Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at PT. PLTD Persero Sapudi Madura. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, communication, motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative research. Primary data sources were obtained from questionnaire data measured using a Likert scale. The population in this study were employees of PT. PLTD Persero Sapudi Madura totaling 50 employees, then the number of samples was taken using the saturated sampling method. The results of this study indicate that 1) Leadership style, communication, motivation and work discipline simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT. PLTD Persero Sapudi Madura. 2) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. PLTD Persero Sapudi Madura. 3) Communication has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. PLTD Persero Sapudi Madura. 4) Motivation does not have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. PLTD Persero Sapudi Madura. 5) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

Abstract This research seeks to analyze the influence of the work environment, job stress, and motivation on employee productivity in Verpak SKT division at PT Karyamega Putra Mandiri. A quantitative approach was employed, using non-probability sampling to select 72 employees as respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS 25 software. The hypothesis test was performed the F-test to evaluate simultaneous effects and partial effects use t-test. The study findings reveal that simultaneously, the work environment, job stress, and motivation have a significant influence on employee productivity. Partially, each variable work environment, job stress, and motivation also significantly affects employee productivity. These findings emphasize the importance of creating a conducive work environment, effectively managing job stress, and providing appropriate motivation to enhance employee productivity. Keywords: Work Environment, Job Stress, Motivation, Employee Productivity

Abstract

Abstract The study seeks to examine the effect of Customer Experience, Personalization, Customer Engagement, and Online Customer Review on customer loyalty of Wardah cosmetics in Malang City. The study method use quantitative approach purposive sampling, resulting in 100 respondents who are TikTok users. The data collected were analyzed through linear regression, and hypothesis test performed through F and t test. The findings indicate that, simultaneously, Customer Experience, Personalization, Customer Engagement, and Online Customer Review significantly influence customer loyalty. Partially, each of these independent variables also has a significant impact on customer loyalty to Wardah cosmetics. These results suggest that a positive customer experience, personalized services, strong customer engagement, and favorable online customer reviews can enhance customer loyalty.. Keywords: Customer Experience, Personalization, Customer Engagement, Online Customer Review, Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine whether the influence of green product knowledge, lifestyle, hedonic shopping motivation and environmental awareness on brand loyalty in users of The Body Shop in Malang City. This type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were users of The Body Shop in Malang City who had purchased The Body Shop products. The sample used was 95 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Data analysis using validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression analysis, F test (simultaneous), t test (partial), and the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2), through SPSS 25 tools. The results showed that the green product knowledge variable partially influenced brand loyalty. Lifestyle variables partially affect brand loyalty. Hedonic shopping motivation variable partially affects brand loyalty. The enviromental awareness variable partially affects brand loyalty. Green product knowledge, lifestyle, hedonic shopping motivation and enviromental awareness variables simultaneously affect brand loyalty.  Keywords: Green Product Knowledge, Lifestyle, Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Environmental Awareness, Brand Loyalty

Abstract

Dalam negara berkembang semua masyarakatnya bisa dikatakan sejahtera manakala tingkat kemiskinanya rendah. Adanya bantuan sosial di tiap kota di Indonesia bisa meminimalisir kemiskinan pada suatu masyarakat. Di Jember adalah salah satu kota di Indonesia yang masyarakatnya bisa dikatakan tingkat kemiskinannya bisa rendah karena dengan adanya bantuan sosial yang diberikan oleh Pemerintah maupun Dinas Sosial. Masyarakat Jember yang tergolong dalam katagori ketidakmampuan dalam hal memenuhi kehidupan sehari-harinya akan diberikan bantuan sosial untuk meminimalisir kemiskinan. Efektivitas dalam penyaluran bantuan sosial sangatlah penting sekali, supaya bantuan yang disalurkan tersebut tidak salah sasaran dalam artian tepat kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkan bantuan sosial tersebut. Progaram bantuan sosial ini bertujuan untuk meminimalisir kemiskinan yang ada pada masyarakat Jember. Metode dalam pengabdian ini menggunakan motede pendekatan partisipatif dan community development yang mana dapat membantu memahami kebutuhan masyarakat. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya bantuan sosial yang diberikan oleh Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Jember kepada masyarakat jember bisa meminimalisir tingkat kemiskinan yang ada.

Abstract

Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah merupakan Bank milik Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah bersama-sama dengan Pemerintah Kota/Kabupaten Se-Jawa Tengah. Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi pengarsipan di Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah memerlukan digitalisasi dalam hal pengarsipan data. Pengarsipan data adalah proses memindahkan data yang tidak aktif lagi digunakan ke perangkat penyimpanan terpisah untuk jangka panjang. Data arsip terdiri dari data lama, serta data yang harus dipertahankan untuk kepatuhan terhadap peraturan. Arsip data diindeks dan memiliki kemampuan pencarian sehingga file dan bagian file dapat dengan mudah ditemukan dan diambil. Backup data digunakan sebagai mekanisme pemulihan data yang bisa digunakan untuk mengembalikan data jika rusak atau hancur. Sebaliknya, arsip data melindungi informasi lama yang tidak diperlukan untuk operasi sehari-hari namun mungkin harus diakses sesekali. Arsip data berfungsi untuk mengurangi konsumsi penyimpanan primer dan biaya terkait, daripada bertindak sebagai mekanisme pemulihan data. Beberapa arsip data memperlakukan data sebagai read-only untuk melindunginya dari modifikasi, sedangkan data lain produk pengarsipan memperlakukan data sebagai read / write. Dengan dibangunnya e-Arsip pada PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah (Bank Jateng) diharapkan di kemudian hari untuk proses pencarian dan penyimpanan data dapat dilakukan dengan mudah, sehingga dapat menghemat waktu dan tenaga pada proses pencarian arsip.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to test and explain the influence of price promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach which uses the maholtra formula to detemine the sample because the population is still not known for sure, seeing from the results of the maholtra dormula calculation the sample size is 80.This study uses a testing tool called spss. the test results on spss show that the t-test of the price promotion and product quality variables shows a value smaller than 0.05 so that it can be concluded that the price promotion and product quality variables have an effect on purchasing decisions and vice versa the f test also shows the same results of the price, promotion and product quality variables simultaneously affect purchasing decisions. Keywords : Price, Promotion, Product Quality, Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract The rapid development of the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia presents challenges and opportunities for Islamic banks, including Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), in increasing customer loyalty. In this context, spiritual marketing, sharia compliance, customer experience, and banking digitalization are the main factors that can influence customer loyalty. This study aims to analyze the influence of these four variables on BSI customer loyalty. A quantitative approach was used with purposive sampling and accidental sampling techniques. The number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 100 respondents. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires to BSI customers and analyzed using SPSS. The analysis methods applied include validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination (R²) test. The results showed that spiritual marketing, sharia compliance, customer experience, and banking digitalization significantly affect customer loyalty. These findings confirm that a spiritual value-based marketing approach, compliance with sharia principles, good customer experience, and optimization of banking digitalization play an important role in increasing BSI customer loyalty.This research provides valuable insights for BSI management in designing more effective marketing and service strategies. By improving the quality of spiritual marketing, strengthening compliance with sharia principles, optimizing customer experience, and utilizing digital technology, it is hoped that customer loyalty can continue to be improved. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of customer experience and customer value on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a mediation in Salama Meat Shop. The sampling technique used was to use the malhotra formula so that a sample of 80 respondents was obtained. The sampling technique used in this study by distributing questionnaires to Salama Meat Shop customers offline and online with a minimum of 2 purchases with the data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The data analysis methods used are measurement model or outer model test, validity test, reliability test, structural model test or inner model, using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study show that customer experience and customer value have a significant effect on customer loyalty. However, customer satisfaction does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty so that customer satisfaction cannot mediate customer experience and customer value to customer loyalty. Keywords: Customer Experience, Customer Value, Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract The development of digital technology has driven the growth of e-commerce in Indonesia, with Shopee as one of the leading platforms. One of the cosmetic Brands that has expanded through e-commerce is PinkFlash. This research seeks to examine the impact the influence of Live Streaming, online customer reviews, cashback promotions, and flash sales discounts on consumer purchasing decisions purchase intention for the  PinkFlash Brand on the Shopee application. This research employs a quantitative method with an explanatory research approach. The sample consists of students from Universitas Islam Malang who have purchased PinkFlash products on Shopee, with a total of 90 respondents. The sampling technique used is proportional sampling, and data is collected through questionnaires analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that, simultaneously, Live Streaming, online customer Reviews, cashback promotions, and discount flash sales significantly influence purchase intention. Partially, the features of Live Streaming and online customer reviews have a noteworthy and positive impact on purchase intention, while cashback promotions and discount flash sales also contribute to increasing consumer attraction to PinkFlash products.
