Abstract

The results of dividing the Mean Square regression with the Mean Square residual obtained an F count of92,921with a significance probability value limit of 0.000. While the F table value at a significant level of 5% and df 67 is 2.74. Thus the calculated F value (92,921)greater than F table (2.74) so that a decision can be taken, namely accepting the alternative hypothesis (Ha) and rejecting the hypothesis Ho, that isIntegrity (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and Employee Engagement (X3) all have an effect on Employee Performance (Y). From the results of the SPSS output, the Adjusted R Square is 0.798. Adjusted valueR Squarethis amount explains, the role of the variables Integrity (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and Employee Engagement (X3) in influencing Employee Performance (Y) is 0.798 or 79.8%. While the residual (residual value) of the role of these variables is 0.202 or 20.2% influenced by other variables not involved in this study. From the results of the comparison of the regression coefficient values with the standard error, it is obtained that the t value for the influence of the Integrity variable is 6.724 at the limit of a significance probability value of 0.005. While the t-table value at df 69 and a significant level of 5% is 1.994. The results of this calculation indicate that the calculated t value is greater than the t-table value so that a decision can be taken that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) can be accepted and reject the null hypothesis (Ho), meaning that Integrity (X1) partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y ). From the results of the comparison of the regression coefficient values with the standard errorobtainedthe calculated t value for the influence of the Integrity variable is equal to6,210at the limit of significance probability value of 0.000. While the t-table value at df 69 and a significant level of 5% is 1.994. The results of this calculation indicate that the calculated t value is greater than the t-table value so that a decision can be taken that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) can be accepted and reject the null hypothesis (Ho), meaning that Organizational Culture (X2) partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance ( Y). From the results of the comparison of the regression coefficient values with the standard errorobtainedthe calculated t value for the influence of the Employee Engagement variable is equal to6,699at the limit of significance probability value of 0.004. While the t-table value at df 69 and a significant level of 5% is 1.994. The results of this calculation indicate that the calculated t value is greater than the t-table value so that a decision can be taken that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) can be accepted and reject the null hypothesis (Ho), meaning that Employee Engagement (X3) partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology drives competition and efficiency in Information Technology projects. Toll road projects in Indonesia, such as the Trans Sumatra Toll Road and inner-city toll roads in Jakarta, face challenges of delays. The Critical Path Method (CPM) is used to plan and evaluate these projects for improved efficiency. Evaluation of project plans is necessary to complete pending tasks. This descriptive research utilizes Job and Activity Analysis to collect quantitative data on time, cost, and resources from construction activities on the Sumatra Toll Road. The collected data is then processed using CPM to create a schedule, identify critical paths, and evaluate float times. The research provides efficient project scheduling recommendations to complete the remaining tasks on the Sumatra Toll Road project. The study concludes that by adhering to the schedule, the project can be completed on time. Delays in previous projects were primarily caused by land acquisition issues. To prevent further schedule delays, preventive strategies and resource augmentation should be considered. In summary, this research contributes efficient project scheduling recommendations to complete the remaining tasks on the Sumatra Toll Road project.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as a mediating variable, in Perusahaan Umum Daerah (Perumda) Tirtanadi, North Sumatra. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 100 employees selected through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using path analysis with the SmartPLS application. The results reveal that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on OCB (path coefficient β = 0.627; p < 0.001) and on employee performance (β = 0.360; p < 0.01). Furthermore, OCB significantly influences employee performance (β = 0.479; p < 0.001). The indirect effect of job satisfaction on performance through OCB (β = 0.300) is greater than the direct effect, confirming OCB’s role as a mediating variable. This suggests that employees who are more satisfied with their jobs are more likely to exhibit positive voluntary behaviors that contribute to higher performance levels. The findings align with Social Exchange Theory, which posits that positive treatment by the organization encourages employees to reciprocate with constructive behaviors. Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory also supports the view that both hygiene and motivational factors influence satisfaction, which in turn fosters improved work outcomes. This study highlights the strategic importance of enhancing job satisfaction and promoting OCB to improve performance in public service organizations. Future research should consider incorporating moderating variables such as leadership style, organizational commitment, or work culture, and employing longitudinal designs to validate the causal pathways.
