This study aims to determine the effect of Quick Ratio (QR), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) either partially or simultaneously on Return On Equity (ROE) at PT. XYZ for the period 2012-2019. This research is quantitative also includes descriptive and associative causal research. The data of this research are the financial statements of PT. XYZ for the period 2012-2019. The data used are secondary data presented on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) using financial ratio analysis methods, while the data is processed using the classical assumption analysis test method. The results showed that: There is a positive and insignificant effect between the quick ratio on return on equity as indicated by the t-test result of 1.444 with a significance of 0.159. There is a positive and insignificant influence between total assets turnover on return on equity as indicated by the t-test result of 1.203 with a significance of 0.239. There is a negative and insignificant effect between debt to equity ratio on return on equity, this is indicated by the t-test result of -0.030 with a significance value of 0.977. There is a negative and insignificant effect between quick ratio, total assets turn over and debt to equity ratio on return on equity which is shown from the results of the f-test count of 1.673 with a significance value of 0.195 and can be written with the regression equation ROE (Y) = -880,176 + 0.033 QR (X1) + 0.169 TATTOOS (X2) + 0.022 DER (X3).

This study aims to determine the purchase decision for the Honda Vario 125 CBS 2020 in the Tangerang City area. The level of congestion in big cities continues to increase so that many people decide to work using motorbikes because it speeds up time compared to cars and certainly makes it cost-effective. The research method used methods probability sampling with a population of 52 with accidental sampling technique. Calculations using the Slovin formula with a sample size of 46.01 people, then rounded up to 50 samples. The test results show that 77% of customer satisfaction can be influenced by the product quality and service quality, while the remaining 23% is influenced by other variables that are not explained in the linear regression model such as price, promotion, etc. PT. Wahana Artha Ritelindo is advised to maintain service stability because if the services provided decline, consumers will switch to competitors. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between the Honda Vario 125 CBS 2020 product on the price effect at PT. Wahana Honda Jatiuwung, as evidenced by the value of tcount = 6.294> ttable= 0.2787; sig 0.000 <0.05 and the regression coefficient (b) is 0.689. There is a significant influence between the influence of features on PT. Wahana Artha Ritelindo, as evidenced by the value of tcount= 6.295> ttable= 0.2787; sig = 0.000 <0.05 and the regression coefficient (b) is 0.678. There is a significant influence on the effect of purchasing decisions at PT. Wahana Artha Ritelindo, evidenced by the value of Fcount = 8.160> Ftable= 0.2787; sig = 0.000 <0.05 and the value of the regression coefficient (b1) is 0.372; the value of the regression coefficient (b2) is 0.630.

The development of digital technology and the trend of e-commerce cause changes in people's shopping patterns that in beginning is offline conventional to switch to online shopping through web/ blogs. So that in this study, the authors are interested in examining whether there is an influence from the level of education, the level of financial literacy, financial literacy instruments on purchasing decisions in online media with a case study on the community in the South Tangerang City. The research method used is descriptive quantitative by processing data and analysis obtained from a survey of a sample of the population in the South Tangerang City. The results obtained from the survey conducted on the people of the South Tangerang City were the efficiency factor and the cheaper price factor were considered the most influential factors in purchasing decisions on online media. The advantages of shopping transactions offered through online media, especially during the Covid pandemic, have caused many people to change their offline shopping patterns to online to buy the items they need. This is also reinforced by the results of research from the hypothesis test which concludes that the level of education, the level of financial literacy and financial literacy instruments do not affect the value of purchasing decisions ononline media in South Tangerang City society either partially (t test) or simultaneously (F test). sig value> 0.05. Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi digital dan trend e-commerce menyebabkan perubahan pola belanja masyarakat yang awalnya bersifat konvensional offline beralih ke pola belanja online melalui web/blog. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini, penulis tertarik untuk meneliti apakah ada pengaruh dari tingkat pendidikan , tingkat literasi keuangan, dan instrumen literasi keuangan pada keputusan pembelian terhadap media online dengan studi kasus pada masyarakat di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskritif kuantitatif dengan melakukan pengolahan data dan analisa yang diperoleh dari hasil survey terhadap sample dari populasi masyarakat di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari survei yang dilakukan pada masyarakat daerah Kota Tangerang Selatan adalah faktor efisiensi dan faktor harga yang lebih murah dianggap sebagai faktor yang paling berpengaruh dalam keputusan pembelian pada media online. Keuntungan transaksi belanja yang ditawarkan melalui media online terutama selama pandemic covid ini menyebabkan banyak masyarakat yang mengubah pola belanja offline menjadi online untuk membeli barang yang diperlukan. Hal ini diperkuat dengan hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian bahwa faktor tingkat pendidikan dan literasi keuangan tidak mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian pada media online di masyarakat Kota Tangerang Selatan baik secara partial (Uji t) maupun simultan (Uji F) dengan nilai sig > 0,05. Kebijakan sekolah swasta gratis merupakan kebijakan baru yang dikeluarkan kota Semarang. Kebijakan ini berupa hibah uang untuk sekolah swasta yang mengalami masalah  pendanaan karena mayoritas siswanya dari kalangan kurang mampu. Namun, seringkali kebijakan  semacam ini mengalami kendala dalam pelaksanaannya, seperti terlambatnya pencairan dana  sampai realisasi yang tidak mencapai target. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  menganalisis faktor-faktor implementasi sekolah swasta gratis kota Semarang. Penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan  wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik purposive  sampling. Informan yang dipilih adalah Dinas pendidikan kota Semarang dan sekolah-sekolah  swasta penerima kebijakan dari masing-masing jenjang pendidikan dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan implementasi sekolah swasta gratis kota Semarang sudah cukup  baik meskipun terdapat kendala. Faktor pendukung dalam kebijakan ini yakni tersosialisasinya  kebijakan dari Dinas Pendidikan ke sekolah-sekolah swasta dari sekolah swasta ke masyarakat.  Selain itu, memadainya sumberdaya manusia dan anggaran baik di Dinas Pendidikan maupun di sekolah-sekolah swasta penerima kebijakan. Kemudian adanya pemahaman dan dukungan dari  semua pelaksana kebijakan baik dari Dinas Pendidikan maupun sekolah swasta. Penelitian ini juga  mendapati faktor-faktor penghambat, yakni Dinas Pendidikan tidak secara resmi melakukan  sosialisasi kepada sekolah-sekolah swasta. Selain itu, kurang memadainya sarana dan prasaran dari  pihak sekolah. Dari segi peraturan, beberapa sekolah belum mendapatkan Standar Operasional  Prosedur yang jelas dari Dinas Pendidikan. Dari segi kerjasama, terdapat keterlambatan penyaluran  dana dari pihak Dinas Pendidikan ke sekolah-sekolah penerima kebijakan. Rekomendasi dari  penelitian ini adalah perlunya monitoring dan evaluasi dari pihak Dinas Pendidikan terkait Standar  Operasional Prosedur dan mekanisme penyaluran dana, sehingga tidak terjadi lagi masalah yang  sama di kemudian hari.

The Institutional Modernization of the Central Java Gerindra Party is interesting to study because the Gerindra Party is a new party that has a significant voting trend in Central Java, after PDIP. The objective of this study is to describe institutional modernization in Gerindra Party of Central Java and to analyze the obstacles to modernization within the Central Java Gerindra Party. The research method used was a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. The location of this research was the scope of the Central Java Gerindra Party DPD and the Central Java Gerindra Party wing. The research design used a descriptive research design with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews and documentation. The informants consisted of the Chairperson of the Central Java Party DPD, Deputy Chair of the Central Java Party DPD, Secretary General of the Central Java Gerindra Party DPD, Chair of the Organization, Membership and Cadreization, Chair of the Women's Division, Chair of the Empowerment of Sayap Organizations, Members of Sayap (Indonesia Raya Gerindra Volunteer Unit) SATRIA Gerindra Voters or supporters of Gerindra Party. Gerindra Party has experienced modernization in the areas of access to open information and financial transparency, application of a democratic ideology, gradual regeneration, and preparation for leadership rotation through the party regeneration process. It can be said, that the boundary area less to pay attentionfrom the central administration, so that boundary area condition is not so good. The aim of this study are getting description about development cooperation among Regencies in the boundary area. This study is analytically descriptive, by qualitative and quantitative approaches and used the primary ans secondary data. Data was obtained by interviewing and through questionnaire. The analysis by qualitative analysis and SWOT analysis. The result are indicated that cooperation model can be established among sectors, actors and locations development. In the development sectors indicated that are no cooperation of all over sector, but just only some sectors could be cooperated. The main role of the regional cooperation is the executive body. The development of Islam in the political arena in Indonesia is interesting to be analyzed comprehensively. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the existence of Islamic political parties after the 2019 simultaneous general elections. The main problem in political life in Indonesia is the decline of public trust in political parties. One of the main reasons is the corruption case that ensnared politicians. The presence of Islamic political parties is hopefully able to bring a change and alter the ugly stigma from the society towards the political parties. This study is qualitative in nature with a case study of PKS as a participant in the 2019 simultaneous general election, using an institutional assessment of the existence of political parties. The dynamics and existence of PKS before the 2019 general election were categorically high. It means that the PKS movement was active in society by offering strategic programs and policies for voters. PKS has a structured party system starting from the regeneration system to constituent treatment that can increase the number of voters in the 2019 elections. This research shows that regeneration carried out through tarbiyah can instill party ideology in cadres, but fails to raise the party in a fast time. Based on the political dynamics of PKS during the Jokowi-JK administration period 2014-2019, identity politics was able to increase voter participation and increase PKS votes in the 2019 elections.

Civil society role is often seen as less powerful agent in forming or maintaininggood governance than two dominant agents (state and private actors). This research is intended to have knowledge whether civil society can play importantroles in forming and maintaining local good governance in Surakarta City, Indonesia.  The civil society (both formally and informally associations or persons) in Surakarta city plays very pivotal roles in six sustainable elements, namely (1) by influencing policy analysis and advocacy; (2) by controlling regulations; (3) by monitoring local government actions and behavior of staff officials; (4) by enabling citizens to identify and articulate their values, beliefs, civic norms and democratic practices; (5) by mobilizing vulnerable and marginalized masses to participate more fully in politics and public affairs and finally (6) by establishing participatory development work to improve their own better life. Interestingly, there are two new factors found in the research in determining the success of sustainability of local good governance practices in Surakarta, namely informal networking or communication and spirit of togetherness. The existence of civil society (especially the informal one) in Surakarta City is a strong pillar for sustainable local good governance practices. Law enforcement is one important thing in achieving local good governance in Surakarta City under Jokowi-Rudy. The main question of this research is how comes law enforcement contributes to the success of local good governance in Surakarta. Qualitative method is used in answering the researh questions.
