Abstract

This study aims to create a reading system for the running of the Gerber Auto Cutter machine and monitor the temperature in the vacuum mechanism area of the machine, which can provide notifications to the telegram chatbot and Arduino IoT cloud. In this case, the reading of the running machine functions to detect machine usage in real time and accurately, both when the machine is turned on and when the machine is running for the fabric cutting process in production. From the reading of the running machine, data can be taken on how long the machine and knife have been used, so that they can be programmed to display notifications on the telegram chatbot when a certain usage time has been reached. For reading the temperature in the vacuum mechanism room, it functions to monitor and provide notifications when it has exceeded the temperature threshold that can be tolerated by the electrical system in the vacuum system. In this case, the condition of the machine stopping operating due to damage to parts can be minimized. This study uses a qualitative method by means of observation, interviews, literature studies and case studies at PT. Brothersindo Saudara Sejati which is a machine supplier. The author uses the waterfall method for software development and prototyping for hardware development.

Abstract

The use of conventional air conditioners is often inefficient and energy-wasteful. Users usually set the temperature manually, which can result in excessive energy use. In addition, the lack of an effective monitoring system makes it difficult to monitor air conditioning conditions, such as room temperature and humidity. This research aims to create an Air Conditioner monitoring and control device that can work automatically to control the temperature in a room and can be controlled through IOT. A temperature monitoring system and remote air conditioning controller is a tool that can be used to monitor room temperature conditions and control the temperature in the room to match what we want. This tool uses proportional type control (P) with a monitoring system utilizing Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The ESP 32 microcontroller is used as a microcontroller-based control device that has been facilitated with a wifi module. To measure the room temperature, a DHT11 sensor and an infrared LED are assembled and connected to a microcontroller as a data transmitter to the air conditioning unit. This system uses the arduino IDE application which has features to monitor and control the temperature in the room. The way this tool works is as a remote that controls the Air Conditioner to get the desired temperature in the room and the temperature read on the device can be monitored on a smartphone remotely.

Abstract

The method of data analysis of this research is a qualitative descriptive analysis in the form of an in-depth description related to the application of sustainable tourism and sustainable tourism development strategies at the Economic Center of Tuksongo Village Borobudur. The results of the study explained that the implementation of sustainable tourism through the Village Economic Center program in Tuksongo Village, Borobudur District, Magelang Regency was considered not optimal, namely in the aspect of assistance assistance and aspects of institutional strengthening. Meanwhile, in the aspect of capital assistance, infrastructure assistance and partnership strengthening seem to have run well and are suitable to support community empowerment through the village economic hall program. The strategy carried out briefly includes providing financial assistance for the development of tourism villages issued by Balkodes Tuksongo, continuous tra ng, socializing the importance of good service to tourists, establishing souvenir stalls that will fully belong to the local community and also holding promotions introducing the diversity of tourist attractions in Tuksongo Village.

Abstract

Students must have high discipline, creativity, and work ethic when dealing with their tasks to become quality resources. However, some aspects that impact student performance include locus of control and academic proxination. Therefore, this study aims to assess the extent of the impact of Locus of Control and Academic Procrastination on Student Learning Achievement. We used an analytic survey with a cross-sectional design. The study population was first-year students of the Nautical Study Program at Makassar Polytechnic of Shipping Science. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with a sample of 92 students. Data collection tools using questionnaires and tests. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results showed that locus of control and academic procrastination significantly influence student achievement. In this case, locus of control has a positive relationship with student achievement, which means that the better the locus of control of students, the better student achievement. Academic procrastination has a negative relationship with student learning achievement; the higher the academic procrastination, the lower the student's learning achievement.

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam penanaman tauge supaya hasil tauge menjadi bagus perlu memperhatikan beberapa hal. Sekarang ini penyiraman masih dilakukan manual dan perlu waktu yang lama jika dilakukan pada budidaya besar dengan jumlah tenaga sedikit, akibatnya pemantauan kondisi pertumbuhan tauge juga tidak optimal. Dibutuhkan sistem penyiraman sekaligus pemantauan yang pada penelitian ini terintegrasi dengan smartphone, memanfaatkan Internet of Things dengan Wemos D1 Mini dan Firebase. Metode prototype digunakan untuk pengembangan sistemnya dan framework Flutter digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi antarmuka di Android. Untuk pengujian sistem dilakukan pengujian fungsional terhadap perangkat keras dan black box testing terhadap perangkat lunak. Hasil pengembangan sistem ialah perangkat IoT penyiraman terjadwal serta pemantauan suhu, kelembaban, dan tingkat cahaya yang dapat dipantau secara real time maupun terdokumentasi. Hasil penanaman tauge menggunakan alat ini mencapai panjang lebih dari 10 cm dalam 3 ½ hari waktu tanam dan kurang dari 10 cm dengan waktu tanam 2 ½ hari. ================================================AbstractIn growing bean sprouts, several things need to be considered in order to obtain good results. Currently, watering is still done manually and takes a long time when done on a large cultivation scale with limited labor, resulting in suboptimal monitoring of the growth conditions of the bean sprouts. An irrigation system and monitoring system integrated with a smartphone are needed, utilizing the Internet of Things with Wemos D1 Mini and Firebase. The prototype method is used for system development and the Flutter framework is used in creating the Android interface application. For system testing, functional testing is conducted on the hardware and black box testing on the software. The result of the system development is a scheduled IoT watering device and real-time or documented monitoring of temperature, humidity, and light levels. The result of growing bean sprouts using this tool achieves a length of more than 10 cm in 3 ½ days of planting time and less than 10 cm with 2 ½ days of planting time.

Abstract

Abstrak  DFN Computer  merupakan usaha jasa service perangkat komputer yang menangani semua perangkat keras (hardware) maupun perangkat lunak (software). Pendaftaran service masih manual dengan pelanggan datang langsung ke toko dan juga menghubungi melalui WhatsApp. Monitoring service pelanggan hanya bisa menanyakan sejauh mana proses service-nya menggunakan WhatsApp. Dalam pembuatan dan pengelolaan laporan data service masih dikelola secara manual atau melakukan pencatatan menggunakan kertas diteruskan dikelola di Excel. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dalam pembuatan laporan, pengolahan data monitoring service maupun transaksi service diatas maka dibutuhkan sistem informasi berbasis website yang mudah diakses oleh semua orang. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan metode waterfall yang meliputi Requirement, Design, Implementation,Verification, Maintenance. Sistem informasi yang telah dibangun berhasil menampilkan dan mengelola data pelanggan, data harga, data service, data monitoring service, dan laporan transaksi yang bisa diakses oleh owner dan teknisi. Pengujian blackbox mendapatkan hasil yaitu bahwa sistem yang dibuat sudah baik, dalam membantu proses monitoring service maupun transaksi service, mempercepat pengolahan data, dan dari hasil user acceptance testing bahwa berdasarkan dari 30 responden yang terdiri dari 1 owner, 2 Teknisi, 27 Pelanggan didapatkan hasil Sangat setuju 48,02 %, Setuju 47,34 %, Netral 4,64 %, Tidak setuju 0%, dan Sangat tidak setuju 0%. ================================================= Abstract DFN Computer is a computer equipment service business that handles all hardware and software. Service registration is still manual with customers coming directly to the store and also contacting via WhatsApp. Monitoring customer service can only ask how far the service process is using WhatsApp. In making and managing data service reports, it is still managed manually or recording using paper is continued to be managed in excel. To meet the needs for making reports, monitoring service data processing and service transactions above, a website-based information system is needed that is easily accessible to everyone. The method used uses the waterfall method which includes Requirements, Design, Implementation, Verification, Maintenance. The information system that has been built successfully displays and manages customer data, price data, service data, service monitoring data, and transaction reports that can be accessed by owners and technicians. Blackbox testing got the result that the system created was good, in assisting the process of monitoring services and service transactions, speeding up data processing, and from the results of user acceptance testing that based on 30 respondents consisting of 1 owner, 2 technicians, 27 customers, the results obtained Strongly agree 48.02%, Agree 47.34%, Neutral 4.64%, Disagree 0%, and Strongly disagree 0%.

Abstract

Abstrak Peningkatan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan sumber daya air merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam industri penyediaan air bersih. Dalam hal ini, teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) dapat memainkan peran yang signifikan dengan memungkinkan penggunaan sensor dan perangkat terhubung untuk mengumpulkan data secara real-time dan mengirimkannya melalui jaringan internet. Dalam konteks ini, jurnal ini mempresentasikan pengembangan sebuah alat monitorisasi biaya penggunaan debit air PDAM berbasis NodeMCU yang terhubung dengan Bot Telegram. NodeMCU digunakan untuk menghubungkan alat monitorisasi dengan sensor debit air dan mengirim data ke server melalui jaringan Wi-Fi. Data yang dikumpulkan mencakup penggunaan air secara real-time, dan biaya yang terkait.Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa alat monitorisasi yang dikembangkan mampu mengumpulkan data penggunaan debit air secara akurat dan mengirimkannya ke Bot Telegram dengan keandalan yang tinggi. Pengguna dapat mengakses informasi penggunaan air dan biaya secara real-time, yang memungkinkan mereka untuk memantau konsumsi air mereka dengan lebih baik dan mengelola pengeluaran mereka secara efektif.==================================================AbstractIncreasing efficiency in the management of water resources is one of the important aspects in the clean water supply industry. In this regard, Internet of Things (IoT) technology can play a significant role by enabling the use of sensors and connected devices to collect data in real-time and send it over the internet network. In this context, this journal presents the development of a NodeMCU-based PDAM water usage cost monitoring tool that is connected to the Telegram Bot. The data collected includes water usage in real-time, and the associated costs. The test results show that the monitoring tool developed is able to collect water usage data accurately and send it to the Telegram Bot with high reliability. Users can access real-time water usage and cost information, enabling them to better monitor their water consumption and manage their expenses effectively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha Soto Jaten dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui analisis Break Even Point (BEP). Metode kuantitatif ini melibatkan perhitungan biaya tetap, biaya variabel, dan penjualan untuk menentukan titik impas. Sebagai contoh, jika biaya tetap usaha sebesar Rp30.000.000 selama satu bulan, biaya variabel per unit masing-masing sebesar Rp3.500 dan Rp.5000, dan harga jual per unit sebesar Rp7.000 dan Rp.9000, maka titik impas dapat dihitung menggunakan rumus BEP = Biaya Tetap / (Harga Jual - Biaya Variabel), yang menghasilkan BEP sebanyak 2.667 unit. Analisis ini memberikan gambaran jumlah penjualan minimal yang diperlukan untuk mencapai keuntungan serta membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis usaha.

Abstract

The condition of the air at a certain time and at a certain location over a short period of time is called weather. The term "time" refers to a mixture of meteorological factors that change over time. For example, the weather in the morning may be different from the afternoon and late hours. It is very important for humans to monitor, understand, and prepare for weather events. Weather information can be seen from weather information providers such as BMKG, but weather information on BMKG covers a wide area, so local areas such as villages have different weather even though they are in the same district. In addition, each weather information is presented in three-hour intervals and only covers a wide area, and there are no notifications in each area. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to create a prototype of a real-time weather monitoring system as well as an early warning of rain based on the internet of things (IOT) that can be accessed anywhere and anytime and the results are accurate and in accordance with environmental conditions, where the coverage is local areas such as villages so that there is no difference in weather information and early warning notifications. This research method uses the waterfall method with research stages carried out from data collection, needs analysis, design, creation of tools and program codes, and testing. This research produces weather information such as temperature, humidity, air pressure, wind speed, light conditions, and rain conditions, this research also produces weather notifications that can be used as early warnings of rain. The results of the study were also compared with data from BMKG, namely there was a significant difference between sensor values ​​and notifications. This system can also be an alternative as a tool that can be used for weather monitoring and providing early warning notifications.

Abstract

Landslides are one of the natural disasters that often occur in Indonesia due to the geographical conditions dominated by mountainous and hilly areas, coupled with high rainfall. Landslides can cause huge losses and casualties due to the absence of a system that can provide real-time warnings as a preventive measure. This research aims to design and build an Internet of Things (IoT)-based landslide early detection system that is able to detect environmental conditions that have the potential for landslides in real-time. The system uses an ESP32 microcontroller as the control center connected with a rain sensor (YL-83), a tilt sensor (MPU6050), and a soil moisture sensor (Capacitive Soil Moisture). Data from the sensors is sent via RESTful API and WebSocket with WiFi connection to the monitoring website. The system is also equipped with a buzzer and RGB LED as a warning indicator if environmental conditions are detected that have the potential for landslides. For a power source, a rechargeable 18650 battery is used and combined with a Step-Up and Charger Module J5019 to maintain voltage stability. The test results conducted in the test environment obtained 40 experimental data with stable sensor readings, and all components can function properly and can display data on the monitoring website. This system offers a practical solution to support disaster mitigation in landslide-prone areas.
