Abstract

The country's savings growth rate is important to be improved so as to encourage economic growth of a nation. For this reason, supports from various parties are needed to improve people's behavior in saving. This study aims to analyze and identify the saving behavior of students of State Vocational Schools in Tegal Regency. Financial literacy, family environment, attitude to behavior, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and behavioral intentions are used to measure students' saving behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of the study is 1,520 students and the sample is 317 students. The number of samples is determined using the Slovin formula, while the sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. The technique of collecting data uses questionnaires. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of path analysis show financial literacy and family environment directly influence attitude behavior, subjective norms, behavioral control, and behavioral intention. However, the family environment does not directly affect the behavioral intention. financial literacy and family environment have an Indirect influence on saving behavior through subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and behavioral intention.

Abstract

Consumer behavior in general is a study of how someone decides to buy or consume a product. The influence of peer groups towards student’s consumption behavior can be seen through their daily lives. Among them are by having the same brand of goods such as cellphones, shoes, watches, accessories; watching the same movies that they consider to be good; idolizing the same actors and actresses; and consuming the same foods and drinks. Those behaviour indicate the influence of peer groups on student’s consumption behavior. It becomes problematic because the consumption behavior done by most of these students often cause economic problems for their families, their first environment before entering school. This phenomenon of student’s consumption behavior becomes more interesting considering into what extent economics knowledge they get in school being implemented in their daily decision makings. Factors influencing the consumption behavior of high school students in Pemalang Regency were suspected to be family, school and peer groups. The method of analysis used in this study was path analysis using Amoss software. The calculation results showed that students’ engagement had a significant influence on student’s consumption behavior with a CR value of 2.647, peer groups had a significant influence on student’s consumption behavior with a CR value of 5.446, family environment had no significant influence on student’s consumption behavior with a CR value of 1.322 (smaller than 1.96), the school environment had a significant influence on student’s consumption behavior with a CR value of 3.276. This study used data from Dapodik Academic Year 2018/2019 of Social Science students of Public Senior High Schools in Pemalang Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of financial compensation, job stress, and job promotion through job satisfaction at PT. MNC Vision in Central Java. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using path analysis. The total population in this study is 198 employees at PT. MNC Vision in Central Java which is located in 12 branch offices spreaded in Central Java. The results obtained in this study are financial compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, job promotion has a significance effect on job satisfaction, and job promotion has a significance effect on financial compensation. In addition, from this study also obtained results that job satisfaction and promotion do not have a significance effect on employee performance, while financial compensation and job stress also do not have a significance effect on job satisfaction. Besides, the result shows us that financial compensation and promotion do not have a significance effect on job stress.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to find out and analyze the relationship between the agricultural sector, the mining sector, the manufacturing sector, the construction and transportation sectors with the environmental quality index in Indonesia.This study used a quantitative method derived from secondary data in the form of publication data of the GRDP sectors on constant prices and environmental quality indices in 33 provinces on an annual basis in 2012-2017. The population in this study are the GRDP in Indonesia and statistics on environmental quality indexes in Indonesia. Data analysis used panel data regression analysis with fixed effect regression models used eviews 9 tools. The results shows partially agriculture and transportation sector variables have a positive and significant relationship with the environmental quality index (EQI), while the mining and construction sector variables have a negative and significant relationship, while manufacturing industries variables have a negative and insignificant relationship. Variables in the agriculture sector, the mining sector, the manufacturing sector, the construction sector, and the transportation sector together have a positive and significant relationship with the environmental quality index (EQI).

Abstract

Entrepreneurial interest does not grow by itself but can influence by several factors. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between determinants in entrepreneurial interests, namely personality, adversity intelligence, creativity and student involvement. This research uses a quantitative approach and path analysis. From the sample of 168 students, it found that the personality, adversity intelligence and creativity of each affected the involvement of students. Then the personality, involvement of students and creativity each affect the entrepreneurial interest. All variables in this study are in the high criteria in descriptive analysis. The results of the research may be to consider in conducting policies by related parties.

Abstract

Unemployment can occur due to imbalances in the labor market. This shows that the number of labor forces offered exceeds the number of labor forces requested. The purpose of the study is to analyze factors influencing the unemployment rate: a comparison among five ASEAN countries. This study used quantitative research. The data collection method in this study is documentation with secondary data since the year 2000-2018. The hypothesis test in this study is done by using Regression analysis and ANOVA with single Classification followed by Post Hoc Analysis. Analysis results analyze factors influencing the unemployment rate: a comparison among ASEAN-5 countries is showed (F=4.599; p<0.002). There is a significant impact of wage, inflation, economic growth and education on unemployment in ASEAN countries. The result found that among the several factors that cause unemployment in a countries the most significant is inflation value is 0.003 < 0.05. While other factors such as wage, economic growth, and education affect but are not significant. Future research should add other variables affecting the unemployment rate.

Abstract

Creation of spirit of entrepreneurship that is high on students' vocational beginning of their interest in entrepreneurship was itself so that should be fostered to develop the students of SMK. The emergence of interest in entrepreneurship does not appear so alone, but some factors influence it. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of entrepreneurial knowledge, the role of family, social media, and self-efficacy in increasing interest in entrepreneurship. This research uses a quantitative approach. The research population was 205 students of class XI of the Online Business and Marketing Expertise Program at State Vocational Schools throughout Jepara Regency with a sample of 136 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Analysis of data using analysis descriptive and analytical path. Results of the study showed that knowledge of entrepreneurship affects self-efficacy. Social media affects self-efficacy. The role of family influence on the knowledge of entrepreneurship. The role of the family does not affect self-efficacy. Self-efficacy affects an interest in entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial knowledge affects an interest in entrepreneurship. Social media does not affect entrepreneurial interest. The role of the family has an impact on social media. Social media affects entrepreneurial knowledge

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the influence of society, school environment, the role of parents, friend circle, and self-efficacy on students' intentions to be an entrepreneur. The population of this study was the 9th grade students of SMP Satu Atap Kandangserang in the academic year of 2020/2021. There were 117 students as the sample of the study who were taken using proportional random sampling technique. The data collection technique used was a linkert scale questionnaire, which was given directly to the respondent. The data analysis used the IBM SPSS 24 and AMOS 20 path analysis. The results showed that the influence of society, parents, school, friend circle on self efficacy also the influence of society on entrepreneurial intention have a significant effect. While the influence of parents, school on entrepreneurial intention have no significant effect. Furthermore, the influence of self efficacy on entrepreneurial intention has a significant effect, the goodness fit test showed that the significance probability of all variables can be accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of financial training in improving financial reporting of village funds in Alian District. The population of this study was 16 Alian Districts and the sampling technique was saturated samples. This study uses a qualitative approach. Methods of collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis by collecting data, reducing data, and then presented to draw conclusions. The results of the study showed (1) Financial training carried out by the village apparatus of the Alian District was effective. The form of accountability that is carried out is by making financial reporting in accordance with the financial regulations determined by the government by attaching evidence and documentation of the activities that have been carried out. In addition, openness to the community has been carried out by the Alian District government through village development planning meetings, (2) Constraints faced in increasing accountability and transparency in financial reporting of village funds in Alian District are internal constraints, namely the age of village officials and education. Besides internal, there are external factors caused by government policies that often change. The conclusions of this study are the effectiveness of financial training in increasing the accountability and transparency of financial reporting of village funds in Alian District is quite good, but still needs hard work from the government by providing local village assistance, especially for villages whose village equipment is lacking in education and experience.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah suatu tata cara sistematis untuk memperbaiki tingkah laku seseorang agar proses belajar mengajar berjalan lancar, pengelolaan dan pengelolaan keuangan yang baik digunakan untuk menunjang proses pendidikan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Playschool Mutiara Kids Dusun Gamblok Kabupaten Temanggung. Mutiara Kids Playschool perlu memahami pengelolaan keuangan sekolah, pencatatan keuangan yang sudah ketinggalan zaman, dan pengeluaran insidentil berdasarkan kebutuhan. Tantangan lainnya adalah bendahara, dengan bantuan guru, sering melakukan penghitungan berulang-ulang dengan tangan menggunakan kalkulator sambil menyusun laporan keuangan karena uang sebenarnya di mesin kasir dan entri di buku kas berbeda. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada mitra pengabdian dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan penyusunan laporan keuangan sekolah secara komprehensif berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra pengabdian. Tindakan strategis yang dilakukan antara lain penyediaan sumber daya, prosedur pengelolaan keuangan, dan pembuatan laporan keuangan sekolah. Secara umum, para peserta melaporkan kepuasan terhadap kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, berdasarkan evaluasi wawancara peserta kegiatan. Para peserta sepakat bahwa praktik ini sangat bermanfaat dalam pengelolaan keuangan sekolah. Peserta juga berharap bahwa kegiatan ini akan bertahan lama, sehingga tidak hanya mendukung pembuatan laporan keuangan tetapi juga inisiatif lain yang meningkatkan upaya akademis. Education is a systematic procedure to improve one's behaviour to ensure that the teaching and learning process works smoothly, good management and financial management are used to support the educational process. This community service activity was performed in the Mutiara Kids Playschool at the Gamblok Hamlet, Temanggung Regency. The Mutiara Kids Playschool needs to understand school finance management, outdated financial records, and incidental spending based on needs. Another challenge is that the treasurer, with the teacher's help, frequently performs repeated calculations using a calculator while compiling financial reports since real money in the cash register and the cash book entries differ. This community service seeks to give community service partners training and assistance in financial management and the preparation of comprehensive school financial reports based on the issues faced by community service partners. The strategic actions adopted included the provision of resources, financial management procedures, and creating financial reports for schools. In general, the participants reported satisfaction with the community service activities, according to the interview evaluation of the activity participants. The participants agreed that this practice was highly beneficial for managing school finances. Participants also expect that the activities will be long-lasting, resulting not just in support of creating financial reports but also in other initiatives that enhance academic endeavours.
