Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran Muhammadiyah sebagai organisasi civil society dalam penguatan demokrasi di Indonesia melalui pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi literatur. Penelitian mengeksplorasi bagaimana Muhammadiyah, sejak didirikan pada 1912, berfungsi sebagai jaringan otonom di luar negara dan pasar, dengan kontribusi utama di bidang pendidikan, kesehatan, pemberdayaan sosial, serta advokasi kebijakan publik yang mendukung partisipasi masyarakat, toleransi, dan checks and balances terhadap kekuasaan. Tujuan utama adalah menggali peran dan kontribusi nyata Muhammadiyah dalam membangun masyarakat madani yang demokratis, inklusif, dan berkeadilan sosial, dengan manfaat teoritis untuk memperkaya kajian civil society berbasis Islam serta praktis bagi pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam optimalisasi kolaborasi.​

Abstract

Gelombang budaya populer Korea Selatan (Hallyu) telah berkembang menjadi fenomena global yang tidak hanya mendorong konsumsi budaya populer, tetapi juga membentuk praktik representasi budaya dan relasi kultural lintas negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana budaya Korea direpresentasikan dalam aktivitas komunitas K-Pop di Kota Malang melalui ruang digital dan media publik, serta bagaimana aktivitas tersebut dapat dipahami sebagai bentuk diplomasi budaya non-negara di tingkat lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif interpretatif dengan analisis berbasis data sekunder, meliputi konten media sosial, dokumentasi kegiatan komunitas, publikasi daring, dan literatur akademik. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis dokumen dan analisis konten kualitatif dengan kerangka teori representasi budaya dan diplomasi budaya non-negara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunitas K-Pop di Kota Malang secara aktif memproduksi dan merepresentasikan budaya Korea melalui simbol visual, bahasa, performativitas fandom, dan praktik sosial kolektif yang berlangsung di ruang digital maupun ruang publik. Lebih jauh, aktivitas komunitas tersebut berfungsi sebagai praktik diplomasi budaya non-negara yang bersifat organik, partisipatif, dan berbasis komunitas, di mana daya tarik budaya Korea dibangun melalui pengalaman sosial sehari-hari tanpa keterlibatan langsung institusi negara. Penelitian ini berkontribusi secara konseptual dengan memperluas pemahaman diplomasi budaya sebagai praktik kultural desentralistik yang dijalankan oleh aktor non-negara melalui aktivitas keseharian (everyday cultural diplomacy) di tingkat lokal.

Abstract

Food security is a critical and crucial issue for Indonesia, facing multidimensional challenges such as climate change, import dependence, and inequality in distribution processes. This study aims to evaluate the development of Indonesia's food security between 2023 and 2025 using the FAO's four pillars framework (Availability, Accessibility, Utilization, and Stability). The research method used is descriptive qualitative, utilizing secondary data from various government reports and international institutions. The research results show that Indonesia's food security is in a state of "unstable recovery." There has been progress in the utilization pillar, as evidenced by a decrease in stunting prevalence and improvements in food production by 2025. However, food security remains under pressure due to structural vulnerabilities in the pillars of availability (dependence on imports and production fluctuations), accessibility (unequal distribution and limited purchasing power), and stability (climate impacts and global price fluctuations). It is concluded that despite progress, Indonesia's food security is not yet fully robust. Integrated policies focused on production diversification, distribution reform, strengthening food reserves, and accelerating nutritional improvements are needed to build more resilient food security.

Abstract

The  study  aims  to  analyze  the  influence  of service  quality,  and  store atmosphere on repurchase intention of Najmia Beauty Ungaran Cosmetic Store. In this study using 100 samples who are customers of Najmia Beauty Ungaran Cosmetic Store, which were obtained through distributing questionnaires using  purposive  sampling  techniques.  The  data  obtained  was  processed  using  multiple  linear regression  analysis  methods  and  SPSS  25  analysis  tools.  This  study  proves  empirically  that  service quality  (X1), and  store  atmosphere  (X2),  have  a  significant  impact  on repurchase intention (Y) of Najmia Beauty Ungaran Cosmetic Store. This study is expected to be a way out on determine  the  right  marketing  strategy  in  facing  market  rivalry  in  the  store beauty   by applying service quality, and store atmosphere to increase repurchase intention on Najmia Beauty Ungaran Cosmetic Store.

Abstract

Administrative management is the management of data and information that goes in and out of educational institutions / organizations, so that the whole series of receiving, recording, clarifying, processing, storing, typing, duplicating, sending written information and required by the institution and institution / educational organization. School administration has an important role in the smooth administration of schools, for this reason administration needs attention because it has a strategic role abd function. The purpose of this study is to find out how administrative management improves administrative services at the aliyyah madrasa plus the skills of Hasyim Asy'ari Tegaldlimo, to find out the implementation of administration in improving administrative services at the Aliyyah Madrasa plus the skills of Hasyim Asy 'ari tegaldlimo, to find out the administrative constraints to improve administrative services at the aliyyah madrasa plus skills of hasyim asy'ari tegaldlimo. In this study using a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. With data collection teaching techniques, there are more interviews, observations and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: first , administrative management in ma plus Hasyim Asy'ari tegaldlimo skills is carried out with the madrasah head providing direction, enthusiasm, motivation in carrying out his duties and responsibilities. Every time there is an activity in the planning and committee the employees are accompanied by an SK, when making decisions the head of the madrasah invites the employees to hold meetings and deliberations to make decisions and be mutually agreed upon. Second, the implementation of administration in improving administrative services has been going well in accordance with ma planning plus the skills of Hasyim Asy'ari Tegaldlimo. Third, the obstacles that occur in administrative management and improving administrative services in ma plus the skills of Hasyim Asy'ari Tegaldlimo, namely: obstacles in completing EMIS tasks and so on can only be done at night because during the day the wifi is weak due to the large number of users, vulnerable to short time completion of tasks when entering student data, lack of confirmation from the head if the madrasah with employees, usually the head of the madrasah fogets to conveyed to employees and it should be done immediately, there is no professional training for employees from the government.
