Abstract

Misykat merupakan lembaga koperasi berfokus terhadap pengembangan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat ekonomi lemah, secara konsisten lembaga ini memberikan bantuan dana bergulir. Penelitian ini bertitik tolak pada program pendampingan anggota koperasi Misykat dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat miskin perkotaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui mengenai output yang didapat oleh anggota setelah mengikuti pelatihan kecakapan hidup,(2) Untuk mengetahui program pendampingan koperasi Misykat,(3) Untuk mengetahui capaian perubahan anggota koperasi setelah mengikuti pendampingan,(4) Untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat dan pendukung dari program pendampingan. Metode penelitian, yaitu metode deskriptif, pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, subjek peneliti : pengelola, pendamping, dan anggota koperasi yang bertempat di Lembaga Koperasi Misykat dan Mejelis Khoerunisa Cikutra Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa anggota mendapatkan ilmu pengetahuan ekonomi, sosial, dan agama, perubahan sikap seperti tutur kata, penampilan, dan memiliki keterampilan hasil kegiatan pelatihan kecakapan hidup, pendampingan program Misykat dilakukan sesuai konsep pendampingan, yaitu langkah-langkah pendampingan, strategi, dan pendekatan pendampingan. Kegiatan pendampingan, anggota mendapatkan pengetahuan ekonomi, sosial, agama yang diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan, perilaku yang lebih baik, keterampilan serta peningkatan taraf kehidupan, terdapat faktor penghambat yaitu kompetensi pendamping, faktor pendukung dari kemitraan dan fi nancial.

Abstract

Untuk menumbuhkan minat baca masyarakat,beberapa upaya telah dilakukukan oleh pemerintah, baik melalui Departemen Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan maupun Departemen atau lembaga lainnya. Hal itu dilakukan mengingat minat baca masyarakat Indonesia masih sangat rendah dibandingkan dengan-negara lain (Asia Tenggara). Beberapa layanan masyarakat dalam rangka meningkat­kan dan menumbuhkan minat baca antara lain: memberikan layanan kepada anak dan remaja, layanan kelompok pembaca khusus, layanan perpustakaan keliling dan berbagai kegiatan lain seperti melalui Taman Bacaan Masyarakat. Tujuan kegiatan ini; I} Mewujudkan suatu sistem penumbuhan dan pengembangan nilai ilmu yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. 2) Mengembangkan masyarakat baca (reading society) lewat pelayanan perpustakaan dengan penekanan pada penciptaan lingkungan baca untuk masyarakat.

Abstract

AbstrakKesehatan tubuh menjadi suatu hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan dalam menjaga fisik selalu sehat dan selalu berproduktif. Hal tersebut tidak semua orang memahami pentingnya pengembangan diri secara mandiri yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dengan kesehatan tubuh. Agar dapat berproduktif maka masyarakat perlu diberdayakan. Memberdayakan masyarakat yang bersangkutan dengan membangun kemitraan dalam bentuk kerja sama antara beberapa pihak. Di sini kemitraan antara masyarakat dan Posyandu telah dibentuk. Kemitraan antara keduanya adalah upaya untuk memberdayakan masyarakat di sektor kesehatan. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan mempraktikkan kemitraan program yang saling menguntungkan. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi serta studi literatur terkait yang membahas program kemitraan pemberdayaan masyarakat di sektor kesehatan. Data dapat berupa: (1) bentuk kemitraan yang saat ini terjalin dalam pengembangan program Posyandu (2) bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat di sektor kesehatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk kemitraan yang terjadi di posyandu Ledeng Kota Bandung belum terjalin dengan baik, salah satu penyebabnya adalah kurangnya komuniasi antara pihak posyandu dan pihak masyarakat. Bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat di sektor kesehatan yaitu memberdayakan masyakat khususnya para orang tua angota posyandu untuk menjaga kebersihan lingkungan. Pemberdayaan masyarakat di sector kesehatan mencakup kemampuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menyelesaikan masalah kesehatan melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat. Posyandu Program Partnership in Efforts to Empower Communities in the Health Sector AbstractBody health becomes an important thing to consider in maintaining a healthy and always productive. Not everyone understands the importance of independent self-development which cannot be separated from physical health. In order to be productive, the community needs to be empowered. Empowering the community concerned by building partnerships in the form of cooperation between several parties. Here a partnership between the community and Posyandu has been formed. The partnership between the two is an effort to empower people in the health sector. This can be done by practicing mutually beneficial partnership programs. The approach in this research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, documentation and study of related literature that discusses community empowerment partnership programs in the health sector. Data can be in the form of: (1) forms of partnerships currently in place in developing the Posyandu program (2) forms of community empowerment in the health sector. The results showed that the forms of partnership that occurred in Posyandu Ledeng Bandung had not been well established, one of the causes was the lack of communication between the posyandu and the community. The form of community empowerment in the health sector is empowering the community, especially the parents of posyandu members to keep the environment clean. Community empowerment in the health sector includes the ability to identify and solve health problems through community empowerment.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze digital parenting behavior in the context of lifelong learning for parents of teenagers. The method used a literature study to collect and analyze related research results. The analysis concludes that the digital era brings both benefits and challenges for parents in educating their children. Children are exposed to digital tools that can sometimes cause negative impacts such as excessive screen use and addiction. However, parents can adapt their parenting by monitoring their children's use of digital devices, setting appropriate limits, and communicating effectively with their children. Lifelong learning is also important for parents, as they can use digital tools to access information and resources to improve their parenting skills. It is important for parents to be aware of the risks and benefits of technology and actively engage in lifelong learning to ensure the healthy development of their children in the digital age.

Abstract

Sejak pandemi terjadi, kebijakan Belajar Dari Rumah diberlakukan oleh pemerintah sehingga orang tua dituntut untuk mampu mendampingi anak. Muncul berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi orang tua dalam proses pendampingan ini karena selama ini proses belajar secara formal diserahkan kepada guru di sekolah. Dibutuhkan pengetahuan dan latihan bagi orang tua sehingga mampu mendampingi anak belajar selama masa pandemic, terutama dengan menggunakan perangkat teknologi informasi yang harus dimaksimalkan akibat dari pembelajaran online. Untuk itu, dalam kajian ini difokuskan pada optimalisasi peran orang tua dalam mendampingi anak belajar melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dengan memanfaatkan sumber kepustakaan untuk memperoleh data. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengumpulan literatur, yang terdiri dari bahan atau kajian pustaka yang koheren. Upaya optimalisasi yang dapat dilakukan oleh orang tua yaitu dengan terus menjadi orang tua pembelajar dengan melakukan identifikasi kemampuan diri, meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kemampuan diri, implementasi capaian pengembangan diri dan mengevaluasi hasil implementasi dari capaian kompetensi yang telah dilakukan dalam proses mendampingi anak belajar terutama kegiatan belajar yang memanfaatkan penggunaan IT.

Abstract

This community service program is a follow-up to the programs and activities carried out in Batu Karut Hamlet, Cibeureum Wetan Village, Cimalaka District, Sumedang Regency. This program was created to maintain the sustainability of community empowerment activities through activities to strengthen the competence of ECCE practitioners as an effort to optimize the delivery of community education services, especially early childhood education. The target in this service is to increase the competence of ECCE practitioners in Cibeureum Wetan Village, especially the professional competence of ECCE practitioners related to the realization of gender-equitable ECCE education. The method used in community service for this Assisted Village is the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method based on local partnerships and potential. This method has an emphasis on community involvement in the overall activity. This model is carried out by identifying community problems and needs, planning activities with the community through FGD (Focus Group Discussion), preparing training activities, carrying out training activities for ECCE practitioners, implementing gender-sensitive ECCE learning models carried out by ECCE practitioners who have received training, evaluation and monitoring carried out by the service team by listening to the reflections of ECCE practitioners related to implementation The learning model in question.

Abstract

A tourism development approach that emphasizes community involvement can run optimally in the tourism development process. Tourism is organized with the principle of empowering local communities covering various aspects, such as human resources, destinations, and the utilization of natural and cultural resources. This is inseparable from community participation in the development of Wayang Windu Panenjoan tourist destinations. This study aims to identify the level of community participation in the development of tourist destinations in Wayang Windu Panenjoan, analyze the form of community participation in the development of Wayang Windu Panenjoan tourist destinations, and review the extent of community empowerment in Wayang Windu Panenjoan tourist destinations. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The research was conducted at the Wayang Windu Panenjoan tourist destination on the people who participated in the development of the Wayang Windu Panenjoan tourist destination and the surrounding community who became respondents with a total of 8 people. The data collection technique is conducted by interview and observation. The steps of data analysis carried out in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. From the research, it was found that the community has reached the top of the ladder in the level of participation, also beyond the stage of passive involvement to play a more active role. The community participates in the form of thoughts, energy, thoughts and energy, expertise, goods, and money, and participates in the form of decision making, implementation, receiving benefits, and evaluation. Community participation in the development of Wayang Windu Panenjoan tourism destinations can encourage people to become more empowered. Not only the people who participated became more empowered, but the people around Wayang Windu Panenjoan also felt a good impact on their survival.

Abstract

The lack of awareness regarding the management of household waste, particularly hazardous and toxic waste, poses a significant threat to environmental pollution. This lack of awareness is exacerbated by the accumulation and mixing of such waste with other categories of household waste. This study aims to mitigate the impact of household waste through an assistance mechanism designed to alter waste management behavior. Employing a quasi-experimental method, the research was conducted within the community of Pasirkaliki Village, North Cimahi. The study revealed significant changes in both the knowledge and behavior of the community towards waste management. Post-intervention, there was a notable increase of 16.6% in the community's knowledge compared to pre-intervention measurements. Furthermore, individuals who initially exhibited poor knowledge of waste types showed a remarkable 55.6% increase in understanding. The enhanced knowledge positively correlated with changes in behavior, evidenced by the increased community agreement on sorting waste based on its categories. This behavioral change was attributed to the intervention, supported by a p-value of 0.002. The results underscore the effectiveness of the assistance provided, which involved identifying community tendencies and employing direct involvement to enable individuals to experience the benefits firsthand through education.

Abstract

The level of literacy in our culture, particularly among students and the broader population, remains significantly deficient. Out of the 250 million people living in Indonesia, the literacy rate does not match that figure. The Indonesian people, as a whole, lacks critical thinking skills, as seen by their frequent acceptance of and belief in false news and unsubstantiated claims. In 2015, the government, namely the Ministry of Education and Culture, advocated for the establishment of literacy village programs and services. This strategic measure is seen very suitable in response to diverse national and international policies, as well as in alignment with a worldwide educational movement aimed at eliminating ignorance and prejudice, one manifestation of which is evident in public discretion. The creation of this literary hamlet is a strategic measure aimed at safeguarding society against the ignorance and scarcity of knowledge. May this literary village operate efficiently and provide significant advantages to the surrounding community. Village Literation, a strategic policy in public education that has been implemented for five years, is a fascinating subject to study and analyze. Its impact on education and training programs, social and cultural life, and community development is particularly noteworthy. This study employs a qualitative descriptive methodology. This research reveals that despite being located in areas with limited resources, the village literacy program has been successful in offering innovative educational services. It has significantly improved the dignity of citizens and empowered the community through the mastery of six fundamental literacies: reading, numeracy, science, digital skills, financial literacy, as well as cultural and citizenship education. Data collecting operations were conducted to investigate the implementation of several literacy village programs and services in many locations, including Tegal District, Kendal District, Sleman District, Bogor District, and Kuningan District.

Abstract

Abstract. The problem of social reintegration for victims of Narcotics, Psychotropics, and other Addictive Substances (NAPZA) involves multidimensional challenges such as social stigma, psychological dependence, and economics. This study aims to analyze and develop a social reintegration model for NAPZA victims by adopting the concept of collaboration as the main framework. The research method used is a literature study that collects and analyzes 22 relevant articles regarding collaborative treatment in the recovery of social reintegration of NAPZA victims at the Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM). Data analysis was carried out using Nvivo software, through steps such as data import, coding, categorization based on main themes, theme analysis to identify patterns and relationships, and data visualization to present findings graphically. The study results indicate that effective communication is at the heart of successful synergy between parties. Good collaboration requires a shared understanding of goals and strategies, as well as recognition of the rights and obligations of each actor. A collaboration-based approach allows for the development of more adaptive and personalized programs, considering the needs and potential of victims. Cross-sector collaboration, such as between health workers, families, and communities, can help victims internalize this new perspective while supporting them in rebuilding a positive social identity. The recommendation from this study is the importance of synergy between the government, community, family, and health workers in creating an ecosystem that supports the recovery of drug victims. A collaborative approach, social reintegration of drug victims can be more effective, allowing them to return to a productive and meaningful life, while reducing the negative impact of drug abuse in society.  Keyword: Collaboration; Social Reintegration; Victims of Drug Abuse. Abstrak. Masalah reintegrasi sosial bagi korban Narkotika, Psikotropika, dan Zat Adiktif lainnya (NAPZA) melibatkan tantangan multidimensi seperti stigma sosial, ketergantungan psikologis, dan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengembangkan model reintegrasi sosial bagi korban NAPZA dengan mengadopsi konsep kolaborasi sebagai kerangka utama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis 22 artikel yang relevan mengenai perlakuan kolaborasi dalam pemulihan reintegrasi sosial korban NAPZA di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak Nvivo, melalui langkah-langkah seperti impor data, pengkodean, kategorisasi berdasarkan tema utama, analisis tema untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan hubungan, serta visualisasi data untuk mempresentasikan temuan secara grafis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi yang efektif merupakan inti dari keberhasilan sinergi antar pihak. Kolaborasi yang baik memerlukan pemahaman bersama tentang tujuan dan strategi, serta pengakuan terhadap hak dan kewajiban masing-masing aktor. Pendekatan berbasis kolaborasi memungkinkan penyusunan program yang lebih adaptif dan personal, dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan dan potensi korban. Kolaborasi lintas sektor, seperti antara tenaga kesehatan, keluarga, dan komunitas, dapat membantu korban menginternalisasi pandangan baru ini, sekaligus mendukung mereka dalam membangun kembali identitas sosial yang positif. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya sinergi antara pemerintah, komunitas, keluarga, dan tenaga kesehatan dalam menciptakan ekosistem yang mendukung pemulihan korban NAPZA. Pendekatan kolaboratif, reintegrasi sosial korban NAPZA dapat berjalan lebih efektif, memungkinkan mereka untuk kembali ke kehidupan yang produktif dan bermakna, sekaligus mengurangi dampak negatif penyalahgunaan NAPZA di masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Kolaborasi; Reintegrasi Sosial; Korban NAPZA.
