Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of management information systems, communication and work motivation on the performance of employees of the Bima City Social Service. This research is a causal research (cause-effect), meaning that this research is a quantitative study to analyze the causal effect between Management Information Systems, Communication and Motivation on Employee Performance at the Bima City Social Service. The sample of this study were 71 civil servants and non-civil servants who served at the Bima City Social Service. The research instrument is a questionnaire that uses a Likert scale. Then the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis explain that the implementation of the Management Information System (MIS) is classified as good, which means that it supports the implementation of tasks, as well as regarding communication that the average respondent has a good communication pattern, not to mention the average work motivation is high and employee performance is high. as expected. The results of the regression analysis show that (1) the Management Information System has a positive and significant influence on employee performance; (2) Communication has a positive and significant influence on employee performance; (3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; and (4) Management information system (MIS), communication and work motivation simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of the Bima City Social Service employee. Therefore, to improve employee performance, it is necessary to jointly improve the SIM variable, good communication, and increase work motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the HR Development Needs to Improve Employee Performance in the Implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 QMS in BKP Class I Mataram. This research is a qualitative research, the informant criteria used in this study is someone who has the authority to regulate, supervise, audit and implement directly related to the continuation of the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 QMS in BKP Mataram. Qualitative data analysis consists of three activities that are carried out simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that BKP Class I Mataram had developed HR and implemented the ISO 9001: 2015 QMS to improve employee and organizational performance, efforts to improve theperformance were carried out starting: 1). organizational development (OD) in the form of implementing work systems through the implementation of Quality Management Standards through ISO 9001: 2015, SNI ISO 17025 for laboratory of accreditation and ISO 37001 on anti-bribery management systems; 2) Non-Apparatus Development through the quarantine socialization; 3) Apparatus of Development through increasing the level of education to a higher level; 4) Apparatus through quarantine basic training and Training Center; 5) Apparatus of Training in the form of training activities, in-house training, workshops and mental development of employees.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to ascertain effect of Corporate Governance mechanisms on the possibility of financial statements containing fraud. This study examines the size of the board of commissioners as determined by the total number of board members in a company, the proportion of independent board members as determined by the proportion of an organization's board of directors that are independent as a percentage of the total number of board members, and board members with international experience. The audit committee's and worldwide audit's efficacy is evaluated by assigning a code one if all necessary information is released, a code two if Indonesia is informed but does not comply with the Code of Good Corporate Governance, and a code three if no information is provided. The Beneish M-Score measures financial statement fraud. The company indicated manipulator would be given code one if not indicated code 0. The company's size is quantified by the logarithm of the company's total assets in year t, leverage is measured by dividing total debt by total equity, and the company's age is estimated based on the number of years since the corporation was incorporated. On the Stock Exchange. A sample in this study of 100 non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019. The statistical method used is binary logistics analysis. The findings of this study indicate that board size does not affect the likelihood of financial statements containing fraud; the proportion of independent board members does not affect the possibility of financial statements preventing fraud; board members with international experience do not affect the likelihood of financial statements preventing fraud.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Data Global Status Report on Non Communicable Disesases tahun 2010 menyebutkan persentase penderita hipertensi saat ini paling banyak terdapat 40% di negara ekonomi berkembang, sedangkan negara maju hanya 35%. Data statistik terbaru menyatakan bahwa terdapat 24,7% penduduk Asia Tenggara dan 23,3% penduduk Indonesia berusia 18 tahun ke atas mengalami hipertensi pada tahun 2014 (WHO, 2015). Hipertensi merupakan suatu gangguan pembuluh darah yang mengakibatkan suplai oksigen dan nutrisi yang dibawa oleh darah, terhambat sampai ke jaringan tubuh yang membutuhkanya. Prevelensi hipertensi atau tekanan darah tinggi di Indonesia tergolong tinggi, namun kebanyakan dari penderitanya tidak terdeteksi. Hipertensi bisa ditangani apabila masyarakat mengetahui faktor pemicu akibat dari hipertensi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor pemicu hipertensi dengan kejadian hipertensi. Penelitian ini merupakan study descriptive correlation dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan sampel 78 orang. Uji statistik yang digunakan Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara jenis kelamin, keturunan, usia, pekerjaan, tingkat kegemukan dengan kejadian hipertensi nilai p value 0,000 (p<0,05). Diharapkan masyarakat dapat melakukan pemeriksaan tekanan darah secara rutin terutama bagi masyarakat yang memiliki riwayat keluarga hipertensi agar tekanan darahnya bisa dikontrol setiap waktu. Kata Kunci : jenis kelamin, umur, pekerjaan, keturunan, tingkat kegemukan, hipertensi ABSTRACT Global Status Reports on Non Communicable Disesases in 2010 revealed that the percentage of people with hypertension is currently at most 40% in developing countries, while developed countries only 35%. Recent statistics state that there are 24.7% of Southeast Asian population and 23.3% of Indonesians aged 18 years and over have hypertension by 2014 (WHO, 2015). Hypertension is a disorder of blood vessels that result in oxygen supply and nutrients carried by the blood, obstructed to the body tissues that need it. The prevalence of hypertension or high blood pressure in Indonesia is high, but most of the sufferers are undetectable. Hypertension can be handled if people know the trigger factor due to hypertension. The purpose of the study to determine the relationship of trigger factors of hypertension with the incidence of hypertension. This study is a study descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach with a sample of 78 people. The statistical test used by Chi Square. The results showed that there was a relationship between sex, heredity, age, occupation, obesity level with hypertension occurrence p value 0.000 (p <0,05). It is expected that the public can perform regular blood pressure checks, especially for people who have a family history of hypertension so that blood pressure can be controlled every time Keywords : Sex, age, occupation, heredity, obesity rate, hypertension

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus merupakan penyakit yang bersifat menahun, berhubungan dengan suatu sistem dalam tubuh, disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, yang ditandai dengan hiperglikemia dan hiperlipidemia, akibat kurangnya sekresi atau ketidak efektifan insulin yang telah disekresi oleh pankreas. Pasien Diabetes Mellitus harus melakukan terapi pengelolaan farmakologis dan non farmakologis untuk mencegah terjadinya komplikasi dan mengontrol kestabilan kadar gula darahnya. Terapi tersebut dapat menimbulkan dampak fisik maupun psikologis bagi pasien DM. Dampak psikologis yang dapat dirasakan oleh pasien Diabetes Mellitus adalah depresi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat depresi pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus di wilayah dokter keluarga Djazariyah Kabupaten Kendal. Metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Alat ukur menggunakan kuesioner Depression Anxiety Stres Scale yang terdiri dari 42 pertanyaan. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 37 responden. Sebagian besar pasien Diabetes Mellitus normal atau tidak mengalami depresi. Peneliti memberikan saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk menggunakan kuesioner Depression Anxiety Stres Scale yang telah dimodifikasi agar mempermudah responden dalam menjawab.

Abstract

Productivity is an activity related to utilisation efficiently from source of inputs applied, to produce goods or service and affects wide in all industrial process. One of measurement method selected at this research is method Sistem MEPI is an equipment to know how far interrelationship of production process in success of Pengukuran, evaluation, planning, and improvement of productivity in manufacture industry. Then result of of analysed and diinteprestasikan. At this research studied, analysis MEPI to get image of company productivity manufakturing producing polyester ( raw white and yarn colour) period the year 2000 up to 2006 during 7 ( seven) year. From this MEPI system analysis, will be watched all level of productivities every year journey of the production. Result from this measurement system simply stand-out fluctuation of production that is every year varies, from the year 2000 to 2006 but there is no change which significant. So company management is suggested mempertahan the system to and does a few repairs to increase all facets related to quality and its(the amount, optimization of Usage of asset and labour. overhaul mesin ring spinning setiap dua tahun sekali untuk melakukan system perawatan mesin berskala besar dengan tujuan semua komponen di control, kemudian bila ada komponen yang rusak atau aus, maka diganti dengan yang baru. Selanjutnya dilakukan penyetelan kerangka mesin, penyetingan daerah draft, pelumasan dan pembersihan dari roda gigi sampai pembersihan kerangka mesin. Selanjut pemasangan kembali semua komponen tersebut, serta tes running kemudian kembali produksi seperti biasa, penelitian ini mengambil hasil dari jenis bahan baku yang sama sebelum dilakukan overhaul dan sesudah overhaul. Dengan pengujian test laboratorium untuk uji kualitas benang Ne1 40s (TEX 14,76), ternyata berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis F. test dan T. test serta diperkuat dengan analisis yang mempergunakan rumus FMB (Faktor Mutu Benang) menunjukkan bahwa hasil produksi benang setelah mengalami overhaul, ada peningkatan yang signifikan kualitasnya (ketidakrataan: 17,03? 15,64; kekuatan tarik per untai: 245,37 ?252,31; kekuatan tari per helai: 1907,79?1938,40; mulur saat putus: 6,39 ? 6,60; antihan benang: 993,646 ? 996,032; dan grade benang: 93,5 ?98,0). Abstract

Applying of blue ocean strategy at group wings a group peripatetic big company in all area effort for retail especially at requirement products of household in general. Group wings stands up the year 1948 with location in Kota Surabaya, in implementing sale strategy of its (the product inculcating image and also motto that consumer considering of product yielded by company group this wings. Peripatetic wings products in the field of majoring basic necessities which is easy got where just is of all [by] Indonesia region with the price of reachd, product with quality, design, feature (the facility and usefulness), brand-name, packaging, measure, service, warranty and replacement if happened damage. Including one of blue ocean strategy done by group wings is price what covers price list elements, cutting, bonus, duration of payment, credit order. Sales promotion, advertising, sales force, public relations direct marketing, all the things has covered a strategy doing no emultion in red ocean. Wht causes indisposed emultion and red blood generating retrogression of effort for the industry. In the case of special of company group wings which I do research has far from red Ocean and executes Blue Ocean strategy. Abstract

This research starting from suspect that worker productivity ( Y) determined by two principal variables that is performance and motivation of work of the workers. Variable - variable determining motivation of work for example work characteristic (x¹) and organization climate (x²).produktivity as comparison between outputs with input in set of certain in working every worker. This research general purpose is to obtain information based on empirical data about magnitude and direction of organizational work characteristic influence and climate to worker productivity. This research haves the character of " ex post facto", with subject sebayak 100 operator worker part of produce of PTHTP Metalworks in Tangerang-banten. This research data obtained with observation guidance of productivity, questionaire job diacnostic survey, and questionaire Iklim organization. Processing and data analysis applies program computer SEM Lisrel.8.72 student. Result of this research menunjukan : There is influence joinly organizational work characteristic and climate to productivity pekerjaTerdapat positive connection between 4 ( four) work characteristic elements ( skilled variation, task identity, signifikansi task, autonomy) with work characteristic, except element of feedback doesn't correlate positifTerdapat the relation of which are positive and haves a meaning (of) between organizational climates and worker productivity. To 3 ( three) of each element correlated positively with worker productivity. Except element of orientation of reward and orientation of development and kemajuanHasil this research brings implication, for example organizational climate variable in PTHTP Metalworks need to be controlled to maintain and or increases worker productivity. Abstract

Setiap perusahaan, dari perusahaan kecil, menengah sampai perusahaan besar, persediaan sangat penting bagi kelangsungan perusahaan untuk tetap berproduksi dan beroperasi. Perusahaan harus bisa memperkirakan jumlah persediaan yang dimiliki. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kebutuhan material produk tahu yang optimal, dan untuk membuat perencanaan dan pengendalian persediaan bahan baku tahu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Material Requirement Planning. Selain itu metode yang digunakan dalam peramalan adalah metode moving average menggunakan software winQSB berdasarkan pola data penjualan. Setelah dilakukan analisis dan pembahasan, penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa kebutuhan kedelai dalam pembuatan satu papan tahu 1,5 kg, banyaknya minyak goreng yang dibutuhkan untuk satu papan tahu 0,16 kg, banyaknya air cuka yang dibutuhkan untuk satu papan tahu 0,048 botol, dan banyaknya air yang dibutuhkan untuk satu papan tahu 2,9 liter.
