Abstract

This research uses a qualitative research approach design with a qualitative descriptive research type. Data was collected through observation, interviews and document analysis. The sources for this research were the principal, homeroom teacher, students, and Nahwu and Shorof teachers of the Ulya class at the Fathul Ulum Islamic boarding school in Jombang.The research method used is qualitative research. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques, researchers use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. To test the validity of the data, researchers used source triangulation.The results of the research show that, the implementation of power point learning in increasing the reading of the yellow book at the Fathul Ulum Jomba Islamic Boarding School: 1) The implementation of power point learning in increasing the reading of the yellow book at the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School is creating learning tools, adjusting the theme or learning material, implementing the learning power points, and evaluating power point learning; 2) The implication of power point learning in increasing the reading of the yellow book at the Fathul Ulum Diwek Jombang Islamic boarding school is that there is a change in students' understanding and student involvement in the sense that students are actively involved and more enthusiastic in learning.

Abstract

The support of a cancer patient's family has a significant impact on the experience and treatment outcomes of chemotherapy. Family support encompasses four main dimensions: emotional, esteem, instrumental, and informational. The presence of emotionally supportive family members can reduce stress levels and improve the mental well-being of patients. Cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy often experience feelings of sadness, despair, and a loss of interest in activities. Some even discontinue chemotherapy. This study aims to investigate the relationship between family support and the stress levels of chemotherapy patients in the Anggrek Tewu Room at RSUD dr. Murjani Sampit. This research employs a quantitative research method, a cross-sectional research design, and total sampling technique. The sample consists of 45 individuals. A questionnaire instrument is used, and Spearman Rank statistical test is applied to examine the relationship between family support and the stress levels of chemotherapy patients. The statistical analysis results with Spearman rho show that the ? value is 0.160 where (? = 0.05), so ?>?, thus Ha is rejected, meaning: "There is no relationship between family support and the stress levels of chemotherapy patients in the Anggrek Tewu Room at RSUD dr. Murjani Sampit." The research concludes that the stress levels depend on the characteristics of the chemotherapy patients themselves and how individuals cope with the life problems they face. One of the factors is an individual's beliefs and health values, as well as their ability to determine a treatment program for their own mental readiness to accept changes both physically and socially and the effects of chemotherapy.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology in Indonesia has driven the rapid growth of app-based food delivery services, such as ShopeeFood. The ease of using the application and the quality of service are key factors influencing user satisfaction in utilizing this service. This study aims to analyze the influence of application ease of use and service quality on ShopeeFood user satisfaction in Depok. A quantitative approach was used, with primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The data was processed using SPSS by conducting data quality tests, classical assumption tests, t-tests, and F-tests. Based on the research findings, it was concluded that both application ease of use and service quality have a significant influence on user satisfaction, both individually (partially) and jointly (simultaneously). The t-value for ease of use was 6.576 and for service quality was 4.929, both exceeding the t-table value of 1.984 with a significance level of 0.000. Simultaneously, the F-value of 37.967 also indicates a significant influence.

Abstract

Toddlers are children aged 0-59 months during this growth period, the organs in the body of toddlers are undergoing development, including their immune system. One of the main reasons they are susceptible to Upper Respiratory Tract Infections is because their immune system is not yet fully formed. Family behavior is an important element in efforts to prevent diseases in children, including the prevention of Upper Respiratory Tract Infections or reducing morbidity, mortality rates of toddlers. This study aims to determine the influence and relationship between knowledge, family attitudes, health worker behavior and utilization of health facilities with family behavior at Marina Permai Palangka Raya Health Center. This type of research is Associative using Cross Sectional approach with Statistical Test of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Sampling technique with Purposive Sampling the sample size was 43 Respondents. The results showed that there was no relationship between knowledge and family behavior with a p velue of 1.533, no relationship between family attitudes and family behavior with a p velue of 0.321, no relationship between health worker behavior and family behavior with a p velue of 0.150, no relationship between utilization of health facilities and family behavior with a p velue of 1.152. Based on the simultaneous test with the results of 0.955, it means that there is no relationship between knowledge factors, family attitudes, health worker behavior and utilization of health facilities. The conclusion of this study is that family behavior is influenced by other factors and there is no influence between knowledge factors, family attitudes, health worker behavior and facility utilization.

Abstract

This study aims to develop early childhood language skills through storytelling methods. Early childhood is in its golden age where their development is very rapid and sensitive to various stimuli. Language as a means of communication plays an important role in child development. This study used literature study and interview methods to collect data. Data analysis is carried out with the Miles and Huberman model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The findings showed that the use of media such as picture storybooks, hand puppets, calendar big books, series drawings, finger puppets, and flannel boards can significantly improve children's language skills. These media not only make storytelling activities more interesting but also support the development of receptive and expressive aspects of children's language. The conclusion of this study is that storytelling methods with the support of the right media can be an effective way to develop early childhood language skills.

Abstract

Perkembangan e-commercedi Indonesia mendorong pelaku usaha untuk bersaing dalam menawarkan produk yang tidak hanya berkualitas, tetapi juga kompetitif dari segi harga dan ulasan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga dan rating produk terhadap volume penjualan pada platform Shopee, dengan studi kasus pada toko Sista Footwear. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda berdasarkan data dari 100 produk selama Januari hingga Maret 2025. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode dokumentasi, dengan mencatat data sekunder secara manual dari halaman produk di toko Sista Footweardi platform Shopee meliputi harga produk, rating produk (skala 1–5), jumlah produk yang terjualuntuk menjamin validitas data, proses pencatatan dilakukan berulang (cross-check) pada waktu yang berbeda guna mengantisipasi perubahan dinamis pada platform e-commerce.Teknik analisis datadilakukan dengan menggunakan model regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga (X₁) dan rating (X₂) terhadap volume penjualan (Y)denganmelakukan analisis regresi, dilakukan uji asumsi klasik yang meliputiuji normalitas,uji multikolinearitas,dan uji heteroskedastisitas, untuk memastikan tidak adanya varians residual yang tidak konstan,. Berdasarkan model regresi diketahui hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa harga memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap volumepenjualankarena setiap kenaikan harga Rp1 menurunkan penjualan sebesar 0,000175 unit, sedangkan rating produk berpengaruh positif signifikankarena setiap kenaikan 1 poin rating meningkatkan penjualan sebesar 18,57 unit, serta model menjelaskan 5,9% bahwa variabel harga dan rating secara simultan menjelaskan variasi penjualan.Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya strategi penetapan harga yang tepat serta upaya peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan melalui rating yang tinggi untuk meningkatkan penjualan di e-commerce.

Abstract

Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) resulting from arteriovenous malformation (AVM) rupture is a neurological emergency associated with increased intracranial pressure, cerebral edema, and a high risk of morbidity and mortality. Although surgical intervention is the standard treatment for selected patients, conservative management may be considered in clinically stable individuals. The role of mannitol in improving outcomes in young patients with AVM-related ICH remains incompletely understood. We report the case of a 22-year-old man who presented with sudden-onset severe headache accompanied by nausea and vomiting. Brain computed tomography revealed a left parieto-occipital intracerebral hemorrhage with intraventricular extension, while subsequent imaging confirmed a ruptured AVM as the underlying cause. The patient was hemodynamically stable and exhibited no significant focal neurological deficits. Conservative treatment consisting of intravenous mannitol, antihypertensive therapy, analgesics, and supportive care was initiated with close neurological monitoring. During hospitalization, the patient's clinical condition progressively improved, with resolution of headache, nausea, and vomiting, accompanied by recovery of consciousness. He was discharged without residual neurological deficits. This case highlights that conservative management with mannitol may achieve favorable neurological outcomes in carefully selected young adults with AVM-related intracerebral hemorrhage. Early diagnosis, appropriate intracranial pressure control, and close clinical monitoring are essential for optimizing patient recovery. Further studies are needed to establish the role of conservative therapy in similar clinical settings.
