Abstract

Abstract The importance of effective marketing strategies and innovation in the beauty industry which continues to change and compete rapidly means that top brands must always follow the latest trends and continue to innovate to remain relevant in an increasingly dynamic market. This study identifies the relationship between proactive marketing strategies and purchasing decisions. consumer. This research aims to analyze and describe the influence of Social Media Marketing, Event Sponsorship, Flash Sale, and Packaging on Purchase Decisions for Pinkflsah Products in Malang City. The population in this study were residents of Malang City with a sample size of 100 people, using the Slovin formula and using the proportional sampling method. The data collection technique used in this research was by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. Research data uses SPSS 25. The results of this research show that simultaneously Social Media Marketing, Event Sponsorship, Event Sponsorship, Flash Sale, and Packaging have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Social Media Marketing has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Event Sponsorship has no significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Flash Sale has no significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Packaging has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions Keywords: Social Media Marketing, Event Sponsorship, Flash Sale, Packaging, Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of YouTuber gadget reviews, design, customer trust and completeness of features on Samsung smartphone buying interest". Using a quantitative approach, this research was conducted among students of the Islamic University of Malang. Data collection methods include distributing questionnaires via googleform to respondents. The sample used was 86 respondents. The results showed that YouTuber gadget reviews did not have a significant influence on Samsung smartphone buying interest, design did not have a significant influence on Samsung smartphone buying interest, customer trust had a significant influence on Samsung smartphone buying interest, and feature completeness had a significant influence on Samsung smartphone buying interest. This research provides valuable insights for Samsung's smartphone company in designing effective marketing strategies amid intense competition in the technology industry. Keywords: Youtuber Gadegt Review, Design, Customer Trust, Feature Completeness and Purchase Interest

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Image, Product Quality, Lifestyle, and Product Innovation on the Purchase Decision of iPhone smartphones. The research uses a quantitative approach, with a population of active students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Islamic University of Malang during the 2020-2023 period, with a sample of 110 respondents. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire method. The research results show that Brand Image, Product Quality, Lifestyle, and Product Innovation simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, Brand Image, Product Quality, and Lifestyle have a significant effect, while Product Innovation has an insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords : Brand Image, Product Quality, Lifestyle, Product Innovation, and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of Live Streaming, Online Customer Reviews, Cashback Promotions and Flash Sale Discounts on interest in buying Shopee products. Sampling was carried out among Shopee users in Malang City using the Maholtra formula so that a sample of 80 respondents was obtained. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 25 analysis tool. This research shows that the influence of Live Streaming, Online Customer Reviews, Cashback Promotion and Discount Flash Sale have a simultaneous effect on buying interest. Based on the t test (partial), Live Streaming and Cashback Promotion have a significant effect on buying interest, while Online Customer Reviews and Flash Sale Discounts do not have a significant effect on buying interest. Keywords: Live Streaming, Online Customer Review, Cashback Promotion, Flash Sale Discount, Purchase Interest

Abstract

Abstract punctuality and tariffs on purchasing decisions for train transportation tickets at PT. Kai (Persero) Tawang Alun. This study approach makes use of a quantitative approach. The people used is users of Tawang Alun train services and 110 respondents were obtained using Malhotra's theoryAn online questionnaire serves as a tool for gathering data. The data technique analysis analysis of multiple linear regression. used in conjunction with IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Hypothesis testing uses the F test and t test. According to this report, Security, Online System Services, Punctuality and Tariffs on Buying Choices together possess a substantial influence on purchasing decisions for Tawang Alun Train Transportation Tickets at PT. Kai (Persero). The variables Security, Online System Services, and Punctuality partially influence the purchasing decision for Tawang Alun Train Transportation Tickets at PT. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the influence of location, price, and promotion on the decision to purchase plots in Puri Amartya Pandaan. The population in this study is all customers of Puri Amartya Pandaan plots. The sample in this study was a saturated sample with a sample of 66 respondents. The research method in this study uses quantitative research. Based on testing using simultaneous Test F analysis, the results showed a significant influence between variable X (Location, Price, and Promotion) simultaneously on variable Y (Purchase Decision) on customers of Puri Amartya Pandaan plot. Partial Test Analysis shows that location, price, and promotion variables each have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase plots in Puri Amartya Pandaan. Keywords: Location, Price, Promotion, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract  This study is to determine the effect of product quality, location and price on purchasing decisions, a case study on customer Resident Jaya Farm. The population in this study are customers who have made transactions or purchases at the Resident Jaya Farm. The sampling method is non-probability sampling with an accidental sampling technique. Data collection method by providing questionnaires filled out by 75 respondents. The results showed that simultaneously product quality, location and price had a significant effect on purchasing decisions in case studies on customer Resident Jaya Farm. Variable of product quality does not effect on purchasing decisions, variable of location shows a significant effect on purchasing decisions and variable of price shows a significant effect on purchasing decisions in case studies on customer Resident Jaya Farm. Keywords : Product Quality, Location, Price, Purchasing Decisions, and Resident Jaya Farm Customer.

Abstract

Sistem pelaporan merupakan laporan yang menggambarkan sistem pertanggung-jawaban dari bawahan kepada atasan. Teknologi Informasi dan komunikasi menjadi segala macam kegiatan yang terkait dengan pemrosesan data, manipulasi data dan juga pengelolaan data melalui suatu media atau perangkat keras. Berdirinya Perusahaan Umum Djawatan Angkutan Motor Republik Indonesia) Perum DAMRI Kantor Cabang Biak sejak Tahun 1972, telah memberikan warna baru dalam bidang jasa transportasi angkutan darat di Kota Biak dan baik desa maupun di kota dengan tarif yang sangat murah dan dapat dijangkau oleh masyarakat golongan ekonomi lemah tanpa memikirkan profit. Pada Tahun 2020 Perum DAMRI mulai merubah sistem pelaporan dengan berbasis Online dengan Sistem FORCA ERP, Sistem SIMAOPERASI dan Sistem SIMATEKNIK. Dengan sistem yang ada ini, maka peneliti ingin mengetahui sejauh mana sistem pelaporan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di Perum DAMRI Kantor Cabang Biak serta Faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi pendukung dalam sistem pelaporan di Perum DAMRI Kantor Cabang Biak. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian dengan metode kualitatif, dimana penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata – kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang dapat diamati. Proses ini dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menguraikan hasil wawancara dalam tiga poin yaitu, karakteristik informan, permasalahan dan penyelesaian. Ketiga poin ini kurang lebih akan membawa kita memahami seperti apa sistem pelaporan berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di Perum DAMRI Kantor Cabang Biak serta faktor yang menjadi pendukung dalam sistem pelaporan ini adalah yaitu sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan juga jaringan internet yang sangat membantu dalam proses pengiriman laporan baik ke regional maupun pusat.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to investigate the impact of Governance support  and human resource (HR) competence on service quality in sustaining the business of Cafe Sawah. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed to present the data gathered from questionnaires given to 60 participants, using a saturated sampling method that included all employees at Cafe Sawah. The data were analyzed through multiple regression analysis, showing that both Governance support  and HR competence significantly influence service quality at Cafe Sawah when considered together. However, individually, Governance support  showed a positive but not significant effect, while HR competence had a positive and significant effect on service quality. The study suggests that Cafe Sawah’s management should focus on improving employee training programs to promote active participation and gather feedback on the governance system. Keywords: Cafe Sawah, Government Support, HR Competency, Service Quality

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the influence of price, product quality and culture on purchasing decisions for instant noodle products (Case Study of Santri at the Ainul Yaqin Islamic Boarding School). This research method uses a quantitative method using non-probability sampling techniques and the data source used is primary data by collecting data using a Likert scale questionnaire from students at the Ainul Yaqin Islamic Boarding School who are consumers at the Entrepreneurship Islamic Boarding School. The sample calculation in this study used the Malhotra formula which produced 70 respondents. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, instrument testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that price, product quality and culture simultaneously influence the decision to purchase instant noodle products at the Ainul Yaqin Islamic Boarding School. Partially, price has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, but product quality and culture do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for instant noodle products at the Ainul Yaqin Islamic Boarding School. Keywords: Price, Product Quality, and Culture
