Abstract

Learning media is one of the means needed to achieve the perfect quality of education. In the Process Control System Practicum Laboratory of Malang State Polytechnic, the number of learning module plants is limited.. It is necessary to add a new learning module, therefore a plant is designed about regulating the level of water turbidity. In this plant, a cascade control method is used to regulate the mixture of clear water and water with high turbidity in order to obtain water with a certain level of turbidity. The results of the application of the cascade control method using the P controller in the inner loop (flow) with a value of K_p=155 obtained rise time 3s, settling time 4s, and steady state error 15%, in the outer loop (turbidity) was also used P controller with a value of K_p=1.67 resulting rise time 14s, settling time 30s, and steady state error 60%. The high steady state error occurs because the plant response of this system has characteristics that were too fast so that the cascade control was unable to overcome the error. In addition, the SEN0189 turbidity sensor with the accuracy of reading the water turbidity value of 10 NTU every 1mV voltage change and easily exposed to noise was also the cause of this system plant to produce a high steady state error.

Abstract

Stroberi merupakan salah satu buah yang sering dikonsumsi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Selain untuk olahan makanan, stroberi juga dikonsumsi dalam kondisi segar. Menurut Badan Pusat Statistik, produksi stroberi Indonesia tahun 2021 sebesar 9.860 ton meningkat 31 % dari tahun 2019, dimana jumlah produksi tahun 2010 sebanyak 7.501 ton. Untuk mendapatkan buah stroberi yang segar tentunya memerlukan treatment khusus dalam pertumbuhan tanaman tersebut. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi tumbuh kembang stroberi seperti kelembaban udara, udara suhu, dan soil mousture. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan sebuah pengembanagn sistem kontrol soil moisture dan suhu udara pada greenhouse dalam proses budidaya stroberi yang dapat dimonitor melalui IoT. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengontrol suhu dan soil moisture adalah sistem inferensi Fuzzy Mamdani dengan setpoint kontrol soil moisture sebesar 6,5 Hum dan suhu sebesar 20°C. Berdasarkan dari hasil pengujian soil moisture didapatkan hasil waktu tunda (td) sebesar 40 detik, time settling (ts) sebesar 200 detik, dan waktu naik (tr) sebesar 171 detik. Pada pengujian suhu terdapat waktu tunda (td) sebesar 60 detik, settling time (ts) sebesar 120 detik, dan waktu naik (tr) sebesar 114 detik. Strawberries are commonly consumed everyday whether being processed or consumed fresh. Strawberry production has been incrasing along the years in Indonesia. According to the Central Statistics Agency, Indonesia's strawberry production in 2021 reached 9,860 tons, a 31% increase from 2019, where the production was 7,501 tons. In order to have a good strawberries, we need to use special treatment for controlling the factor that influenced the growing process. There ae several factors that influence the growing process of strawberries, which are changes in weather, air temperature, humidity, and soil moisture. This research focuses on the control system for soil moisture and air temperature in a greenhouse during strawberry cultivation. The study employs a Mamdani fuzzy inference system with a soil moisture control setpoint of 6.5 Hum and a temperature of 20°C. Based on the results of the Soil Moisture testing, the obtained values are a delay time (td) of 40 seconds, a settling time (ts) of 200 seconds, and a rise time (tr) of 171 seconds. In the temperature testing, there is a delay time (td) of 60 seconds, a settling time (ts) of 120 seconds, and a rise time (tr) of 114 seconds.

Abstract

Currently, cut chrysanthemum cultivation in a greenhouse is still using a conventional system. Temperature and soil moisture are the most important factors in the growth process. If the temperature and humidity of the soil are not conditioned, the roots will quickly rot and slow the growth process of chrysanthemums. Internet of Things is an integrated system with a data-based server that stores data in the cloud from sensors so that the system can be monitored remotely in real-time. Based on this, an integrated system was designed to make it easier for farmers to condition the temperature and humidity of the chrysanthemum flower soil. In temperature conditioning, if the temperature of cut chrysanthemum is detected 24 ℃ then the heater will be "on" by adjusting the fan rotation and vice versa. Meanwhile, soil moisture conditioning is carried out by distributing water if the detected soil moisture is 50%, then the water pump is in the "on" state. The data on the degree of temperature and the percent of soil moisture will be recorded into the cloud which will then be displayed in the form of graphs and history data on the webserver and Android. By using this system, it is found that the growth process of cut chrysanthemums can grow 7 days faster than the standard harvest time of 30 days.

Abstract

Implementasi running text LED sebagai media komunikasi sekolah di TK Noor Fadjar Malang untuk meningkatkan efektivitas diseminasi informasi yang cepat, ringkas, dan mudah dipahami. Metode pelaksanaan mengikuti siklus PDCA: (i) survei dan diskusi kebutuhan guna merumuskan spesifikasi teknis serta standar keterbacaan (struktur headline–inti–aksi, batas karakter, kecepatan scroll, dan kontras); (ii) perancangan arsitektur perangkat–perangkat lunak; (iii) instalasi sesuai kaidah keselamatan dan uji fungsional pada jam sibuk/lengang; (iv) pelatihan operator, penyerahan SOP dan templat konten; serta (v) evaluasi menggunakan kuisioner dan umpan balik lapangan. Evaluasi terhadap 23 responden (kelengkapan 100%) menunjukkan rerata keseluruhan 4,48 (SD 0,68); butir “Kejelasan informasi” mencapai 4,65 (kategori kuat), sedangkan “Membantu penyampaian informasi” 4,30. Hasil ini menegaskan mutu visual–redaksional yang baik, namun mengindikasikan perlunya peningkatan dampak informasional melalui optimasi struktur pesan, penguatan call-to-action (batas waktu/kanal tindak lanjut/QR), segmentasi audiens (guru–staf–orang tua), dan penjadwalan berbasis pola aktivitas. Kontribusi praktis artikel adalah paket implementasi siap replikasi (SOP, templat, prosedur fallback) serta rencana tindak lanjut berbasis indikator terukur yang menargetkan peningkatan butir “membantu” ≥ 4,60 dengan mempertahankan “kejelasan” ≥ 4,60. Temuan memberikan dasar evidensial bagi satuan pendidikan untuk mengadopsi media digital berbiaya terjangkau dalam meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi secara terukur dan berkelanjutan.
