Abstract

The development and management of Islamic educational institutions in achieving excellence is a matter that needs to be constantly updated and improved so that education continues to exist in responding to the challenges of the times and the needs of the wider community and the industrial world. Because education is believed to be the main foundation in building the civilization of a nation, its quality must be maintained in order to produce superior, noble and competitive governance and graduates. This study aims to reveal the position and role of quality assurance of Islamic education in Islamic religious higher education institutions. This research is a descriptive qualitative type with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and document studies at SMA N 1 Serbajadi. The results of this study indicate that the Quality Assurance of Islamic Education in SMA N 1 Serbajadi has not been fully running well and the elements in quality assurance such as education personnel, educational facilities and infrastructure, curriculum and evaluation have also not run fully in order to produce professional governance, the quality and quality of graduates who are absorbed in the community, humane services to produce outcomes in accordance with the mandate of the Act.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (a) Mengidentifikasi jenis program kepemudaan yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah, (b) Mengidentifikasi keterlibatan pemuda pada program kepemudaan, (c) Memahami persepsi pemuda tentang program-program kepemudaan, (d) Memahami keterkaitan program dengan harapan memperoleh pekerjaan, (e) Mengetahui bentuk bantuan program kepemudaan, (f) Memahami persepsi pemuda terhadap bimbingan usaha, (g) Megetahui manfaat dan prospek pekerjaan atas program kepemudaan, dan (h) Merumuskan model kebijakan pembinaan kepemudaan. Penelitian dilakukan selama lima bulan, sejak Juli hingga November 2005. Sampel diambil secara purposive terhadap program KUPP. Komposisi responden: pemuda 760 orang, birokrat 76 orang, kepala desa 76 orang, mitra kerja 57orang, siswa 76orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (a) Program kepemudaan yang diselenggarakan oleh Dinas Pendidikan antara lain: SP3 dan KUPP, (b) Keterlibatan pemuda meliputi: LK, KKP, KPS, LK Aktivitas dan Mutu Kepemudaan, Program Partisipasi dan Wawasan Kepemudaan, Program Pengembangan Aktivitas Kepemudaan/Program Partisipasi dan Wawasan Pemuda., (c) Persepsi pemuda terhadap program bahwa keberadaan program dirasakan sangat penting, karena dapat menyalurkan bakat dan memberikan penghasilan. serta memberikan penghasilan dan menambah wawasan, (d) Keberadaan program dirasakan sangat penting, karena dapat menyalurkan bakat dan memberikan penghasilan dan menambah wawasan. Program tersebut bermanfaat bagi calon pencari kerja khususnya bagi pemuda yang belum bekerja pelatihan, (e) Bentuk bantuan nerupa uang sebesar Rp 1.250.000,00 sampai dengan Rp 50.000.000,00 (f) Persepsi pemuda tentang bimbingan usaha sangat baik. Sebagian besar peserta program mendapatkan bimbingan dari mitra, (g) Manfaat dan prospek pekerjaan dirasakan belum mampu meningkatkan besarnya penghasilan pekerjaan, akan tetapi sebagian besar peserta optimis prospek usaha mereka bisa bertahan, dan (h) Model kebijakan pembinaan pemuda yang dapat diterapkan yaitu Program Sarjana Pencipta Kerja Mandiri (Prospek Mandiri) sebagai pengganti SP3 dan program KUPP yang diperbaharui terutama dalam mekanisme pelaksanaannya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) arah kebijakan pengalokasian dan pemanfaatan sumber dana pendidikan, dan (2) model penyaluran dana pendidikan dari pemerintah pusat ke sekolah pada era otonomi daerah. Artikel ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan studi literatur. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) arah kebijakan Pengalokasian dan Pemanfaatan Sumber Dana Pendidikan masih perlu disempurnakan berkaitan dengan besaran dana yang diarahkan untuk memenuhi amanat UU No. 20 Tahun 2003 yakni sebesar 20% dari anggaran APBN dan APBD di luar gaji pegawai dan pendidikan kedinasan, dan (2) secara umum, model penyaluran dana pendidikan dari pemerintah pusat berupa dana block grant, dekonsentrasi (termasuk BOS/BKM), dana dari Depag, APBD Provinsi dan APBD Kota/Kabupaten, masih layak diterapkan untuk penyaluran dana pendidikan di sekolah dengan beberapa pembenahan, terutama dalam pemberdayaan Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi dan Dinas Pendidikan Kota/Kabupaten dalam ikut serta sebagai Pembina dan pengontrol pelaksanaan progam sekolah.

Abstract

The company's operational conditions in Indonesia are still not optimal, so as a result they have not been able to increase their sales every period. This ex post facto study aims to examine the effect of customer acquisition cost on increasing sales in the cosmetics and household sub-sector industrial companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. This study involved 10 companies and as many as 5 companies were selected as research samples. Thus, obtained 30 observational data based on purposive sampling technique. Secondary data in the form of company financial statements were collected through the www.idx.co.id page using documentation techniques. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using simple linear regression and processed using the SPSS 23 program. The results show that customer acquisition costs have a positive and insignificant effect on increasing sales. Following up on these findings, the initial assessment of customer acquisition costs by companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange needs to be carried out more optimally so that it can encourage an increase in company sales

Abstract

Masalah yang sering di hadapi pada perusahaan pembuat mold dan dies di indonesia adalah estimasi waktu pada perencanaan pada perangkat lunak  Software CAM yang tidak sesuai dengan aktual proses di cnc milling, hasil produk yang berbeda antara cam engineer baru dan lama, dan penggunaan alat potong yang berlebihan. Sehingga biaya produksi akan melebihi biaya yang sudah di anggarkan. Pada CNC Milling ini terdapat beberapa proses yang umum terdapat pada semua mesin CNC MIlling, Dalam proposal tugas akhir ini penulis melakukan analisa terhadap beberapa proses pada CNC Milling yang sebenernya masih bisa di optimalkan dengan menggunakan software pendukung yaitu Sofwtare NCBrain. Dari hasil analisa ini penulis berharap memberikan pengetahuan seberapa besar penyimpangan waktu proses machining pada CNC Milling dari estimasi waktu di Sotware Cam Powermild dan sesudah menggunakan bantuan Software NCBrain dan memberikan informasi berapa faktor ke efektifan dan keamanan pada software NCBrain yang mana memberikan pengurangan waktu proses cnc milling minimal 20 % dari proses waktu yang sudah berjalan. Hal ini sangat bermanfaat bagi sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di dunia Mold dan dies agar tetap bertahan di dunia industry 4.0 yang dimana dituntutan untuk hasil yang bagus, harga yng kompetitif dan pengiriman sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan.

Abstract

CV Sinar Nugraha is a company engaged in the manufacturing industry that produces chili sauce, soy sauce, and syrup. The production process is carried out every day except for syrup products which are only produced during Ramadan. Currently CV. Sinar Nugraha in the activity of recording accounting and inventory reports of raw materials is still manually so that it takes a lot of time and sometimes found errors in recordi The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a case study, the steps taken are observation and interviews with the manager of the company. The programming language used is PHP Hypertext Prepocessor (PHP), while the database uses MySQL software. This application is made to calculate the cost of raw material inventory using the Moving Average method. And the accounting records use the Perpetual method. The results of this study are a special application program in the form of Raw Material Inventory Accounting Information System for the calculation of the cost of raw material inventory consisting of functions to handle existing procedures, namely procedures for purchasing, spending, and reporting of raw materials. From the results of the implementation and testing it can be concluded that the application that has been made can be applied on the CV. Sinar Nugraha.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on the performance of lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business IIB Darmajaya. This is a quantitative study that uses an associative approach. The population of this study consisted of 64 teachers from the Faculty of Economics and Business IIB Darmajaya, who were also used as samples. The sample approach used in this study is a saturation sampling strategy. Multiple linear regression tests and t-tests were used to analyze the data in this tudy. The findings of this study show that the factors of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence have a major influence on the performance of lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business IIB Darmajaya.Keywords: Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence,  Spiritual Intelligence, and Lecturer Performance

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the thoughts of m. Quraish Shihab on the values of Islamic education in the concept of religious moderation. The type of this research is literature study and bibliographic study, with a historical approach of thought related to text studies, covering the genesis of thought, consistency of thought, evolution of thought, systematics of thought, development and change, variants of thought, communication of thought, dialectic of thought and continuity of thought. The research data were taken from several written references, both books and journals, then collaborated so that they became a unified whole in the research results. The results showed that Muhammad Quraish Shihab's ideas about wasathiyah referred to wasathiyah values or moderation, namely based on religious values, and to determine wasatiyah must have religious knowledge. The educational values contained in Muhammad Quraish Shihab's thoughts are the belief in God (Faith), Morals (Submission), Worship, Community Life and Social Relations.

Abstract

Employee engagement is a condition in which employees feel actively involved and attached to the organization where they work. Job satisfaction is a positive feeling felt by employees towards their work. Employee performance is the level of productivity and effectiveness achieved by employees in carrying out their work. This study aims to examine the effect of employee engagement on employee performance which is mediated by job satisfaction. The population in this study are all employees in a company. The sampling technique used was random sampling with a total sample of 72 employees. The results of the study show that employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And employee engagement also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. The conclusion from this study is that employee engagement has a positive effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Therefore, companies need to improve employee engagement to improve employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Basal stem rot of oil palm caused by Ganoderma boninense is difficult to be controlled due to abundance of inoculum sources in the field. This study was aimed to determined effects of taro plants viz. Belitung taro (Xanthosoma sagittifolium), Bogor taro (Colocasia esculenta), and Japanese taro (Colocasia esculenta var. antiquorum) on decay of G. boninense inocula. Pathogen inocula as rubber wood block (RWB) colonized by G. boninense was attached with main roots of oil palm seedling and buried into soil of oil palm seedling (monoculture), mixed planting of oil palm and taro plants, or of taro plants monoculture. Burying of pathogen inocula for 3 and 6 months on taro plant resulted in 2.1 times higher decay of RWB compared than oil palm monoculture. Increasing of decay also exhibited on mixed cropping system, but it was slightly lower than on oil palm monoculture. This result suggesting the benefit of taro plants either planted under monoculture or mixed cropping to fasten decomposition of infected wood debris as an inoculum source of G. boninense.
