Abstract

The role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in increasing income and employment can certainly be considered large for Indonesia. MSME actors need to be given training related to delivering or disseminating knowledge information about the marketing mix for their products. The method used in this community service is in the form of socialization to the government of the Rawamerta sub-district and the surrounding community. The result was that 15 participants took part in the socialization activity to increase knowledge and information about the marketing mix for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises products.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in Indonesia required MSME entrepreneurs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) to find ideas to market their products. So with this problem, it can be concluded that digital technology during the pandemic is very much needed to encourage the promotion of MSME products. The implementation method used is in the form of counseling and training on technology to promote MSME products. The results of this activity show an increase in knowledge of their awareness of using digital technology, a total of 5 entrepreneurs who have been socialized all already understand the use of digital technology and even all of them have practiced it themselves. By making product posts, making posts related to merchandise, making income reports or expenditure. As well as buying through E-commerce that has been taught.

Abstract

The aims of this study are to know the level of efficiency and profitabilityamong Islamic full pledge Banks in Indonesia. Using parametric approach namelyStochastic Frontier Approach (SFA) to calculate efficiency and using ROA’s ratioto calculate profitability. The result showed that the BMS was the greatest level ofefficiency among Islamic Banks in Indonesia which influence the input and outputlevel of efficiency of BMS are personnel expenses, cost-sharing expenses, and totalfinancing which owned. Besides, the result showed that it was the greatest levelof profitability which factors influencing of profitability of BMS is BOPO’s ratio.The result also showed that the BMI had low efficiency but sufficient profitability.It has sufficient efficiency and high profitability, the BMS have sufficient efficiencyand profitability, the BRIS have low efficiency and profitability, and the BSB havehigh efficiency and low profitability.DOI: 10.15408/aiq.v8i1.2507

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of brand awareness, brand image and communication media on customer interest in selecting the Bank BRISyariah KCP Cileungsi. This research is quantitative which is the data has been used in this research is form of numbers. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 65 respondents where the respondent is a customer funding of Bank BRISyariah KCP Cileungsi obtained from sampling techniques using purposive sampling techniques and the data collected is processed using the SPSS analysis tool version 24.The result show that there is a simultaneous influence between brand awareness, brand image dan media communication on the customer’s interest in selecting Bank BRISyariah KCP Cileungsi. F-test or partial test results show that brand awareness, brand image and media communication have a significant positive effect on customer interest in selecting Bank BRISyariah KCP Cileungsi. While the brand image do not effect the customer’s interest in selecting Bank BRISyariah KCP Cileungsi.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the profitability of private Islamic banks in Indonesia before and after Covid-19 (using the Horizontal method). This research is a type of quantitative research. Quantitative data used in this study is the calculation of total assets, net income and total capital in BCA Syariah banking, Victoria Syariah bank, Maybank Syariah bank, and CIMB Niaga Syariah bank. The data sources are obtained from the financial statements of BCA Syariah banks, Victoria Syariah banks, Maybank Syariah banks, and CIMB Niaga Syariah banks which are available on the official website of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for 2018, 2020, and 2021 in the form of report data on Total Assets, Total Capital and Net profit. Using the calculation of ROA and ROE profitability ratios to be able to analyze with horizontal analysis, comparing from 2018 to 2021, where the base year used is 2018. The results showed that the profitability ratios of BCA Syariah banks and Maybank Syariah banks experienced a decrease in profitability while Victoria Syariah banks and CIMB Niaga Syariah banks experienced increased profitability during the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The development of Islamic banking in Indonesia increases the need for competent practitioners from Islamic Banking Study Program graduates. These graduates can reduce the need for basic training, thereby increasing the efficiency of Islamic banks. The government supports this through policies such as the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI) and Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM), which aim to create a link and match between higher education and industry. Internships are a form of MBKM learning that can strengthen student competencies. The Analytic Network Process (ANP) method identifies and analyzes problems supporting MBKM in the Islamic Banking Study Program. The research shows two main issues: the duration of internships that the industry considers too long and the difficulty of ensuring learning outcomes (LLOs) by academics. The recommended strategies to overcome these problems include: Establishing good relationships with partners, Improving systems and procedures, Conducting partner selection, Increasing the number of partners. Implementing these strategies is expected to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning process through internships.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the maximum potential loss or VaR value for each type of Foreign Exchange based on the calculation results for 1 day, 5 days, and 20 days at Bank Muamalat Indonesia and determine the implementation of risk management applied by Bank Muamalat Indonesia to deal with foreign exchange risk. The research method in measuring Value at Risk of foreign exchange rates uses quantitative methods. The type of data that the author uses in this study is secondary time series data on foreign exchange rates of USD, JPY, EUR, and SAR at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. during the time period 2 January 2018 to 31 December 2018. Data analysis techniques in the study were carried out in several stages, namely calculating exchange rate returns, volatility and daily value at risk. The results showed that the maximum exchange rate risk borne in 1 day, 5 days and 20 days with a 95% confidence level. The implementation of underlying in foreign exchange transactions at Bank Muamalat Indonesia refers to the National Sharia Council regulation No.96 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2015 concerning Sharia Hedging Transactions (Al-Tahawwuth Al-Islami / Islamic Hedging) on Exchange Rates. Bank Muamalat has conducted hedging cooperation with PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) or Indonesia Commodity (Inacom) on 05 December 2019 as a form of Foreign Exchange Rate risk management.

Abstract

The development of technology-based systems, especially those related to the internet, affects financial institutions (banks) in interacting with customers. Mobile banking has become one of the self-service that allows banks to provide information services and convenience to customers, through mobile banking customers can get several benefits, namely banking services that are fast, safe, cheap, available at any time and can be accessed from anywhere. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence customer interest in using mobile banking at Bank BJB Syariah Bekasi Branch. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection using a questionnaire questionnaire with a population of all customers who use mobile banking at Bank BJB syariah Bekasi Branch. banking at Bank BJB Syariah Bekasi Branch with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the help of IBM SPSS software version 16. The results showed that partially perceived benefits and perceived ease of use had no significant effect on customer interest in using mobile banking at Bank BJB Syariah Bekasi Branch, while perceived credibility and information about mobile banking had a significant positive effect on customer interest in using mobile banking. have a significant positive effect on customer interest in using mobile banking at Bank BJB Syariah Bekasi Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of independent learning variables and student motivation on learning achievement in PAI subjects. The research was conducted at MTsN 3 Bekasi City from November to December 2022. This type of research is quantitative with a correlational descriptive approach, the nature of the data is ex post facto. The sample in this study were 50 students who were taken 20% of the total population of 128 students spread across grades IX A and IX B using a purposive sampling technique. previously validated questionnaires were used to collect data. Data analysis used multiple regression, by carrying out previous classical assumption tests including normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests, and multicollinearity tests. The data analysis carried out yielded the following results: 1) independent learning did not have a significant effect on PAI learning achievement, and 2) learning motivation had a significant effect on PAI learning achievement, 3) independent learning and student motivation together had a significant effect on PAI learning achievement. Based on the results of the F test, the calculated F value is 8.160. At a significance level of 5%, an F table value of 3.231 is obtained. So, F count 8.160 > 3.231 F table Thus, H1 is approved and H0 is rejected. This means that there is a significant influence between independent learning and Learning Motivation on Student Achievement MTsN 3 Bekasi City.
