Abstract

Pentingnya manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam mendukung tujuan organisasi di era globalisasi, PT. MCCI Merak Banten menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola SDM secara efektif akibat transformasi teknologi, persaingan global, dan dinamika pasar yang terus berubah. Studi kasus implementasi manajemen SDM di PT. MCCI Merak Banten memberikan gambaran tentang strategi yang berhasil mengatasi tantangan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa PT. MCCI Merak Banten mulai menerapkan Competency Based Human Resources Management (CBHRM) pada tahun 2007-2010, yang melibatkan penciptaan kompetensi, kamus kompetensi, pengukuran kompetensi, dan perangkat lunak terkait. Dengan persiapan konsep, sistem, dan karyawan, PT. MCCI Merak Banten berhasil menghadapi perubahan dalam pengelolaan SDM. Studi kasus ini memberikan wawasan berharga tentang strategi yang efektif dalam manajemen SDM yang dapat diterapkan dalam konteks organisasi lain

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of trust in organizations on knowledge sharing in the context of the corporate world.  Trust in the organization was identified as a key factor that can influence knowledge sharing.  In developing the research framework, qualitative methods were chosen with a focus on empirical analysis. Data was obtained through reference literature, reference books, Google Scholar. The research results show that trust in the organization has a positive effect on knowledge sharing between superiors, subordinates and colleagues. The conclusion of this research highlights the importance of trust in organizations within the company to share knowledge with fellow employees. Research implications of the influence of trust in organizations on knowledge sharing in the corporate world (empirical and theoretical studies in implementation)

Abstract

Meningkatnya pengguna internet membuat informasi menjadi lebih mudah dibagikan termasuk jual beli online, sehingga e-commerce memerlukan strategi agar dapat menarik lebih banyak pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh user interface dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Shopee yang mengalami penurunan pengguna. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif, sampel penelitian berjumlah 105 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian melalui berbagai uji (validitas, reliabilitas, regresi linier, uji t, uji F) menunjukkan bahwa user interface dan word of mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Shopee. Abstract

Employee performance is the main key to the progress of a company. Adequate performance can be supported by several factors, such as discipline and work environment. The study was conducted to see how the relationship between preventive discipline and physical work environment on performance, as well as the mediation of work motivation between preventive discipline and employee performance at PT Mitra Banten Multimedia Kota Serang. A total of 92 people from the population were used as samples. SmartPLS analysis tool will be used to test the data acquisition through SEM analysis. Directly the results of the data test show that Preventive Discipline has no influence on Performance, but indirectly has an influence on Performance with the mediation of Work Motivation. An increase in Discipline and Work Motivation will lead to an increase in Employee Performance in the company. Preventive Discipline and Work Environment partially have an influence on Work Motivation and Employee Performance and Motivation has an influence on Performance at PT. Mitra Banten Multimedia Kota Serang.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of employee job crafting and self-efficacy to increase work engagement and improve employee performance. 126 respondents of PT Lestari Banten Energi were selected for the study. The measurement model test in this study was carried out. The structural model was evaluated using R-square for the dependent variable, the Stone geisser Q-square test for predictive relevance, and the t-test to assess the significance of the structural path parameter coefficient. The results showed that (1) there is a positive and significant influence of job crafting on the work engagement of employees, so that the higher the job crafting of employees owned, the better the performance will be. (2) There is an influence of work engagement on the performance of employees because the Tstatic (3,957) > Ttable (1.96) and Pvalue (0.000)  sig (0.05) values. (3) There are two factors that mediate the positive influence of the two factors: (1) job crafting, (2) work engagement, and (3) work engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of employee mutation and internal communication on employee performance with achievement motivation as a mediating variable. This study was conducted at the West Serang Pratama Tax Service Office using a questionnaire as the main data collection tool, which included respondent profiles and questions related to the variables studied. The results of this research are expected to contribute to knowledge in human resource management, especially related to employee mutation, internal communication, achievement motivation and its effect on employee performances and can be used as the reference for further research and development. The mediation test proves that achievement motivation can mediate internal communication relationships on employees' performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of employee absenteeism and turnover on innovation and organizational performance. The variables used in this research are employee absenteeism and turnover, where how much influence these two variables have on the success of innovation and organizational performance. The data collection method uses literature study which is then searched for research gaps from several articles/journals in this research. The research results show that employee absenteeism and turnover have a negative and significant effect on innovation and organizational performance. The higher the level of employee absenteeism, the more difficult it will be for the employee to contribute to organizational performance. This means that the higher the level of absenteeism, the lower the innovation and organizational performance. High employee turnover can also affect organizational performance and innovation. Frequent loss of competent employees can hamper innovation and organizational performance. This means that the higher the employee turnover rate, the lower the innovation and organizational performance. To improve organizational performance, innovation is very important. If a company has an environment that supports innovation, its employees can become more innovative and creative. This means that innovation has a significant positive effect on organizational performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Disiplin Preventif dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dan peran Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas Pasar Blok F Kota Cilegon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan populasi pegawai Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas Pasar Blok F Kota Cilegon yang berjumlah 54 pegawai. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 54 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan kuisioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data PLS (Smart Partial Least Squeare). Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa disiplin preventif (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y), lingkungan kerja non fisik (X2) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y), disiplin preventif (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (Z), lingkungan kerja non fisik (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (Z), kepuasan kerja (Z) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y), kepuasan kerja (Z) dapat memediasi hubungan antara disiplin preventif (X1) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y), kepuasan kerja (Z) dapat memediasi hubungan antara lingkungan kerja non fisik (X2) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kejenuhan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan (bersama-sama) beban kerja dan kejenuhan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Modern Industrial Estate. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif korelasional. Peneliti menggunakan sempel jenuh dengan mengambil 100% jumlah populasi yang ada pada PT. Modern Industrial Estate yaitu sebanyak 72 orang responden untuk dijadikan sampel. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan serta secara parsial kejenuhan kerja juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan secara simultan beban kerja dan kejenuhan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work motivation and work environment on the performance of employees in an organization. Work motivation and work environment are important factors that can affect staff performance levels. In the context of human resources management, it is important for organizations to take these factors into account in order to improve productivity and achieving the goals of the organization as a whole. Through an empirical and theoretical study approach, the study highlights the importance of creating a conducive working environment and increasing employee motivation in an effort to optimal performance. The results of this research are expected to provide useful insights for managers and organizational leaders in managing human resources more effectively.
