Abstract

Abstract. Over time, the development of Information Technology is increasing rapidly, in which almost every company has a computer network that supports the flow of information within the company. YAJ Depok Vocational School is an example of an internet user engaged in education. The slow internet network is often complained of by SMK YAJ Depok school employees because one or more clients/users use the network because the activities of each user are downloading and uploading simultaneously which will result in uneven bandwidth on the network. With this problem, a solution was made for the problem that was at SMK YAJ Depok, it was necessary to implement bandwidth management with the MikrotikOS router to distribute bandwidth evenly to active clients/users using the PCQ (PER Connection Queue) method. Aims to provide and maximize the optimal use of bandwidth to each client. With the implementation of the implementation of bandwidth management using the PCQ (PER Qonection Queue) method, it can produce fair and equitable bandwidth usage for each client

Abstract

The presence of MSMEs plays a crucial role in driving the Indonesian economy forward. "Batik Tulis Kebon Gedang Center" as one of the traditional batik MSMEs in Ciwaringin has recently risen after experiencing the impacts of COVID-19. This study aims to identify and analyze effective economic strategies to address the challenges of the digital era for the community in the "Batik Tulis Kebon Gedang Center" in Ciwaringin, Cirebon. The research method used is a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and observation with the batik community. The results of this research, it can be observed that the "Batik Tulis Kebon Gedang Center" community adopts various economic strategies in facing various challenges in the digital era, including competition with digital batik products, changes in consumer behaviour, and limitations in the online market penetration. Based on these findings, several economic strategies are formulated, including increasing online presence through e-commerce platforms which have become a trend among the community and shorby (business link), using several promotional mixes such as advertising, sales promotion, public relations, and publications, direct marketing, collaboration with digital designers and influencers, as well as increasing digital literacy among batik community members. The implementation of these strategies is expected to strengthen the competitiveness and sustainability of the "Batik Tulis Kebon Gedang Center" in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business feasibility of Well Cake and Cookies, a home industry that produces various types of brownies. The research method used was qualitative with descriptive analysis, covering marketing and cost aspects. The results showed that marketing strategies implemented through social media, such as Instagram and WhatsApp, were effective in reaching the target market consisting of young people and cake lovers. Furthermore, product variety and the ability to meet consumer demand are competitive advantages. In terms of costs, initial capital and daily production costs are still within reasonable limits, supporting business continuity. Despite challenges in competition and visibility on digital platforms, Well Cake and Cookies has the potential to grow and achieve optimal profits. With good management and the right marketing strategy, this business is expected to compete effectively in the sweet food market.

Abstract

Abstracts: The formulation of this research is: 1) What is the practice of 'Sumbang Nikah' marriage in Sibak Village, Ipuh District, Mukomuko Regency 2) How does Islamic law view customary sanctions against 'Sumbang Nikah' marriage in Sibak Village, Ipuh District, Mukomuko Regency. This type of research is qualitative research, data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. This research concludes that 1) The practice of "Sumbang Nikah" in Sibak Village, Ipuh District is not permitted according to village customs because of the blood relationship factor, and the fear will be weak offspring and the marriage will not be harmonious. It is believed that a marriage between cousins can bring disaster, therefore if a marriage like this occurs, sanctions must be paid, namely a prayer to repel evil in the form of reading a prayer of congratulations or carrying out a traditional event, namely slaughtering a buffalo/goat/chicken in accordance with the kinship relationship between the bride and groom and eating together with the aim of Avoid accidents/or unwanted things. 2) In Islam, cousin marriage is absolutely permitted. This traditional sanction for a cousin's marriage has become a custom that has been carried out for generations and is interpreted as a prayer to repel evil for a cousin's marriage in Sibak Village. This customary sanction is not in accordance with the Al-Quran and Sunnah because in Islam there is no sanction for cousin marriage. By being required to pay these customary sanctions, it is feared that it will be burdensome for the bride and groom to get married. Hopefully this research can be used as a reference by the Sibak village community so that in making customary sanctions they can be more adapted to Islamic law.Keywords: Customary Sanctions, Marriage Discretion, Islamic Law Abstrak : Rumusan Penelitian ini adalah : 1) Bagaimana praktik perkawinan ‘Sumbang Nikah’ di Desa Sibak Kecamatan Ipuh Kabupaten Mukomuko 2) Bagaimana hukum Islam memandang sanksi adat terhadap perkawinan ‘Sumbang Nikah’ di Desa Sibak Kecamatan Ipuh Kabupaten Mukomuko. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa 1) Praktik “Sumbang Nikah” di Desa Sibak Kecamatan Ipuh tidak di perbolehkan menurut pandangan adat Desa karena faktor hubungan darah dibuktikan dalam ilmu kesehatan mengatakan bahwa gen antara sepupu itu jika bertemu ada kemungkinan menyebabkan cacat fisik, Gangguan Sistem Kekebalan Tubuh, gangguan mental. Selain itu dikhawatirkan pernikahan tersebut tidak harmonis. Pernikahan antara sepupu dipercaya dapat mendatangkan musibah, karena itu apabila terjadi pernikahan seperti ini maka harus membayar sanksi yaitu doa tolak bala berupa baca doa selamat atau melakukan acara adat yaitu potong kerbau/kembing/ayam sesuai dengan hubungan kekerabatan kedua mempelai dan makan bersama sama tujuan supaya terhindar dari balak/atau hal-hal yang tidak di inginkan. 2) Dalam agama Islam pernikahan sepupu dibolehkan. Sanksi adat dalam pernikahan sepupu ini sudah menjadi adat kebiasaan yang selalu dilakukan secara turun temurun dan dimaknai sebagai doa tolak bala untuk pernikahan sepupu di Desa Sibak. Sanksi adat ini tidak sesuai dengan Al-Quran dan Sunnah karena dalam agama Islam tidak ada sanksi untuk pernikahan sepupu. Dengan diharuskanya membayar sanksi adat ini dikhawatirkan akan memberatkan calon pengantin untuk melakukan pernikahan. Semoga penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan oleh masyarakat desa Sibak agar dalam pembuatan sanksi adat bisa lebih disesuaikan dengan hukum Islam.Kata Kunci : Sanksi Adat, Sumbang Nikah, Hukum Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to develop valid and practical CAM Milling instructional materials based on Project-Based Learning (PjBL) and assisted by Inventor CAM Ultimate for the Advanced CAM course. Using the 4D development model—Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate—the materials were designed to address the lack of CAM-focused resources and provide project-oriented learning experiences. Validation by material and media experts resulted in average scores of 4.29 and 4.56, categorized as very valid. Field trials involving 20 students produced a practicality score of 4.33, indicating very practical use. These results confirm that the developed instructional materials meet the criteria of validity and practicality, making them suitable for mechanical engineering education

Abstract

Malay apple (Syzygium malaccense L.) is a tropical fruit species grown in the fruit garden section of Liwa Botanical Garden, West Lampung, Indonesia. Insect communities play an important role in agroecosystems because they consist of both pest species and beneficial organisms such as predators and parasitoids. This study aimed to determine insect diversity and dominance on Malay apple plantations in the Fruit Garden of the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of Liwa Botanical Garden. The observation was conducted from September to October 2021 using direct observation, pitfall traps, and yellow sticky traps across five sampling plots arranged diagonally. Insect identification was conducted based on morphological characteristics using relevant literature. Species diversity was evaluated using the Shannon–Wiener diversity index (H’), while dominance was measured using Simpson’s dominance index (C). A total of 1,594 insect individuals belonging to nine orders were recorded, including Diptera, Hymenoptera, Orthoptera, Hemiptera, Coleoptera, Lepidoptera, Dermaptera, Odonata, and Neuroptera. The diversity index (H’) was 1.44, indicating moderate diversity, while the dominance index (C) was 0.43, suggesting low dominance. Diptera was the most abundant order, dominated by fruit flies (Bactrocera dorsalis and Bactrocera cucurbitae). The results indicate that the insect community structure in the Malay apple plantation is relatively balanced, although fruit flies have the potential to become major pests. Increasing plant diversity through flowering plants (refugia) is recommended to support beneficial insect populations and maintain ecosystem stability.

Abstract

This research aimed at knowing the impact of e-learning on students’ achievement. The method used in this study was a quantitative research with one group pre-test and post-test design. The number of students were 43 students and the number of sample was the whole sum of the population (population sampling). The data collection was done by administring pre-test and post-test to the sample of the study. F test used to analyze the impact of e-learning method on students’ achievement in english. The statistical analysis has described that the mean score of pre-test and post-test was 71.63 and the mean score of post-test was 80.23. by using F test at the level of significance 5% the present researcher got F> F table. It’s mean that e-learning method was impact on students’ achievement in english. Furtheremore, by using Tukeys HSD continued test, the researcher got average score from pre-test and post-test were increased. It was suggestted to conduct research using e-learning method with other media such as zoom app or microsoft team.
