Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the "Impact Analysis of E-Service Quality, Experiential Marketing, E- Trust, and E-Security of BCA's E-Branch on Customer Loyalty (Case Study at BCA KCP Gatot Subroto Malang)." This research employs a quantitative approach. The sample was collected through questionnaires using a purposive sampling technique, and Malhotra's formula was used to determine the sample size, which is the number of items multiplied by 5, resulting in a total sample of 100 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression to test the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the study show that the t test (partial) Eresults for Experiential Marketing, E-Trust, and E-Security have a significant effect on customer loyalty, while E-Service Quality does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Meanwhile, the F test (simultaneous) results indicate that E-Service Quality, Experiential Marketing, E-Trust, and E-Security of BCA's E-Branch simultaneously affect customer loyalty. This research provides valuable insights for BCA to optimize factors influencing customer loyalty through eBranch services, particularly at KCP Gatot Subroto Malang. Keywords: E-Service Quality, Experiential Marketing, E-Trust, E-Security eBranch BCA, and customer loyalty

Abstract

Abstract This research discusses the development of the digital entertainment industry in Indonesia, with a focus on Video on Demand (VOD) and the influence of related factors on the decision to purchase Netflix services among students at the Islamic University of Malang. In recent years, the transformation from traditional entertainment to digital platforms has changed the way people access and enjoy content, especially with the increasing use of the internet and smart devices. This study uses a quantitative approach and explanatory research method to examine the relationship between the variables of Advertising, Price Perception, Service Quality, and Celebrity Endorsement on purchasing decisions. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents at the Islamic University of Malang. The results showed that these variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, where attractive advertisements and positive price perceptions are factors that contribute to the increase in VOD service users. The findings are expected to provide insights for stakeholders in the entertainment industry in formulating marketing strategies that are more effective and relevant to the needs of today's consumers. Keyword : Advertising,Price Perception, Service Quality,Celebrity Endorsment,Purchase Decision

Abstract

Vaname shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) seed production fluctuates and naturally, seasonal factors are one of the causes. The rainy season causes sea water salinity to tend to decrease, whereas the dry season causes sea water salinity to tend to increase. Physiologically, the dynamics of salinity can influence the survival of vaname shrimp seeds and the process is regulated through osmoregulation, namely the response to regulating osmotic pressure between body fluids and the aquatic environment. This study used an experimental method with Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 salinity treatments and 6 replications. The salinity tested included 27 ppt (treatment A), 29 ppt (treatment B), 31 ppt (treatment C), and 33 ppt (treatment D). The test animals for this study used whiteleg shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) size PL8-12 with an average weight of 0.001 g/individual. The stocking density was 15 individuals/liter and the maintenance media was a mixture of seawater and freshwater with a total volume of 3 liters/tank. The results showed that treatment D produced the best effect for the survival of whiteleg shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) size PL8-12 of 98.5%. Water quality data obtained from acidity levels of 8.3-8.5, temperatures ranging from 27-280C and dissolved oxygen ranging from 4.4-4.5 ppm.

Abstract

Abstract This study examines the impact of Brand Trust, Brand Image, Brand Awareness, and Hedonic Lifestyle on Starbucks purchase decisions in Malang City. Using Malhotra’s formula, 95 respondents were selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed with SPSS 29, employing validity, reliability, normality, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, F-test, t-test, and R² test. Results show that Brand Trust has no effect on purchase decisions, while Brand Image, Brand Awareness, and Hedonic Lifestyle have a positive and significant influence. Keywords: Brand Trust, Brand Image, Brand Awareness, Hedonic Lifestyle, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract The result  show that the influence of  Web quality reputation variables is very significant, consumers believe that website quality can affect consumers and potential consumers to continue transacting and make it easier to buy, reputation is also very influental because with the image, consumers believe that this store or online site is guaranteed in terms of quality and quantity, in contrast to the Electronic Word of Mouth and Online Costumer Review variables, consumers are less confident because there is   no real evidence, only  reviews from consumers who have bought and given bad reviewa are presented. Keywords:  Electronic Word Of Mouth, Reputation,  Tokopedia,  Web Quality, Online Costumer

Abstract

Abstract Promotional videos are an important thing for a company or MSME. With a good and interesting promotional video, the public can easily get information from the company or MSME. Based on the observation, Lapan Cuan Coffee Shop uses Instagram as a promotional media. However, the media used still does not contain detailed information related to the promotion of the coffee shop. This research aims to provide solutions to the problems found in the company by creating promotional videos, which will be uploaded to the TikTok application. This research is an action research (action research) involving 36 units of analysis or informants. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. For data analysis, EPIC rate was used as a measure of video effectiveness. The results of the EPIC Rate analysis show that the scale range in the Empathy dimension is 4.66, in the Persuasion dimension is 4.65, in the Impact dimension is 4.6, and in the Communication dimension is 4.7. With an average EPIC rate range scale of 4.63, which means very effective. The results of this study can be concluded that making promotional videos as a media to increase sales at Lapan Cuan Coffee Shop is very effective, so that people can learn more about the coffee shop and have a positive impact on Lapan Cuan Coffee Shop. Keywords : Video; Promotion; Tiktok; Lapan Cuan Coffee Shop

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to analyze the effect of work-life balance on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research uses explanatory quantitative research. The data sources for this research are primary data originating from data distributing questionnaires to female workers at the Bakpia Permata Agro Mandiri Factory and secondary data originating from journals, previous researchers and other sources. The population and sample of this research is 36, namely all female employees at the Bakpia Permata Agro Mandiri Factory using a probability sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this research uses SEM-PLS. The results of this research show that in a direct relationship work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by the job satisfaction variable for female workers at the Bakpia Permata Agro Mandiri Factory. Keywords: Work-Life Balance, Employee Performance, and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of Entrepreneurship Education, Entrepreneurship Practices and Entrepreneurial Motivation on Entrepreneurial Interest of Management Study Program Students, University of Malang, Class of 2021. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population of this study is management students class of 2021 with a sample size calculated using the slovin formula of 82 respondents. To solve the problem in this study using SPSS assistance with validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, and t test. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of Entrepreneurship Education, Entrepreneurship Practice and Entrepreneurial Motivation had a significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest. Abstract This consider points to analyze the affect of swelling, BI Rate, trade rate, and Capital Ampleness Proportion (CAR) on the benefit of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia amid the period of 2020-2023. Abstract

Perkembangan koperasi di Indonesia dewasa ini telah menunjukan peningkatan yang cukup baik, koperasi yang semulanya berkembang di kalangan pegawai pemerintah, kemudian berkembang hingga ke wilayah pedesaan. Pada akhirnya saat ini koperasi ini sudah meluas ke berbagai lapisan masyarakat seperti petani, pedagang, pegawai negeri, nelayan, guru, ustadz/santri, dan sebagainya. Koperasi Pondok Pesantren Nurul Inaroh bangsalsari sebagai salah satu roda pengggerak ekonomi di lingkungan pesantren mencoba usaha untuk mensejahterakan anggotanya terutama di lingkungan pesantren dengan cara membangun usaha mikro. Berbagai strategi dilakukan oleh kopontren ini agar usaha mikro di lingkungan pesanten bisa tumbuh dan bisa memberdayakan ekonomi para anggotanya yang merupakan warga komunitas pesantren seperti santri dan para ustadz/ustadzah. Adapun Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penulisan penelitian ini ialah Untuk mengetahui bagaimana tahapan-tahapan Kopontren Nurul Inaroh dalam membangun usaha mikro di lingkungan pesantren. Rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini yaitu usaha mikro apa saja yang di jalankan di Kopontren Nurul Inaroh dan strategi apa saja yang diterapkan di Kopontren Nurul Inaroh dalam upaya membangun usaha mikro di lingkungan pesantren sehingga dapat menggerakan roda perekonomian di lingkungan pesantren.
