Abstract

This study investigates the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on organizational performance with employee engagement as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 190 respondents through a structured questionnaire employing a five-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results indicate that organizational culture has the strongest positive and significant effect on organizational performance, followed by transformational leadership. Furthermore, organizational performance significantly influences employee engagement, highlighting its role as a driver of employee commitment and motivation. The R² values demonstrate that the model explains 84.0% of the variance in organizational performance and 62.5% of the variance in employee engagement, suggesting strong explanatory power. These findings emphasize the importance of embedding strong cultural values and transformational leadership behaviors to enhance organizational performance and foster employee engagement.

Abstract

Willingness to Pay (WTP) is a method used to ascertain the extent to which individuals are willing to contribute financially to the protection of a specific tourist destination, in this case, the Rammang-Rammang Karst Mountains. It provides insight into the level of financial support tourists are prepared to offer for the preservation of an environment. The objective of this study is to ascertain the factors that influence visitors' willingness to pay for the development of tourist attractions and to determine the value of their WTP. This will enable the establishment of price rates based on their willingness to travel to the Rammang-Rammang Karst Mountains. This research is quantitative in nature, employing data collection techniques such as observation, questionnaires, and interviews with open-ended questions. The findings of the study indicate that the mean value of the WTP among visitors is Rp. The mean value of the WTP is 14,390. This value is greater than the entrance fee rate that has been implemented by the current Rammang-Rammang Karst Mountains tourism manager (POKDARWIS). A number of factors have been identified as influencing the willingness of visitors to pay, including the level of education, income, and the amount of time spent at tourist sites.

Abstract

Within the context of the manufacturing sector in Banten, this research explores the impact that the integration of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), conflict management, and work flexibility have on the work-life balance of employees operating in that sector. Through the use of a quantitative research methodology, data were gathered from a total of 160 samples by means of a structured questionnaire that utilized a Likert scale that ranged from 1 to 5. Through the utilization of Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3), the data were examined in order to determine the links that exist between the variables. According to the findings, high-resolution information system (HRIS) integration considerably improves work-life balance by optimizing human resource operations and increasing employee access to information. Effective conflict management practices are shown to mitigate workplace tensions, further contributing to a better work-life balance. Additionally, work flexibility is found to be a crucial factor in allowing employees to manage their professional and personal responsibilities more effectively. The study underscores the importance of integrating advanced HR systems, adopting robust conflict management strategies, and promoting flexible work arrangements to enhance the work-life balance of employees in the manufacturing sector.

Abstract

Nyeri dapat diakibatkan dari factor pencetus dari suatu respon stress, dimana respon ini akan mempengaruhi semua system tubuh. Pasien dan anggota tim kesehatan cenderung untuk memandang obat sebagai satu-satunya metode untuk menghilangkan nyeri. Namun banyak tindakan keperawatan nonfarmakologis yang dapat membantu dalam menghilangkan nyeri seperti teknik imajinasi terbimbing yang mempunyai resiko yang sangat rendah untuk mempersingkat episode nyeri yang berlangsung hanya beberapa detik atau menit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik imajinasi terbimbing terhadap penurunan respon nyeri pada pasien fraktur. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah Pra-eksperimen One-Group Pra-test-postest Design. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 15 responden. Responden terpilih terdahulu dilakukan pretest kemudian dilakukan tindakan teknik imajinasi terbimbing lalu dilakukan postest untuk menilai penurunan respon nyeri, selanjutnya data dianalisa dengan uji Wilcoxon pada SPSS versi 12,00. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik didapatkan bahwa ada perbedaan penurunan respon nyeri antara sebelum dilakukan tindakan dan sesudah dilakukan tindakan teknik imajinasi terbimbing, dimana didapatkan tingkat kemaknaan yaitu antara p = 0,002 (p

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) often face challenges in accessing capital and dealing with complex regulations, both of which hinder their growth and development. This study aims to identify the external factors that influence the success of culinary MSMEs in facing industrial competition and to analyze how these external factors relate to their competitive success. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 99 culinary MSME owners. The results of the analysis indicate that there is no significant relationship between the legal framework and access to finance and the competitive success of culinary MSMEs. However, human resource capacity demonstrates a significant relationship with competitive success. The findings show that human resource capacity (HRC) presents a significant difference between observed and expected values.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the relationship between leadership styles and employee motivation in the context of contemporary management. This research employs a literature review approach to analyse various leadership theories, including transformational, transactional, autocratic, democratic, laissez-faire, and servant leadership. Each leadership style is evaluated in relation to employees' intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. The findings indicate that transformational and democratic leadership styles have the most significant influence on employees' intrinsic motivation, whereas transactional and autocratic leadership styles emphasize extrinsic motivation. This study contributes to contemporary management literature by providing insights into the importance of tailoring leadership styles to employees' motivational needs to achieve optimal performance.

Abstract

Kantor Pemerintahn Kota Pagar alam Provinsi Sumatera Sealatan adalah unsur pembantu pimpinan pemerintah Kota. Berdasarkan pengamatan peneliti terhadap tingkat kedisiplinan pegawai kantor Pemerintahan Kota Pagar Alam saat ini cukup tinggi. Akan tetapi masih terlihat adanya pegawai yang masih tidak taat terhadap aturan kedisiplinan yang tentunya akan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai tersebut. Penelitian ini mengupas tentang, Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Pemerintahan Kota Pagar Alam Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin Kerja secara Parsial terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Pemerintahan Kota Pagar Alam Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Pemerintahan Kota Pagar Alam Provinsi Sumatera Selatan yang berjumlah 147 orang pegawai dan sampel yang digunakan yaitu berjumlah 60 orang pegawai. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan kuisioner, Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Penelitian menunjukkan variable Disiplin kerja Berpengaruh Positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variable Disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai

Abstract

Lembaga keuangan syariah harus mampu mengembangkan kualitas berdasarkan kinerja yang baik, lingkungan yang sehat, etos kerja dan mampu bersaing di lembaga keuangan syariah di era globalisasi saat ini yang mempengaruhi suatu lembaga keuangan di bidang sektor perbankan. Seseorang karyawan harus mempunyai kinerja yang bekualitas tinggi untuk kemajuan lembaga di bidang keuangan syariah itu sendiri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja islami dan etos kerja islami terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan Lembaga Keuangan Syariah. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan pengiriman kuesioner yang telah menerima sekitar 155 tanggapan responden. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja islami dan etos kerja islami berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membekali generasi muda dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan finansial praktis. Melalui kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan pemahaman ekonomi yang relevan dan mudah diakses, generasi Z mampu mengendalikan keuangan pribadi, mempersiapkan masa depan yang stabil, dan berkontribusi secara positif terhadap pembangunan ekonomi bangsa. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yakni sosialisasi dipadukan dengan diskusi dan tanya jawab antara peserta dengan narasumber. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan ini yakni para siswa mampu memahami konsep inti: tujuan keuangan SMART, beda kebutuhan vs keinginan, arus kas pribadi, dan prinsip 50-30-20 yang disederhanakan untuk pelajar, sehingga siswa mampu menyusun rencana bulanan realistis berbasis uang saku. Terbentuknya kebiasaan awal: mencatat pengeluaran harian, menetapkan pos tabungan terlebih dulu (pay yourself first), dan menghindari godaan BNPL/utang konsumtif pelajar melalui simulasi studi kasus. Peningkatan kesiapan masa depan: siswa mampu membuat “goal ladder” (jangka pendek–menengah–panjang) seperti menabung untuk Ujian, gawai produktif, atau biaya kuliah, dilengkapi target nominal, tenggat, dan sumber dana.
