Abstract

Food colorant plays a vital role in the food industry by enhancing visual appeal and shaping consumer perception of product quality. Synthetic food dyes, though commonly used, have been linked to various health concerns such as allergies, hyperactivity in children, and potential carcinogenic risks when consumed above the Acceptable Daily Intake (ADI). Therefore, natural and safe alternatives are needed. This study investigates the potential use of red dragon fruit (Hylocereus sp.) peel extract as a natural food colorant and antioxidant source, using maceration extraction with varying concentrations of tartaric acid (0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, and 8%). Parameters evaluated include physical properties (yield and color intensity), chemical characteristics (pH and total anthocyanins), antioxidant activity, and food processing simulations (thermal stability, pH effects on color, and solvent solubility). The results showed that 4% tartaric acid yielded the highest extraction output, color intensity (absorbance 2.774), highest total anthocyanin, and antioxidant activity (84.06%), with optimal color stability at temperatures up to 40°C and at pH 3. The extract showed excellent solubility in water (97.41%) and 15% ethanol (96.40%), while being insoluble in oil. These results indicate that red dragon fruit peel extract has great potential as a natural dye that not only provides an attractive red color but also functions as a natural antioxidant that is safe and stable under various food processing conditions.

Abstract

Abstrak: Notaris memiliki peran penting dalam proses pembuatan akta perjanjian kredit di sektor perbankan Dengan adanya Pencantuman Klausula kuasa menjual objek hak tanggungan pembelian pada perjanjian kredit pembelian satuan rumah susun pentingnya untuk ditinjau dari sudut asas keseimbangan terutama bagi notaris yang memiliki kewajiban untuk seimbang atas akta otentik yang dibuatnya Dalam tulisan ini akan membahas mengenai Bagaimana Dasar Hukum, Kedudukan, Peran Notaris dan pengaturan Hukum  dimasa yang akan datang terkait Pencantuman Klausula Kuasa Menjual Objek Hak Tanggungan Pada Perjanjian Kredit Pembelian Satuan Rumah Susun Ditinjau Dari Sudut Asas Keseimbangan, Penelitian ini sendiri dilakukan secara normatif. Hasil peneltiain tesisi ini berbentuk Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dasar hukum dari Pencantuman Klausula Kuasa Menjual Objek Hak Tanggungan Pada Perjanjian Kredit Pembelian Satuan Rumah Susun diselenggarakan atas pertimbangan prinsip kehati-hatian perbankan dan UUHT, Penjualan secara dibawah tangan yang diatur oleh UU ialah ditetapkan oleh pemilik angunan/debitur terkait dengan Pencantuman Klausula kuasa menjual objek hak tanggungan pembelian pada perjanjian kredit pembelian satuan rumah susun harus memuat frasa “itu akan dapat diperoleh harga tertinggi yang menguntungkan semua pihak.”, Peran Notaris dalam memberikan Penyuluhan hukum dan kewajibannya untuk seimbang atas Akta Otentik yang dibuat, dibutuhkan pembaharuan hukum dan modernisasi dibagian pelelangan umum serta peran aktif dari pihak otoritas jasa keuangan dalam menerbitkan aturan yang sifat tegas dan imperatif. Diharapkan nantinya kepada pihak bank dapat memberikan pengaturan yang jelas dan lebih memberikan perlindungan hukum yang diwujudkan pada keseimbangan dalam perjanjian kredit, bagi pihak pemerintah hendaknya memberikan sosialiasai penjelasan lebih jelas terkait dengan  Pencantuman Klausula Kuasa Menjual Objek Hak Tanggungan Pada Perjanjian Kredit Pembelian Satuan Rumah Susun termasuk meningkatkan fungsi pengaturan dan pengawasan melalui Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dalam menerbitkan aturan yang sifatnya tegas dan imperatif sehingga dapat dipatuhi bagi pihak kreditur/perbankan.Kata Kunci: Perjanjian Kredit; Satuan Rumah Susun; Peran Notaris; Klausula Kuasa Menjual; Hak Tanggungan; Abstract:Notaries have an important role in the process of making credit agreement deeds in the banking sector With the inclusion of the clause of the power to sell the object of the purchase of the right to purchase in the credit agreement for the purchase of apartment units, it is important to be viewed from the point of balance principle, especially for notaries who have the obligation to balance the authentic deed they make. In this paper will discuss about How the Legal Basis, Position, Role of Notaries and future legal arrangements related to the Inclusion of the  Power of Attorney Clause to Sell Objects of Liability in the Credit Agreement for the Purchase of Flats Unit Viewed from the Principle of Balance, this research itself was carried out normatively.  The results of this research  are in the form of The results of the study show that  the legal basis for  the Inclusion of the Power of Attorney to Sell Objects of Liability Clause in the Credit Agreement for the Purchase of Flats Unit is  carried out in consideration of the principle of banking prudence   and the UUHT, Underhand sales regulated by Law are determined by the collateral owner / debtor related to the Inclusion of the Power of Attorney to Sell Objects Clause  The purchase liability in the credit agreement for the purchase of apartment units must contain the phrase "it will be able to obtain  the highest price that benefits all parties.", the role of Notaries in providing legal counseling and their obligations to be balanced on the Authentic Deeds made, legal reform and modernization are needed in the  public auction section and the active role of the Financial Services Authority in issuing rules that are firm and imperative.  It is hoped that later the bank can provide clear arrangements  and provide more legal protection which is manifested in the balance in the credit agreement, for the government should provide a clearer  explanation socialization related to the Inclusion of the Power of Attorney to Sell Dependent Objects Clause in the Credit Agreement for the Purchase of Flats  including improving regulatory and supervisory functions through the Financial Services Authority in issuing rules that are firm and imperative so that they can be complied with by creditors/banks.Keywords: Credit Agreemen; Flats Unit; Notary Role;  Power of Attorney to Sell Clause; Liability;

Abstract

Teacher professionalism is a main pillar in ensuring the quality of education in the dynamic modern era. This research aims to analyze the concept of teacher professionalism by focusing on the fulfillment of professional requirements and the implementation of code of ethics amidst digital transformation. The method used is qualitative with a literature study approach (library research), which examines various scientific literatures, educational policies, and relevant research results. The results of the discussion show that teacher professionalism in the modern era is not only based on the mastery of four basic competencies (pedagogical, professional, personality, and social), but also requires adaptability to information technology and digital literacy. The main challenges found include the digital gap and the risk of dehumanizing interactions, while strengthening the code of ethics is a crucial instrument for maintaining the moral integrity of educators. This research concludes that efforts to strengthen professionalism must be carried out through continuous professional development and systematic institutional support to produce teachers who are able to balance technological skills with human values.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, telecommunications have a significancy roles in human lifes. Along with change lifestyle of today societies, they need access to diverses, easily, faster, and reliable informations. Telecommunications service providers are competing increasingly tightly for the current development that makes PT Telkom Tbk innovation to issues the latest product by providing various communications facility to meeting need of community in telecommunication sectors of multiservice for its customers, namely voice services (telephones), data (internets) and images (IP-TV) on one access network and known for triple-play services. Marketing has a very significant role because marketing has positions as intermediary between producer and consumer. But Indihome lacks STP (Strategy, Targeting, and Positioning) because many middles to lower-class people object to Indihome's monthly price. Therefore, I conducted this research using the type of field researched, namely: research that aim to studies and understand intensive its currently backgrounds and environmentals interaction by social unit, individual, group, institution, or societies. Data analyst method use is descriptive analyst, conducted by requesting and collecting data in detail, which is original and asks directly to Internet Consumers, which I named Connected Internet Rumah in Bekasi. Data collections is through interview and documentations. Base on research result that have gone on, the marketing strategy for Indihome broadband products implemented by PT Telkom Bekasi area have been effectively in achieve an increased in Indihome user. Overall level of Indihome Customer Satisfaction is still relatively unsatisfied due to the lack of notification of information about internet usage to household customers who have a permanent home containing 5 to 8 people or household customers who do not has a permanently home and contract such as rented plots containing 3 to 5 people. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung pengaruh budaya organisasi, etos kerja dan dukungan kepemimpinan sebagai variabel intervening terhadap kinerja pemerintah desa. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 178 orang dan sampel berjumlah 178 orang ditentukan dari total sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang dianalisa melalui PLS-SEM dengan SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi dan dukungan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pemerintah desa. Sedangkan etos kerja tidak dapat memberikan pengaruh pada kinerja pemerintah desa. Budaya organisasi dan etos kerja terbukti mampu memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap dukungan kepemimpinan. Hasil pengaruh tidak langsung dukungan kepemimpinan mampu memediasi budaya organisasi dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja pemerintah desa. Hasil uji R-square (R2) 0,558, artinya budaya organisasi dan etos kerja dapat menjelaskan dukungan kepemimpinan sebesar 55,8% (sedang). R-square sebesar 0,621, budaya organisasi dan etos kerja dapat menjelaskan kinerja pemerintah desa sebesar 62,1% (sedang).Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Etos Kerja, Dukungan Kepemimpinan, Kinerja, PLS-SEM
