Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi kurikulum di SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono Kabupaten Boyolali pada tahun 2024 berdasarkan empat aspek: context, input, process, dan product. Metode yang digunakan adalah evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi terdiri dari 85 guru, 12 tenaga kependidikan, dan 1062 peserta didik, dengan sampel yang diambil secara stratified random sampling (39 guru, 11 tenaga kependidikan, dan 91 peserta didik). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi, sementara keabsahan data diuji melalui validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Aspek context memperoleh nilai 3,96 (Baik), dengan penilaian guru 3,66 (Baik) dan tenaga kependidikan 4,26 (Sangat Baik); 2) Aspek input memperoleh nilai 3,82 (Baik), dengan penilaian guru 3,74 (Baik), tenaga kependidikan 4,23 (Sangat Baik), dan peserta didik 3,80 (Baik); 3) Aspek process memperoleh nilai 3,99 (Baik), dengan penilaian guru 3,77 (Baik), tenaga kependidikan 4,36 (Sangat Baik), dan peserta didik 3,85 (Baik); 4) Aspek product memperoleh nilai 3,91 (Baik), dengan penilaian guru 3,48 (Baik), tenaga kependidikan 4,36 (Sangat Baik), dan peserta didik 3,88 (Baik). Secara keseluruhan, implementasi kurikulum di SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono dinilai baik pada semua aspek.

Abstract

Community service is an implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education aimed at enhancing students’ social awareness and sensitivity toward their surroundings. Conducted by students of the Faculty of Islamic Studies (FAI) at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta through direct engagement with local communities, this program applies a participatory approach involving four stages: observation, planning, implementation, and evaluation–reflection. The results show that student participation effectively fosters social consciousness by strengthening empathy, concern, and social responsibility. Moreover, the program reinforces relationships between students and the community across the fields of education, economics, and health while internalizing Islamic values that help shape moral, empathetic, and integrity-driven character.

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the use of the wheel model evaluation in outing class activitiesto improve children's religious and moral learning outcomes. The research methodused is a literature study. The results of the study indicate that the use of the wheel model evaluation in outing class activities provides a strong and flexible framework that significantly improves learning outcomes. Its success is highly dependent oncareful implementation, adequate planning, and the integration of assessment methodsthat are in line with the objectives of the activities outside the classroom.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to conceptually analyze the validity of authentic assessment instruments based on Islamic values in the context of the evaluation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in the contemporary era. Methodology: This study adopted a library research approach with a conceptual–descriptive design to construct a theoretical understanding of Islamic validity in authentic assessment. Data sources consisted of primary Islamic classical texts and secondary contemporary literature on validity, authentic assessment, and Islamic education, selected from peer-reviewed publications indexed in Scopus, Google Scholar, and DOAJ (2019–2025). The analysis involved systematic identification, screening, thematic categorization, and synthesis of the literature to integrate modern validity theory with the Islamic values of sidq, ‘adl, and amanah. The study applied theoretical triangulation to ensure credibility, resulting in an integrative conceptual model that links empirical, interpretive, and ethical spiritual dimensions of assessment validity. Results: The results of the study show that validity in PAI must be understood as a unity between scientific validity and moral validity based on the values of sidq (honesty), 'adl (justice), and amanah (responsibility). The integration of Islamic values in assessment instruments can be carried out through three approaches, namely epistemological (intention to seek truth), methodological (justice in procedures), and axiological (use of results for the benefit). Applications/Originality/Value: This study proposes an original three-dimensional Islamic Validity model—empirical, interpretive, and spiritual—that extends contemporary validity theory by integrating Islamic ethical values. The model can be applied in designing authentic and ethically responsible digital assessments in PAI. By addressing ethical challenges in assessment digitization and strengthening students’ character, this research contributes to a scientifically valid, socially just, and spiritually meaningful evaluation paradigm aligned with 21st-century learning.

Abstract

Objective and transparent grading remains a critical challenge within educational evaluation system, particularly in contexts where inconsistency, subjectivitiy, and unclear assessment standards affect students' motivation and academic fairness. This study explores the urgency of objective score processing in education by examining teachers’ understanding and practices related to scale selection, score distribution, and standardized assessment criteria. Using a qualitative research design, data were collected through in depth interviews, observations, and documentation analysis in several senior high schools. Thematic analysis was employed to identify patterns in how educators interpret and implement objective grading principles. Findings indicate that while teachers recognize the importance of objective evaluation, variations in understanding of measurement scale (nominal, ordinal, interval, ratio), limited use of score distribution analysis, and inconsistent application of assessment standards contribute to discrepancies in grading outcomes. These inconsistencies often impact students’ perceptions of fairness and may influence learning motivation. Furthermore, the study highlights structural challenges such as lack of professional training, minimal feedback mechanisms, and limited technological integration in score processing. This research underscores the need for systematic professional development and standardized assessment frameworks to promote fairness, validity, and accountability in educational evaluation. The study also suggests integrating statistical tools and digital assessment platforms as strategies to enhance objectivity and transparency

Abstract

Program pembelajaran Al-Qur’an merupakan komponen utama dalam pendidikan dasar Islam yang menuntut pengelolaan sistematis dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari program pendidikan Al-Qur’an metode Ummi di SDIT Insan Kamil Karanganyar menggunakan model Context, Input, Process, dan Product (CIPP), dengan fokus evaluasi pada jenjang bawah (kelas 1–3) sebagai fase krusial pembentukan kemampuan dasar membaca Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif evaluatif dengan subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, koordinator program, guru Al-Qur’an, peserta didik jenjang bawah, serta dokumen pendukung pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi intensif selama satu bulan, dan studi dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara konteks, program relevan dengan kebutuhan peserta didik dan visi sekolah. Dari aspek input, program didukung oleh kompetensi guru tersertifikasi, kurikulum Ummi yang terstruktur, dan sarana pendukung yang memadai. Pada aspek proses, pelaksanaan pembelajaran berjalan konsisten sesuai standar operasional prosedur Ummi, meskipun terdapat keterbatasan alokasi waktu. Dari aspek produk, capaian bacaan dan hafalan peserta menaikkan level bawah umumnya sesuai dengan target program, dengan variasi capaian yang dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan awal dan intensitas latihan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa program pembelajaran Al-Qur’an metode Ummi layak dan efektif untuk dilanjutkan dengan penguatan pada waktu penutupan dan sistem evaluasi internal.
