Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of motivation, creativity and startup courses on students' interest in building startups partially. This research is a type of explanatory research that explains the causal relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable through a hypothesis. The population used in this study were active students of the 2018 class of management study program, FEB, Islamic University of Malang, amounting to 518 students. In this study using a sample of 84 respondents, the sampling technique used in this study was a purposive sampling technique. This study uses quantitative methods, data acquisition using primary data with data collection using a questionnaire method through distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale as a measuring tool for respondents' answers. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on student interest in building startups, creativity has a positive and significant effect on student interest in building startups and startup courses have a positive and significant effect on student interest in building startups in management study program students batch 2018 Faculty of Economics and Business Islamic University of Malang. Keyword: Motivation, Creativity, Startup Courses On Student And Interest In Building Startups

Abstract

AbstackThe purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Price, Innovation, and Product Quality on Consumer Satisfaction at RM Cak Sur Sigura - Gura Malang. The variables used are price, innovation, and product quality as independent variables. Whereas Consumer Satisfaction is the dependent variable. The population in the study were 150 consumers. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling with a total sample of 60 respondents. Quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded as follows: (a) Price, Innovation, and Product Quality simultaneously affect customer satisfaction at RM Cak Sur Sigura - Gura Malang. (b) Price influences customer satisfaction at RM Cak Sur Sigura - Gura Malang. (c) Innovation influences consumer satisfaction at RM Cak Sur Sigura - Gura Malang. Abstract

Abstract This study examines the effect of ease of use and perceived benefits of the JD.id application on student purchasing decisions. There are several new trends that emerged when the internet and technology began to enter Indonesia, including shopping trends that are now starting to change, namely online shopping, one of which is using JD.Id. Some inconvenience issues with JD.id. when accessing the application, there are still many who say that using the JD.id application is still difficult, such as access failure, unable to check out etc. In addition, the Customer Service service is not responsive enough, the wrong item is sent, to the unilateral cancellation of transactions by the system. This causes lower decision making. This study uses an explanatory with a quantitative approach. Determination of the number of samples using the formula from Malhotra as many as 72 respondents using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the ease of use and perceived benefits of the JD.id application simultaneously influenced student purchasing decisions and partially ease of use had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract The aims of this study is to determine the profit rate comparison against financial performance at PT Bank Mandiri, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, and PT Bank Tabungan Negara in the 2019 period. The sample used in this study are the financial reports of 2019 period from PT Bank Mandiri, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, and PT Bank Tabungan Negara. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, to explain the level of financial performance using the Comparison of Financial Ratios and Discriminant Test analysis tools. The results of the research in the discriminant analysis, obtained a significance value above 0.05 so that the results of the study showed that there were differences in the data studied between these three banks. The difference in the level of profit and financial performance between the three banks was obtained by the best ranking by Bank BRI with good criteria, followed by Bank Mandiri with good criteria, then Bank BTN with poor criteria. Keywords: Profit Rate Comparison, Financial Performance, Financial Reports

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe celebrity endorsers, promotions, product quality, purchasing decisions and influence the influence of celebrity endorsers, promotions and product quality on purchasing decisions for MS Glow products. This study used an explanatory research method with a quantitative approach and the data collection method in this study was carried out by distributing online questionnaires using snowball sampling. The sample used in this research was 60 students from the Faculty of Business Economics, Islamic University of Malang, class of 2019 from the Management Study Program. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis, F test (simultaneous), t test (partial), and coefficient of determination test (adjusted R2). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables celebrity endorser, promotion and product quality have a positive effect, partially celebrity endorser has a positive and not significant effect, promotion has a positive and insignificant effect, while product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. on purchasing decisions This study uses a type of quantitative research. Keywords: Celebrity Endorser, Promotion, Product Quality, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract It was a quantitative type of study, by utilizing a secondary data such as the company annual financial reports. There were 11 companies became the samples of this company food and beverages in Indonesia listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchane, which were determined based on the purposive sampling technique during the periode of 4 years from 2015 until 2018. The results indicated that (1) the return on asset had an effect negatif on the growth profits but the return on equity had an effect positif on the growth profits, (2) the good corporate governance not could modernize return on asset and return on equity on the growth profits to a negative direction.Keywords: Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Good Corporate Governance, Growth Profits.

Abstract

AbstractThe study aims to analyze the  influence of taxpayer attitudes, tax knowledge and quality of service on the compliance of private taxpayers on creative economists of the blended fashion and culinary sub-sector in Sumenep City. The sample used in the  study used purposive sampling techniques so that the number of samples obtained was as many as 40 respondents who met the criteria. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that taxpayer attitudes, tax knowledge and service quality simultaneously have a significant influence on the compliance of private taxpayers on the creative economy of the blended fashion and culinary sub-sector in Sumenep City. Variables in taxpayer attitudes have a significant and positive effect on the compliance of private taxpayers in the creative economy of the blended fashion and culinary sub-sector in Sumenep City. Abstract

ABSTRACTTaxpayer compliance is an act of obeying the law. There are issues with taxpayer compliance, such as tax evasion, which will lead to declining tax revenues. Behind all that there are factors that cause decreased taxpayer compliance, which is, taxpayer dissatisfaction with public services and administrative systems used too convoluted and consuming a lot of taxpayer time, Therefore, it needs to be done repair in terms of the server and administration system with the support of tax audit on taxpayers. In this research aims to determine the influence of the quality of tax service, the implementation of tax audit and the modernization of the tax administration system to the taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama South Malang. The research is a quantitative study using primary data. Collection of data on this research using instrument questionnaire. The questionnaire distributed as much as 100 to the taxpayer as the respondent. The technique used is random sampling. Data analysis using multiple linear regression using SPSS Analysis program version 25 tool. Based on the results of the analysis in this study stated that simultaneously the quality of tax services, the implementation of tax checks, and the modernization of taxation administration system significantly affect the personal mandatory compliance. As for a partial good quality of tax service, implementation of tax checks, and modernization of the taxation administration system has a positive and significant influence on the compliance of personal taxpayers. Keywords: Tax Service quality, implementation of tax audit, modernization of taxation administration system, taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

Abstract The emergence of modernity has made the fashion sector, experience rapid development, as well as the business competition that is getting tougher every day. Therefore, companies must be able to compete and find ways to win market share for their products. One brand that offers up-to-date fashion trends is the Erigo. Erigo is the most brand in demand and sought after by the public during COVID-19, it has several types of products, such as sweaters, etc. The purpose of the research with this type of explanatory research and quantitative approach is to find out and analyze the effect of brand image, brand love, brand equity, and price on purchasing decisions for Erigo brand sweater products. The Malhotra formula was used to sampling technique for students from the FEB UNISMA, yielding a sample of 100 respondents. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS analysis tool. This study shows that brand image, brand love, brand equity, and price have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions in the test carried out with the partial test, two independent variables have a negative and insignificant effect on the dependent variable, both of which are the brand image and brand love variables. Keywords: Fashion; Brand Image; Brand Love; Brand Equity; Price; Purchasing Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of online reviews, discount promos and trust on purchasing decisions. The research used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. While the sample used in this study is Non-Probability Sampling using the Maholtra formula so there are 75 samples. The data used is primary data by using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is instrument test: validity and reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test: multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing: simultaneous test, partial test and coefficient of determination.                                                                    From the partial results of the study, it was found that online reviews had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, discount promos had no effect on purchasing decisions, and trust had an effect on purchasing decisions. Keyword : Online review, discount promos, trust and  buying decision.
