Abstract

Property is a industry that will grow. Some of the problems in property sale and purchase transactions are lack of information about fair sale prices. This price information may be above or below market prices. This study will develop a model for predicting the market price of property in an area. The premise of this research is that the selling price of a house is proportional to the land area and building area in a particular area. The datasets used from this study come from information on selling prices and building area prices from several websites. The approach used in research is using regression and modification. The results of this study are expected to produce a model of recommended property market prices in an area.Industri properti adalah salah satu industri yang diprediksi akan terus berkembang. Beberapa permasalahan yang muncul dalam transaksi jual-beli properti adalah sulitnya mendapatkan informasi mengenai harga jual properti yang wajar. Informasi harga tersebut bisa jadi berada di atas atau bawah harga pasaran. Penelitian ini akan mengembangkan model prediksi harga pasaran properti di suatu daerah. Premis dari penelitian ini adalah harga jual rumah sebanding dengan luas tanah dan luas bangunan di daerah tertentu. Dataset yang digunakan dari penelitian ini berasal dari informasi harga jual dan harga luas bangunan yang ada dari beberapa website. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah menggunakan regresi dan modifikasinya. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan sebuah model rekomendasi harga pasaran properti pada suatu daerah.

Abstract

License Plate localization using Computer Vision needs a lot of computation resources. Thus, it is hard to deploy it on small systems. This paper presents an efficient license plate localization method using raw image input and artificial neural network. This is achieved by eliminating feature extraction stage and try to use as minimum as possible neural network architecture. Raw image input in dataset is cropped and labelled manually from random car images and video frames. The minimum architecture of the model has only three layers and 32,770 neurons. This is feasible to be deployed in today most single chip systems. The results, from various experiments, yield more than 90% of localization accuracy. Nomor plat kendaraan bermotor yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan Computer Vision membutuhkan banyak daya komputasi. Hal ini menyebabkan implementasinya ke dalam sistem minimum yang sederhana menjadi tidak mudah. Dalam penelitian ini, dikembangkan sebuah metoda untuk mendapatkan plat nomor kendaraan bermotor yang effisien menggunakan masukan langsung tanpa ektraksi ciri dan jaringan saraf tiruan. Penghematan daya komputasi dicapai dengan cara menghilangkan tahap ekstraksi ciri dan penggunaan arsitektur jaringan saraf tiruan yang seminimum mungkin. Citra masukan diperoleh dengan cara memotong dan memberi label gambar mobil dan frame video yang diperoleh secara acak. Arsitektur minimum yang dihasilkan berupa model yang hanya terdiri dari tiga lapisan dan 32,770 neuron. Model ini cukup fisibel untuk diterapkan pada kebanyakan system on a chip yang ada pada saat ini. Tingkat akurasi model dalam menemukan lokasi nomor kendaraan dari berbagai eksperimen berhasil mencapai lebih dari 90%.

Abstract

E-learning merupakan sebuah teknologi informasi yang digunakan untuk membantu pembelajaran secara digital dan online. Teknologi informasi telah mendorong perkembangan e-learning ke dalam tingkat yang lebih baik. E-learning telah memainkan peran penting dalam berbagai bidang tak terkecuali bagi kader kesehatan. Pada saat pandemi dan pasca pandemi COVID-19, peran kader Kesehatan semakin dibutuhkan. Akan tetapi pelatihan atau pembekalan kepada para kader tentunya tidak lagi semudah seperti pada saat sebelum pandemi COVID-19. Oleh karena itu, e-learning juga diperlukan untuk pelatihan dan pembekalan bagi para kader Kesehatan. Dalam rangka mengembangkan aplikasi web e-learning yang dapat digunakan dengan mudah, sesuai kebutuhan, dan efektif untuk pengguna, maka perlu dikembangkan rancangan sistem dan user interface yang tepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode User-Centered Design karena menempatkan pengguna dalam setiap tahap dan ada pengulangan untuk memperbaiki sistem.  Penelitian telah berhasil mengembangkan user interface yang sesuai. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai System Usability Scale (SUS) yang berada di level diterima (acceptability acceptable) dengan skor 81. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa rancangan user interface aplikasi web e-learning telah memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna, dan memberikan umpan balik bahwa dapat digunakan oleh pengguna. Ketika rancangan user interface sudah sesuai, maka dapat dilanjutkan untuk mengembangkan system atau aplikasi e-learning sesuai design yang sudah dibuat.

Abstract

Efficient management of hospital assets is essential to ensure that operations can run optimally and the quality of health services is good. However, the recording and management of assets in hospitals carried out manually often causes data errors, information mismatches, and also assets are only known by the manager without being explicitly recorded. In overcoming this problem, the researcher aims to develop a hospital asset detection system architecture using an iterative and incremental methodology approach. The stages of this system development include identification of needs and conceptual models, logical architecture design, conceptual architecture design, logical architecture, physical architecture, technology selection, and evaluation. This system utilizes YOLO model reading technology for asset detection and identification, storing detection results into a local database using SQLite3, sending data to a central server via API, and post-processing data by selecting the highest confidence score stored in a MySQL database and then using the data to manage asset management and asset visualization. The implementation of this system successfully reduces manual recording time, improves asset visibility, and optimizes resource usage, thus contributing to the improvement of efficiency and quality of health services.

Abstract

Project success relies on effective management and efficient implementation methods. These methods optimize potential, overcome risks, develop timely plans, maintain quality, and manage budgets. A correlation analysis was conducted on four attributes: clarity, accuracy, effectiveness, selection of methods, and standard methods. The results showed a high correlation between project implementation methods and project success, indicating a significant impact on project success. PT Eleska Iatki, a business process provider, requires digital projects for competency certificate validity period reminders, emphasizing the importance of appropriate implementation methods for project success and company goals. Abstract

PT. XYZ is currently facing challenges in conducting their Good Corporate Governance (GCG) comprehension survey due to the manual distribution and collection of survey data using Google Drive and Microsoft Excel. To address this issue, the researcher proposes the development of a web-based E-Survey application to streamline the survey process. The development follows the waterfall model and utilizes the Laravel framework. To ensure its effectiveness, the application undergoes Load Testing to assess its performance with multiple users and User Acceptance Test (UAT) to evaluate its alignment with company requirements. The results indicate that the system operates optimally with up to 100 users and receives a favorable score on the System Usability Scale (SUS). This application provides a suitable solution for conducting comprehension surveys at PT. XYZ.

Abstract

Employee performance appraisal which is currently still being implemented cannot yet describe transparency. In addition, the process is still manual, which is far from effective. This study aims to develop a web-based employee performance appraisal application system that can increase the transparency of assessments in microfinance cooperatives. The focus is on using self-appraisal techniques to promote transparency in the appraisal process. Transparent assessments are critical to building trust and fairness during performance evaluations. Using the self-appraisal method, individuals can evaluate their own performance, skills, and achievements in a transparent and unbiased manner. This study investigates the process of making an employee performance appraisal system with the prototyping model method as a development method. The findings of this study contribute to existing knowledge about performance evaluation in microfinance services, particularly in relation to self-appraisal techniques, and offer practical insights for organizations wishing to increase the transparency of appraisals through web-based application systems.

Abstract

Current information is a need that needs to be conveyed by certain parties to the audience. Community services also need to convey information so that it can be well received by the community. This is what is currently also needed by Sukapura Village, especially the Village Hall in providing information to the community. The Village Office wants to equip the Village Hall office with equipment that can provide information to the public or visitors to the Village Hall. To help with this, community service activities need to be carried out. This community service activity will be carried out to develop a display information system that is placed outdoors so that it is easily read by visitors or the public who pass through it. The need for this information will be a support for services at the Sukapura village hall. The tool used uses an LED-based Running Text device. To change the information in it, you can use application assistance from both Android applications and using laptop / computer-based applications. With this system, it is hoped that the community can easily obtain information, not only general information, but other information related to Sukapura Village.

Abstract

This research introduces a web application aimed at advancing public issue reporting, promoting civic engagement, and expediting government responses. In collaboration with DPRD Jawa Barat, the research leverages Scrum methodology, social network features, and a microservice architecture to create an efficient communication platform between citizens and governmental bodies. The backend of the application, developed using the Go programming language, adopts a microservice architecture to enhance scalability and maintainability. The Scrum methodology facilitates an agile development process, ensuring adaptability to changing requirements and fostering continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the study explores the incorporation of social network features to encourage public engagement within the application. This integration allows citizens to connect, share, and discuss public issues, further enhancing the collaborative nature of the reporting platform. To ensure the seamless functionality of the microservices, API testing is employed, validating the reliability and consistency of the application's interfaces. Stress testing is also conducted to assess scalability and performance capabilities, identifying potential optimizations for the system's responsiveness under varying levels of load. In conclusion, this research presents an innovative solution for public issue reporting that combines microservice architecture, Scrum methodology, and social network features. The application's integration of these elements aims to not only streamline citizen-government communication but also create a dynamic platform that encourages active public involvement and collaboration.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Kayu Ambon, Kecamatan Lembang, Kabupaten Bandung Barat mencoba mengembangkan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) pada greenhouse dalam rangka untuk meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman hias. Teknologi ini mengintegrasikan sensor-sensor canggih dan sistem otomatisasi yang memonitor serta mengontrol parameter lingkungan seperti suhu, kelembaban, pencahayaan, dan kualitas tanah secara real-time. Data yang diperoleh dapat diakses melalui aplikasi seluler atau platform web, memungkinkan penyesuaian lingkungan tumbuh secara presisi. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi penggunaan sumber daya serta penciptaan kondisi optimal bagi pertumbuhan tanaman hias, yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi pada peningkatan produktivitas dan pengurangan dampak lingkungan negatif dari praktik pertanian konvensional. Kegiatan ini mendukung pertanian berkelanjutan dan mengoptimalkan pengelolaan sumber daya di wilayah tersebut.
