Abstract

Akad wadiah adalah akad penitipan barang dari satu pihak kepada pihak lain, baik individu maupun badan hukum, yang harus dijaga dan dikembalikan kapan saja si penitip menghendaki. Akad wadiah dibagi menjadi dua jenis, yaitu wadiah yad amanah dan wadiah yad dhamanah. Akad wadiah memiliki kaitan yang erat dan mendalam dengan islam , baik dari segi landasan hukum, nilai-nilai yang terkandung, dan implementasi praktis dalam kehidupan Muslim. Dalam perspektif hukum Islam, akad wadiah merupakan akad yang sah dan diperbolehkan. Namun, terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dapat timbul dalam pelaksanaan akad wadiah, jadi tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk mencari Solusi dari permasalahn yang timbul dari pelaksanaan akad wadiah tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu studi kepustakaan atau reseach library. Peneliti membaca dan menggali literatur yang relevan, seperti buku, jurnal, artikel, dan dokumen lainnya yang berkaitan dengan akad wadiah dalam perbankan syariah. Hasil dari penelitian Akad wadiah merupakan akad yang bermanfaat dan dapat menjadi solusi bagi masyarakat yang membutuhkan jasa penitipan barang. Namun, untuk menghindari terjadinya permasalahan dalam pelaksanaan akad wadiah, perlu dilakukan penerapan akad wadiah yang sesuai dengan syariah, pembuatan perjanjian tertulis, pendidikan dan sosialisasi.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what the law is for limiting the volume of the call to prayer and how to review the rules of al-ḍarar al-asyad yuzāl bi al-ḍarar al-akhaf in the matter of limiting the volume of the call to prayer. The problems the author raises are; How to review the rules of al-ḍarar al-asyad yuzāl bi al-ḍarar al-akhaf in the matter of limiting the volume of the call to prayer. This research methodology uses a qualitative descriptive (non-statistical) research type, which focuses on the study of manuscripts and texts, using normative and sociological research approaches. The research results found that limiting the volume of the call to prayer is permissible in reviewing the rules of al-ḍarar al-asyad yuzāl bi al-ḍarar al-akhaf. This is because limiting the volume of the loudspeakers will prevent larger ḍarar. However, the permissibility of limiting the volume of the call to prayer must be adjusted to the conditions of each region, the disturbance in question may be felt by residents in some areas, but not in others, so the application of restrictions on the volume of the call to prayer is returned to the policy owner in each region by considering the conditions people in the area. It is hoped that the implications of this research will become a reference, literature or consideration for the academic world, as well as positive reference material and information for the government, religious leaders and society in general.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah memberikan dampak signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk pada dunia pendidikan tinggi. Mahasiswa sebagai generasi pengguna digital aktif tidak hanya dituntut untuk mampu mengakses informasi, tetapi juga memiliki keterampilan literasi digital yang memadai untuk menghadapi kompleksitas ekosistem digital. Pelatihan ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi digital, keamanan siber, dan pemahaman etika bermedia bagi mahasiswa dari berbagai organisasi kemahasiswaan (Ormawa) di Politek Kaltara. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 25 peserta dan dilaksanakan melalui penyampaian materi interaktif mengenai keamanan digital, perundungan online (cyberbullying), serta risiko khusus yang sering dialami perempuan dan anak perempuan di ruang digital. Selain materi konseptual, peserta juga dilibatkan dalam praktik pembuatan konten digital berupa video kampanye etika bermedia dan anti-bullying. Setiap Ormawa menghasilkan video kreatif yang kemudian dipresentasikan, serta menghasilkan enam video edukatif yang akan dipublikasikan melalui media sosial masing-masing organisasi sebagai bentuk kampanye keberlanjutan. Proses pelatihan menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi peserta aktif berdiskusi, bertanya, bahkan membagikan pengalaman pribadi terkait bullying. Hasil akhir kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap etika digital, kemampuan produksi konten positif, serta kesadaran mengenai dampak serius perundungan online, termasuk risiko depresi dan bunuh diri. Pelatihan ini memberikan dampak signifikan dalam mendorong mahasiswa menjadi agen perubahan menuju ekosistem digital kampus yang lebih aman, beretika, dan inklusif.

Abstract

This study critically examined the use of English-language proficiency tests, such as the TOEFL and IELTS, as gatekeeping tools for university admissions in Indonesia. While these tests serve as standardised indicators of academic readiness, their widespread application raises concerns about fairness, accessibility, and sociocultural implications, especially for students in rural areas. Grounded in sociocultural theories of language, identity, and power, and informed by contemporary research on language assessment and educational equity, this qualitative inquiry used critical autoethnography, reflective narratives, and critical analysis to explore two main focuses of the issue: why English proficiency tests are used as entrance requirements in a country where English is not the medium of daily communication, and how these tests affect students’ identities and opportunities. Findings showed that these tests often function beyond linguistic evaluation—symbolising institutional prestige, perpetuating social inequalities, and constructing identity hierarchies among students. The investigation is further enriched by contemporary research on language assessment and educational equity, which provides a framework for understanding how these tests may inadvertently perpetuate social inequalities and limit opportunities for certain student groups. The paper concludes by recommending inclusive language policies and enhanced access to language learning in rural Indonesia.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to ascertain the sustainability of tomato farming in Sidamangura Village, Kusambi District, West Muna Regency. The present study was based on the information provided by 58 tomato farmers residing in Sidamangura Village. The informants were selected deliberately, resulting in a total of six informants. The data were collected using a combination of methods, including observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews with interview guides. The focal point of this study was the sustainability of tomato farming. The subsequent analysis of the data was conducted using qualitative analysis methods. The findings indicated that tomato farming in Sidamangura Village possesses the capacity to persist, despite the presence of variations across various dimensions. In the ecological dimension, sustainability is indicated by the low potential for pests and diseases and the use of fertilizers. However, the use of pesticides is a hindering factor. In the economic dimension, sustainability is supported by income and market access, while production factors continue to encounter challenges. Concurrently, within the social dimension, sustainability is bolstered by factors such as the level of education, the productive age of farmers, and the involvement of families. The sustainability of farming is influenced by ecological and economic factors, as well as the social role of farming families. The sustainability of tomato farming in rural areas is contingent upon a number of social factors, with particular emphasis on the role of family participation.
