Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of online reviews, discount promos and trust on purchasing decisions. The research used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. While the sample used in this study is Non-Probability Sampling using the Maholtra formula so there are 75 samples. The data used is primary data by using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is instrument test: validity and reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test: multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing: simultaneous test, partial test and coefficient of determination.                                                                    From the partial results of the study, it was found that online reviews had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, discount promos had no effect on purchasing decisions, and trust had an effect on purchasing decisions. Keyword : Online review, discount promos, trust and  buying decision.

Abstract

 AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquidity ratios, leverage ratios, and activity ratios on stock returns. The population in this study were all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The research sample used purposive sampling technique. From a population of 24 companies, a sample of 18 companies was taken with a three-year research period (2017-2019). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study indicate that liquidity (Current Ratio) and Leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio) have a negative and insignificant effect on stock returns. Meanwhile, Activity (Total Assets Turn Over) has a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns.. Keywords: CR, DER, TATO, and Stock Returns

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product quality and promotion mix on purchasing decisions for Waroeng Om products, Malang City. The location of this research was carried out on the community and students in Malang City who became consumers of Waroeng Om Malang City. This research is a quantitative research. This research uses a case study method where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to the public and students in Malang City who were selected by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Maholtra formula and the results obtained were 85 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and determination tests. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of the F test indicate that the quality of service, product quality and promotion mix simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions and have an effect on purchasing decisions for Waroeng Om products, Malang City. Furthermore, the results of the t-test indicate that service quality, product quality and promotion mix partially have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions for Waroeng Om products, Malang City. The results of the determination test show that the percentage is 60.5%, which purchasing decisions can be influenced by service quality, product quality and promotion mix. Management should pay more attention to consumer attitudes and behavior in the purchase stage, one of which is by providing good quality products so that consumers will easily buy Waroeng Om Malang products more precisely and quickly. Keywords: Purchase Decision, Service Quality, Product Quality, Promotional mix

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis type of research uses explanatory research (quantitative research) through a quantitative approach. The location of the study was conducted at the Lumajang Regional Disaster Management Agency located at Jalan Hasanudin No. 4, Tompokersan, Lumajang, Rogotrunan, Jogotrunan, Kec. Lumajang, Lumajang Regency, East Java 67311, Indonesia. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires distributed to all employees who work at the Lumajang Regional Disaster Management Agency. The study population was 63 employees of the Lumajang Regional Disaster Management Agency. The determination of the sample in this study uses a saturated sampling technique. The saturation sampling technique is a sampling technique that makes all members of the population sampled. The results of this study indicate that the quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation doesn’t significantly influence employee performance, work discipline affects employee performance.Keyword: Employee Performance, Quality of Work Life, Motivation, Work Discipline

Abstract

AbstractThe goal of this study is to pinpoint and examine factors that simultaneously and partially influence consumers' intent to make purchases at Tiket.com, including brand ambassadors, online reviews posted to YouTube, online shopping experiences, perceived convenience, and risk perceptions. The independent variables in this measurement are Brand ambassador, YouTube Online Review, Online Shopping Experience, Perception of Ease, and Perception of Risk, while the dependent variable is buying interest. Quantitative research using a descriptive methodology is the sort of research used in this study. From the outset to the creation of the study design, the quantitative research method's specifications are systematic, well-planned, and clearly defined. The SPSS program's multiple linear regression analysis tool was used to manage the data. The data used includes both primary and secondary data that were gathered through surveys, interviews, and both direct and indirect observations. Since the sample size for this study is unclear, the maholtra calculation with data  24 indicators multiplied by 5 results in 120. The analysis of the data revealed that the variables of brand ambassador, youtube online review, online shopping experience, perceived convenience, and perceived danger simultaneously and partially influence the purchasing intentions of Tiket.com users in Malang City. Keywords: Purchase Intention. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the relationship between work environment variables, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The location of this research is in the Tohu Srijaya UMKM Sector, Batu City. This research is a quantitative research. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, the variables of work environment, work motivation, and job satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on employee performance with positive and significant values. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe capital market is one investment alternative for investors.  Investors who are willing to invest in the stock market can invest in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). One index that is often ignored by investors when they invest in the Indonesia Stock Exchange is the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI), because through the movement of the Composite Stock Price Index, investors can see whether the market conditions are excited or sluggish. Some things that need to be considered by investors in investing are the dollar exchange rate, dow jones index and the interest rate of Bank Indonesia certificates, This study aims to test and empirically prove the effect of the exchange rate of the dollar, the Dow Jones index, and the interest rate of Bank Indonesia certificates on the composite stock price index during the period January 2016 to December 2018. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling with the amount  144 data were processed. The analyzed data were carried out using multiple linear regression methods. The results showed that the Dollar Exchange Rate variable had a significant positive effect on the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI).  SBI Interest Rate has a significant negative effect on the composite stock price index (CSPI).Keywords: Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI), Dollar Exchange Rate, Dow Jones Index, Bank Indonesia Certificate Interest Rate.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness and brand loyalty on purchasing decisions for fragrant shoots (a case study on economics and business students in 2018 at the Islamic University of Malang). The type of research used is explanatory research with the method of distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study revealed 70 respondents and data processing using the SPSS computer program. This study has met the requirements of validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used in this study is the classical assumption test, statistical test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The variable used in this study is the dependent variable on purchasing decisions, and the independent variables are brand awareness and brand loyalty. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect. Partially, it is shown that the variables of Brand Awareness and Brand Loyalty have a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision variable for the case study of fragrant shoots tea products for students of the economics and business faculty in 2018 at the Islamic University of Malang. Keywords: Brand Awareness, Brand Loyalty, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of understanding tax regulations, tax socialization, and tax sanctions on individual taxpayer compliance with creative economy actors in the blended culinary and fashion sub-sector in Malang Regency. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling technique, so that the number of samples can be determined as many as 40 respondents who meet the criteria. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the understanding of tax regulations, tax socialization, and tax sanctions simultaneously had a significant effect on taxpayer compliance with the mixed creative economy actors of the fashion and culinary sub-sectors in Malang district. The variable of understanding tax regulations has a significant and positive effect on individual taxpayer compliance of creative economy actors in the blended culinary and fashion sub-sector in Malang Regency. The tax socialization variable has a significant and positive effect on individual taxpayer compliance of creative economy actors in the blended culinary and fashion sub-sector in Malang Regency. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Competence, Family Environment and Courage to Take Risks on Entrepreneurial Interest of Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang 2018. The sample used in this study was 91 students. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that together (Test F) the Competence Variables, Family Environment and Courage to Take Risks had a positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship and based on the partial test results (T-test) the Competence variable had no effect on the interest in entrepreneurship, the Family Environment variable does not affect the interest in entrepreneurship and the variable Courage to take risks affects the interest in entrepreneurship. Keywords: Competence, Family Environment, and Courage to take risk
