Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to increase the competence of managers in supporting PKBM services and quality in Sukabumi Regency. The performance of the manager has not been optimal and the management efforts in developing programs in PKBM have not been maximized, which is one of the problems that exist in the manager. The competence of managers in managing the PKBM program is certainly the basis and principle in managing a professional PKBM program. Specifically, this service aims to: 1) describe the planning of competency-based manager training activities in supporting services and improving the quality of PKBM in Sukabumi Regency, West Java, 2) describe the implementation of competency-based manager training activities in supporting services and improving the quality of PKBM in Sukabumi Regency, West Java, and 3) describe the evaluation of competency-based manager training activities in supporting services and improving PKBM quality in Sukabumi Regency, West Java. The results of the service show that the training activities begin with the planning stage by conducting an analysis and identification of training activities, including the tools that must be prepared in the training activities, namely preparation, human resources, such as participants, resource persons, and other parties involved, infrastructure, guidelines for the implementation of training in planning competency-based manager training activities in supporting services and improving quality in PKBM Sukabumi Regency, Java West. The implementation stage of training activities is the implementation of the plan that has been prepared related to the training implementation model, approaches, strategies, methods, techniques and media used in the activity, as well as the time and place of the training. The evaluation stage is a stage to find out the extent of success in activities at the planning and implementation stage of the training activities, including reflecting on activities, distributing evaluation instruments and processing the results of the evaluation Keywords: training, manager, competence, and PKBM

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to increase the competence of observers towards the transformation of education in non-formal education units in Sukabumi Regency. The lack of optimal observers in carrying out the main tasks of quality control of the PAUD and Dikmas programs, limited time to obtain opportunities to improve competence, limitations in the types of training for observer functional positions that can reach the dimension of space and time as well as the variety of profiles and characteristics of observers are some of the problems that exist in observers. Specifically, this service aims to: 1) describe the planning of training activities for observer functional positions towards educational transformation in non-formal education units in Sukabumi Regency, West Java, 2) describe the implementation of training activities for observer functional positions towards educational transformation in non-formal education units in Sukabumi Regency, West Java, and 3) describe the evaluation of training activities for observer functional positions towards transformation education in non-formal education units in Sukabumi Regency, West Java. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Desa Penanggiran di Kecamatan Gunung Megang, Kabupaten Muara Enim, menjadi desa yang kompeten dan produktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), dokumentasi, observasi, dan angket. Proses penelitian dilakukan dalam tiga fase: mobilisasi dan inventarisasi data pada bulan Agustus hingga September 2024, pengumpulan data primer dan FGD pada Oktober 2024, dan finalisasi pada November 2024. Melalui analisis SWOT, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai potensi ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan yang dimiliki Desa Penanggiran, termasuk pertanian, perikanan, dan industri menjahit yang menjadi ciri khas desa tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Desa Penanggiran memiliki peluang besar untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui optimalisasi potensi lokal, seperti agroindustri dan edukasi berbasis pertanian. Program pengembangan yang disarankan meliputi pembuatan pusat pelatihan menjahit, Edu Farm sebagai sarana edukasi pertanian, dan pengembangan pasar desa untuk meningkatkan akses pasar bagi produk lokal. Dampak dari program-program ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan baru, mengurangi ketergantungan pada satu profesi, serta mendorong kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat.

Abstract

This research aims to explore child protection policies in education in Southeast Asia. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this research examines policy implementation strategies and the challenges faced. Data sources were obtained from journals indexed in the Scopus and Google Scholar databases with a publication period of 2020-2024, and selection criteria were based on the PRISMA method. The research results show that child protection policies in education require a holistic approach that involves collaboration between government, educational institutions and society. Key findings include the need to strengthen regulations, socio-economic support for families, and safe and inclusive learning environments. The main challenges faced include unequal access to education, lack of resources in  remote areas, and weak law enforcement against child exploitation. The original  value of this research lies in its focus on Southeast Asia, providing comprehensive insight into the regional context of child protection. Recommendations for future research include developing policies that are more responsive to socio-political dynamics and economic conditions in the region, as well as increasing awareness of the importance of child protection in the digital era.

Abstract

Prenatal stimulation is an adult's conscious effort to develop all of each person's potential to develop optimally, in sync with the development of each child. Ideally both parent and mother can implement child stimulation within the womb. However, parents have been found to have a roadblock to application of prenatal stimulation, a lack of family social support. Benefits derived, along with parents knowing information related to stimulating children in prenatal times, parents may also become cadres that can eventually cross one another. A common goal in this study is to analyze the behavior of core family members in stimulating the development of children made by both father and mother. The study used a quantitative descriptive method using the survey method using a targeted sample of 150 domestic heads (KK). Research indicates that most parents have prenatal child stimulation behaviors, especially with 100% or total parental physical stimulation. Much of the behavior that has been done is religious and immoral by 97%, mothers' health stimulation by 80%, 61% cognitive stimulation, and a small percentage go through art of 41%. The medical condition of an expectant mother is affected by the emotional social condition of 59% of cravings and stress.

Abstract

Abstrak memuat uraian singkat mengenai tujuan penulisan, metode yang digunakan, dan hasil penelitian (bila hasil dari penelitian). Abstrak berisi 200-300 kata. Abstrak ditulis dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris. Pengetikan abstrak dilakukan dengan spasi tunggal dengan margin yang lebih sempit dari margin kanan dan kiri teks utama. Kata kunci perlu dicantumkan untuk menggambarkan ranah permasalahan yang diteliti dan istilah-istilah pokok yang mendasari pelaksanaan penelitian. Kata-kata kunci dapat berupa kata tunggal atau gabungan kata. Jumlah kata-kata kunci 3-5 kata. Kata-kata kunci ini diperlukan untuk komputerisasi. Pencarian judul penelitian dan abstraknya dipermudah dengan kata-kata kunci tersebut.Laporan ini menyajikan hasil evaluasi program pencegahan stunting yang dilaksanakan oleh Posyandu Tulip RW 12 di Kelurahan Padasuka, Kecamatan Cimenyan, Kabupaten Bandung. Evaluasi ini bertujuan untuk menilai efektivitas pelaksanaan program, mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan, serta memberikan dasar bagi pengembangan program di masa depan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan kader posyandu dan tokoh masyarakat, serta dokumentasi kegiatan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa program telah berjalan secara konsisten sejak tahun 2020 dengan partisipasi aktif masyarakat dan kader. Terdapat penurunan jumlah anak yang terindikasi stunting, meskipun masih terdapat tantangan dalam aspek komunikasi, fasilitas, serta evaluasi program yang belum sistematis. Kader telah mendapat pelatihan dasar dan rutin, namun belum merata dalam kemampuan edukatif. Fasilitas penunjang seperti alat ukur tersedia, namun belum cukup untuk penanganan kasus lanjutan. Dana operasional berasal dari bantuan pemerintah dan swadaya masyarakat, mencerminkan tingginya semangat gotong royong. Kesimpulan dari evaluasi ini menekankan perlunya peningkatan sistem evaluasi, kapasitas kader, komunikasi publik, serta diversifikasi sumber pendanaan. Evaluasi ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi penguatan pendekatan pendidikan masyarakat berbasis pemberdayaan dalam upaya pencegahan stunting.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This research describes the governance of managers in organizing programs in non-formal education units at Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) of Al Insan Cikeusi Village Darmaraja District Sumedang Regency. Therefore, this study aims to initiate alternative solutions to the problem by searching and finding a product model of PKBM institutional governance in improving their competence. Methodology: The research design uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Data analysis as an interactive model. Main Findings: The expected research results reveal the design of the PKBM Institution Governance model in improving the competence of PKBM Al Insan managers. The elements of the educational process are very influential on the course of the implementation process, these elements are the manager as the subject of program implementation, the subject being guided (students / learning citizens), the person who guides (educators / tutors), the interaction between students and educators. Likewise, governance, approaches, strategies and techniques in organizing programs are arranged into a unified system that makes more use of environmental conditions. Programs in non-formal education units have met the level of community needs for the importance of education. Novelty/Originality of this study: The output in this study created a product model of PKBM Institution Governance, national articles, HKI, mass media and governance guidelines and teaching materials for the PKBM Institution governance model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze community interventions for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Cimahi City through collaborative and participatory training to support business sustainability. The focus of the study is directed at identifying structural and functional problems faced by MSMEs in the context of collaboration and participation, as well as exploring how community-based training contributes to building business capacity and resilience. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) involving MSME actors and community facilitators in Cimahi City. The results of the study showed three main findings: (1) The identification of various business problems stemming from the low intensity of collaboration and lack of active participation of MSMEs in community activities; (2) The mapping of solutions based on local needs, including through the implementation of collaborative training, strengthening business networks, and optimizing the role of the community as a shared learning space; and (3) Proven community contribution in encouraging the sustainability of MSME businesses through the process of collective learning, sharing experiences, and increasing managerial capacity and business innovation. The impact of this study shows that collaborative and participatory training approaches facilitated by the community have high effectiveness in strengthening the sustainability of MSMEs. This intervention model can be replicated in other regions as a systematic and sustainable local empowerment-based development strategy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang laporan evaluasi program Pendidikan Masyarakat evaluasi program Pembangunan edu agro wisata. Edu agro wisata merupakan serangkaian wisata yang memanfaatkan potensi pertanian, peternakan, perikanan baik berupa pemandangan kekhasan dan keanekaragaman aktivitas serta budaya Masyarakat. Maka dari itu program ini yang dicetuskan oleh kepala Desa Sangkanhurip menjadi program yang berkepanjangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang menghasilkan data berupa hasil wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dan model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah model CIPP (Context, Input, Proccess, Product). Hasil dari pembahasan ini bahwa program ini baru berjalan 25% dan baru berjalan 1 tahun sisanya lagi proses akan dibuat untuk program yang berkepanjangan.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program pendidikan inklusi di PKBM Puspa Terang Nusantara menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Evaluasi ini dilakukan untuk menilai keberhasilan dan efektivitas program pendidikan inklusi serta mengidentifikasi kendala dan peluang perbaikan yang ada. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis konteks dan kebutuhan program, sumber daya yang digunakan, proses pelaksanaan, dan hasil yang dicapai. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil meningkatkan akses pendidikan bagi anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus di PKBM Puspa Terang Nusantara, namun terdapat beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan pelatihan bagi guru. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, disarankan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelatihan guru dan penyediaan sumber daya yang memadai untuk mendukung keberlanjutan program pendidikan inklusi.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Inklusi, Disabilitas, Evaluasi Program, model CIPP                      AbstractThis study aims to evaluate the inclusive education program at PKBM Puspa Terang Nusantara using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The evaluation is conducted to assess the success and effectiveness of the inclusive education program and identify existing challenges and improvement opportunities. The method includes analyzing the program context and needs, resources used, implementation process, and outcomes achieved. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the program has successfully increased educational access for children with special needs at PKBM Puspa Terang Nusantara, though there are challenges such as limited resources and teacher training.
