Abstract

The digital revolution has radically reshaped the landscape of human resource management, demanding a fundamental shift from traditional HR practices to more agile, data-driven, and technology-integrated approaches. This study proposes a comprehensive transformation framework for Digital HR, designed to equip organizations with strategic direction in preparing for the future workforce. By synthesizing literature from strategic HRM, digital transformation, and workforce analytics, the framework outlines key dimensions including digital leadership, cultural agility, HR tech adoption, and data-informed decision-making. Using a qualitative multi-case methodology, data were collected from organizations undergoing digital HR transformations across diverse sectors. Findings reveal that successful transitions depend not only on technological readiness but also on leadership alignment, continuous learning ecosystems, and change management capacity. This framework offers both theoretical contribution and practical guidance for HR leaders navigating the evolving digital landscape, ensuring sustainable workforce development in the era of rapid technological advancement.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki potensi pariwisata yang besar dengan kekayaan alam dan kebudayaan yang melimpah. Pariwisata tidak hanya memberikan dampak positif secara ekonomi dan sosial, tetapi juga penting dalam pelestarian budaya lokal. Dalam konteks ini, pengembangan pariwisata harus dilakukan dengan hati-hati untuk meminimalkan dampak negatif. Kabupaten Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan, memiliki potensi pariwisata yang signifikan, khususnya di objek wisata Puncak Tinambung Bissoloro. Pengelolaan pariwisata yang efektif di daerah ini mengandalkan promosi yang baik dan citra destinasi yang positif. Media sosial dan word of mouth menjadi strategi utama dalam mempromosikan daya tarik pariwisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran promosi dan citra destinasi dalam meningkatkan minat kunjungan wisatawan. Temuan dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mendukung pengembangan strategi promosi yang lebih efektif serta pengelolaan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif. Analisis data diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan peran promosi dan citra destinasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan dan memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengelola destinasi untuk mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif. Memperkuat citra destinasi di samping promosi dapat meningkatkan minat pengunjung secara signifikan, membantu dalam pengembangan fasilitas dan promosi destinasi yang lebih terarah..

Abstract

Abstract In today’s increasingly diverse work environments, the coexistence of multiple generations presents both opportunities and challenges. This study explores the relationship between generational diversity and interpersonal conflict within organizational settings. Drawing on social identity theory and intergroup dynamics, the research examines how differences in values, communication styles, and work expectations among generational cohorts contribute to interpersonal tensions. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing survey data from employees across various sectors. The findings reveal a statistically significant correlation between generational diversity and the frequency of interpersonal conflicts, particularly in teams lacking intergenerational cohesion strategies. However, the presence of inclusive leadership and structured communication practices mitigates the adverse effects. These results underscore the importance of generational awareness in human resource policies and leadership development. The study contributes to the ongoing discourse on workforce diversity by highlighting the nuanced impact of age-related differences on workplace harmony. AbstrakDalam lingkungan kerja yang semakin beragam dewasa ini, keberadaan berbagai generasi secara bersamaan menghadirkan peluang sekaligus tantangan. Studi ini mengeksplorasi hubungan antara keragaman generasi dan konflik antarpribadi dalam konteks organisasi. Dengan merujuk pada teori identitas sosial dan dinamika antar kelompok, penelitian ini menelaah bagaimana perbedaan nilai, gaya komunikasi, dan harapan kerja antar kelompok generasi berkontribusi terhadap ketegangan interpersonal. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan memanfaatkan data survei dari karyawan di berbagai sektor. Temuan menunjukkan adanya korelasi yang signifikan secara statistik antara keragaman generasi dan frekuensi konflik antarpribadi, terutama pada tim yang tidak memiliki strategi kohesi antargenerasi. Namun, kepemimpinan yang inklusif dan praktik komunikasi yang terstruktur terbukti dapat mengurangi dampak negatif tersebut. Hasil ini menekankan pentingnya kesadaran terhadap perbedaan generasi dalam kebijakan sumber daya manusia dan pengembangan kepemimpinan. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi pada diskursus tentang keragaman tenaga kerja dengan menyoroti dampak perbedaan usia terhadap keharmonisan di tempat kerja.

Abstract

The export of Indonesia's fisheries subsector plays a crucial role in the national economy, but this sector faces challenges influenced by monetary policy, which can affect the competitiveness of fisheries products in international markets. This study aims to analyze the impact of monetary policy on the export of Indonesia’s fisheries products, focusing on factors such as the real exchange rate, interest rates, and inflation. A quantitative approach using time series methods is employed, utilizing secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and Bank Indonesia for the period from 1994 to 2023. The results show that monetary policy has a significant impact on the export of Indonesia’s fisheries products. Specifically, the real exchange rate has a significant negative effect on exports, where depreciation of the exchange rate reduces the competitiveness of Indonesian fisheries products. Interest rates have a significant positive effect, indicating that higher interest rates can stimulate exports through increased investment and competitiveness. Inflation also has a positive and significant effect, showing that controlled inflation can enhance foreign market purchasing power for Indonesian fisheries products. Simultaneously, the three variables real exchange rate, interest rates, and inflation have a significant impact on the export performance of Indonesia’s fisheries subsector. Overall, stable monetary policies, particularly in managing exchange rates, interest rates, and inflation, can improve the export performance of Indonesia’s fisheries subsector. This study suggests that the Indonesian government should pay more attention to the impact of monetary policy on exports to enhance competitiveness in global markets.

Abstract

Pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam memiliki peran strategis dalam mencetak sumber daya manusia yang unggul secara spiritual dan intelektual. Salah satu kunci keberhasilan pesantren terletak pada efektivitas manajemen sumber daya manusia, khususnya dalam pengelolaan tenaga kependidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana kompetensi manajerial pengasuh pesantren berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kinerja tenaga kependidikan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik survei, data dikumpulkan dari 120 responden yang terdiri dari tenaga kependidikan dan pengasuh pesantren di wilayah Sumatera. Instrumen penelitian dikembangkan berdasarkan indikator kompetensi manajerial seperti kemampuan komunikasi, pengambilan keputusan, perencanaan strategis, dan kepemimpinan partisipatif. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa seluruh aspek kompetensi manajerial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan, dengan kontribusi dominan pada dimensi kepemimpinan dan komunikasi interpersonal. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peran pengasuh pesantren tidak hanya sebagai figur spiritual, tetapi juga sebagai manajer pendidikan yang profesional. Temuan ini merekomendasikan perlunya program pelatihan manajerial berbasis kearifan lokal untuk mendukung keberlanjutan tata kelola SDM di pesantren secara holistik dan kontekstual.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of synergy leadership style and organizational culture on human resource performance in Indonesia. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from 150 respondents across various organizations through a structured questionnaire measured on a five-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25, employing descriptive statistics, reliability and validity tests, correlation analysis, and multiple regression. The results reveal that both synergy leadership style and organizational culture significantly and positively affect human resource performance. Specifically, organizational culture emerged as the stronger predictor compared to leadership style, emphasizing its vital role in shaping employee behavior and performance outcomes. The study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence on the interaction between leadership and culture in the Indonesian context, highlighting their combined importance in enhancing employee productivity, innovation, and organizational sustainability. Practical implications suggest that leaders and policymakers should foster synergistic leadership practices alongside cultivating a strong organizational culture to achieve long-term performance excellence.

Abstract

Permasalahan ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia, termasuk di Sulawesi Selatan, ditandai oleh ketidakselarasan antara pertumbuhan angkatan kerja dan ketersediaan lapangan kerja, yang menjadi tantangan serius bagi pembangunan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), Upah Minimum Kabupaten (UMK), dan Tingkat Pendidikan terhadap permintaan tenaga kerja. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori, penelitian ini mengolah data panel dari empat kabupaten (Gowa, Maros, Pangkep, dan Bone) selama periode 2014-2023. Populasi dan sampel mencakup seluruh data agregat tahunan yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi data panel dengan model Random Effect Model (REM) yang diestimasi melalui perangkat lunak E-Views 12, didahului dengan uji asumsi klasik (multikolinearitas dan heteroskedastisitas). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PDRB dan Tingkat Pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap permintaan tenaga kerja, sementara UMK berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh signifikan, dengan koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R-squared) sebesar 73.33%, yang berarti model ini memiliki daya prediksi yang baik. Kesimpulannya, pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kualitas SDM merupakan pendorong utama permintaan tenaga kerja, sedangkan kenaikan UMK dapat menjadi faktor penghambat.

Abstract

Proses pembangunan proyek konstruksi pada umumnya merupakan kegiatan yang banyak mengandung unsur bahaya. Hal tersebut menyebabkan industri konstruksi memiliki catatan yang buruk dalam hal keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Sektor konstruksi penyumbang kecelakaan tertinggi, yakni 31,9% dari total kecelakaan yang terjadi, jatuh dari ketinggian 26%, terbentur 12%, dan tertimpa alat 9%. Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui analisis program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja K3 pada proyek kontruksi Di PT Arumdentistry. Metode penelitian, survei analitik desain Cross Sectional Study, teknik penarikan sampel purposive sampling, jumlah sampel 63 pekerja. Analisis statistik yang digunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian bahwa nilai X2 dan nilai p value variabel pengawasan dan pembinaan K3 (p=0,01), prosedur kerja (p=0,04) dan penggunaan APD (p=0,001), ini berarti terdapat hubungan dari ke empat variabel dengan Program K3 pada pekerja proyek kontruksi di PT Arumdentistry Tahun 2024. Pada setiap kebijakan perusahaan harus diselarasikan dengan kebijakan K3 yang dibuat dengan berkomitmen oleh pihak perusahaan. Bagi pekerja untuk membudayakan K3 pada kehidupan sehari-hari dan menanamkan rasa kewaspadaan saat bekerja serta menambah petugas K3 yang bertugas dan lebih tegas terhadap pekerja yang tidak membiasakan diri untuk menggunakan APD saat bekerja.

Abstract

Hospital waste is all waste produced by hospital activities and other supporting activities. Considering the impacts that may arise, good management efforts are needed including tools and facilities, finances and organizational procedures that are determined with the aim of obtaining hospital conditions that meet environmental health requirements. The research used was observational with a descriptive approach, namely to determine the quality of liquid waste in hospitals in Makassar. This research was conducted from 20 to 27 June 2021 at the Hospital in Makassar. The population is liquid waste in hospitals in Makassar in 2021. The sample in this study is hospital effluent waste in Makassar in 2021. Waste water that is not handled properly will result in negative impacts, especially for health, so it needs good management so that when it is disposed of in A certain area does not cause pollution which is supported by the wastewater treatment plant (IPAL) owned by the hospital itself. It was concluded that the DO levels in the liquid waste produced were at a vulnerable level. The BOD level in liquid waste in the morning is at a moderate level and in the afternoon it is at a heavy level. COD levels in Makassar liquid waste in the morning are at moderate levels and in the afternoon at heavy levels. TSS levels in liquid waste in the morning are at moderate levels and in the afternoon they are at heavy levels. The pH level in liquid waste meets the requirements. TEMPERATURE levels in liquid waste meet the requirements.

Abstract

Background: Although sanitation policies have been implemented in many areas, there are still many challenges, such as limited infrastructure, lack of public awareness, and limited budgets for adequate sanitation management. Pangkep Regency, with its growing population, faces serious sanitation problems, especially in urban areas and densely populated neighbourhoods. Methods: This qualitative study aims to explore in depth the perceptions of the community and policy makers regarding the implementation of public sanitation policies and their impact on environmental health in urban areas of Pangkep Regency. Findings: The findings of this study show that although sanitation policies have been implemented in Pangkep Regency, their implementation still faces various obstacles. As many as 40% of sanitation facilities in urban areas do not meet hygiene and safety standards, while 60% of sanitation facilities in densely populated neighbourhoods experience problems in managing liquid waste and garbage, which has the potential to pollute the environment. Conclusion: Some of the main problems found are limited sanitation infrastructure, lack of public awareness, and limited funds, which affect the success of sanitation policies. Novelty/Originality of this article: This article focuses on sanitation conditions in Pangkep Regency, directly analysing the obstacles, impacts, and challenges of sanitation policies in urban areas and densely populated neighbourhoods. This study highlights the importance of adequate sanitation infrastructure in the success of policies and links the lack of proper sanitation facilities to the high prevalence of sanitation-related diseases.
