Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa tingkat kesehatan perbankan syariah yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2015-2019 dengan metode CAMEL. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode CAMEL untuk melakukan Analisis tingkat kesehatan sebuah bank. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Capital dengan menggunakan analisis CAR yang didapatkan aktiva perbankan syariah mengandung aktiva risiko baik kredit, surat berharga, ataupun tagihan pada perbankan lain yang dibiayai dari keseluruhan modal sendiri disamping mendapatkan dari sumber diluar perbankan yang dihitung berdasarkan modal perbankan atas aktiva tertimbang menurut risiko. Asset Quality dengan menggunakan analisis NPL dan didapatkan bahwa perbankan syariah mampu mengelola kredit bermasalah atas jumlah kredit. Management dari analisis NPM maupun BOPO Beberapa bank syariah tergolong dalam predikat yang tidak sehat, diantaranya bank Muamalat Indonesia dan bank Panin syariah. Bank yang tergolong kriteria tidak sehat berarti perbankan tersebut tidak mampu mengelola kegiatan operasional. Earning dalam analisis ROA ataupun ROE dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa bank panin Syariah mengalami predikat tidak sehat. Liquidity dengan menggunakan analisis LDR didapatkan bahwa perbankan syariah mempunyai sumber modal dari pihak ketiga yang dibutuhkan guna membiayai kredit yang membuat semakin besar yang mengindikasikan bahwasannya perbankan syariah mempunyai kemampuan likuiditas perbankan yang semakin rendah.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment, Motivation, Work Environment and Islamic Leadership on Employee Performance. Data were taken using purposive sampling from 76 respondents through a questionnaire with a Likert Scale. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing (F test and t test). The results showed that simultaneously, the four variables had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (significance 0.000 < 0.05). However, partially organizational commitment, Work Environment and Islamic Leadership did not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Significance 0.072, 0.384 and 0.165 > 0.05). Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Motivation, Work Environment, Islamic Leadership and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study is aimed at FEB students, Islamic University of Malang. The type of research using a quantitative approach is the research used. The purpose of this study is to determine how much Price, Service Quality, e-Promotion on Consumer Purchase Interest. The independent variables used are Price, Service quality, e-Promotion, Consumer Purchase Interest is the dependent variable. The sample of this study consisted of 90 respondents who were consumers aged 19-24 years, FEB students, Islamic University of Malang who had or who often made purchases. Using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Instrument test, Using the SPSS computer program, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, traditional assumption test, determination test, f test, and t test. The findings of this study indicate that pricing has a major impact on consumer Purchase Interest, Service Quality, and e-promotion all have a significant impact on consumer purchase interest. price, service level, and Consumer Purchase Interest are influenced by e-Promotion simultaneously. Keywords: Workload, Work Environment and Employee Turnover Intention.

Abstract

Abstract This study is titled ‘The Influence of Knowledge Management, Professionalism, and Talent Management on Career Development (A Case Study at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Malang)’. The purpose of this study is to determine whether Knowledge Management, Professionalism, and Talent Management influence Career Development in that region. And how they influence it, both partially and simultaneously. This study employs an explanatory research design using quantitative methods. The research was conducted using a questionnaire administered to a sample of 64 employees from a total population of 177 active employees at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Malang. Data analysis was performed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis with the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) application. The results of the study indicate that Knowledge Management, Professionalism, and Talent Management significantly influence Career Development collectively. Additionally, Knowledge Management and Professionalism do not significantly influence Career Development individually. However, Talent Management significantly influences Career Development individually.  Keywords : Knowledge Management, Professionalism, Talent Management, and Career Development

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to analyze the influence of green product innovation and green price on sustainable consumption, with Gen Z lifestyle as a moderating variable. The research was carried out on consumers of The Body Shop products in Malang City using a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 75 respondents selected through proportional sampling techniques. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS version 4.1.1.3. The results showed that green product innovation had a significant effect on sustainable consumption, and green price also had a significant effect on sustainable consumption. The moderation test indicated that the Gen Z lifestyle negatively moderates the relationship between green product innovation and sustainable consumption, and positively moderates the relationship between green price and sustainable consumption. Keywords: Green Product Innovation, Green Price, Sustainable Consumption, Gen Z Lifestyle.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine  the influence of service quality, product quality, and store atmosphere on consumer purchasing decisions at Cahaya Bulan building materials store in Malang. The method used is descriptive research analysis with quantitative data. The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents, selected using purposive sampling technique. The results indicate that service quality, product quality, and store atmosphere have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Service quality significantly affects purchasing decisions. Product quality significantly affects purchasing decisions. Abstract

The advancement of information and communication technology (ICT) has brought significant changes to public service systems, including at the village level. The Community Empowerment-Based Service Program (PBPMD) in Klatakan Village, Situbondo Regency, was carried out in response to the suboptimal use of the village website, which previously experienced technical obstacles such as inactive domains and limited content management. This activity aims to regenerate the village website. The method employed includes updating the official “desa.id” domain, redesigning the website interface to make it more responsive and informative, and providing intensive training for village officials and youth cadres on website operation and digital content management. The results show that the website reactivation was successfully implemented, and the new design has facilitated easier access to digital-based public services. In addition, the two-session training provided a significant impact on improving the technical skills of villagers in managing and utilizing the website as a medium for communication, information, and independent public services.

Abstract

Abstract This study attempts to measure the contribution  of Transformational Leadership, Work-Life Balance, Role Clarity, and Psychological Empowerment on Employee Performance. Data were collected using a saturation technique from 33 respondents through a questionnaire and a Likert Scale. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing (F and t tests). Abstract

Former Indonesian Migrant Workers in Malang Regency have experience, skills, and global networks. However, many of them face challenges in building sustainable businesses due to limitations in financial management, business insight, and lack of community support and use of digital technology. This condition encourages some of them to return to work abroad due to their inability to develop their businesses independently. Therefore, effective training are urgently needed, with a focus on developing local-based entrepreneurship, simple but applicable financial literacy, and digital marketing strategies. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of such training in improving business skills and financial literacy among former migrant workers. This program is designed using the ADDIE model, involving 35 participants from Bantur District, Malang Regency, with the training being implemented in March 2025. Evaluation through pre-test and post-test showed a significant increase in financial literacy and business skills, as reflected in the average pre-test score of 52.29 and an increase in the post-test of 76.57. With a relevant and needs-based approach, this initiative aims to strengthen the local economy in Malang Regency, increase the independence of Former Indonesian Migrant, and encourage their social contribution in building a more empowered community. The training also lays the foundation for sustainable local business growth by equipping participants with practical tools to build, manage, and expand their enterprises.

Abstract

Salah satu bidang usaha yang tetap konsisten dan berkembang dalam perekonomian nasional salah satunya adalah Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Dengan maraknya pertumbuhan usaha saat ini persaingan pasarpun semakin ketat.Peralihan tren pemasaran dari konvensional (offline) ke media online menyebabkan para pelaku UMKM yang tidak memanfaatkan potensi digital marketing kehilangan kesempatan untuk lebih mengembangkan bisnisnya. Sosialisasi ini diikuti oleh 21 (Dua puluh Satu) orang para pelaku UMKM yang berada di Kecamatan Pujon Kabupaten Malang. Para pelaku UMKM di sini masih kurang inovatif dalam mengembangkan usahanya. Umumnya, mereka belum menggunakan daya pikir yang kreatif untuk menggunakan digital marketing dengan memanfatkan jejaring sosial sebagai media pemasaran.Sosialisasi ini dilakukan dengan dengan tujuan untuk membentuk usaha kecil yang produktif dan mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Para peserta sosialisasi sangat antusias dengan materi dan pemaparan yang disampaikan.Kondisi ini diharapkan dapat memotivasi para pelaku UMKM mempraktekkan ilmu yang didapat, sehingga usahanya semakin berkembang dan dapat bersaing pada pasar yang lebih luas.
