Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of dual monetary policyshock on macroeconomic indicators of Indonesia: growth and inflation. Inaddition, this study will also examine whether conventional monetary policy hasa particular impact upon Islamic banking sector. This research apply VAR (vectorauto regressive) method on monthly data from Bank Of Indonesia during theperiod of January 2010 to December 2013. The result of IRF explain that theinterest rate channel find the hard way to accomplished the macroeconomic goalswhile the Islamic monetary instrument indicates the potential growth of outputand hold the inflation low. Abstract

This study aims to determine the convergence and divergence between the theory and practice of Mudaraba and Musyaraka financing in Islamic Banking. The method used in this study is a combination of reviewing the existing literature and critical analysis of the results of several relevant studies to analyze the convergence or divergence between the theory and practice of Mudaraba and Musyaraka financing in Islamic Banking. The findings show that the divergence in the financing of Mudaraba and Musyaraka contracts tends to be less than the convergence. This can be caused by the times and the different needs of these developments, so there is a need for innovation and diversification of Mudaraba and Musyaraka financing which makes it slightly different between practice and theory.

Abstract

Poverty and economic inequality have become persistent problems. It is believed that this problem can be faced with cooperation and mutual concern. Through this, Islam as a holistic teaching has actually provided a means of solution to dealing with this problem, namely the existence of Islamic philanthropy in the form of zakat, infaq, shadaqah and waqf. Especially in the field of waqf, it has now experienced a development of meaning, where currently the practice of waqf with money or cash waqf has developed. The existence of waqf money is a huge potential, especially in Indonesia as the largest Muslim country in the world. With this potential, it is hoped that the management of waqf money can become a new alternative in economic development, especially as an alternative financing for empowering micro businesses. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature study method, data is obtained from electronic media, books, and journals. The result of this research is to develop a sharia financing model through cash waqf instrument as an alternative source of financing and empowerment of micro businesses.Keywords: Cash Waqf, Sharia Financing, Empowerment, Micro Business

Abstract

Islam invites, recommends and obliges all of its people to do zakat, infaq, alms and waqf (ZISWAF) as an effort to provide a sense of justice and equality among humans in order to increase gratitude to ﷲ. One of the efforts is by means of zakat, how is a mu'min who has reached the nisab of zakat to give zakat. With the current condition of Indonesia, which already has Baznas (National Zakat Agency) and many Amil Zakat Institutions (LAZ) which are managed by various types of communities, organizations, institutions and institutions, it should decrease the poverty value and increase the level of welfare every year. But the reality is the opposite. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) released data on the number of poor people in March 2020 amounting to 26.42 million people, even though Indonesia's Muslim population is approximately 220 million people who should have good and healthy management and management to reduce the number of poor people in Indonesia in order to increase welfare of Indonesia. Even good governance is the main key in increasing welfare in Indonesia.Keywords: Zakat, Baznas, Poverty, Welfare, Zakat Management

Abstract

This study aims to examine the concept and implementation of Good Corporate Governance in Islamic banking in Indonesia. This research is a field research which is sharpened by the literature. This research is descriptive in nature, seeks to examine GCG policies and find ideas to strengthen regulations in compliance with sharia aspects and describes the implementation of GCG in Islamic banking in Indonesia. The method used in data analysis is a qualitative method, namely by presenting it in the form of descriptions and concepts. The performance of Islamic bank management, namely the implementation of GCG consisting of Transparency (Openness), Accountability, Responsibility, Professionalism, Independence, and Fairness, as well as being committed to Sharia Compliance, However, the author only focuses on Sharia Compliance. Then the assessment is carried out periodically and continuously and efforts are made so that it can be carried out properly in accordance with applicable regulations. This research focuses more on the concept and implementation of GCG in Islamic banking.Keywords: Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Sharia Bank Management Performance, Sharia Compliance.

Abstract

This research aims to know the assessment of the implementation of the amanah in employees Darussalam Hotel at Pondok Pesantren Gontor Ponorogo. This research focuses on the discussion of the amanah. Amanah could mean everything to fulfi ll deposited and entrusted to a person. This study used a qualitative approach to exploratory case study strategy. File was collected through interviews to employees Darussalam Hotel at Pondok Pesantren Gontor Ponorogo. The results of this study show that the majority of informants has been carrying out the nature of the amanah to implement their duties as employee of Darussalam Hotel at Pondok Pesantren Gontor Ponorogo, it can be seen by the attitude of the employees who are able to demonstrate a sense of responsibility, just promise with high work commitment and transparency in carrying out its duties. The nature of the mandate carried out in the service process in carrying out each task by the employee for the service that the mandate would have a positive impact for the hotel as one of the Pondok Gontor’s Business.

Abstract

The emergence of sharia-based E-Wallet is a new thing in Indonesia and an academic response is needed for this. This article is intended to measure the level of individual acceptance of Sharia E-Wallet by looking at the relationship between factors related to intention, by using modification and simplification of the UTAUT model and using the analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. This study found that factors such as User Value, Effort Expectancy and Social Influence have a positive and significant impact on Performance Expectancy. In the context Behavioral Intention relationship it is found that there is a positive and significant influence between Effort Expectancy and Social Influence on the Intention to adopt Sharia E-Wallet. Meanwhile, User Value and Performance Expectations do not have a significant and positive relationship. This research provides advice in building a digital economy in Indonesia through a program of strengthening Literacy and Regulation in utilizing the potential of Muslims and preferences in using sharia products in Indonesia in accordance with the grand plans in Building Sharia Economic and Finance 2019-2024.

Abstract

Investment is one of the funding needed by all countries to develop manufacturing and the economy. This study aims to examine the factors affecting the foreign direct investment flow among OIC countries. In order to achieve the goal, the authors use quantitative research methods using a regression test of data panels on the secondary data that has been collected. Panel data for the period 2012-2018 are used. The results showed that inflation and political stability have a significant and positive impact on FDI's entry. Meanwhile, corruption variables have a negative not significant effect on FDI and economic growth variables have a positive effect but not significant in FDI’s entry in OIC Country. This research examines simultaneously the factors that determine FDI flow in OIC Country. This Paper provides value for policymakers in OIC Country recognized the need for outside capital as one of fund for the public. As well as consider the investor takes the decision in investing his funds especially in Asian countries member of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).

Abstract

Desa Ploso terletak di Kecamatan Mojo Kabupaten Kediri provinsi Jawa Timur. Di desa ini terdapat pondok pesantren Al-Falah yang sampai sekarang menganut sistem manajemen tradisional. Pengembangan skill wirausaha dirasa perlu untuk dikembangkan mengingat potensi dan pengaruh pondok pesantren yang luas dalam masyarakat. Sebetulnya santri memiliki potensi untuk membantu perekonomian masyarakat sekitar, dengan cara memasarkan produk potensial dari Kediri dan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang sudah ada. Dengan adanya teknologi Search Engine Optimization (SEO), diharapkan para santri dapat memiliki skill lebih (bukan hanya ilmu agama) dan bisa membantu masyarakat sekitar pondok. Hasil dari penelitian kali ini adalah masih perlunya pendidikan tambahan berupa pelatihan dan workshop yang serupa dari pihak luar agar para santri mampu memiliki bekal skill yang cukup diluar ilmu agama. Dismaping itu sarana dan prasarana pondok masih sangat kurang untuk perkembangan ilmu dibidang marketing dan teknologi.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan ekonomi umat mengacu pada dua teori utama, yaitu aturan Islam dalam aktivitas ekonomi dan teori tentang pemberdayaan masyarakat. Dalam Islam, inti kegiatan ekonomi adalah keadilan. Penegakkan keadilan telah ditekankan oleh al-Qur’an sebagai misi utama para nabi yang diutus Allah SWT, tentunya termasuk penegakan keadilan ekonomi dan penghapusan kesenjangan pendapatan. Indonesia yang merupakan negara berpenduduk terbesar ke- empat di dunia dan mayoritas penduduknya beragama Islam, tentunya harus menjadi kiblat dari ekonomi Islam. Akan tetapi belum begitu banyak masyarakat Indonesia yang mengenal adanya ekonomi Islam dikarenakan sistem ekonomi konvensional yang telah begitu lama berkuasa di negeri ini. Oleh karena itu diperlukan peran serta dari pemerintah dan unsur- unsur masyarakat seperti organisasi kemasyarakatan yang berbasis agama dan lembaga-lembaga swadaya masyarakat yang peduli terhadap ekonomi Islam dan memiliki akses informasi yang luas kepada masyarakat. Lembaga keuangan mikro syariah yang beroperasi di Indonesia umumnya berbadan hukum koperasi jasa keuangan syariah (KJKS) dan baitul maal wat tamwil (BMT).
