Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the Quality of Service Against Satisfaction of Taxpayers in Payment of Motorized Vehicle Taxes in Samsat, Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used is descriptive method with quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The sampling technique by determining the sample to be taken using the formula proposed by Sugiyono. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Quality of Service Against Satisfaction of Taxpayers in Paying Taxes on Motorbikes in Samsat Sub-District of Tasikmalaya prefers to agree to the satisfaction of taxpayers. Quality of Service Against Satisfaction Taxpayers are tested using the t test results of a significant correlation and based on F test Quality of Service also has a significant effect on Satisfaction of Taxpayers in Payment of Motorized Taxes on Samsat Tasikmalaya Regency

Abstract

The Indonesian government plans to distribute IDR 550 trillion to villages nationwide through the Koperasi Merah Putih (Red and White Cooperative) program, raising serious concerns about institutional readiness and the potential for fraud. Cigalontang Subdistrict in Tasikmalaya Regency, which consists of 16 villages but has only three active cooperatives, exemplifies the limited cooperative infrastructure to manage public funds accountably. This study aims to explore internal control systems, fraud-triggering factors, and the effectiveness of early fraud detection mechanisms in the context of forming village cooperatives. Using a qualitative exploratory approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), and document analysis. Findings reveal the absence of financial SOPs, transparent reporting, and internal auditing mechanisms in most village cooperatives. Factors such as economic pressure, poor financial literacy, and lack of reporting systems further increase the risk of fraud. As a solution, this study proposes the SIPAK Model (System, Integrity, Reporting, Accountability of Cooperatives) as a framework for developing a community-based early fraud detection system. This model is expected to serve as a policy reference and institutional strengthening strategy for more adaptive and transparent village cooperatives.

Abstract

Latar belakang kegiatan ini berangkat dari permasalahan rendahnya pemanfaatan potensi lokal dan minimnya strategi berbasis data dalam pengelolaan desa wisata. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Wisata Nagrog dengan tujuan untuk mengoptimalkan potensi kewirausahaan sosial melalui pemahaman pola perjalanan wisatawan dalam rangka mendukung pengembangan wisata pesisir berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan 8 pelaku wisata dan 3 tokoh masyarakat, serta analisis sederhana terhadap pola kunjungan wisatawan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman perilaku dan preferensi wisatawan mampu membantu masyarakat dalam menyesuaikan produk dan layanan wisata, meningkatkan daya tarik lokal, serta memperluas peluang usaha. Selain itu, hasil kegiatan ini juga memperlihatkan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya sinergi antara potensi budaya, alam, dan pengelolaan ekonomi kreatif. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini menegaskan bahwa pengembangan desa wisata berbasis kewirausahaan sosial dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam membangun keberlanjutan pariwisata sekaligus meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The rapid advancement of Financial Technology (FinTech) has introduced innovations in digital financial services such as electronic wallets, peer-to-peer lending, and investment applications. This transformation creates opportunities to improve transaction efficiency, cash flow management, and financial transparency. However, its adoption in Indonesia still faces challenges, including low digital financial literacy, limited infrastructure, data security issues, and incomplete regulations. These conditions highlight a research gap regarding the contribution of FinTech to the effectiveness of financial management, particularly for individuals and MSMEs. This study employs a scoping review method based on the Arksey and O’Malley framework, which includes five stages: identifying research questions, searching for relevant studies, selecting articles, analyzing data, and compiling the report. Of the 854 articles identified, 12 met the inclusion criteria for further analysis. The analysis focuses on the role of FinTech in financial management, the challenges faced, and the factors influencing its success. The findings show that FinTech significantly contributes to expanding access to financial services, improving literacy, and enhancing the effectiveness of financial management for both individuals and MSMEs. Digital features such as real-time transaction recording, automatic payment reminders, and capital access through P2P lending have been shown to increase efficiency and transparency. However, low digital literacy, technological disparities, and issues of security and regulation remain major obstacles. FinTech holds great potential to support financial inclusion and management effectiveness; therefore, synergy between technological innovation, enhanced digital literacy, and adaptive regulation is needed to create an inclusive and sustainable digital financial ecosystem. ABSTRAK Kemajuan pesat Financial Technology (FinTech) telah menghadirkan inovasi dalam layanan keuangan digital seperti dompet elektronik, peer-to-peer lending, dan aplikasi investasi. Transformasi ini membuka peluang peningkatan efisiensi transaksi, pengelolaan arus kas, dan transparansi keuangan. Namun, pemanfaatannya di Indonesia masih menghadapi kendala berupa rendahnya literasi keuangan digital, keterbatasan infrastruktur, keamanan data, dan regulasi yang belum komprehensif. Kondisi ini menimbulkan kesenjangan penelitian terkait kontribusi FinTech terhadap efektivitas manajemen keuangan, khususnya bagi individu dan UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode scoping review dengan mengacu pada kerangka Arksey dan O’Malley yang meliputi lima tahap: identifikasi pertanyaan penelitian, penelusuran studi relevan, seleksi artikel, analisis data, dan penyusunan laporan. Dari 854 artikel yang ditemukan, 12 memenuhi kriteria inklusi untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut. Analisis difokuskan pada peran FinTech dalam manajemen keuangan, tantangan yang dihadapi, serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa FinTech berkontribusi signifikan dalam memperluas akses layanan keuangan, meningkatkan literasi, dan mendorong efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan pribadi maupun UMKM. Fitur digital seperti pencatatan transaksi real-time, pengingat pembayaran otomatis, dan akses modal melalui P2P lending meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi. Namun, rendahnya literasi digital, kesenjangan teknologi, serta isu keamanan dan regulasi masih menjadi hambatan utama. FinTech berpotensi besar mendukung inklusi dan efektivitas manajemen keuangan, sehingga diperlukan sinergi antara inovasi teknologi, peningkatan literasi digital, dan regulasi adaptif untuk menciptakan ekosistem keuangan digital yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource quality, the role of village officials, and internal control systems on the accountability of Village Fund management. The main issue underlying this research is the low level of accountability in village financial management, which affects transparency and public trust. This study employs a quantitative approach with a sample of 75 respondents consisting of village officials and youth organization members in Sukamanah Village. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results indicate that all three independent variables human resource quality, the role of village officials, and internal control systems have a positive and significant influence on the accountability of Village Fund management. These findings highlight that strengthening the capacity of village officials and implementing an effective internal control system are strategic steps in establishing transparent and sustainable village financial governance. This research is expected to provide useful insights for village governments and other stakeholders in efforts to improve the accountability of Village Fund management

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to: 1). Knowing the organizational commitment at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Tasikmalaya Branch. 2). Knowing the performance of employees at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Tasikmalaya Branch. 3). Knowing the influence of organizational commitment to employee performance at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Tasikmalaya Branch. The research method used in this study is descriptive and verification methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through field research and literature studies. Data analysis techniques are carried out through the analysis of the Correlation Coefficient to find the value of "r" and analysis of the Coefficient of Determination (KD) to calculate the amount of organizational commitment to employee performance. Whereas to test the hypothesis the "t" test is used. The results showed that organizational commitment at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Tasikmalaya Branch belongs to the very good category with a score of 145 upholding tolerance in working and adhering to the norms prevailing in the agency. Employee performance at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Tasikmalayater Branch includes a very good category with a score of 142 which is supported by an indicator of the quality and quantity of its work. The influence of organizational commitment to employee performance at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Tasikmalaya Branch is 73.78 and is supported by calculated values (9.633)> t table (2.04), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that organizational commitment has a significant influence on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance

Abstract

The ever-evolving digital world has led to digital transformation in the retail and financial industries, leading to changes in consumer spending trends. Currently, e-commerce offers a variety of payment methods, including the Paylater method, to increase consumer convenience. Shoppe has launched a Paylater feature called ShoppePaylater. Shoppepaylater users can get credit without a long creation process. The aim of this research is to find out how Shoppepaylater influences the impulsive buying behavior of e-commerce users in Tasikmalaya, because Shoppepaylater is thought to make Tasikmalaya people impulsive. As stated by Davis (Nenandha, 2020), differences in the context of use of Shoppepaylater are measured by perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, intensity of use, and attitudes towards actual use. The indicators of spontaneity, strength, impulse, intensity, excitement, stimulation, and indifference to consequences are used to measure the impulse buying variable proposed by Rook & Fisher (Sari, 2021). This research method is quantitative descriptive analysis and uses data from questionnaires distributed to 186 respondents who met the requirements. From the results of this research, it is known that the impulse buying habits of e-commerce consumers have a 4.2% impact on the ease of use of ShopeePayLater technology in Tasikmalaya. The results of data processing also indicate that consumers in Tasikmalaya have a high level of ShopeePayLater usage and tend to make purchases that do not suit their needs, indicating impulsive behavior in the purchasing process.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Kemampuan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Sosial PPKB P3A (Pengendalian penduduk, keluarga berencana, pemberdayaan perempuan dan perlindungan anak) Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Sosial PPKB P3A Kabupaten Tasikmalaya yang berjumlah 44. sampel yang diambil menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan antara lain : Diperoleh hasil secara parsial bahwa variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Sosial PPKB P3A Kabupaten Tasikmalaya dikarenakan nilai signifikansi 0,000 > 0,05 dan t hitung 0,5911 > t Tabel 2,020 atau sig (0,000) < alpha (α) (0,05) maka Ha ditolak dan H0 diterima. Diperoleh hasil secara parsial bahwa variabel kemampuan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Sosial PPKB P3A Kabupaten Tasikmalaya dikarenakan nilai signifikansi 0,020 < 0,05 dan t hitung -1,526 > tTabel 2,020 atau sig (-135) < alpha (α) (0,05) maka Ha ditolak dan H0 diterima. Persamaan Linear Berganda Y = 11,621 +0,575 X1 + -176 X2.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja pengelola wisata alam Bukit Sampalan Asri Kabupaten Ciamis. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 30 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 27 sebagai alat analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, sedangkan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam konteks wisata alam, kepuasan kerja masih perlu ditingkatkan agar dapat lebih mempengaruhi kinerja pengelola wisata alam di Bukit Sampalan Asri Kabupaten Ciamis. Kata kunci : kompetensi, kepuasan kerja, kinerja pengelola wisata alam   This study aims to determine the influence of competence and job satisfaction on the performance of nature tourism managers at the Bukit Sampalan Asri in Ciamis regency. The approach used in this study was a quantitative method, with data collection conducted through a questionnaire distributed to 30 respondents. This study used SPSS version 27 as the analysis tool. The results showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on performance, while job satisfaction had no effect. This finding suggests that in the context of Bukit Sampalan Asri nature tourism, job satisfaction still needs to be improved to further influence the performance of nature tourism managers at the Bukit Sampalan Asri in Ciamis regency.

Abstract

The Go Digital Grow Financial program, implemented through the Community Service Program (KKN) in Sukaraja Village, Rajapolah District, aims to enhance the capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in facing the digital era. MSMEs in this village still encounter several limitations, such as low digital literacy, limited market reach, and weak financial management. The program was carried out in several stages, including observation, training, digital marketing practices, and assistance in simple financial recording based on SAK EMKM. The results showed significant improvements in the ability of MSME actors to utilize e-commerce, create product catalogs, and manage online promotions. In addition, participants began to understand the importance of daily cash recording, separating personal and business finances, and maintaining discipline in cash flow management. This program has proven effective in boosting entrepreneurs’ confidence to expand their markets and establish more transparent financial management. However, challenges remain, particularly technological infrastructure limitations and the need for continuous mentoring.
