantly influence the dynamics of disease spread. Numerical simulations were used to validate the analysis results and identify key parameters that contribute most to the spread of the disease among affected, infected, quarantined, diagnosed, and hospitalized individuals.

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency is a critical issue in criminal law, involving young individuals who engage in illegal activities. The legal system's response to juvenile offenders varies across countries, shaped by considerations of rehabilitation, punishment, and social reintegration. This article explores the legal frameworks and policies that address juvenile delinquency, focusing on the distinction between how criminal behavior is treated in children and adults. It examines the principles guiding juvenile justice systems, with a focus on legal protections, juvenile rights, and international standards. The study investigates the factors contributing to juvenile crime, including social, economic, and familial influences, and the impact of legal interventions on preventing recidivism. By reviewing existing literature on juvenile crime and analyzing case studies from both Indonesia and abroad, the article highlights the evolving trends in juvenile justice, emphasizing restorative justice, diversion programs, and alternatives to incarceration. The aim is to propose a balanced approach that considers the need for both accountability and rehabilitation in dealing with young offenders, ensuring their reintegration into society as productive citizens.

Abstract

Introduction: The ratification of the New Criminal Code actually has an orientation towards strengthening legal pluralism in the field of criminal law. This is evidenced by the adoption of customary criminal law as a recognized law in addition to national criminal law.Purposes of the Research:  This study aims to analyze the implications of the formulation of Article 2 of the New Criminal Code concerning the practice of Indonesian criminal law pluralism and the future orientation of the formulation of Article 2 of the New Criminal Code to strengthen the pluralism of Indonesian criminal law.Methods of the Research: This research is a normative legal research that uses a concept and statutory approach.Results of the Research: The study results show that the legal implications of formulating guarantees for the enforceability of laws that live in society affirm the existence of customary criminal law as a living law in society, thereby affirming the essence of legal pluralism. The future orientation of Indonesian criminal law pluralism after the enactment of the New Criminal Code is to maintain harmonious relations between the national legal system and the customary law system and to conduct an inventory of existing customary criminal laws. Customary criminal law that still exists is then regulated specifically in regional regulations in each region so that judges can then use it as a reference in deciding a criminal case that has a legal essence that lives in society.

Abstract

Pembelajaran numerasi bagi siswa SD terkadang menjadi pembelajaran yang dirasa sulit. Oleh karena itu, menjadi seorang guru harus mampu kreatif dalam mengajarkan pembelajaran matermatika pada siswa, misalnya melalui permainan berbasis teknologi ataupun tradisional. Permainan tradisional yang bisa digunakan sembagai media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan numerasi siswa SD adalah permainan Engklek. Melalui permainan ini, siswa bisa belajar sambil bermain atau sebaliknya. Selain itu, sebagai bentuk pelestarian warisan budaya Indonesia serta meninkatkan motorik kasar anak. Kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu program kerja para mahasiswa kampus mengajar angkatan 5. Kegiatan ini mendapat resnpons positif para siswa.

Abstract

This study examines research trends regarding the prediction of academic achievement using machine learning. Research in the field of academic achievement is currently continuing to develop, but has not been explored comprehensively in a bibliometric context. The visualization provided includes a map of publication development using machine learning methods based on country, analysis of bibliographic pairs and keywords used. To find out the visualization results, bibliographic analysis was used using VOSviewer. The data used in this analysis were 76 articles collected from the Scopus database from 2018-2023. From the results of the analysis, it is known that research related to academic achievement still shows a growing trend in publications in the field of discussion of factors or predictors that influence academic achievement as well as research that proposes or evaluates models for predicting academic achievement. The research results show that although machine learning techniques such as Random Forest and Support Vector Machine are often used in academic achievement prediction research. Future research could consider developing a more adaptive and comprehensive approach regarding the contribution of specific factors that influence the accuracy of more in-depth prediction models in this field.

Abstract

Pada kondisi awal, RT 04 RW 06 Kelurahan Merjosari memiliki area kosong seluas 700 m² yang dibiarkan terbengkalai dan belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya wawasan masyarakat mengenai pemanfaatan lahan untuk budidaya sayur dan tanaman hortikultura. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah rendahnya pengetahuan tentang teknik pertanian serta keterbatasan akses terhadap informasi, sehingga lahan tersebut tidak memberikan nilai tambah bagi warga. Melalui pelaksanaan Program Pengabdian Mahasiswa Masyarakat Tematik (PMM-T), warga-terutama anggota Ibu PKK dan kader lingkungan-dilibatkan dalam kegiatan survei, persiapan lahan, dan pelatihan mengenai cara menanam serta manfaat tanaman hortikultura. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat sebesar 50–80% dan mengubah sekitar 700 m² lahan yang sebelumnya tidak produktif menjadi kebun yang bermanfaat. Upaya ini tidak hanya memperkuat ketahanan pangan keluarga, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada upaya penghijauan di lingkungan setempat.

Abstract

In 2023, UNNES won the Most Sustainable University award at the UI Greenmetric World University ranking event. This is the 5th national ranking out of a total of 145 universities and the 37th world ranking out of a total of 1,183 universities in the world. This achievement is proof of UNNES' consistency as a conservation-oriented university. In line with this commitment, each lecturer in the study program develops various research related to work based on sustainability. One of the things that is being created is using natural dyes in textile products. Natural dyes from Mahogany bark (Swietenia mahagoni) have the potential to be a source of natural dyes. Data from the UNNES Conservation Development Agency notes that there are 12,320 Mahogany trees around the UNNES campus. This means that the availability of Mahogany trees is very large if used as a natural dye. With this potential, a problem identification was carried out, then it was found that many housewives needed skills to support family income. This was found in the Kalisegoro Village community group. Thus, training and education will be carried out by providing skills in the form of ecoprint training for the PKK mothers' group in Kalisegoro Village. It is hoped that women can become the pillars of poverty alleviation, especially for their families. The output targets in this program are national journal publications, information to print or online media, and video profiles of activity implementation.
