Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 3 Sanga Desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah jumlah keseluruan populasi yang ada di SMP Negeri 3 Sanga Desa yaitu 22 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) nilai thitung variabel gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sebesar 46.456 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000, berarti gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru; 2) nilai thitung variabel komunikasi interpersonal sebesar 35,738 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000, berarti komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dan 3) nilai Fhitung variabel gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja mengajar guru sebesar 4,978 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Kriteria pengujian adalah jika Fhitung > Ftabel dan tingkat signifikansi < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

Learning planning is a general description of a teacher's steps to effectively and efficiently achieve the goals. This research aims to determine and analyse full-day school learning planning at the Sahabat Qur'an Integrated Islamic Elementary School, Central Bangka Regency. The research is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, field observations and document studies. The research results show that full-day school learning planning at the Sahabat Qur'an Integrated Islamic Elementary School is implemented for all subjects, including general and typical lessons at SDIT Sahabat Qur'an. Full-day learning planning at the Sahabat Qur'an Integrated Islamic Elementary School has been carried out simultaneously and systematically by each teacher in general subjects. However, in particular issues, some teachers still need to be more systematic in their learning planning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di SMA Negeri OKU. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel pada penelitian sebanyak 50 responden dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket (kuisioner). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) ada pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru, 2) ada pengaruh yang signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru, 3) ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah Program Kerja BKK dalam menyiapkan alumni untuk siap kerja; menganalisa peran BKK dalam penempatan alumni pada dunia usaha dan dunia industri, dan mendiagnosis hambatan yang dialami dalam penempatan alumni dan caramengatasinya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Prosedur pengumpulan dan perekaman data dapat dilakukan dengan observasi, interview, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil dapat disimpulkan: 1) program kerja Bursa Kerja Khusus SMK Negeri 1 Lais tahun 2019-2020 terdiri atas 12 program, dimana program kerja tersebut hanya tercapai 10 program kerja, sedangkan dua program kerja tidak tercapai. Sehingga jika di persentase ketercapaian program kerja BKK SMK N I Lais di peroleh 83,33% dengan kategori Baik, dan 2) peran kinerja BKK SMK Negeri 1 Lais dalam membantu penempatan alumni pada dunia usaha masuk dalam kriteria Cukup.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara parsial dan simultan pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal dan manajemen konflik terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal dan manajemen konflik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini memberi kontribusi kepada seluruh kepala sekolah di Indonesia agar meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui komunikasi interpersonal dan manajemen konflik yang baik

Abstract

This study aims to determine : 1) how the role of teachers in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum , 2) what are the determinants of the 2013 curriculum implementation , 3) the implementation of the 2013 curriculum can optimize the role of teachers . The results showed that the role of teachers at SD Negeri 1 Rantau Sialang in implementing the 2013 curriculum, namely teachers as implementers , teachers as adapters , teachers as curriculum developers and teachers as curriculum researchers. The teacher is not only the implementer of the curriculum, but also as the alignment of the curriculum with the characteristics and needs of students and regional needs. The supporting factors in the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum at SD Negeri 1 Rantau Sialang include the availability of facilities and infrastructure such as syllabus, lesson plans, teacher handbooks and student textbooks. Inhibiting factor, namely the unpreparedness of the 2013 Curriculum. This is because there are still many obstacles and obstacles. However, SD Negeri 1 Rantau Sialang itself is ready or not ready to implement the 2013 Curriculum in compliance with the orders of the Ministry of Education and Culture. Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum can optimize the role of teachers in SD Negeri 1 Rantau Sialang . This is the use of methods in learning that must be adapted to the material to be taught and the conditions of the students themselves when participating in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe: 1) the relationship between learning outcomes and student management, 2) the relationship between the motivation to learn to write in Indonesian and student management, 3) the relationship between learning outcomes and motivation to learn to write using Indonesian language against student management. The results of the study stated: 1) there is a relationship between Learning Outcomes and Student Management; 2) there is a relationship between the Motivation of Learning to Write Using Indonesian and Student Management; and 3) there is a relationship between Learning Outcomes and Learning Motivation on Student Management at Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Jirak Jaya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe: 1) the relationship between Learning Strategies and Student Learning Outcomes, 2) the relationship between Learning Interest and Student Learning Outcomes, 3) the relationship between Learning Strategies and Learning Interests on Student Learning Outcomes. The results stated: 1) there is a relationship between learning strategies and student learning outcomes; 2) there is a relationship between interest in learning and student learning outcomes; and 3) there is a relationship between learning strategies and interest in learning towards student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of principal leadership and teacher professionalism on teacher performance. This type of research is a quantitative research design using ex post facto research design. The sample in this study was the total of all teachers in Public Senior High Schools in Sekayu District which consisted of 112 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that 1) there is a significant influence between principal leadership on teacher performance; 2) there is a significant influence between teacher professionalism on teacher performance 3) there is a significant effect of principal leadership and teacher professionalism together on teacher performance.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to see the impact of teacher competence and student motivation on the results of student learning. The unsatisfactory outcomes of student learning at SD Negeri 14 Kayuagung inspired this. An explanatory approach with data survey techniques by questionnaires is the analysis method used. The study sample was 246 Kayuagung grade 2 to 6 SDN 14 students. The instrument was tested using a scale from Likert. Path analysis is the data analysis methodology used. Random sampling was used in the sampling method. The results of the study show that: (1) In general, the definition of teacher competence, which is pedagogical competence, affects learning outcomes in the low category of teacher competence perceived by students. (2) The motivation of students to learn is still in the low range, not ideal for excitement and ability to learn. (3) Some students also have scores below KKM and need care from the teacher and the growth of the school's academic potential.
