Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi antara keterampilan bermain futsal dengan kemampuan motorik dan karakter siswa sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengungkap permasalahan ini menggunakan metode penelitian korelasional. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN Melong Mandiri 1 Cimahi. Dengan mengambil populasi kelas V, Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu 40 orang siswa yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur keterampilan bermain futsal adalah battery test Yeagley, kemampuan motorik dengan motor ability test, dan karakter siswa menggunakan observasi nilai-nilai karakter siswa yang terdiri dari jujur, toleransi, disiplin, rasa ingin tahu, bersahabat/komunikatif, dan kerja keras siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t melalui SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu; 1) Terdapat korelasi yang positif dan signifikan antara keterampilan bermain futsal dengan karakter siswa, 2) Tidak terdapat korelasi yang positif, dan signifikan antara kemampuan motorik dengan karakter siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis reciprocal teaching style dan self-check style terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar dengan menggunakan systematic literature review dalam pembelajaran pedidikan jasmani. Metode yang digunakan systematic literature review dengan data yang di peroleh dengan melakukan analisi pada 28 jurnal (Final Paper to bereview) dari 320 jurnal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa resiprocal teaching style dan juga self-check style merupakan gaya mengajar yang dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif pengajaran guru pendidikan jasmani di sekolah dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran di sekolah. dengan hasil penelitian yang menujukan kedua memengajar tersebut dapat meningkatkan kemandirian siswa, pengalaman belajar yang positif, pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, peningkatan motivasi siswa dalam belajar, umpan balik yang alami, pembelajaran aktif dan juga dinamis yang dapat berpotensi meningkatkan hasil belajar.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan pembelajaran renang di MTs se-Kecamatan Leles, Garut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif yaitu dengan menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang dapat diamati. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Jumlah sampel adalah 90 siswa laki-laki dan perempuan dari 9 MTs Swasta di kecamatan Leles, Garut. Analisis menggunakan statistic STAT97, hasil keterlaksanaan pembelajaran renang secara keseluruhan di MTs se-Kecamatan Leles, Garut telah dilaksanakan sebesar 53.85%, dengan kategori cukup, diambil dari tiga faktor yang diteliti yaitu faktor perencanaan pembelajaran 60.96%, faktor keterlaksanaan pembelajaran 47.00%, dan faktor evaluasi pembelajaran 53.59% yang didasarkan pada hasil penghitungan persentase dari instrumen berupa kuesioner yang diisi oleh siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)melalui aktivitas fisik terhadap active lifestyle dan motivasi belajar di SMP PGRI Cikembar Sukabumi. Metode Penelitian ini yaitu metode eksperimen, dengan desain penelitian The Matching-Only Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik SMP PGRI Cikembar yang berada dikelas VIII. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik random samplingdan didapatkan 28 siswa kelompok kontrol dan 28 siswa kelompok eksperimen.Instrumen yang digunakan ada dua yaitu PAQ-C (Physical Activity Questionnaire for Older Children) dan IMI (Intrinsic Motivation Inventory). Teknik pengumpulan data antara lain tatap muka dilakukan menggunkan aplikasi googlemeet, materi dan tugas gerak diupload di google classroom, dan untuk angket kuesioner menggunakan google form. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkanbahwa(1)terdapatpengaruhyangpositifdansignifikanantarapendekatan STEMdengan active lifestyle. (2)Terdapatpengaruhyangpositifdansignifikanantarapendekatan STEMdengan motivasi belajar. Hal itu menunjukkan bahwa terdapat bahwa terdapat pengaruh pendekatan STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) melalui aktivitas fisik terhadap active lifestyle dan motivasi belajar.

Abstract

Introduction: Perception is a human cognitive aspect of a person's assessment or assumption of an object or experience that appears after a person receives a stimulus that has been experienced previously to be used as a reference in acting. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine whether there is a relationship between perceptions of personal and social responsibility with the intrinsic motivation of grade XI students in physical education at SMAN 1 Cikampek. Methods: This study uses quantitative methods with the type of correlation research. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling with a sample of 196 students in class XI. The data collection technique used a Personal and Social Responsibility Questionnaire (PSRQ) to measure personal and social responsibility perceptions and Behavioral Regulation in Exercise Questionnaire (BREQ-2) to measure intrinsic motivation. Results: The results showed that: 1) there was a relationship between perceptions of personal and social responsibility with the intrinsic motivation of class XI students in physical education at SMAN 1 Cikampek. With a Sig value of 0.00 0.05, it can be said that the variable (X1) and the variable (X2) have a relationship with the variable (Y). 2) From the table results, the coefficient number is 0.491, meaning that the level of strength of the correlation/relationship is in the Strong Enough category, and based on the table, the number of correlation coefficients is positive, namely 0.491, the direction of the relationship between the variables is positive, which means the higher the variable (X1) and ( X2), the higher the variable (Y), the same is valid if the lower the variable (X1) and (X2), the lower the variable (Y). Conclusions: There is a positive relationship between the perception of social responsibility and the perception of personal responsibility with the intrinsic motivation variable with a Sig value of 0.00 0.05.

Abstract

This research is behind the low responsibility of students who make the children less able in following the physical educaton lesson. The study also aims to determine and test the influence of Sport Education Model (SEM) on responsibility in basketball games. The methods used in this research are quantitative descriptive. The population in this research is secondary school 1 Cimahi. The samples in this the follow basketball activities amounting to 30 students and no the follow basketball activities amounting to 30 students n. In sampling researchers use purposive sampling techniques. This research uses instruments such as responsibility questionnaire and interview. The results showed that Sport Education Model (SEM) provides a significant influence on responsibility in basketball games.

Abstract

Zumba is a form of sport or dance originating from Brazil that has energetic movements accompanied by music, but in the current era of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is estimated that there is a decrease in motivation to do Zumba. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to conduct a survey about how much motivation women have in doing Zumba exercises. This research is a descriptive study based on an online survey. The women who are members of the style studio used as samples in this study were 22 participants using a complete sampling technique. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire. The research instrument adopted from the sport motivation scale. Surveys with data collection procedures using questionnaires were used in this study. The frequency distribution technique was used in the data analysis, along with the calculation of the percentage. The findings in this study indicate that women's motivation to exercise Zumba is quite good, as evidenced by the percentage value of 32%. Thus, the study concludes that women still have a good enough motivation to do Zumba even during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis

Abstract

Since it encompasses all facets of life, including health, hope, job, family, environment, and other aspects of daily existence, quality of life is one of the most important factors that may be categorized as a multidimensional term. However, each person's living circumstances might undoubtedly vary, which has an impact on how they perceive their quality of life. This study uses a descriptive survey method to investigate how students who undergo sports education and those who don't see their quality of life differently. It involved purposively selected 245 sports education students and 135 non-sports education students registered as active students admitted in the academic year of 2016-2019 in five (5) universities in Indonesia. All data, collected by using the WHOQOL-BREF quality of life scale, were quantitatively analyzed through the independent sample t-test. The results of the analysis likely prove that, in general, most students perceive a relatively good quality of life though there are differences in the quality of life between both groups. Students majoring in sports, however, have a better perception of quality of life than do non-sports education learners.

Abstract

Life skills are one of the components in forming positive youth development. The purpose of this research is to find out intentionally structured programs that are widely used to improve life skills through out-of-school activities, to find out about out-of-school programs used to enhance life skills which are included in intentionally structured programs and to find out the results of intentionally structured programs on improving life skills through out of school activities, the research method in this study used systematic literature review which is a literature review method that identifies, assesses, and interprets all findings on a research topic, to answer predetermined research questions. In this study, researchers used 30 Final Paper journals to review 210 journals taken from 4 databases: Taylor & Francis, Google Scholar, Science Direct, and Sage. The results showed that participation in structured school activities programs was intentional in its application. Can produce quality programs where this can contribute to youth development in a positive direction. This shows that the Intentionally structured program that is implemented in out-of-school activities in its implementation can influence positive youth development; this can be seen from the increase in the elements 5C elements in (PYD) namely Competence, Confidence, Connection, Character and Caring Or Compassion.

Abstract

Penurunan fungsi kefasihan matematika dikalangan anak-anak menjadi permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efek brain jooging terhadap peningkatan variabel kefasihan matematika dan bagaimana peran dari fungsi eksekutif. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah true eksperimen dengan menggunakan design random pretest and posttest group. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purpossive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas II dan III yang berjumlah 46 anak yang memiliki usia maksimal 8 tahun.  Tiga Instrumen digunakan untuk mengukur fungsi eksekutif di antaranya Go or No Go Test untuk mengukur inhibition, Corsi Block Test untuk mengukur working memory, Wisconsin Card Sorting Test untuk mengukur cognitive flexibility, sedangkan untuk mengukur Kefasihan Matematika pada anak menggunakan  Woodcock-Munoz Battery III. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program aktivitas fisik efektif meningkatkan kefasihan matematika. Kesimpulan bahwa  fungsi eksekutif berhasil memediasi hubungan antara program aktivitas fisik brain jogging dengan kefasihan matematika.
