Abstract

The community services activity carried out by the team of Andi Sapada Institute of Social and Business Parepare in the form of collecting donations and distributing aid to flood victims in Parepare City. The distribution of assistance was carried out in flood-prone areas by taking nine location points. The location points are Lompoe, Watang Bacukiki, Lapadde, Bumi Harapan, Lumpue, Galung Maloang, Kampung Baru, Tiro Sompe, and Ujung Baru sub-districts. This location was chosen based on the conditions and characteristics of flood-prone areas which refer to differences in flood intensity, number and population density. The conclusions obtained after this activity took place was that the flood disaster that occurred at several points in Parepare City at the end of 2022 resulted in material losses for individuals and communities in Parepare City. From field investigations, communications from related officials in the vicinity and monitoring of media coverage, several points were found that had the most severe impacts on Parepare City, namely in Lontangnge, Mangimpuru, dan Abbanuangnge the three of which were in Wattang Bacukiki sub-district, Bacukiki district and in Tegal, Lapadde sub-district, Ujung district. For this reason, the team took the initiative to donate and distribute aid whose visit was carried out on November 26 2022 and a handover was carried out by representatives from the team of lecturers from the Business Faculty majoring in Accounting with representatives of residents affected by the floods. It is hoped that the assistance will benefit residents, especially women and children who are there.

Chili plant is never been free from the associated insect activity. This field practice aims to find out the species species and insect population in the red chili crop. The field practice has been carried out at the farmers' chilli crop in  Sub District Air Salek, Banyuasin Regency. Insect identification was carried out at the Entomology Laboratory of Plant Pests and Diseases at the Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. The implementation was carried out by direct observation using the census method by applying purposive sampling technique and using steiner trap fruit flies. The results showed that the populations of fruit fly in the first land, second and third fields was different for each observation. The fruit flies found were two species i.e. Bactrocera carambolae and Bactrocera umbrosa. There are several insects associated with chili plants, namely Coccineilla transversalis, Menochillus sexmaculatus, Micraspis discolor, Micraspis frenata, Aphis gossypii, Spodoptera litura and Altica cyanae. The number of insect populations in a plant is influenced by biotic and abiotic factors. Whether it's from the condition of the plants around or by the application of pesticides in the chili area.

Abstract

Concrete performances have weaknesses; one of those weaknesses is that it is significantly affected when put in a high sulfate and chloride environment. This study aims to investigate sulfate's effect on PCC concrete's performance. In this research, PCC concrete was immersed in water for 28 days and conducted after the casting. After being soaked in water, three immersed specimens were removed and immersed in magnesium sulfate solution for 24 days and 84 days, whereas three others were removed and immersed in natrium sulfate solution for 24 days and 84 days. The observation showed that PCC concrete's average compressive strength test with water immersion was 42.17 Mpa. It meets the SNI 2847:2019 Indonesian standard for sulfate classification S1. The specimens decreased to 30.74 Mpa after being soaked in the magnesium sulfate solution for 28 days and again reduced to 25.39 Mpa at 84 days. The average compressive strength of specimens bathed in the sodium sulfate solution for 28 days was 32.19 Mpa. It decreased to 28.03 Mpa at the age of 84 days. The results of this study show that the compressive strength of PCC concrete soaked in sodium sulfate meets the SNI 2847:2019 standard for sulfate classification S1, which is more than 28 Mpa. The compressive strength of PCC concrete immersed in magnesium sulfate for 1 month (28 days) is more than 28 MPa. It meets the standard as well. Yet, the compressive strength of PCC concrete soaked in magnesium sulfate for 3 months (84 days) does not meet the standard.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Zona CCTV Cirebon with the aim of knowing the quality of service on CCTV purchasing decisions in the Zona CCTV. The number of samples in this study were 95 respondents with random sampling. The researcher uses descriptive research method with quantitative approach using regression method. The results showed that service quality had an effect on purchasing decisions for CCTV in the Zona CCTV , in accordance with the results of hypothesis testing using t-test results obtained from tcount and ttable (13,227>1,986) and P value (13,227>1,986). 0.000 < 0.05), H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, with a contribution of 65.3%, while the remaining 34.7% is the influence of variables outside of this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the competitiveness of the food and beverage industry Indonesia period 2011-2015 and its strategy in the era of the ASEAN economic community. The type of data in this research is secondary data. The analytical tool used to measure the competitiveness of Indonesian food and beverage industry is the analysis of revealed comparative advantage while to examine strategies for Indonesian food and beverage industry using SWOT analysis.The results using analysis revealed comparative advantage shows Products Indonesian food and beverage industry has a level of competitiveness which tends to fluctuate, bakery products and pastries have the highest level of competitiveness in Vietnam later confectionery products in Vietnam and coffee products in Thailand, the next product Tea in Malaysia last is the product of chocolate and chocolate preparations in Thailand. The strategy can be developed for the Indonesian food and beverage industry in the era of ASEAN economic society based on SWOT analysis is a strategic approach to new markets and market penetration for long. The second strategy of expanding the product promotion. The third strategy for increasing the ability of employees or workers. and the fourth customer service strategies and renewable products.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the influence of information technology and the quality of human resources on the company's performance at PT. PLN Pesero Tbk. UP3 Gresik which is mediated by the effectiveness of the accounting information system. This study uses a questionnaire containing questions related to information technology, the quality of human resources, company performance and the effectiveness of accounting information systems using a Likert scale measurement. The questionnaire was addressed to employees of PT. PLN Pesero Tbk. UP3 Gresik. The results of the questionnaire were tested using SmartPLS 3.0 and present the results that information technology does not affect the effectiveness of accounting information systems, the quality of human resources affects the effectiveness of accounting information systems, the effectiveness of accounting information systems affects company performance, information technology affects company performance, the quality of human resources does not affect the company's performance. Furthermore, the effectiveness of accounting information systems is able to mediate the relationship between the quality of human resources and company performance but is unable to mediate the relationship between information technology and company performance.

Abstract

Peran manusia begitu penting dalam pencapaian tujuan sebuah organisasi, pencapaian tujuan organisasi dapat mudah dicapai jika organisasi memiliki sumberdaya manusia yang berpengalaman dan handal dalam bidangnya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam menunjang penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, yaitu sejumlah pertanyaan tertulis yang diberikan kepada responden untuk memperoleh. Pengaruh Produktivitas terhadap variabel Kinerja Rumah Sakit dengan taraf nyata (probabilitas) = 10% = 0,10 dan dari hasil Regresi Partial Least Square (PLS) diperoleh t-hitung = 4,44. Pengujian Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap variabel Kinerja Rumah Sakit dengan taraf nyata (probabilitas) = 10% = 0,10 dan dari hasil Regresi Partial Least Square (PLS) diperoleh t-hitung = 2,32. Pengaruh Produktivitas terhadap Kinerja Rumah Sakit dengan Remunerasi Sebagai Variabel Moderating dengan taraf nyata (probabilitas) = 10% = 0,10 dan dari hasil Regresi Partial Least Square (PLS) diperoleh t-hitung = 0,062. Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Remunerasi terhadap Kinerja Rumah Sakit dengan taraf nyata (probabilitas) = 10% = 0,10 dan dari hasil Regresi Partial Least Square (PLS) diperoleh t-hitung = 0,024.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of entrepreneurship in building and advancing the nation's economy. This article also reviews the relationship and role of entrepreneurship in the nation's economic development. Entrepreneurship has its own role in the nation's economic growth, namely increasing productivity. Entrepreneurship also influences economic development in Indonesia. The current economic problems in Indonesia are endlessly discussed, sometimes they rise and sometimes they fall very far. However, entrepreneurship will help the economy in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to find out how much entrepreneurship plays a role in building and advancing the nation's economy. This research uses a qualitative method where the data collection process uses library research. The results of this research show that entrepreneurship also plays a role in encouraging the economic activities of families, communities, and the nation's economy . The dynamics of business activities can encourage economic growth and improve community welfare.

Abstract

Through improving company performance derived from all business activities, businesses can increase their competitiveness. This performance can run with procedures that can be completed with workers as data framework administrators. The effectiveness of a company's accounting information system is very important to support overall company performance and must meet high quality standards. This research uses a quantitative approach with analytical descriptive methods. The information source was gotten by finishing up a poll directed by representatives of PT Semen Indonesia Distributor 2023. Information obtaining will be examined utilizing SEM model with the assistance of the PLS program. The findings of a number of tests indicate that some aspects have a positive effect while others have a negative effect on each other. The quality of AIS has no effect on company performance but has a positive effect on internal control, while internal control and information technology have a direct positive effect on performance. Based on these results, it can be seen that improving the quality of AIS and information technology can basically improve company performance.
