Abstract

Abstract This research is a type of quantitative research. Where the population in this study was used as a sample using a saturated sample with a population of 75 respondents. By collecting data using the Correlation method, it aims to determine the partial influence between the variables of Work Environment, Motivation, and Organizational Culture on Employee Work Commitment. The Work Environment has a partial positive and significant influence on Work Commitment. Motivation does not have a partially significant effect on Work Commitment. Organizational Culture has a partially positive and significant influence on Work Commitment. The results of the Coefficient of Determination concluded that the magnitude of the influence of the variables Work Environment, Motivation, Organizational Culture on Work Commitment, with the rest influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study Keywords: Work Environment, Motivati on, and Organizational Culture towards Work Commitment

Abstract

Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh harga, kelengkapan produk, dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Dhogvape Malang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 pembeli di Dhogvape Malang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data kuantitatif yang menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian secara parsial, variabel kelengkapan produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Dhogvape Malang, sedangkan variabel harga dan lokasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Dhogvape Malang. Kata Kunci: Harga, Kelengkapan Produk, Lokasi, Dan Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived food quality, consumer trust, consumer satisfaction, and product innovation on repurchase intention in consumers of Mie Horor Kepanjen. The sampling technique using purposive sampling obtained a sample of 90 respondents. Data collection method using questionnaires. The data analysis technique carried out in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously perceived food quality, consumer trust, consumer satisfaction, and product innovation towards repurchase intention in consumers of Mie Horor Kepanjen. In addition, this study shows that partially perceived food quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention in consumers of Mie Horor Kepanjen. However, partially consumer confidence, consumer satisfaction, and product innovation have a positive but not significant effect on the repurchase intention of Mie Horor Kepanjen consumers. Keywords: Perceived Food Quality, Consumer Trust, Consumer Satisfaction, And Product Innovation, Repurchase Intention.

Abstract This examine goals to decide and examine the impact of Islamic management and religious subculture on employee performance thru task pleasure as an intervening at PT. Sidogiri Mitra Utama. This studies is informal associative research the usage of a quantitative approach. The pattern of this observe used a saturated pattern, particularly eployees of PT. Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to see the impact of the Halal Logo, Word of Mouth, and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions for Mie Kober at the Soekarno Hatta branch. The population in this research are consumers who have made purchases at Mie Kober Soekarno Hatta branch with a sample size of 64 people, using the purposive sampling method. The data collection technique used in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. Research data was analyzed using IBM SPSS software. The research results show that simultaneously the Halal Logo, Word of Mouth, and Halal Logo have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. The Halal Logo has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions. Word of Mouth does not have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine and assess the influence of capital availability, educational background and environment on entrepreneurial decisions, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were MSMEs in Malang City using 100 samples. In this research, questionnaires were used as a data collection method. The results of this research show that 1) Availability of capital has a significant influence on MSME entrepreneurial decisions in Malang City. 2) Educational background has a significant influence on MSME entrepreneurial decisions in Malang City. 3) The environment has a significant influence on MSME entrepreneurial decisions in Malang City. 4) Availability of capital, educational background and environment simultaneously influence MSME entrepreneurial decisions in Malang City. Keywords: Availability of Capital, Educational Background, Environment, Entrepreneurial Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine "the influence of incentives, work environment, work discipline, and work training on employee performance at PT Trisakti Purwosari Makmur Pasuruan". This research uses quantitative research methods using a questionnaire with a 1-5 Likert scale. The population in this study were all secondary department employees of PT Trisakti Purwosari Makmur. The sampling method used was saturated sampling, with a total of 82 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination tests. The collected data was analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics software. The results of simultaneous testing of the influence of incentives, work environment, work discipline and work training have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The results of partial testing indicate that incentives, work discipline and work training have an effect on employee performance, while the work environment does not have an effect on employee performance. Keywords: Incentives, Work Environment, Work Discipline, Job Training, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstrak This research is motivated by the emergence of the very rapid phenomenon of mobile phone domination in Indonesia. Apart from that, the level of intense competition in various cellphone product categories based on technological advances has led to the emergence of several quite interesting phenomena which encourage consumers to buy iPhones which are currently in demand on the market according to the product they want. This research uses the gap phenomenon, the problem studied in this research is whether brand image, brand awareness and product quality influence purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of brand image, brand awareness and product quality on purchasing decisions among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The population in this study was a sample size of 975 with a sample of 91 respondents using snowball sampling. The data used is multiple regression analysis. The research results showed that brand image, brand awareness and product quality simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. The conclusion from this research is that brand image and brand awareness partially influence purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the impact of social media marketing, guerrilla marketing, influencer reviews, and e-service quality on the purchasing decisions of Ventela shoes at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Islam Malang. This research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method. The population of the study consists of Ventela shoe users at the faculty, with a sample determined using Malhotra's formula, totaling 135 participants through purposive sampling. Primary data was collected by distributing questionnaires to students who met the criteria, namely those who have purchased Ventela shoes. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that the Adjusted R Square is 51.6%, which means that the variables of social media marketing (X1), guerrilla marketing (X2), influencer reviews (X3), and e-service quality (X4) explain 51.6% of the variability in purchasing decisions, while the remaining 48.4% is explained by other factors outside the research model.The conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) Social media marketing, guerrilla marketing, influencer reviews, and e-service quality simultaneously have a significant impact on the purchasing decisions of Ventela shoes; (2) Social media marketing, guerrilla marketing, influencer reviews, and e-service quality each have a significant effect on the purchasing decisions of Ventela shoes.
