Abstract

Pada siswa, burn out belajar dapat menghambat proses pendidikan sehingga belajar tidak maksimal. Aspek dari burn out belajar diantaranya kelelahan emosional, fisik, kognitif, dan kehilangan motivasi. Terapi brain gym diiringi musik religi merupakan terapi non-farmakologi yang dapat menurunkan skor burn out dengan memperlancar aliran darah dan oksigen ke otak. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi brain gym diiringi musik religi terhadap burn out belajar siswa kelas VIII di MTS Mu’min Mashum Tasikmalaya. Metode quasy eksperimen dengan pretest-posttest with control group. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 15 responden untuk kelompok intervensi dan kontrol yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Uji statistik yang digunakan Dependent T-Test dan Independen T-Test. Hasil terdapat perbedaan signifikan rerata skor burn out pada kelompok intervensi, sebelum intervensi rerata skor burn out 10.07 menurun menjadi 4.73 (p-value 0,000). Sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol, skor burn out sebelum intervensi 10.87 menurun menjadi 8.53 (p-value 0,000). Terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam rerata skor burn out antara kedua kelompok, dengan nilai p-value 0.001. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terapi brain gym diiringi musik religi mampu menurunkan skor burn out pada siswa. Sehubungan dengan hasil penelitian diharapkan pendidik dapat mengaplikasikan terapi ini untuk meningkatkan belajar siswa baik di sekolah.

Abstract

Masalah kesehatan jiwa di masyarakat memerlukan pendekatan dan strategi melibatkan masyarakat dan diawasi oleh petugas kesehatan. Oleh karena itu,puskesmas sebagai sarana pelayanan kesehatan jiwa di tingkat dasar perlu dipersiapkan dengan melatih tenaga perawat  agar mampu memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada pasien gangguan jiwa berbasis komunitas di wilayahnya masing-masing. Perawatan Kesehatan Jiwa Masyarakat merupakan salah satu strategi berupa program peningkatan  pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diberikan kepada petugas kesehatan melalui pelatihan dalam rangka upaya membantu masyarakat menyelesaikan masalah kesehatan . Sebanyak 22 orang penanggung jawab program kesehatan jiwa di Puskesmas se Kota Tasikmalaya  menjadi peserta pelatihan Perawatan Kesehatan Jiwa  Masyarakat.  Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan skor pengetahuan penanggung jawab  program Kesehatan Jiwa Masyarakat naik sebesar 3,08 poin dibandingkan sebelumnya. Hasil uji normalitas data kedua variabel berdistribusi normal maka menggunakan uji parametrik Paired-T test. Hasil uji Paired-T didapatkan nilai ρ = 0,000 (ρ < 0,05), maka H0 ditolak, dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara skor pengetahuan sebelum dan setelah pelatihan.

Abstract

Pelayanan rumah sakit dituntut meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas dalam menunjang kesehatan individu dan masyarakat, Mutu pelayanan rumah sakit sangat di pengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya yang paling dominan adalah sumber daya manusia dan salah satunya adalah tenaga perawat. Perawat dituntut untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan kepada pasien, beban  tugas perawat yang meningkatka  dapat menyebabkan timbulnya stres. Stres kerja yang muncul dan tidak ditangani dengan baik tentu akan berdampak, baik bagi fisiologis, psikologis maupun sikap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh beban kerja terhadap stress kerja, dengan jumlah sampel 60 orang perawat yang bekerja di ruang rawat inap. Metode penetian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan jenis data kuantitatif, menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah beban kerja dan stres kerja perawat dalam katagori sedang dan ada pengaruh antara beban kerja terhadap stres kerja

Abstract

Abstrak DM merupakan penyakit kronis karena ketidakmampuan tubuh untuk memproduksi hormon insulin atau penggunaan insulin yang tidak efektif. Upaya strategis dalam mengendalikan resiko penyakit tidak menular mengacu pada penerapan strategi paradigma sehat dan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui penguatan posbindu. Kader posbindu mempunyai peran penting sebagai koordinator dan penggerak masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan posbindu. Upaya peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan kader menjadi sangat penting, salah satunya melalui pelatihan kader tentang konsep Diabetes Melitus dan pengelolaan posbindu. Metode yang dilakukan berupa pelatihan kader Posbindu kelurahan linggajaya wilayah kerja puskesmas sambongpari Kota Tasikmalaya, pada populasi berjumlah 36 orang. Analisis hasil pre-test dan post-test dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis uji normalitas data, uji univariat, dan uji bivariat. Uji normalitas data dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan antara nilai kurtosis dengan Std Error. Hasil uji normalitas diperoleh nilai diperoleh nilai 0,7 dan 0,2. hal ini menunjukkan kedua variable terdistribusi data yang normal. Rerata skor pengetahuan sebelum edukasi adalah 64,83 dengan standar deviasi 7,05 dan setelah intervensi 88,06 dengan standar deviasi 4,91. Kenaikan rata-rata skor pengetahuan setelah dilakukan edukasi Diabetes Melitus sebesar 23,2 poin. Kesimpulan pelatihan kader Posbindu di kelurahan Linggajaya wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sambongpari, secara signifikan telah berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan kader tentang penatalaksanaan penyakit Diabetes Melitus dan pengelolan Posbindu. Kader posbindu yang sudah dilatih diharapkan menjadi penggerak masyarakat yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat dan dapat berperan sebagai fasilitator dalam menyampaikan informasi edukasi kepada masyarakat luas. Abstract DM is a chronic disease due to the body's inability to produce the hormone insulin or ineffective use of insulin. Strategic efforts in controlling the risk of non-communicable diseases refer to the implementation of a healthy paradigm strategy and community empowerment through strengthening posbindu. Posbindu cadres have an important role as coordinators and community mobilizers in the implementation of posbindu. Efforts to improve the knowledge, attitudes and skills of cadres are very important, one of which is through cadre training on the concept of Diabetes Mellitus and posbindu management. The method used was training Posbindu cadres in the linggajaya village of the sambongpari health center working area of Tasikmalaya City, in a population of 36 people. Analysis of pre-test and post-test results was carried out using data normality test analysis techniques, univariate tests, and bivariate tests. Data normality test is done by comparing the kurtosis value with Std Error. The normality test results obtained values obtained values of 0.7 and 0.2. this indicates both variables are normally distributed data. The mean knowledge score before education was 64.83 with a standard deviation of 7.05 and after intervention 88.06 with a standard deviation of 4.91. The average increase in knowledge score after Diabetes Mellitus education was 23.2 points. In conclusion, the training of Posbindu cadres in Linggajaya village, Sambongpari Health Center working area, has significantly improved cadres' knowledge of Diabetes Mellitus disease management and Posbindu management. Posbindu cadres who have been trained are expected to be effective community mobilizers in improving public health and can act as facilitators in delivering educational information to the wider community.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of competence, work environment and organisational culture on nurse performance at Soekardjo Tasikmalaya Hospital. The results of this study can be used as a contribution to the leadership of the Tasikmalaya Soekardjo Hospital to improve nurse performance through improving competence and work environment and organisational culture. The research method used is descriptive and verification analysis. Data collection used is an interview using a questionnaire accompanied by observation techniques. Data collection in the field was carried out in 2019. The data analysis technique uses Path Analysis. The results showed that competence, work environment, organisational culture and nurse performance in general were relatively good. The results showed that competence, work environment and organisational culture simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on nurse performance at Soekardjo Tasikmalaya Hospital. Partially, the competency variable is more dominant in influencing nurses' performance than the work environment and organisational culture.

Abstract

Henti jantung merupakan keadaan yang sangat mengancam nyawa. Angka kejadian penyakit jantung dan pembuluh darah sebagai salah satu penyebab henti jantung selalu meningkat, bukan hanya disebankan oleh masalah pada jantung dan pembuluh darah saja tapi juga disebabkan oleh trauma. Angka kejadian serangan jantung saat ini sangat tinggi bahkan pada orang dengan usia muda, kejadian serangan jantung di OHCA (Out-of-Hospital Cardiac Arrest) dengan kemungkinan selamat rendah, serta layanan medikal service gawat dararurat juga kurang baik menjadikan kesempatan hidup penderita sangat kecil.  Kader merupakan warga masyarakat yang dipilih masyarakat oleh masyarakat serta bekerja dengan sukarela untuk membantu peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat. Kelurahan Kahuripan adalah salah satu daerah di Kota Tasikmalaya dengan angka kejadian hipertensi yang tergolong tinggi yang berisiko terhadap terjadinya serangan jantung. Tujuan: Peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan kader dalam penangan korban henti jantung pre hospital. Metode: Pelatihan pemberian bantuan hidup dasar ini mengunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, demonstrasi serta simulasi. Hasil: Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader dalam mengenali tanda kegawatan dan penanganan serangan jantung hal ini ditunjukan pada hasil pre dan post test pengetahuan kader meningkat dari 51% menjadi 94% serta Ketika dievaluasi secara acak pada kader setelah satu bulan menunjukan kader dapat mendemonstrasikan kembali ketrampilan bantuan hidup dasar pada korban henti jantung. Kesimpulan: Dengan dilakukannya pelatihan Bantuan Hidup Dasar ini dapat mengurangi serta memperkecil angka kematian yang diakibatkan karena serangan jantung. Saran: Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat dilanjutkan atau disampaikan oleh kader pada masyarakat disekitar wilayah kerja posyandunya dan ada evaluasi berkelanjutan dari mitra Puskesmas.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the impact of work-related stress on the performance of employees at The X Company  firm. (2) This study examines the impact of work culture on employee performance at The X Company  company. (3) Additionally, it investigates the role of job stress on work culture at The X Company  company. (4) This study examines the impact of job stress and work culture on employee performance at The X Company  enterprise. The research was conducted at the companyInvestama's facility, X Company. A study was done at Investama's firm, X Company, with a sample size of 30 individuals. The data utilized in this study consist of primary data and secondary data. Data collecting methods include techniques such as document recording, interviews, and surveys. For doing data analysis using route analysis. The findings of this study indicate that job stress and work culture have a favorable impact on employee performance at The X Company  organization. (2) Work stress has a beneficial impact on the work culture at The X Company  firm. (3) Work stress has a favorable impact on staff performance at The X Company  firm. (4) The work culture of The X Company  organization has a beneficial impact on staff performance.

Abstract

Health is a major requirement for every resident living in this world, and health development essentially concerns both physical and mental health. The state of health of a person will be influential on the aspects of social life is economic, and the continuity of the life of a nation and a country anywhere in the world, both in countries that have developed and in developing countries such as Indonesia as well as health is a right and an investment for all citizens of Indonesia. The research method uses descriptive analysis and verification analysis. By using a combination of analytical methods can be obtained by generalizing that is comprehensive. Samples taken as many as 100 patients BPJS health center Purbaratu Tasikmalaya City and sampling was done randomly or random sampling. Data analysis used is SEM (Stucture Equation Model). Based on the results of the research can be known that there are degrees of contribution of the variable provision of a service to trust patients through the patient satisfaction. The better the delivery of services provided by the health center Purbaratu Tasikmalaya City the better satisfaction of the patients received that will ultimately have an impact on the increased confidence of the patient to the health center Purbaratu the City of Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study explores the interrelationships between work discipline, organizational culture, and employee performance within organizations. Drawing on a comprehensive review of existing literature and empirical data collected from various industries, the research highlights how a robust organizational culture fosters work discipline, which in turn enhances overall performance. The findings indicate that organizations with a strong, supportive culture are more likely to instill a sense of discipline among employees, leading to increased productivity, decreased absenteeism, and higher employee engagement. Furthermore, the paper identifies key cultural characteristics that promote discipline and suggests practical strategies for leaders to cultivate an environment that aligns with organizational goals. Ultimately, this research underscores the critical role of organizational culture in driving performance and provides a framework for future studies to explore the nuances of these dynamics.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a theoretical model that explores the relationship between sense of belonging and work effectiveness among employees. Sense of belonging, defined as an individual’s feeling of being a valued and integral part of an organization, has been increasingly recognized as a crucial factor in enhancing employee motivation and performance. However, the mechanisms through which sense of belonging influences work effectiveness remain underexplored. Through a comprehensive literature review and empirical analysis, this paper proposes a model that illustrates how sense of belonging impacts work effectiveness directly and indirectly through mediating variables such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee engagement. Data were collected from a diverse sample of employees across various industries, and the results indicate a significant positive correlation between sense of belonging and work effectiveness. The findings suggest that fostering a strong sense of belonging within organizations can lead to improved work outcomes, providing valuable insights for human resource management practices
