Abstract

Penyebaran covid-19 menjadi latar belakang dalam penelitian ini. Akibat dari pandemi menyebabkan seluruh masyarakat harus social distancing termasuk pada proses pembelajaran yang pelaksanaannya secara daring atau dalam jaringan.Dengan menerapkan pembelajaran daring perlu dilakukan penelitian bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap kemampuan kognitif siswa di SMP Padamu Negeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh dari pembelajaran daring terhadap kemampuan kognitif siswa pada materi pencemaran lingkungan kelas VII SMP Padamu Negeri T.A 2020/2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan melakukan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Padamu Negeri yang berjumlah 50 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket, tes, dan dokumentasi. Untuk teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran daring yang dilaksanakan di kelas VII-2 SMP Padamu Negeri pada materi pencemaran lingkungan T.A 2020/2021 diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 69,80. Sedangkan kemampuan kognitif siswa pada materi pencemaran lingkungan T.A 2020/2021 memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 50,35. Berdasarkan dari hasil uji regresi linear sederhana disimpulkan bahwa nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,524 atau senilai dengan 40% yang artinya pembelajaran daring mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 40% terhadap kemampuan kognitif siswa dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Adapun nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,0001 yang dimana nilai ini lebih kecil dari alpha sebesar 0,05. Berdasarkan data tersebut disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran daring berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan kognitif siswa. Ketika Sig<0,05 maka Ha dapat diterima sedangkan H0 ditolak. Dimana Ha yaitu pembelajaran daring berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan kognitif siswa dan H0 yaitu pembelajaran daring tidak berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan kognitif siswa.

Abstract

The spread of COVID-19 is the background in this study. As a result of the pandemic, it is necessary for the entire community to have social distancing, including the learning process which is carried out online or in a network. By applying online learning, it is necessary to conduct research on how it affects the cognitive abilities of students at SMP Padamu Negeri. This study aims to determine the effect of online learning on students' cognitive abilities on environmental pollution material for class VII SMP Padamu Negeri T.A 2020/2021. This research is a descriptive research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of class VII SMP Padamu Negeri totaling 50 students. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, tests, and documentation. For data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive analysis. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that online learning carried out in class VII-2 SMP Padamu Negeri on environmental pollution material for T.A 2020/2021 obtained an average value of 69.80. Meanwhile, students' cognitive abilities in the environmental pollution material in the 2020/2021 academic year have an average value of 50.35. Based on the results of a simple linear regression test, it was concluded that the coefficient of determination was 0.524 or equal to 40%, which means that online learning has an influence of 40% on students' cognitive abilities and the rest is influenced by other factors. The significance value obtained is 0.0001 which is smaller than the alpha of 0.05. Based on these data, it can be concluded that online learning has an effect on students' cognitive abilities. When Sig < 0.05 then Ha can be accepted while H0 is rejected. Where Ha is online learning has a significant effect on students' cognitive abilities and H0 is online learning has no effect on students' cognitive abilities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the sfae type cooperative learning model (student facilitator and explaining) on student learning outcomes in theme 3 grade IV SD Negeri 060911 Medan T.A 2021/2022. This type of research is an experiment using a quantitative approach. This study uses a nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study were all fourth grade students of SD Negeri 060911 Medan. The sample of this research is the students of class IVb as the experimental class totaling 23 students and class IVc students as the control class totaling 25 students. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the average student learning outcomes after being given action in the experimental class was 81.30 while in the control class it was 72.56. The results of the pre-test and post-test for the experimental class and control class were normally distributed with the scores in the experimental class Pre-Test Lcount = 0.135 Ltable 0.182 and in the Post-Test Test results Lcount = 0.173 Ltable 0.182 while in the Pre-Test control class The test is Lcount = 0.124 Ltable 0.176 and the Post-Test results show that Lcount = 0.137 Ltable 0.178. For the pre-test homogeneity test Fcount = 1.756 Ftable = 2.14 and post-test homogeneity test with a significant level = 0.05. Data were analyzed by hypothesis testing using T-test with a significant level of = 0.05. From the results of hypothesis testing, it is obtained that tcount > ttable is 4.216 > 2.158 at the level of = 0.05. Therefore, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that "There is a significant positive effect between the use of the SFaE (Student Facilitator and Explaining) Cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes in theme 3 class IV SD Negeri 060911 Medan T.A 2021/2022 " From the results of data analysis, it was concluded that the cooperative learning model type SFaE (Student Facilitator and Explaining) had an effect on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Science learning requires a contextual and creative approach that enables students to actively engage in understanding scientific concepts. One of the key strategies to achieve meaningful learning is through the use of innovative instructional media. This community service activity aimed to improve the capacity of elementary science teachers in Central Tapanuli Regency in designing and utilizing relevant and effective instructional media. The activity was carried out through interactive lectures, hands-on practice, as well as discussion and simulation sessions on media implementation. The results showed that teachers experienced improvements in conceptual understanding, technical skills, and their enthusiasm for innovation. Teachers successfully created various instructional media such as educational games, simple models made from recycled materials, and digital media using interactive PowerPoint. This activity had a positive impact on strengthening teachers' professional competencies and fostering a collaborative culture, along with increased awareness of the importance of publishing innovative educational products. The recommendation from this activity is the need for continuous mentoring and replication of the program in other regions to expand the benefits of systematic teacher capacity development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Kahoot technology media on student learning outcomes in the IPAS subject for Grade V at SD Negeri 091374 Naga Saribu during the 2024/2025 academic year. The research method employed is an experimental method with a quantitative research type. To obtain the necessary data, a test instrument consisting of 25 questions was used. The research sample comprised 21 students, selected using a saturated sampling technique. To assess the students' initial abilities, a Pre-Test was conducted, yielding an average score of 42.9, which falls into the 'low' category. The Post-Test results showed an improvement from the Pre-Test, with the students' average score reaching 80.38, categorized as 'good'. It can be stated that the level of student learning success increased, as evidenced by the correlation coefficient test results, where the calculated r-value (r_hitung) was greater than or equal to the table r-value (r_tabel), with results of 0.617 ≥ 0.413. Furthermore, hypothesis testing comparing the calculated t-value (t_hitung) to the table t-value (t_tabel) yielded t_hitung = 3.419 and t_tabel = 1.720. Since t_hitung ≥ t_tabel (3.419 ≥ 1.720), the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Through this t-test, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive influence of Kahoot Technology Media (X) on student learning outcomes (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Picture and Picture type cooperative learning model assisted by Wordwall media on student learning outcomes in the subject of IPA class IV at UPT SPF SDN 101826 Tuntungan in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The background of this study is based on the low learning outcomes of students caused by the use of conventional learning methods that do not involve student activity. The method used is quantitative research with a one group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study was 26 fourth grade students. The information collection technique was carried out through tests and questionnaires. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant increase in student learning outcomes after the application of the Picture and Picture cooperative model assisted by Wordwall. This is evidenced by the average posttest score of 83.58 which is higher with a very good category compared to the pretest of 51.84 with a less category. It can be said that the level of success of student learning outcomes has increased with the results of the correlation coefficient test calculation obtained r_count ≥r_tabel with a result of 0.875≥ 0.388. then hypothesis testing compares the value of obtained the t_count ≥t table with results of 8.857 while t_table = 1.706 because Because t_count ≥t_table (8.857 ≥ 1.706) then H_a is accepted and H_o is rejected. Through the t-test it can be concluded that there is a significant positive influence between the cooperative learning model of the picture and picture type assisted by wordwall media (X) on student learning outcomes (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the brainstorming learning method on the learning outcomes of fourth grade Pancasila Education students at SD Negeri 106146 Muliorejo Learning Year 2024/2025. The research method used is quantitative with a pre-experimental approach using a one group pretest-posttest design. Data collection techniques were carried out through tests, questionnaires, and documentation. Data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially with the help of SPSS, through normality test, correlation test, and t-test. The results showed that there was an increase in learning outcomes after the implementation of the brainstorming method. This proves that the brainstorming learning method has a positive effect on Pancasila Education learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together (NHT) terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SDN 060935 Medan Johor Tahun Pembelajaran 2024/2025. Latar belakang penelitian ini berdasarkan rendahnya hasil belajar siswa yang belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) dengan persentase ketuntasan hanya 40%, serta kurangnya keaktifan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen menggunakan desain one group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 siswa yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa tes dan angket. Hasil pretest menunjukkan nilai rata-rata siswa sebesar 56,00, sedangkan hasil posttest meningkat menjadi 72,00. Berdasarkan uji normalitas, data terdistribusi normal. Hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi diperoleh nilai rhitung sebesar 0,618 yang lebih besar dari rtabel 0,361, yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang kuat antara model NHT dan hasil belajar siswa. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t menunjukkan bahwa thitung sebesar 4,211 lebih besar dari ttabel 1,701, sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SDN 060935 Medan Johor

Abstract

The researcher aims to determine the Effect of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) Cooperative Learning Model on Student Learning Outcomes in Mathematics Subjects of Class III of SDN 066039 Medan Marelan in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. This study uses a quantitative method with a One- group Pretest-Posttest research design. The sample used was in class III totaling 26 students. The results of this study indicate that the average pretest score of students was 51.53, which is in the less category and increased to 79,15 in the posttest, which is in the good category. It can be said that the level of success of student learning outcomes has increased as evidenced by the results of the correlation calculation obtained. The results of the correlation coefficient test obtained rcount (0.800) ≥ rtable (0.3739). Furthermore, the hypothesis test compares the tcount value ≥ ttable. The value of tcount = 6,543 while ttable = 2.064 because tcount ≥ ttable (6,543 ≥ 2.064) then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Through the test, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive influence between the Teams Games Tournament learning model (X) on student learning outcomes (Y).

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that aims to understand the phenomena of elementary mathematics learning outcomes. The resulting data is presented in the form of numbers described in the description. Research using the observation method was conducted on mathematics learning outcomes in grades III and grade V of elementary schools spread across three districts/cities in North Sumatra Province. To understand students' errors and misconceptions is essential for the effective teaching and learning of mathematics. It is important for teachers to approach student mistakes in a constructive way, helping students understand their mistakes and learn from them. Research has been conducted to investigate patterns of student misunderstandings, errors, and misunderstandings across educational systems, grade levels, gender, and time. Several case studies of mathematics subjects in elementary schools in North Sumatra Province became the main focus of the North Sumatra Education Office so that they held improvement and development activities for Chemistry, Biology, Physics and Mathematics subjects in 2022. The conclusion showed that only three grades III fulfilled and 1 class V that meets above the value of 70.
