Abstract

Pernikahan dini masih menjadi permasalahan sosial kompleks di Indonesia, khususnya di pedesaan seperti Desa Kamal, Kecamatan Arjasa, Kabupaten Jember. Faktor ekonomi, budaya, rendahnya literasi hukum, keterbatasan pendidikan, dan norma sosial menjadi penyebab utama yang memperkuat praktik ini. Dampaknya sangat serius, terutama bagi anak perempuan yang menikah di bawah usia 18 tahun, karena berisiko mengalami putus sekolah, masalah kesehatan reproduksi, dan kerentanan terhadap kekerasan rumah tangga. Untuk menjawab persoalan tersebut, Kelompok KKN Kolaboratif 169 melaksanakan program pengabdian melalui penyuluhan partisipatif di Pondok Pesantren Roudlotul Ulum dengan peserta 52 santri dan santriwati. Materi yang diberikan mencakup pengertian, faktor penyebab, dampak, hingga aspek hukum sesuai Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019. Hasilnya, peserta menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan kesadaran, terutama santriwati yang lebih berani berpendapat. Program ini membuktikan efektivitas pendekatan edukatif partisipatif dalam pencegahan pernikahan dini

Abstract

The ornamental flower industry in Indonesia has shown a significant growth trend and is increasingly gaining popularity among the public. Numerous flower shops have emerged in various cities, offering a wide range of cut flowers. This sector holds promising potential for continuous development. Cut flowers of various types also possess high economic value, making them an attractive and profitable business opportunity. This study aims to examine the influence of service quality, product quality, and price perception on customer satisfaction at Shanum Florist Fresh Flower Shop in Tuban City. This study employed a quantitative research approach using a survey method by distributing online questionnaires to respondents selected through a convenience sampling technique, involving a total of 112 participants. The collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of the SmartPLS software. The study results reveal that service quality positively and significantly influences customer satisfaction, while product quality shows a positive yet insignificant impact. Additionally, price perception demonstrates a positive and significant relationship with customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial intentions of university students in Surabaya. Purposive sampling was applied to a group of 200 college students. The sample criteria included students who had completed entrepreneurship courses for bachelor's degrees and entrepreneurship practicums for vocational programs. This research utilized the Mann-Whitney U-Test via SPSS and partial least squares analysis through SmartPLS. The results of this research indicate the following: 1) attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioural control positively and significantly influence entrepreneurial intention, 2) entrepreneurship education significantly and positively affects entrepreneurial intention, 3) entrepreneurship education did not moderate the impact of any theory of planned behaviour variables on entrepreneurial intention, 4) gender did not moderate the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention, 5) no difference was found in the entrepreneurial intention levels of male and female college students, 6) no distinction was observed in the entrepreneurial intention levels of bachelor's degree students compared to vocational studies students.

Abstract

Mojosari Village, Puger District, Jember Regency has a Home Industry which is driven by Women Asociation of Welfare Guarantee (PKK) by processing seafood into crackers. However, the business is still underdeveloped in terms of: 1) Lack of variety and product diversification 2) Relatively simple of packaging, 3) Limitation of marketing distribution channels. The problem solution are by the way: 1) Increasing the value added of food by increase number of product variety and diversification, 2) increasing channel reach distribution of product marketing 3) Give knowledge transfer about business management. Implementation method by: focus group discussion, demonstration and practice. The results of activities such as: 1) Improving the quality and quantity of locally produced food-based food products 2) Improving skills about product diversification. 3) Increase marketing activities for raise sales.
