Abstract

Studi ini menyasar pemetaan pengaruh likuiditas, leverage, dan profitabilitas terhadap corporate valuation pada sektor healthcare yang listing di BEI selama 2021–2023. Pendekatannya kuantitatif dengan frame positivistik, sampel dipilih purposively: 16 entitas yang melaporkan financial statement lengkap plus laba bersih positif. Variabel eksogen diwakili oleh Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Return on Assets (ROA); variabel endogen diwakili Price to Book Value (PBV). Analisisnya mengombinasikan deskriptif statistik, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear multiple, beserta uji signifikansi parsial & simultan. Temuan menunjukkan CR dan DER nihil kontribusi signifikan terhadap PBV, sedangkan ROA memancarkan efek positif bermakna. Implikasi: perusahaan dapat menjustifikasi kebijakan value-enhancing, sekaligus menyediakan blueprint untuk studi lanjutan dengan horizon waktu lebih panjang dan eksplorasi variabel tambahan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Likuiditas, Profitabilitas dan Solvabilitas Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen Pada Perusahaan Transportasi dan Logistik yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2021-2023. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan pada tahun 2021-2023 yang diperoleh dari web resmi www.idx.co.id dan melalui web Perusahaan. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Likuiditas yang diukur menggunakan Current Ratio (CR), Profitabilitas yang diukur menggunakan Return on Assets (ROA) dan Solvabilitas yang diukur menggunakan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen yang diukur menggunakan Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) Pada Perusahaan Transportasi dan Logistik yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2021-2023.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) dan Social Influence terhadap Impulsive Buying yang dimediasi oleh variabel Tren Produk dalam e-commerce di Solo Raya. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat yang berdomisili di wilayah Solo Raya. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah dua ratus responden dengan kriteria konsumen e-commerce aktif dan berdomisili di wilayah Solo Raya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data yaitu data primer yang didapat melalui pengisian kuesioner yang disebar melalui Google Form. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) terhadap Tren Produk dalam e-commerce, adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Social Influence terhadap Tren Produk dalam e-commerce, adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Tren Produk terhadap Impulsive Buying dalam e-commerce, adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) terhadap Impulsive Buying melalui Tren Produk sebagai variabel mediasi, adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Social Influence terhadap Impulsive Buying melalui Tren Produk sebagai variabel mediasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada pengujian keterkaitan antara rasio keuangan, yaitu Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Return on Assets (ROA), dengan tingkat Financial Distress pada PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk (Sritex). Penelitian dilaksanakan menerapkan metodologi kuantitatif dengan rancangan asosiatif-kausal. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan sumber data sekunder yang dihimpun melalui laporan keuangan perusahaan dengan periode pelaporan setiap triwulan. Penilaian Financial Distress dilakukan melalui penerapan metode Altman Z-Score, sedangkan hubungan antarvariabel dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda setelah seluruh asumsi klasik terpenuhi. Berdasarkan uji statistik yang dilakukan, variabel likuiditas yang diukur melalui Current Ratio terbukti tidak memberikan dampak yang bermakna secara statistik terhadap kondisi kesulitan keuangan/financial distress. Sebaliknya, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Return on Assets sebagai indikator solvabilitas dan profitabilitas terbukti berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Financial Distress, yang menandakan bahwa perbaikan struktur permodalan serta peningkatan kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba berkontribusi terhadap penurunan risiko kesulitan keuangan. Melalui pengujian secara simultan, ditemukan bahwa variabel Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Return on Assets (ROA) memberikan pengaruh signifikan secara statistik terhadap prediksi kondisi financial distress perusahaan. Output ini memberikan penguatan secara teoretis mengenai relevansi rasio keuangan sebagai alat prediksi kondisi keuangan perusahaan serta implikasi praktis bagi manajemen dan investor dalam menentukan arah kebijakan dan pengambilan keputusan strategis. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of promotional content, online customer reviews, and online customer ratings on purchasing decisions for Skintific cosmetic products on the Shopee e-commerce platform in the Soloraya region. A quantitative approach with a descriptive design was used, and the sample consisted of 150 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through an online questionnaire using the Likert scale to measure respondents' perceptions of the variables under investigation. The results indicate that promotional content has a positive but insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, while online customer reviews and online customer ratings have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The study recommends adding variables such as brand image and influencer marketing and maintaining the quality of Skintific products to sustain consumer interest.

Abstract

This research endeavors to examine the soundness level of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk during the time frame of 2022–2024 utilizing the CAMEL framework, which encompasses Capital, Asset Quality, Management, Earnings, and Liquidity. The study adopts a quantitative descriptive methodology, employing secondary data procured from the annual financial statements disseminated by PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk and the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical process involves the computation of essential financial ratios, such as the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), subsequently followed by trend analysis and juxtaposition with the soundness benchmarks delineated by Bank Indonesia. The findings reveal that PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk consistently sustained a condition classified as healthy to very healthy throughout the duration of the study. The CAR ratio consistently surpassed the regulatory minimum, signifying robust capital adequacy. Asset quality exhibited a progressive enhancement, as evidenced by a persistent reduction in the NPF ratio. The performance of management and profitability demonstrated favorable trajectories, as indicated by the rising NPM and declining BOPO ratios, which denote improved operational efficiency. Regarding liquidity, the FDR ratio remained within acceptable thresholds, reflecting effective intermediation while preserving liquidity stability. In summary, the results indicate that PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk showcased stable financial performance and reinforced soundness across all CAMEL dimensions throughout the period of 2022–2024.

Abstract

Purpose: his study aims to analyse the influence of Social Media Marketing and Brand Image on Purchase Decisions, with Purchase Intention as a mediating variable, in the context of Cilok Umi Asih consumers in Nganjuk, East Java.Methodology: The research employed a quantitative approach using primary data collected through an online questionnaire distributed to consumers who had been exposed to the brand’s social media promotions. A total of 150 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. Data were analysed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) method through SmartPLS.Results: The findings reveal that Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention. Brand Image also shows a positive and significant influence on Purchase Intention. However, Purchase Intention does not significantly affect Purchase Decisions. Similarly, the indirect effects of Social Media Marketing and Brand Image on Purchase Decisions through Purchase Intention were found to be insignificant.Applications/Originality/Value: This study provides empirical evidence on the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies for micro businesses, particularly in the culinary sector. The findings highlight the importance of strengthening brand image and optimising social media content to enhance consumer engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and obtain empirical evidence about the influence of Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Company Size on Profitability in Banking Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021-2023. This study is a quantitative study using secondary data in the form of annual reports of banking companies. The technique used in sampling in this study is purposive sampling. The data analysis techniques used are classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that good corporate governance has a negative and significant effect on the profitability of banking companies, while corporate social responsibility and company size have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the positive and significant influence of sales volume, selling price, and production costs partially and simultaneously on the net profit of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for the 2021-2023 period. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The research subject is PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for the 2021-2023 period. The data used is secondary data in the form of quarterly financial reports for 2021-2023 obtained from documentation techniques. The sampling technique in this study uses non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using SPSS. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant influence between sales volume on net profit, a positive and significant influence between selling price on net profit, a positive and significant influence between production costs on net profit, and a simultaneous influence of sales volume, selling price, and production costs on net profit.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial performance, capital structure and company size on company value, with a case study of Manufacturing Industry Companies for the 2021-2023 Period. The methodology used in this study is a quantitative approach by utilizing secondary data in the form of annual financial statements of the company obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and other supporting sources. Sampling in this study used a non-probability technique (purposive sampling), so that 18 sharia manufacturing companies that met the research criteria were obtained. The analysis was performed using SPSS software. The results of the study show that financial performance (X1) has a significant influence on the Company's value, so H1 is accepted. On the other hand, the capital structure and size of the company have no significant effect on the value of the company, so H2 and H3 are rejected.
