Abstract

Learning fundamental skills movements can be done with a game approach and using simple tools. This study aims to develop a game-based basic motion learning model in elementary schools, and to see the effectiveness of the developed model. The subjects in this study amounted to 158 consisting of 5 elementary schools, experimental and control subjects were taken from a sample of 68 students. The research method used is Research and Development from Borg and Gall. Based on the results of the validation of physical education learning experts, movement learning experts and game experts declared valid for trials with locomotors obtaining percentages of 80.00% and 85.00%, non-locomotor basic movements obtained percentages of 80.26% and 82.89% and in The manipulative basic movement learning model obtained a percentage of 80.88% and 84.38%, respectively. The results of the small group trial state that the learning model developed can be implemented by students with a percentage of 79.79% and the large group at gets a percentage of 82.14%,. The results of the effectiveness state that the developed model can improve the basic movement skills of walking, running, throwing, catching and jumping with a mean difference of t0 is 15,462 > t-table 1,668, degrees of freedom 66 = 0.05. The conclusion is that the developed model is valid and can be applied to physical education learning, and can improve the basic movement skills of elementary school students.

Abstract

Problems: The problem in this research is that the passing skills of the Imam Bonjol U-13 Football School athletes are still low. Purpose: The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of passing technique skill through exercise methods for SSB Imam Bonjol U 13 athletes. Methods: The type of research is quasi experiment. Results: The results of this research are: 1) There is significant effectiveness of passing technique training through a series of training approaches for Imam Bonjol U-13 Football School athletes (tcount = 2.02 > ttable 1.76). Conclusion: Based on the research results, a series of training approach can improve passing technique skills according to the U-13 age classification, so further research needs to be carried out to examine at a higher age. To add other factors that can influence the results of passing technical skills, it is necessary to add other variables, so that the results of passing technical skills increase even more.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze related to Sports Psychology with Imagery exercises in Scopus-indexed Scientific articles using bibliometric analysis methods. From a total sampling of 1886 scientific articles from the publication years 2010–2024, selected from 208 scientific articles, collected from the Scopus page, with a data collection period from May to June 2024. Sampling was collected in Comma Separated Value (CSV) format, and VOSviewer was used to perform the bibliometric analysis method. From 208 scientific articles, 30 keywords that met the criteria for a minimum appearance of five times were collected and produced six mapping clusters. The mapping results show that imagery exercises are a research topic that is quite often used in research on Scopus-indexed scientific articles. The results of the analysis show that there has been development in research on imagery exercises in Scopus-indexed scientific articles.

Abstract

Futsal has a significant impact on students, including elementary school students, as evidenced by the increasing number of futsal field facilities and the proliferation of elementary school and inter-club championships in various regions. The objectives of this study are as follows: First, to determine the impact of the Triangle Training Method on passing techniques among extracurricular participants at SDN Mustikasari III. Second, to assess improvements in passing skills among extracurricular participants at SDN Mustikasari III using the Triangle Training Method. Third, to determine the results of passing techniques among extracurricular participants at SDN Mustikasari III. The method used in this study is a quantitative method to systematically, objectively, and testably examine cause-and-effect relationships and research variables, utilizing measurements, observations, and theory testing. The research design selected was a Pre-Experimental Design with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design model. The results of this study indicate that the Triangle training method is effective in improving the basic passing technique of futsal extracurricular participants at SDN Mustikasari III in Bekasi City.

Abstract

Futsal is quite popular among various age groups, including children, teenagers, and adults. In futsal, mastery of basic techniques is crucial because every player is required to have good technical skills without exception. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of target box training on the shooting accuracy of futsal athletes in the extracurricular program at SMPN 11 Bekasi City. The research method used was an experimental method with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design, aimed at determining the effect of target box training on futsal shooting accuracy. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of target box training significantly influences the improvement of futsal shooting accuracy among extracurricular athletes at SMPN 11 Kota Bekasi.

Abstract

The rondo variation training method is one of the most effective training approaches for improving passing skills in futsal. This training facilitates teamwork in implementing game strategies, thereby maximizing the chances of winning. This study aims to first determine the improvement of the varied training model (rondo) on futsal passing skills in the futsal extracurricular activities at SMP Mentari Indonesia. Second, to determine the level of passing skills of students in the futsal extracurricular activity at SMP Mentari Indonesia before being given the rondo training method. The method used was a quantitative method with an experimental design, specifically a pre-experimental design in the form of a One Group Pretest–Posttest Design. The results of this study indicate that the rondo training method has a significant impact on improving basic passing skills among participants in the futsal extracurricular activity at SMP Mentari Indonesia.

Abstract

Students' basic movements begins to develop in the elementary school phase, which must be developed to support the learning of physical education. This dedication discusses several approaches that teachers can use to teach basic movement skills to their students, as well as long-term benefits. Action research methods can be done in a community of sports teachers who will form collaboration with other teachers to find problems and find solutions. Thus, through such methods, participants can receive and implement learning management in support of the identification of sustainable student talents. The results of dedication are: 1) The range of activities carried out, 2) Continuous support, 3) Evaluation and Feedback, 4) Use of Help Tools, 5) Programme Action to Solve Problems. Identifying challenges in the accompaniment process, the leader and the dedication team will identify problems or obstacles encountered by participants in learning basic movement skills. Once the identification is obtained the problem will be formulated in the form of learning reflection for the next meeting. The community service activities, in the implementation of the activities, use playing learning methods and use the learning media that have been modified to have a positive effect on physical, cognitive, and social development. Games and media modified can motivate and attract the interest of children to be willing to train their activity and muscle development, reduce saturation, and improve the child's skills in a fun way.

Abstract

Community Service Activities were carried out in Marga Mulya Village, North Bekasi District, Bekasi City, in collaboration with the RT 04/02 Youth Forum, abbreviated as FORMAT. Community Service activities are carried out for 5 months by providing physical fitness assistance and economic strengthening to the younger generation in the form of training activities in developing physical abilities so that they can improve physical fitness abilities so that it is hoped that a strong generation can be born and able to avoid all the social diseases that can occur. destroying the future, as well as providing training in exploring the potential of the RT 04/02 Youth Forum (Format) to develop economic development capabilities, exploring the entrepreneurial potential that exists in the younger generation so as to create skilled young entrepreneurs and providing marketing strategies, analyzing market share and marketing management so as to produce quality products and be able to compete in society. Through community service activities, it is hoped that youth who are members of FORMAT will be able to become a better generation and be self-sufficient with the human resources they have and be able to respond well to change so that a physically strong generation is born. and strong economically.

Abstract

Margaluyu Village, Banten faces several social and economic problems, including students dropping out of school due to the loss of their parents' livelihoods, motivation to go to school, and students having difficulty finding work after graduating. To overcome these challenges, entrepreneurship training based on economic security is needed, with the aim of creating economic independence for students and the local community. This village has great agricultural and plantation potential, but marketing of agricultural products is limited due to dependence on middlemen. Through a business incubation program, students are expected to develop skills in optimally utilizing agricultural products, managing businesses, and selling products using social media such as Instagram and TikTok. SMA Ibnu Sina was chosen as a model school for this program, with a focus on entrepreneurship education which is expected to equip students with practical skills and build an entrepreneurial spirit. This program also involves students as part of the MBKM program, which aims to strengthen academic relationships with the community and increase sensitivity to local problems. The main objective of this service is to help SMA Ibnu Sina students in Margaluyu Village develop the local economy and create new business opportunities, as well as support increasing students' economic independence through sustainable entrepreneurship practices.
