Abstract

MSME facilitators are crucial in supporting the region's development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. MSME companions represent the 17th SDGS goal, namely partnerships to achieve goals (partnerships for the goals). This research aims to determine the effectiveness of learning exchange: The role of UMKM Facilitator in the CIKEPO Community of Cimahi City. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach—data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. MSME Facilitators have a role in encouraging awareness of MSME players in following the learning exchange process, which can improve skills. Also, MSME Facilitators provide education and training for MSME owners, including business management, marketing, and understanding local business regulations. Apart from that, MSME mentors also provide individual business guidance to help MSME owners identify potential and overcome the challenges they face.Keywords: MSME Companion, Learning Exchange

Abstract

Kegiatan Jumat bersih atau Jumsih merupakan hasil dari inisiatif Masyarakat terhadap kebersihan maupun keindahan lingkungan disekitar tempat tinggal atau suatu wilayah yang ditempati. dibutuhkan pengujian berupa evaluasi untuk mengukur seberapa jauh program tersebut berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan tujuan awal. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi. Program Jumat Bersih memilikitotal penilaian 14 poin positif (73,7%) dan 5 poin menengah (26,3%). hasil survei menunjukkan kecenderungan positif, dimana mayoritas responden berpendapat bahwa program ini berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

Establishing a cultural community becomes a valuable asset capable of supporting the dissemination of cultural values. The community in Kampung Adat Cireundeu Village, Cimahi City has long upheld traditional values. This research aims to explain how the Cireundeu community can preserve and maintain its culture despite the absence of an official adat leader. Using a qualitative method with a case study approach, data collection techniques were derived from interviews, observations, and documentation studies. This research found that the Cireundeu community successfully overcame this challenge through collective leadership mechanisms and the use of modern technology. Community figures, including elders and the deputy adat leader, play a crucial role in preserving customs and traditions through the effective distribution of responsibilities and active involvement in various customary activities. Despite facing some obstacles, such as uncertainty in decision-making and suboptimal coordination, the Cireundeu community has adopted adaptive strategies that allow them to maintain cultural preservation and ensure their social continuity. This research demonstrates that even without an Indigenous leader, community strength, local figures, and local innovation can support cultural preservation in sustaining the Indigenous community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana prinsip Clean, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) dioperasionalisasikan sepanjang rantai nilai (value chain) wisata desa melalui kepeloporan pemuda di Desa Pager Wangi. Menggunakan desain kualitatif—studi kasus deskriptif—data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi partisipatif, FGD, serta telaah dokumen program. Analisis dilakukan dengan thematic analysis (pengodean terbuka–aksial) dan pemetaan rantai nilai (hulu–hilir) untuk memeriksa titik sentuh CHSE pada proses kurasi produk, layanan, dan pengalaman pengunjung. Hasil menunjukkan lima temuan utama: (1) standardisasi kebersihan dan sanitasi yang terukur (SOP, checklist, rotasi tugas) meningkatkan konsistensi layanan; (2) health literacy aktor lokal menumbuhkan disiplin etik pelayanan dan komunikasi risiko; (3) sistem keamanan berbasis komunitas (identifikasi bahaya, wayfinding, P3K, incident log) menurunkan service failure; (4) tata kelola lingkungan menyeimbangkan nilai ekonomi–ekologi melalui penataan sampah, pembatasan daya dukung, dan substitusi material; (5) orkestrasi pemuda atas rantai nilai (dari pemasok hingga after-visit care) mempercepat pembelajaran organisasi, keterlibatan UMKM, dan spillover manfaat ekonomi. Diskusi menautkan praktik ini dengan kerangka CBT (Community-Based Tourism), triple bottom line, dan pedoman global pariwisata pascapandemi. Artikel menutup dengan implikasi kebijakan dan riset, termasuk metrik keberlanjutan operasional, visitor journey analytics, serta tata kelola kemitraan publik-komunitas

Abstract

This study explores how university students experience and manage selective attention in learning situations accompanied by sensory distractions such as music and food. Employing a qualitative exploratory case study design, three students participated in four reading simulations involving different text types and sensory stimuli. The findings reveal that selective attention is an adaptive process shaped by emotional states, sensory preferences, and metacognitive strategies. Preferred music enhanced emotional comfort and supported focus, while disliked music and crunchy foods disrupted cognitive processing. The type of text also played a role"”narrative texts in the native language were easier to comprehend than academic texts in a foreign language. Emotions emerged as a key mediator between distraction and comprehension, and cognitive flexibility proved essential in maintaining learning performance under multitasking conditions. These findings offer valuable insights into the complexities of attention in everyday learning environments marked by frequent distractions.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This research describes the governance of managers in organizing programs in non-formal education units at Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) of Al Insan Cikeusi Village Darmaraja District Sumedang Regency. Therefore, this study aims to initiate alternative solutions to the problem by searching and finding a product model of PKBM institutional governance in improving their competence. Methodology: The research design uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Data analysis as an interactive model. Main Findings: The expected research results reveal the design of the PKBM Institution Governance model in improving the competence of PKBM Al Insan managers. The elements of the educational process are very influential on the course of the implementation process, these elements are the manager as the subject of program implementation, the subject being guided (students / learning citizens), the person who guides (educators / tutors), the interaction between students and educators. Likewise, governance, approaches, strategies and techniques in organizing programs are arranged into a unified system that makes more use of environmental conditions. Programs in non-formal education units have met the level of community needs for the importance of education. Novelty/Originality of this study: The output in this study created a product model of PKBM Institution Governance, national articles, HKI, mass media and governance guidelines and teaching materials for the PKBM Institution governance model.

Abstract

Child marriage is still a serious issue in Indonesia that has an impact on reproductive health, education, and the quality of life of adolescents. This study aims to analyze the digital strategy of the Well Majalaya Youth Information and Counseling Center (PIK-R Well) for its Instagram campaign to prevent child marriage. Data were collected through analysis of 10 Instagram posts from June-July 2025 and through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with PIK-R Well administrators, using the Kolb Experiential Learning approach. The results showed that event-themed and collaborative posts had wide reach, but more meaningful engagement came from factual educational content, albeit with fewer views. Through the FGD, PIK-R Well administrators reflected on their experiences, identified weaknesses in previous digital strategies, and formulated new strategies, including increasing the frequency and variety of content, using a call to action (CTA), and fostering digital collaboration with schools and communities. This study concludes that social media can serve not only as a promotional tool but also as an experiential learning space that strengthens organizational capacity and increases adolescents’ awareness of the dangers of child marriage.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat berbasis bidang ilmu ini ditujukan untuk dapat memberikan penguatan pada mitra PKBM Ash-Shoddiq sebagai pusat dari berbagai kegiatan yang ada di wilayah Desa Pagerwangi. PKBM Ash-Shoddiq memiliki potensi dalam mengembangkan berbagai program di wilayah desa ini karena letak dan kondisi geografis yang mendukung dan merupakan jalur wisata dengan daerah pertanian dan perkebunan. Belum optimalnya kinerja pengelola lokal dan belum maksimalnya upaya dalam mengembangkan program-program dari setiap program yang ada, menjadi permasalahan utama dari lembaga ini. Permasalahan ini memunculkan perlu adanya upaya dari tim pelaksana untuk dapat membantu dengan menyelenggarakan pembinaan dan pelatihan juga pendampingan dalam mengoptimalkan kapasitas lembaga PKBM Ash-Shoddiq di Kp. Babakan Bandung Desa Pagerwangi Kecamatan Lembang Bandung Barat Provinsi Jawa Barat. Program pengabdian ini memiliki batasan dan fokus pada aspek kegiatan yang akan dikaji, merujuk pada rumusan masalah sebagai berikut: "Bagaimanakah Penguatan Kapasitas Kelembagaan PKBM Ash-Shoddiq Melalui Pelatihan Berbasis Andragogi?" Hasil kegiatan program pengabdian pada masyarakat pada Penguatan Kapasitas Kelembagaan PKBM Ash-Shoddiq Melalui Pelatihan Berbasis Andragogi, di antaranya: 1) Tergambarkannya kondisi objektif PKBM Ash-Shoddiq. Berdasarkan hasil dokumen profil PKBM dan implementasi program di PKBM Ash-Shoddiq terdapat beberapa program, sumber daya manusia, dan administrasi lembaga yang tidak sesuai antara harapan dengan kenyataan implementasi di lapangan. Kondisi objektif tersebut sebagai berikut: a) Program yang tertulis di profil berjumlah 10 program dengan program yang aktif berjumlah 5 program sedangkan program yang pasif atau belum optimal berjumlah 5 program. b) Sumber daya manusia dilihat dari latar belakang pendidikan rata-rata pengelola dan tutor lulusannya dari jenjang SD sampai jenjang S2 perguruan tinggi. Administrasi di PKBM Ash-Shoddiq berdasarkan hasil pengamatan di lapangan masih belum optimal, terutama administrasi tiap program dan administrasi lembaga PKBM Ash-Shoddiq.; 2) Mendeskripsikan implementasi program pengabdian masyarakat sebagai berikut: a) Rekrutmen calon peserta; b) Menciptakan iklim yang kondusif; c) Menyusun rancangan program pelatihan; d) Mendiagnosa kebutuhan pelatihan; e) Merumuskan tujuan pelatihan; f) Menyusun rancangan pelatihan; g) Kegiatan belajar; h) Penilaian proses dan hasil belajar.; 3) Tergambarkannya partisipasi pengelola dan pendidik PKBM Ash-Shoddiq pada pelatihan berbasis andragogi terbagi tiga bentuk partisipasi sebagai berikut: a) Ide/gagasan/pemikiran; b) Tenaga; c) Materi. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini merupakan penguatan kapasitas kelembagaan PKBM Ash-Shoddiq sebagai upaya meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas masyarakat di PKBM Ash-Shoddiq.
