Abstract

The study formulation was to find out the use of Letter Board Media on Early Reading Ability for Children Aged 5-6 Years at TK Mekar Wangi Kindergarten in Botubarani Village, Kabila Bone District, Bone Bolango Regency, while the study objective seeks to determine the aforesaid formulation. This study employed a quantitative pre-experimental design (one-group pre-test-post-test design). The findings, with a sample of 15 children, indicated a significant difference in the average pre-test and post-test results. This can be seen in the pre-test data obtaining an average value of 24.13 and a standard deviation of 1.12. Meanwhile, the post-test data obtained an average value of 39.86 and a standard deviation of 3.62. The results show a significant influence before and after the treatment. Based on the output of the statistical test, it is known that the Tcount value is 16.2, and the Ttable value is 0.08. Therefore 16.2 > 0.088, thus, the hypothesis is accepted. Hence, the research hypothesis suggests that using letter board media influences the early reading ability of 5-6-year-old children at TK Mekar Wangi Kindergarten in Botubarani Village, Kabila Bone District, Bone Bolango Regency.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the effectiveness of children's learning related to the use of audiovisual media in memorizing the Quran in Group B children at Tk Riyadhus Shalihiin. This research is based on the assumption that audiovisual media in early childhood Quran memorization learning can be effective. This research used a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques employed in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis in this research utilized Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis. Based on the research findings and data analysis, it can be concluded that using audiovisual media in Quran memorization learning is relatively effective and suitable for implementation in early childhood education. However, it is essential to note that the use of audiovisual media should be supplemented with other instructional aids to enhance the Quran memorization abilities of young children. This research proves that audiovisual media is an effective learning tool for memorizing Quran

Abstract

The study findings revealed that a sample size of 20 children indicated a significant difference in the average scores between the pretest and posttest of numeracy literacy skills. This indicated an influence of YouTube usage in enhancing the children's early numeracy literacy skills. The statistical analysis of the pretest scores revealed that the initial numeracy literacy ability was 19.1 (19.1%) of the total score, which amounted to 8. The posttest value of children's numeracy literacy results in an average score of 28.25 (28.25%) of a total score of 8, with the one-sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test data normality test with a pretest significance value of 0.099 > 0.05, and a posttest significance value of 0.200 > 0.05, and the results of the t-test obtained a value of  23.719, while the value of at (x) = 0.05 is 2.093 if 23.719 > 2.093, then Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted. Meaning that there is an influence of the use of YouTube media on numeracy literacy skills in group B early childhood at TK State Pembina Botumoito Kindergarten. Abstract

The aim of this study is to (1) understand the purpose of animated films, (2) understand the meaning of children's spiritual intelligence, and (3) determine the influence of animation media on children's spiritual intelligence. This research was conducted using a quantitative method and sampled early childhood children in group (B) at Bersehati State Kindergarten Binjeita, located in East Bolangintang District. The research method applied in this study was an experimental method with 8x applications of animation media treatment. The results of the study showed that the treatment of Nusa and Rara animated films had an influence on improving children's spiritual intelligence in Bersehati Kindergarten, Binjeita Village. The percentage increase was 38.46%. The hypothesis testing showed that the alternative hypothesis (H1) was accepted with a probability value of 0.000, where 0.000 < 0.05, indicating an influence of animation media usage on children's spiritual intelligence.

Abstract

Masa kanak-kanak dini adalah masa di mana anak mengalami pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang dimulai dari usia 0-6 tahun. Anak-anak tumbuh dengan karakteristik yang berbeda sesuai dengan aspek perkembangan anak. Pada tahap ini, aspek perkembangan anak, termasuk perkembangan sosial-emosional, memiliki peran penting dalam perkembangan anak karena anak belajar berinteraksi dengan lingkungannya, bermain, berbagi, dan bersosialisasi. Tentu saja, mereka harus dibiasakan sejak dini agar anak dapat menghadapi tantangan yang terjadi di sekolah dan lingkungan rumah mereka. Kegiatan sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan di Balai Desa Timbuolo Tengah, Kecamatan Botupinge, Kabupaten Bone Bolango, dihadiri oleh kepala desa beserta stafnya, orang tua murid TK dan guru PAUD serta masyarakat setempat. Kegiatan ini memberikan pemahaman tentang perkembangan sosial emosional anak dalam menghadapi tantangan di lingkungan pra sekolah. Perkembangan adalah proses di mana pertumbuhan berubah seiring waktu, tergantung pada kematangan dan interaksi dengan lingkungan. Perkembangan sosial emosional anak perlu dikembangkan sedini mungkin karena jika sulit untuk berkembang maka anak akan kesulitan berkomunikasi dengan orang lain dan anak akan kesulitan menghadapi tantangan di lingkungan sekitarnya.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aimed to determine the effect of the caterpillar game on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in children aged 5-6 years at TK Negeri Pembina Ki Hajar Dewantoro, Dungingi District, Gorontalo City.Design/methods/approach – The research uses experimental quantitative with pre-experimental type one grub pre-test and post-test. Data analysis used the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, followed by a t-test using SPPS software. Research respondents consisted of 30 children.Findings – The findings of this study resulted in an analysis of the value of the tcount amounted to 3,689. While the value of the ttable (α) = 0.05, which equals 0.674. If tcount >ttable 3.689 >0.674, in other words, tcount > ttable, then H 0 rejected and H 1 received. So that there is an influence between the caterpillar game on the ability of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in children aged 5-6 years at the State Kindergarten of Pembina Ki Hajar Dewantoro, Dungingi District, Gorontalo City.Research implications/limitations – This study focuses on children aged 5-6, the activity, and how the child completes the task correctly. In the learning process, some children are still challenged in their level of understanding, so there is a need for proper implementation of learning.Practical implications – This research contributes in the form of innovations to teachers in providing fun learning and references for the teaching team in developing learning media for children.Originality/value – This research provides an in-depth understanding of learning media innovation and developing Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) on early childhood education.Paper type: Research paper

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Analisis Pengelolaan Program Karang Taruna di Desa Bube Baru Kecamatan Suwawa Kabupaten Bone Bolango dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti melakukan pengumpulan menggunakan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pengelolaan Program Karang Taruna di Desa Bube Baru Kecamatan Suwawa Kabupaten Bone Bolango disebabkan karena pengelolaan dari Karang Taruna tidak diterapkan dengan baik, seperti perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan tidak dioptimalisasi dengan baik serta evalusinya kurang maksimal sehingga program Karang Taruna di Desa Bube Baru Kecamatan Suwawa Kabupaten Bone Bolango perlu pengelolaan yang baik. Dalam mengelola Karang Taruna perlu adanya keikutsertaan, keterlibatan dan kesamaan anggota Karang Taruna, pemerintah desa maupun masyarakat dalam mengikuti kegiatan Karang Taruna baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, sejak dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan program, pengawasan, dan evaluasi sehingga kegiatan-kegiatan yang telah diagendakan bisa berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Peran Remaja Masjid Dalam Pengelolaan Majelis Taklim Nurul Yaqin di Desa Buti Kecamatan Mananggu Kabupaten Boalemo. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian desktriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran remaja masjid dalam mengelola Majelis Taklim sangat di butuhkan. Karena saat ini jumlah anggota Majelis Taklim masih kurang. Majelis Taklim adalah lembaga pendidikan Islam nonformal yang diselenggarakan secara berkala dan teratur serta diikuti peserta jamaah yang relatif banyak untuk melaksanakan kegiatan-kegiatan agama Islam seperti pengajaran nilai-nilai ajaran agama Islam melalui pengajian.

Abstract

Abstract Emotional intelligence at TK Mekar Hulawa remains low where it is due to less attractive method applied to introduce them about emotion. Consequently, the children are less enthusiastic about participating in the learning process. The current research aims to determine whether or not there is an effect of storytelling method on emotional intelligence in children aged 5 -6 years at TK Mekar Hulawa. This research is classified as quantitative experimental research with Pre-Experimental One Group Pre-Test Posttest Design. The population in this research is 30 children, whereas the samples are 19 children in class B. The research finding shows that the Pre-Test data indicate an average value of 17,52 and standard deviation of 2,912. Meanwhile, the Posttest data indicate an average value of 26,684 and standard deviation of 3,682. The findings denote that the average respondents’ result increases from the initial test to the final test. In addition, the result of tcount is 2,947 with ttable of 2,101. Therefore, the tcount is greater than the ttable, so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. In other words, there is an effect of storytelling method on emotional intelligence in children aged 5-6 years at TK Mekar Hulawa, Telaga Subdistrict, Gorontalo Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan gatrik terhadap kemampuan berpikir logis anak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen (one group pre test – post test design). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan jumlah sampel 26 orang. Anak menunjukan adanya peningkatan rata-rata hasil pre-test memperoleh nilai rata-rata 11,46 artinya anak berada dalam kategori mulai berkembang. Sedangkan pada data post-test memperoleh nilai rata-rata 19,53 artinya anak berada dalam kategori berkembang sesuai harapan. Hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian perlakuan. Berdasarkan hasil uji t pada (α)=0,05 diperoleh ttabel = 1,708. Kemudian diperoleh nilai thitung = 29,7411. Jadi thitung ≥ ttabel, 29,7411 ≥ 1,708 dengan kata lain t hitung > t tabel maka H0 ditolak atau Ha diterima, dengan demikian maka hipotesis diterima artinya terdapat Pengaruh Permainan Gatrik Terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Logis Anak Kelompok B di TK Negeri Lopito Kecamatan Totikum Kabupaten Banggai Kepulauan.
