Abstract

The main issues involved in implementing an merdeka research program are Teachers' lack of understanding of the new learning model through the implementation of merdeka curriculum, leading to teachers' skills and understanding of module design being weak and teachers not having enough capacity. Use information technology to design learning models. learning processes and modules. interactive, aiming to create a generation of lifelong learners with the personality of Pancasila students. The goal of this service is to prepare teaching modules for the Pancasila student profile consolidation project aimed at implementing an merdeka research program at the secondary level, as well as analyzing the results of initial training. in preparing teaching modules for teachers. The location of the service is MGMP High School of Economics, Central Java Province. The target of the service is 54 high school economics teachers from Central Java province. The service deployment method starts with: The identification of practical problems, the empowerment process is carried out by increasing the understanding and knowledge of the concept of the Pancasila Student Profile Enhancement Project, workshops, discussions, questions, and answers as well as preparing simulations of project modules, as well as monitoring and evaluating the program. Service activities include initial coordination, implementation of workshops and skills building as well as regular supervision and consultation. Participants acquire specific skills in understanding and developing merdeka curriculum modules. The success of this service is demonstrated by the teachers' ability to prepare project plans to be implemented in their respective schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze financial literacy affecting export and import decisions, and to analyze what individual and social factors affecting the said financial literacy. The design of this research was clausal associative, with quantitative approach. The sample of this research was MSME actors in Central Java province who were successful or oriented towards carrying out export and import activities. The data collection techniques were questionnaires and documentation. This study used structural equation modeling with Lisrel 8.80 software. The data were analyzed with Confirmatory Factor Analysis. The results showed that there was a significant effect between individual ability on financial literacy and financial literacy on export and import decisions, while between social variables and financial literacy, there was not a significant effect. MSMEs had cooperative characteristics in running their business to complement each other's limitations and gain specific competitive advantages to compete in the global environment, especially export and import activities, so that they could contribute to the national economy. Suggestions for further research, the government should act as an aggregator or facilitator for sharing knowledge regarding financial literacy between MSMEs, MSMEs and academics, MSMEs and related communities, and MSMEs and national private parties.JEL Classification F20; G53; L26

Abstract

Impulse buying is an act of buying that is carried out spontaneously, without any planning or considerations with feelings of pleasure that can have a negative impact. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the use of social media and conformity on impulsive buying with self-control as a moderating variable in SMA Negeri throughout Rembang Regency. This type of research uses a quantitative approach, with a population of 3048 students. The research sample was 100 students, with the sampling method using proportional random sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics and PLS-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the descriptive analysis show that the variable categories of impulsive buying and conformity are sufficient, while the variable categories of social media use and self-control are high. The results of the study show that the use of social media has a positive and significant effect on impulse purchases. Conformity has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying. Self-control is not able to weaken the influence of social media use on impulse buying. Self-control is not able to weaken the effect of conformity on impulse buying. The advice given is that students should have careful planning and consideration in terms of purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Krisis pembelajaran di Indonesia telah berlangsung lama dan belum membaik dari tahun ke tahun. Krisis pembelajaran semakin bertambah karena pandemi Covid-19 yang menyebabkan hilangnya pembelajaran (learning loss) dan meningkatnya kesenjangan pembelajaran. Untuk mengatasi krisis pembelajaran Kemendikbudristek meluncurkan kurikulum merdeka dan platform merdeka mengajar. Keunggulan kurikulum merdeka jauh lebih sederhana dan mendalam karena kurikulum ini akan fokus pada materi yang esensial dan pengembangan kompetensi peserta didik pada fasenya. Namun minimnya pengetahuan tentang implementasi pembelajaran pada kurikulum merdeka menjadi kendala bagi guru ekonomi khususnya. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan dan mengimplementasikan pembelajaran ekonomi pada kurikulum merdeka bagi guru ekonomi yang tergabung dalam MGMP Kota Semarang. Kegiatan ini terlaksana pada hari Sabtu 4 Juni 2022 secara daring dengan peserta 76 guru ekonomi di Jawa Tengah. Kegiatan ini berlangsung dengan lancar dengan antusiase peserta dalam diskusi. Berdasarkan hasil evalusi ditahap akhir menunjukan bahwa kegiatan ini mampu meningkatakan pemahaman dan kesiapan guru dalam meningkatkan kesiapan mengimplementgasikan kurikulum merdeka dalam pembelajaran ekonomi. Kata kunci— Guru ekonomi, Kurikulum merdeka, Pembelajaran Abstract The learning crisis in Indonesia has been going on for a long time and has not improved from year to year. The learning crisis is increasing due to the Covid-19 pandemic which causes learning loss and increasing learning gaps. To overcome the learning crisis, the Ministry of Education and Culture launched an curriculum merdeka and an independent teaching platform. The advantage of the independent curriculum is that it is much simpler and deeper because this curriculum will focus on essential materials and the development of student competencies in phases. However, the lack of knowledge about the implementation of learning in the curriculum merdeka is an obstacle for economics teachers in particular. This training aims to introduce and implement economics learning in the curriculum merdeka for economics teachers who are members of the Semarang City MGMP. This activity was carried out on Saturday, June 4, 2022 online with 76 economic teachers in Central Java as participants. This activity went smoothly with the enthusiasm of the participants in the discussion. Based on the results of the final evaluation, it shows that this activity is able to increase the understanding and readiness of teachers in increasing readiness to implement an curriculum merdeka in economics learning. Keywords— Economics teachers, Curriculum merdeka, Learning

Abstract

SMK Nurul Barqi Cooperative faces several problems, such as delayed cooperative development due to concerns about members' distrust, limited human resources, lack of management competence of administrators and supervisors, and limited knowledge and skills in reporting SHU to members. This community service aims to provide training on financial management, especially reporting SHU of cooperatives, with the hope of increasing the knowledge and competence of administrators and supervisors of SMK Nurul Barqi Cooperative in managing their cooperatives. This activity was carried out at SMK Nurul Barqi Semarang, involving 14 participants consisting of administrators and supervisors. The community service method used workshops and Focus Group Discussions (FGD), with stages of activity including initial identification, FGD for cooperative development, product design collaboration, SHU governance digitalization workshop, and program evaluation. The results of this community service were that teachers were given training on digitalizing cooperative management, correctly developing a technology-based SHU recording system, and integrating financial reporting systems more effectively and efficiently. The result was an increase in management skills for cooperative administrators. The success of this community service program is also reflected in the number of training participants that met the target, the achievement of the workshop's objectives in optimizing SHU governance through digitalization to improve participant services, coordinating materials according to plan, and the ability of participants to understand materials related to cooperative digitalization.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of human resource quality, organizational commitment, and facilities and infrastructure on financial management performance. This research also aims to test the relationship of the financial information system as a moderating variable on the influence of human resource quality, organizational commitment, and facilities and infrastructure on financial management performance. The sample used in this study amounts to 90 people involved in the financial management process at UNNES. The data analysis technique used is SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. The results of the study show that human resource quality and organizational commitment positively influence financial management performance. In contrast, facilities and infrastructure do not affect financial management performance. The moderation test results of the financial information system strengthen the relationship between human resource quality and financial management performance. However, the relationship between organizational commitment and facilities and infrastructure cannot be moderated by the financial information system.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh secara langsung dan tidak langsung efikasi diri dan self regulated learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dengan keterlibatan siswa sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian kausalitas. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan proportional random sampling. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Kroya Kabupaten Cilacap dengan sampel sebanyak 81 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis statatistik inferensial yaitu menggunakan SEM PLS dengan software WarpPLS 8.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan efikasi diri terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa; terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan self regulated learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis; terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan keterlibatan siswa terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa; terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan efikasi diri terhadap keterlibatan siswa, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan self regulated learning terhadap keterlibatan siswa; terdapat pengaruh positif secara langsung dan signifikan efikasi diri terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang dimediasi oleh keterlibatan siswa; dan keterlibatan siswa tidak dapat memediasi self regulated learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Disarankan bagi siswa untuk mengarahkan agar mampu membangun keterlibatan siswa di dalam proses pembelajaran. Mediation of student engagement in influencing self-efficacy and self-regulated learning on critical thinking skills Abstract: The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the direct and indirect effects of self-efficacy and self-regulated learning on students' critical thinking skills with student engagement as a mediating variable. This research is a quantitative research with a causality research design. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling. The population of this study was all class X SMA Negeri 1 Kroya Cilacap Regency with a sample of 81 students. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis, namely using SEM PLS with WarpPLS 8.0 software. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of self-efficacy on students' critical thinking ability; there was a positive and significant effect of self-regulated learning on critical thinking ability; there was a positive and significant effect of student involvement on students' critical thinking ability; there was a positive and significant effect of self-efficacy on student involvement, there was a positive and significant effect of self-regulated learning on student involvement; there was a direct and significant positive effect of self-efficacy on students' critical thinking ability mediated by student involvement; and student involvement could not mediate self-regulated learning on students' critical thinking ability. It is recommended for students. It is recommended for students to aim to build student engagement in the learning process.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media sosial dan konformitas terhadap pembelian impulsif dengan kontrol diri sebagai variabel moderasi di SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Rembang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 3.048 siswa. Sampel pada penelitian sebanyak 100 siswa. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data mengunakan statistik deskriptif dan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) berbasis PLS. Hasil analisis deskriptif, kategori variabel pembelian impulsif dan konformitas cukup, sedangkan kategori variabel penggunaan media sosial dan kontrol diri tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif. Konformitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif. Kontrol diri tidak mampu memperlemah pengaruh penggunaan media sosial terhadap pembelian impulsif. Kontrol diri tidak mampu memperlemah pengaruh konformitas terhadap pembelian impulsif. Saran dari penulis yaitu siswa sebaiknya mempunyai perencanaan dan pertimbangan yang matang dalam hal keputusan pembelian.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri dan self-regulated learning berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis. Keterlibatan siswa juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis serta dimediasi oleh efikasi diri, tetapi tidak memediasi pengaruh self-regulated learning. The results indicate that self-efficacy and self-regulated learning have a positive and significant effect on critical thinking skills. Student engagement also significantly affects critical thinking skills and mediates the relationship between self-efficacy and critical thinking but does not mediate the effect of self-regulated learning. This study suggests enhancing student engagement in the learning process to optimize critical thinking development.

Abstract

Studi ini menganalisis pendidikan, pengalaman kerja, dan kondisi ekonomi sebagai variabel yang mempengaruhi permintaan tenaga kerja di industri Pulau Jawa.  Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada lima puluh responden yang berasal dari berbagai industri.  Variabel independen dan kesempatan kerja berkorelasi satu sama lain dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja dan pendidikan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap permintaan tenaga kerja. Sebaliknya, kondisi ekonomi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap permintaan tenaga kerja.  Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa stabilitas ekonomi adalah faktor utama yang menentukan permintaan tenaga kerja di bidang tertentu.  Penelitian ini dapat membantu pembuat kebijakan Pulau Jawa membuat strategi ketenagakerjaan yang lebih baik.
