<![CDATA[This study seeks to describe the Social Movements carried out by Dompet Dhuafa Waspada with its Livestock Center program in Bulu Cina Village, Deli Serdang Regency. The social movement carried out by Dompet Dhuafa Waspada then resulted in an empowerment aimed at the underprivileged community. In this study, the point of view used by researchers is based on the theory of Social Movements initiated by Charles Tilly. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method by observing, documenting and direct interviews to data sources. It can be identified that the social movement carried out by Dompet Dhuafa Waspada is a collective social movement. As Tilly said, that there is a necessity for change to occur which encourages collective action to create a movement.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the social impact caused by the 2016 conflict in Tanjungbalai City. This caonflict occurred against the background of a protest from an ethnic Chinese woman who lived in front of the Al Maksum Mosque on Jalan Karya, Tanjungbalai City I District, South Tanjungbalai District, south Tanjungbalai District and protested about the volume of the call to prayer by statting that her voice was too loud. The Formulation of the problem in this research is the Social Impact that occurred after the 2016 conflict in the city Tanjungbalai. this research uses qualitative methods with research data collection techniques carried out by interviews, participation and documentation. The theory in this research is Dahrendorf’s theory which states that there are two groups in society depending on who controls the reins of power. The informants inn this study were 12 people consisting of 5 main informants and 7 addutional informants. The results of this research show that the conflict that occurred in 2016 occurred spontaneously and suddenly and was unexpected by the community meanwhile, the social impact caused by the 2016 conflict in Tanjungbalai was the destruction of places of worship, relations between residents felt increasingly starined at the time, each group was wary of each other and suspicion arose between fellow enrich groups after the incident, than the impact of economic activities after the incident. In this case, the city government gtogether with religious and community laders as well as the TNI-POLRI have succeeded in controlling this situation in the not too distantfuture so that life in Tanjungbalai is running normally as usual. The city of Tanjungbalai was designated the city of intorelan as a result of the 2016 conflict but is now no longer the city of Intorelan due to difficulties in achieving harmony between religious communities. This was created because the city government together with religious and community leaders as well as the TNI-POLRI carried out regular communication, mettings and dialogue between religious and ultimately gave rise to a consensus for the parties concerned to maintain balance and national city.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out how the form of Islamic Economics and Business Faculty students represent the hedonistic lifestyle from their @rachelven instagram account in their daily lives and on their instagram. Theories that support this research include representation, lifestyle, hedonism, and Instagram. The object of this research is the students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, State Islamic University of North Sumatra. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a netnographic approach and the technique used in this research is data analysis techniques. The results showed that, students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business chose to follow their @rachelven Instagram account not only to see the luxurious things that were shared on their Instagram accounts, but the reason they were dominated by their daily activities and positive things that was often shared by @rachelven on Instagram. his instagram account.]]>

<![CDATA[Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisa perubahan tradisi Mepahukh sebagai arena sosialisasi remaja serta sebagai proses pencarian jodoh bagi kalangan pemuda dan pemudi suku alas. Tradisi ini selalu dipraktekkan setelah adanya acara pernikahan pada desa di Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara. Dinamika sosial dan perkembangan zaman mendorong banyak pemuda dan pemudi suku Alas tidak terlalu tertarik mengikuti tradisi tersebut dikarenakan ketidaktahuan dan perkembangan teknologi yang memudahkan mereka untuk bersosialisasi dan pencarian jodoh serta berubahnya bentuk bangunan mengakibatkan tergerusnya nilai dari sebuah tradisi Mepahukh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dengan teori perubahan sosial. Data dikumpulkan melalui Observasi di lapangan, wawancara dan dokumentasi menjadi teknik pengumpulan data kemudian menggunakan teori Miles dan Huberman dalam menganalisa data, serta penggunakan trianggulasi dalam mengetahui keabsahan data. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terjadi perubahan pemaknaan terhadap tradisi mepahukh. Perubahan itu antara lain disebab kan pemuda-pemudi tidak mengetahui tradisi mepahukh sebagai salah satu tradisi yang telah ditetapkan dari pendahulu hingga saat ini. <![CDATA[This research discusses the resolution of the breach of lease dispute regarding satellite rental between the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia and Avanti Communications through international arbitration, with a focus on analyzing the procedures conducted based on relevant regulations. The chosen research method is a normative approach utilizing primary legal sources from literature studies. The research aims to discuss dispute resolution strategies through international arbitration mechanisms in accordance with applicable laws. Arbitration is an option stipulated in a written agreement between parties aimed at resolving disputes outside conventional court processes. In the context of the case between Avanti Communications Limited and the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia, it was proven that the Ministry of Defense committed a breach of contract and is required to compensate the losses incurred by Avanti Communications Ltd. The law on damages specifies the details that can be included. There is a potential for the cancellation of a legal agreement due to negligence that leads to a breach of contract, where the cancellation of the agreement can occur if it causes harm to the relevant parties.]]>

<![CDATA[Potential fisheries resources are a blessing from the one and only God. In order for these fish resources to remain sustainable and maintained, the prevention aspect is very important to be developed and implemented by everyone, especially fishermen. Law Number 45 of 2009 concerning Amendments to Law Number 31 of 2004 concerning Fisheries, has provided guidance regarding sustainable management of the fisheries sector and provided criminal threats for perpetrators who destroy marine resources, but criminal acts in the field of fisheries still continue to occur in society fisherman. The purpose of this study is to provide legal solutions in increasing the prevention of fisheries crimes according to Islamic law. Islamic criminal law policy is one of the data sources in this study. The steps to be carried out are the preparation and implementation of research by collecting field data or information for analysis. The method in this study is normative juridical. Normative juridical research refers to the legal norms contained in laws and regulations as well as the existing norms in Islam. So far, fisheries crimes have been prevented in a normative way using positive law, namely the fisheries law. Prevention is carried out through supervision by the government or community groups, counseling or dissemination of rules in the field of fisheries and even to prevention through the act of punishing the perpetrators with the aim that the crime does not happen again. Fishermen as religious people will certainly comply with the rules made by the government, but in fact there are still actions that damage marine resources, even though in addition to the instructions in the rules there are also orders in the rules of Islamic law to protect and preserve the sea so that the resources contained therein can be sustainable.]]>

<![CDATA[Judul penelitian ini adalah Kehidupan Sosial Keagamaan Masyarakat Petani Di Desa Pamuntaran Kecamatan Padang Bolak Julu Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara. Skripsi ini bertujuan menggambarkan atau menguraikan tentang fenomena kehidupan sosial keagamaan masyarakat petani di wilayah Desa Pamuntaran. Penulis memfokuskan penelitian pada masyarakat petani muslim di desa Pamuntaran. Penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang menggambarkan secara objektif kehidupan sosial keagamaan dan aspek-aspek keagamaan masyarakat petani di Desa Pamuntaran Kecamatan Padang Bolak Julu Kabupaten padang Lawas Utara. Data diperoleh melalui metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang diambil dari tujuh responden. Selanjutnya penyajian dan analisis data di narasikan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, kegiatan sosial dan keagamaan masyarakat petani dapat dikatakan harmonis dilihat dari kegiatan gotong royong, kegiatan tahlilan untuk warga yang sudah meninggal, perayaan hari besar, kegiatan pengajian, serta tradisi-tradisi yang masih diterapkan sampai saat ini seperti tradisi marsialapari, mandai eme baru, dan penanggalan untuk menanam padi akan tetapi untuk keagamaan tiap individu sendiri masih kurang dilihat dari mereka memaknai agama hanya status saja dan sering lupa waktu untuk mengerjakan sholat ketika lagi bekerja di ladang karena akan menghabiskan banyak waktu dari pagi sampai sore bahkan ketika musim panen, petani tidak pulang dan akan tidur di ladang. Kedua, Aspek-aspek keagamaan di Desa Pamuntaran menunjukkan banyak masyarakat minim pengetahuan agama terlihat dari bagaimana mereka mengartikan agama sebagai kebutuhan tapi mengedepankan pekerjaan mereka. Dari penelitian penulis menyimpulkan Kehidupan sosial keagamaan masyarakat petani di Desa Pamuntaran sibuk dengan pekerjaan mereka cenderung bersifat ritual saja. Problem-problem yang muncul dalam kehidupan sosial keagamaan masyarakat petani Desa Pamuntaran dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya pengetahuan agama dan pendidikan.]]>

<![CDATA[Masjid Al-Massawa Kesawan ini termasuk salah satu masjid paling tertua dari masjid Raya Al- Mashun yang baru dibangun tahun 1906 dan menjadi ikon sejarah di kota medan, yang berdirinya pada tahun 1890 M pada masa Kolonial Hindia Belanda. Masjid al massawa ini merupakan bukti eksistensi etnis arab kekota medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sejarah dengan pendekatan intradisipliner. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa Masjid Al-Massawa Kesawan didirikan pada tahun 1890 M. Pendirinya adalah Abdurrahman Al-Massawa yang awalnya adalah etnis orang arab keturunan arab dari yaman, lalu etnis arab ini cemburu dengan etnis melayu dikarenakan Tjong A Fie memberikan tana wakaf kepada orang etnis melayu saja. Maka oleh sebab itu, Tjong A Fie memberikan tanah wakaf kepada salah satu etnis arab yaitu abdurrahaman al massawa. Pada akhirnya dibangunlah masjid al massawa pada tahun 1890 M.]]>

<![CDATA[The study aims to analyze the influence of service quality on user satisfaction in the context of library services. Service quality is an essential aspect of the interaction between the library and its users. This research adopts a quantitative approach, involving 100 respondents as the sample. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The findings indicate that service quality significantly affects user satisfaction at the Labuhanbatu District Library and Archives Service. The study measured this effect through several key factors, including (1) Tangibility (physical aspects), (2) Reliability, (3) Responsiveness, (4) Assurance, and (5) Empathy. These factors collectively contribute to the users' satisfaction with the services provided by the Labuhanbatu library. The study highlights the importance of these dimensions in ensuring high-quality library services and improving user experience.]]>

<![CDATA[Islam has monotheistic values that are able to integrate and adapt in various civilizations and cultures. Islam is accepted by various nations and civilizations. Peusijuek, a ritual believed by the people of Aceh, is connected to religious beliefs because it contains monotheistic values that must be carried out. The Peusijuek tradition is part of Acehnese culture which has long been practiced by the Gintong Village Community, usually with the aim of safety, peace and happiness in life. As a cultural heritage, Peusijuek is rich in special values and meaning. This research aims to reveal how Peusijuek is believed and interpreted as a belief by the community. Even though it is religious, this does not entirely come from religious teachings. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the research show that the Peusijuek tradition in Gintong Village contains monotheistic values which acknowledge the existence and oneness of Allah as creator, which then becomes part of the community's beliefs. The values of monotheism include monotheism uluhiyah, monotheism rububiyah, and monotheism Asma' wa sifat.]]>
