Abstract

The prevalent cases of stalled contractors have drawn attention within the construction industry. However, Mandorumah, a contracting company, has taken a different approach as the "Anti-Delay Contractor." Through qualitative research in the form of a case study, the focus lies on the company's communication strategies concerning quality, timeliness, and efficiency. Through direct observation and in-depth interviews, it was revealed that Mandorumah fortifies its image through social media, implements ongoing evaluations based on customer feedback, and engages actively in two-way communication with clients. As a result, Mandorumah has established a reputation as a reliable contractor. Their communication strategy, emphasizing customer satisfaction, effective utilization of social media, and continuous service evaluations, successfully portrays the "Anti-Delay Contractor" identity, highlighting reliability and trust in delivering projects to high standards and on time. Mandorumah serves as an exemplar in addressing challenges within the construction industry by committing to reliable and trustworthy outcomes

Abstract

The current environment, with lots of fast changes, is full of uncertain strings and risks. Therefore, it is necessary to make the correct and fast decisions necessary for survival and success in the world of construction. This study aims to analyze the application and gaps (gap analysis) and identify steps that companies need to take (action plans) for the gaps that occur so that they can increase the application of risk maturity level ISO 31000: 2018 in state-owned construction companies in Indonesia where this research is conducted. The system consists of 8 variables, each of which is associated with 55 parameters. The review's discoveries explain that BUMN Development Tasks in Indonesia line up with Hazard The Board Standards, Structures, and Cycles, showing their suitability. Overall, the highest average risk maturity level is at PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) Tbk, namely at level 4.43, and the lowest is at PT. Brantas Abipraya (Persero) at level 3.83. The ISO 31000-based risk maturity level is referred to in the action plan, which is adjusted for each attribute's risk maturity level. In 2018, this activity plan is a significant direct that must be finished by expanding the gamble development level to one level higher than the ongoing level. ABSTRAK Lingkungan saat ini dengan banyak perubahan cepat penuh dengan ikatan dan risiko yang tidak pasti. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengambilan keputusan yang benar dan cepat diperlukan untuk keberlangsungan hidup dan kesuksesan di dalam dunia konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan, kesenjangan (gap analysis) serta mengidentifikasi langkah-langkah yang perlu diambil perusahaan (action plan) atas kesenjangan yang terjadi agar dapat dilakukan peningkatan penerapan risk maturity level ISO 31000:2018 pada perusahan BUMN konstruksi di Indonesia dimana penelitian ini terdiri dari 8 variabel dengan 55 parameter. Hasil dari penelitian menjelaskan bahwa BUMN Karya Konstruksi di Indonesia dinilai sudah sesuai berdasarkan Prinsip, Kerangka Kerja, dan Proses Manajemen Risiko. Secara umum, tingkat perkembangan tipikal judi yang paling menonjol di PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) Tbk, khususnya pada level 4.43 dan yang paling turun adalah PT. Brantas Abipraya (Persero) pada level 3,83. Rencana kegiatan diubah sesuai dengan tingkat pengembangan taruhan untuk setiap fitur dan mengacu pada tingkat pengembangan perjudian berdasarkan ISO 31000: 2018 di mana rencana kegiatan ini merupakan petunjuk penting yang harus diselesaikan dengan memperluas tingkat pengembangan perjudian ke satu tingkat lebih tinggi dari tingkat yang sedang berlangsung.

Abstract

Abstrak Permasalahan yang dihadapi terkait penyusunan artikel ilmiah bagi guru SMKN 1 Demak dikarenakan tidak terbiasa melakukan penelitian, menulis paper, bahkan bila laporan penelitian tersebut ada seringkali hanya berakhir dalam bentuk laporan. Oleh karena itu, tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat melakukan program guru menulis untuk melakukan pemecahan masalah rendahnya kemampuan menulis karya ilmiah di kalangan guru khususnya guru SMKN 1 Demak. Tim pelaksana dari pengadian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dosen Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Semarang. Model program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dengan metode pelatihan partisipatif melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan workshop dengan mitra berupa kepala sekolah dan 115 guru SMKN 1 Demak. Materi yang disampaikan berupa filsafat dasar penelitian, penelitian kuantitatif sebagai metodologi penelitian, pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) untuk penelitian, penyusunan artikel ilmiah, dan publikasi jurnal ilmiah. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan guru dalam menulis, khususnya dalam menghasilkan publikasi ilmiah. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan kompetensi dan profesionalisme guru di SMKN 1 Demak.Kata kunci: Program Guru Menulis, Kompetensi Profesionalisme, Artikel Ilmiah, Publikasi Jurnal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi pengelolaan media sosial Humas Setjen DPR RI melalui akun Instagram @EdukasiParlemen untuk mengedukasi publik tentang tugas dan kewenangan parlemen. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan wawancara mendalam dan analisis konten. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa akun tersebut menargetkan audiens luas, dengan program koten edukatif seperti "Tahukah Kamu", "Kenalan Yuk", "SUNMORI", dan "USA". Segmentasi pengikut dilakukan untuk memahami preferensi audiens, memungkinkan penyesuaian konten. Evaluasi bulanan digunakan untuk mengukur efektivitas dan mengumpulkan umpan balik, yang kemudian dimanfaatkan untuk perbaikan. Temuan ini mengonfirmasi relevansi teori manajemen media sosial Friedrichsen dan Wolfgang, khususnya dalam aspek proposisi nilai, segmentasi, targeting, dan positioning, yang diterapkan oleh Humas dalam pengelolaan akun Instagram tersebut.

Abstract

In this journal, evaluation of banking performance in implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is discussed. GCG has become a very significant aspect in the banking sector, especially after the global financial crisis in 2008. This research aims to evaluate the extent to which banks have succeeded in implementing GCG principles and the impact on their performance. The research methods used include literature studies and analysis of historical data on banking performance. The research results show that banks that implement GCG principles well tend to have more positive performance in the long term. They have lower levels of risk, greater trust from customers, and better relationships with shareholders and regulators. This research provides valuable insight into the significance of GCG in the banking industry and its positive impact on banking performance. By implementing good GCG, banks can achieve long-term sustainability and reduce the risks associated with their operations.

Abstract

The performance of village officials has always been a focal point for various parties because the foundation of urban and national progress lies in rural development. However, the performance of village officials in Indonesia is still not optimal. This study aims to investigate the roles of job satisfaction, organizational culture, and perceived organizational support as mediators and moderators in the relationship between competence and performance. The research involved 368 village officials across 19 regencies in West Java province, selected using the inverse root square method. Data collection was conducted through questionnaire distribution using area random sampling methods. Data analysis was performed using Warp PLS method. The findings indicate that job satisfaction successfully mediates the relationship between competence and performance. Organizational culture and perceived organizational support significantly moderate the influence of competence on performance. Village government bodies, village community empowerment agencies, and the Ministry of Villages need to formulate policies that support improving job satisfaction, foster a healthy organizational culture, and provide facilitative support, both in infrastructure and in developing hard and soft skills for village officials.

Abstract

Desa perancak merupakan penghasil ikan laut paling banyak namun fasilitas yang tersedia kurang memadai akibatnya para nelayan banyak menemukan masalah yang menyebabkan hasil laut tidak maksimal. Desa perancak terletak di kecamatan sepuluh kabupaten bangkalan provinsi jawa timur dengan memiliki luas lahan 2.1Ha. fasilitas existing rumah kecil penampungan hasil laut, perahu para nelayan, dan untuk fasilitas pengembangan terdapat fasilitas Dermaga Kapal Nelayan ,Gedung produksi, Gedung Workshop, Gedung Pameran dan Penjualan, Gedung Pengelola, Masjid, Kantin, Toilet, Area Parkir yang di harapkan dapat memaksimalkan sumber daya  yang ada pada area pesisir kecamatan sepulu kabupaten bangkalan.  Penerapan Konsep Tatanan Lahan terarah, untuk mempermudah dan memperjelas sirkulasi,penempatan lanscape dan penataan bangunang gedung di dalamnya sehingga menjadi area yang dengan mudah untuk di jelajah dan di pahami.  Hasil Perancangan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktifitas dan kapasitas hasil tagkapan sehingga dapat meningkatkan sdm para nelayan dan masyarakat sekitar.Kata kunci: Terarah, Hasil Laut, Dermaga, Sentra UKM

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu sarana penting yang membawa individu pada perubahan melalui pengembangan diri. Sekolah Tinggi Teologi (STT) adalah lembaga pendidikan yang mencetak calon-calon pelayan umat. STT harus mampu membekali mahasiswa baik secara kognitif maupun dalam pembentukan sikap. Seiring dengan tuntutan masyarakat yang terus meningkat terhadap kinerja pemimpin umat. Sikap keteladanan merupakan salah satu tuntutan yang harus dimiliki oleh pemimpin umat. Masyarakat memerlukan pemimpin umat yang mampu jadikan sebagai sosok teladan. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhi sikap keteladanan dalam pelayanan umat pada mahasiswa STT di Kab. Semarang. Mencakup lima variabel yaitu dukungan keluarga, pemenuhan fasilitas belajar, motivasi berprestasi, student engagement dan sikap keteladanan. Dengan mengadakan survei untuk mengumulkan data tentang kelima variabel. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan 175 item data yang dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh student engagement terhadap sikap keteladanan, terdapat pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap sikap keteladanan dalam pelayanan umat, terdapat pengaruh positif motivasi berprestasi terhadap student engagement, terdapat pengaruh pemenuhan fasilitas belajar terhadap student engagement, terdapat pengaruh dukungan keluarga terhadap student engagement, dukungan keluarga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pemenuhan fasilitas belajar, dan terdapat pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap pemenuhan fasilitas belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and financial behavior as components of financial literacy in influencing the improvement of financial well-being of economics education students. Through questionnaires measured on a Likert scale, this study collected data from 342 economics education students as a research sample determined based on proportional random sampling at three state universities in Central Java. The results of descriptive analysis show that financial knowledge, financial behavior, and financial attitudes are classified in the good category, while financial well-being is in the moderate category. Structural Equaition Modeling (SEM) analysis shows 26% Financial well-being is influenced by financial knowledge, financial attitudes and financial behavior. The results of hypothesis testing of the three variables have a significant positive effect on financial well-being.

Abstract

The quality of human capital is a key determinant in attracting foreign direct investment (FDI), especially within high-technology sectors where innovation, adaptability, and workforce readiness are critical. Despite having a vast digital consumer base, Indonesia has failed to attract investment from global technology leaders such as Apple, signaling deeper structural challenges within its human resource (HR) ecosystem. This study aims to investigate how HR-related constraints including competency gaps, misalignment between education and industry, and ineffective incentive policies, influence multinational investment decisions. Employing a qualitative case study approach, the research integrates netnographic observations with thematic content analysis. Primary data were obtained from Apple's digital narratives, social media platforms, and credible electronic mass media, and triangulated with academic literature and national policy documents. The findings reveal that Indonesia’s fragmented HR development strategies, limited curriculum flexibility, and weak institutional coordination reduce its appeal in the global FDI landscape. These challenges indicate an urgent need for education system reform, workforce absorption enhancement, and policy synchronization across sectors. The study contributes theoretically by combining digital ethnography with institutional analysis and provides practical implications for developing countries seeking to foster a sustainable, knowledge-based economy. In conclusion, aligning human capital development with global industry demands is essential to increasing FDI competitiveness.
