Abstract

Career Construction Theory strengthens this research effort to build a model that can be a lever for improving Marketing Student Performance in higher education. Marketing Student Employability is developed as an intervening variable that bridges medically between variables with Marketing Student Performance. The study believes students still need the right hard and soft skills to deal with uncertainty with the certainty of dynamic labor market demand. This study obtained interval data from the answers of 225 respondents using a survey questionnaire with an interval scale of 1-10. Testing with AMOS 25.0 was selected in this study to test the feasibility of the model and hypothesis. The results of structural modeling show that testing of hypothesis 4 obtained specific soft-skill marketing results that are significantly unrelated to marketing student employability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Qur'anic reading ability of Grade VIIIC students at MTs Jamsaren using a descriptive qualitative method. The main focus is to gain an in-depth understanding of the factors influencing students' Qur'anic reading skills, such as learning experiences, social environment, and student motivation. Data were collected through oral tests, direct observations, and interviews with students and teachers. The analysis revealed varying levels of reading proficiency, influenced by students' understanding of tajwid, phonetic skills, and practice frequency. These findings provide a clear picture of common difficulties faced by students and the strategies used to overcome them. This study is expected to serve as a foundation for developing more effective Qur'anic learning strategies and as a reference for further research in similar Islamic education contexts.

Abstract

In the context of social media platforms, it is important for MSMEs to differentiate themselves in order to attract the attention of potential customers. This study uses the Viral Marketing Value Effect Model to examine the role of social media platforms in customer relationship performance. Data from 219 culinary MSMEs in Central Java shows that social media influencers and characteristics have an effect on customer relationship performance, while social media influencers do not. The study also explores how viral marketing value moderates the relationship between social media influencers and social media characteristics on customer relationships. The findings provide insights that extend the Service Dominant Logic (SDL) theory to social media marketing literacy in MSMEs.

Abstract

Environmental concerns have become increasingly prominent, as numerous phenomena underscore the critical relationship between human sustainability and environmental preservation. This awareness has extended into the business sector, where consumers now expect companies to implement environmentally responsible strategies, especially amid growing health and ecological concerns. This study investigates the impact of transforming Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) practices on the environmental performance of culinary and fashion MSMEs in Semarang City. Using purposive sampling, data were collected from 100 respondents representing local MSMEs. The research employed two analytical approaches within the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) framework: Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Regression Weight Analysis. The findings reveal that the implementation of GSCM positively influences environmental performance and contributes to the long-term sustainability of MSME operations. This study offers practical implications for local MSMEs to integrate green practices into their supply chains while enhancing business continuity. Furthermore, the results provide valuable insights for local government authorities to develop supportive policies and programs that encourage sustainable business practices. Overall, this research highlights the strategic importance of GSCM as a tool for improving environmental performance and maintaining competitiveness in a globalized economy.

Abstract

This thesis explores the essence of the Virtue of Knowledge and Ulama as reflected from the Hadith perspective, especially in the Shohih Bukhori Book No. Hadith 100, and comprehensively reviews its relevance in Gen-Z education. This research summarizes the essence of the values embedded in the Hadith text to explore the deep meaning of the primacy of science and ulama in education. The research method used is maudlu'i with a qualitative approach, which allows in-depth analysis of the context and implications of the Priority of Science and Ulama perspective on hadith. Shohih Bukhori Hadith No. 100 was chosen as the main focus because this hadith provides a strong foundation for the principles of learning, and the importance of the primacy of knowledge and scholars in education.The research results show that the Koran is not only a source of religious teachings, but also offers views on human diversity and the values that must be instilled in education. The priority of science and scholars in education inspired by Hadith requires a learning approach that focuses on respect for educators, religion and the values that exist in society. This research provides in-depth insight into the application of the priority of science and scholars in education in the context of Islamic education. This includes curriculum development, learning methods that focus on respect for educators, as well as the formation of attitudes and skills for students. This thesis contributes significantly to understanding the importance of science education in Islam and provides practical guidance for developing education according to the teachings of the Koran

Abstract

Pendekatan restorative justice menawarkan solusi alternatif dalam penyelesaian perkara pidana dengan menitikberatkan pada pemulihan hubungan antara pelaku, korban, dan masyarakat. Namun, penerapannya dalam sistem peradilan militer, khususnya pada kasus kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT), masih sangat terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemungkinan dan urgensi penerapan konsep restorative justice dalam penyelesaian perkara KDRT oleh anggota militer. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan teknik deskriptif-analitis terhadap bahan hukum primer dan sekunder, serta ditunjang dengan literatur ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun peradilan umum mulai mengakomodasi prinsip restorative justice, peradilan militer masih menitikberatkan pendekatan represif yang tidak membuka ruang pemulihan sosial. Ketidakhadiran regulasi, kekhawatiran atas pelanggaran disiplin, serta budaya institusional menjadi hambatan utama. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pembentukan regulasi dan pelatihan khusus untuk membuka jalan bagi penerapan restorative justice secara selektif dalam perkara KDRT di lingkungan militer, guna mewujudkan keadilan yang lebih manusiawi dan berimbang

Abstract

Digital competitiveness has become a critical factor for entrepreneurial success in the modern economy. This article examines how the Techno-Entrepreneurial Relationship Marketing (TERM) model can enhance the digital competitiveness of student entrepreneurs in Central Java. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study assesses the impact of digital tools, entrepreneurial orientation, and proactive market engagement on business outcomes. The findings reveal that TERM significantly improves digital marketing performance, customer loyalty, and competitive positioning by fostering data-driven decision-making, rapid responsiveness, and personalized customer interactions. The study highlights the importance of integrating TERM into entrepreneurship education to prepare students for the challenges of the digital economy. It concludes with practical recommendations for educators, policymakers, and student entrepreneurs on how to leverage TERM to achieve long-term business sustainability and competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving digital marketplace. These insights are particularly relevant for institutions seeking to develop the next generation of innovative, tech-savvy entrepreneurs.

Abstract

The development of the digital era has forced micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to develop their marketing strategies. One of the responses made by MSMEs is by utilizing digital platforms such as E-Commerce websites. UMKM Asbag Semarang Knitting Bag is a business that offers products from handmade knitting bags that have unique and attractive choices. This research aims to design an E-Commerce website as an online sales platform by using online payment transactions through Payment Gateway integration and produce an attractive website for Asbag Knitting Bags UMKM in order to gain consumer appeal. The research method used in the research is the Waterfall method which will go through several stage processes such as needs analysis, display design, implementation on the system, testing and website maintenance. The results of the research have been carried out at the testing stage showing that Alpha testing has been tested 100% “Successful”. At the testing stage, Beta testing was also carried out on 40 respondents which showed a percentage of success of 83.6% “Very Good”, besides that beta testing was also carried out on several employees of the Asbag Knitting Bag UMKM which showed a percentage of success of 87.5% “Very Good”. This research is expected to be a solution in answering challenges to be able to improve marketing performance in marketing products on digital platforms. Semakin berkembangnya era digital telah memaksa pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) untuk melakukan pengembangan dalam strategi pemasarannya. Salah satu respons yang dilakukan oleh para UMKM yaitu dengan memanfaatkan platform digital seperti website E – Commerce. UMKM Tas Rajut Asbag Semarang merupakan sebuah usaha yang menawarkan produk dari kerajinan handmade tas rajut yang memiliki pilihan yang unik dan menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah website E – Commerce sebagai platform penjualan online dengan menggunakan transaksi pembayaran online melalui integrasi Payment Gateway serta menghasilkan website yang menarik untuk UMKM Tas Rajut Asbag agar mendapatkan daya tarik konsumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian yaitu metode Waterfall yang akan melewati beberapa proses tahapan seperti analisis kebutuhan, desain tampilan, implementasi pada sistem, pengujian dan pemeliharaan website. Hasil penelitian telah dilakukan pada tahap testing menunjukkan bahwa pengujian Alpha telah teruji 100% “Berhasil”. Pada tahap testing juga dilakukan pengujian Beta yang kepada 40 responden yang menunjukkan persentase keberhasilan sebesar 83,6% “Sangat Baik”, selain itu pengujian beta juga dilakukan pada beberapa karyawan UMKM Tas Rajut Asbag yang menunjukkan persentase keberhasilan sebesar 87,5% “Sangat Baik”. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menjadi solusi dalam menjawab tantangan untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran dalam memasarkan produk di platform digital.

Abstract

One of the persistent challenges in safeguarding democratic elections across many countries is the widespread practice of money politics, which primarily targets voters and undermines the core principles of democratic participation. While voter education is widely recognized as a crucial tool for promoting democratic integrity, existing literature offers limited analysis of its effectiveness in addressing money politics. This study seeks to fill that gap by examining the challenges faced in implementing voter education programs, focusing on their role in combating money politics. Adopting a mixed-methods approach, this research combines a systematic literature review, drawing exclusively from peer-reviewed domestic and international journals, with fieldwork conducted during Indonesia’s 2024 simultaneous elections in two regencies. Despite reports of rising money politics in the 2024 elections, various voter education initiatives were also deployed. However, the persistence of vote buying suggests these efforts have had a limited impact. Based on interview data and document analysis, the study identifies four primary obstacles to effective voter education: limited outreach and accessibility, inadequate and unengaging educational materials, a shortage of qualified facilitators, and a lack of contextual relevance for the target audience. These findings underscore an urgent need to redesign voter education strategies to be more inclusive, participatory, and tailored to local contexts. This research contributes to the growing discourse on electoral integrity by offering actionable insights for policymakers, electoral bodies, and civil society organizations working to strengthen democracy through informed and empowered voter participation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh data yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan pilihan Politik antara Calon Presiden dan Partai Pendukung yang terjadi di Indonesia tak terkecuali kota Surabaya. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian ini antara lain : 1) Mengetahui rasionalitas pemilih pemilu 2024, 2) Mengetahui penyebab terjadinya perbedaan pilihan antara Calon Presiden dan Partai Politik Pendukung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data penelitian ini adalah wawancara kepada masyarakat di 16 kecamatan di kota Surabaya yang terindikasi memiliki jumlah perbedaan yang paling signifikan. Hasilnya adalah saat ini masyarakat sudah mulai pintar dalam memilih calon pemimpin melihat dari visi, misi dan track record. Karakteristik seorang calon pemimpin, menjadi faktor yang banyak dijadikan alasan masyarakat untuk memilih Pemimpin selanjutnya. Dalam pendidikan IPS yang mengintegrasikan topik-topik seperti Pemilu dan partisipasi politik dapat membantu siswa memahami hubungan antara individu, masyarakat, dan negara. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang terlibat dalam diskusi tentang Pemilu cenderung memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang peran mereka dalam masyarakat dan pentingnya kontribusi mereka dalam proses demokrasi.
