Abstract

This study investigates the relationships among knowledge sharing, cross-functional collaboration, adaptive leadership, and innovation success in organizational settings. Employing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), the research analyzes data collected from employees across various industries. The findings reveal that knowledge sharing significantly influences innovation success both directly and indirectly through cross-functional collaboration, which also serves as a critical mediator between adaptive leadership and innovation outcomes. Furthermore, adaptive leadership is shown to enhance cross-functional collaboration, emphasizing the importance of leadership style in fostering a collaborative culture conducive to innovation. These results underscore the necessity for organizations to cultivate knowledge-sharing practices, promote cross-functional teamwork, and develop adaptive leadership capabilities to drive innovation success. The study contributes to the literature by elucidating the dynamic interplay among these constructs and providing practical implications for managers seeking to enhance their organization's innovative capacities.

Abstract

Persepsi masyarakat saat ini masih menganggap bahwa sayuran merupakan menu makanan pelengkap nutrisi tubuh yang paling banyak dibandingkan jamur. Jamur memiliki nilai nutrisi lebih tinggi yaitu  vitamin, mineral, protein dan serat. Tujuan pengabdian pada masyarakat yaitu memberikan edukasi dan pelatihan tentang manfaat jamur tiram bagi kesehatan dan cara membudidaya jamur tiram. Mitra pengabdian adalah warga Dusun Gayasan B RW 5 Desa Jenggawah. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah dengan metode ceramah dan praktek. Ceramah dan praktek  dilakukan oleh dua staf dosen dan dibantu oleh dua mahasiswa Akademi Farmasi Jember. Tahapan pengabdian meliputi diskusi pemanfaatan jamur tiram bagi kesehatan dan sarana wirausaha, praktek budidaya jamur tiram yang meliputi pembuatan media baglog jamur, inokulasi jamur tiram dari bibit F1 ke F2, hingga proses pemanenan jamur tiram. Praktek  pembuatan media baglog untuk pertumbuhan jamur F2 terdiri dari proses pencampuran bahan-bahan media, sterilisasi media baglog, Inokulasi F1 kedalam media baglog (F2) yang sudah steril secara aseptis. Selanjutnya melakukan teknik pemanenan tubuh buah dari F2, dan menjaga agar bebas dari penyakit serta cara pengemasan yang baik. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa peserta pelatihan budidaya jamur tiram berhasil melakukan cara budidaya jamur tiram dari proses pembuatan media baglog, inokulasi bibit, pemeliharaan bibit selama diruang inkubasi dan kumbung, serta pemanenan. Dengan keberhasilan pengabdian ini warga sangat antusias untuk budidaya jamur tiram dan pengolahannya menjadi makanan kesehatan.  Kata Kunci : Edukasi Dan Pelatihan Budidaya Jamur Tiram

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembiayaan murabahah, pembiayaan mudharabah, pembiayaan musyarakah, dan Non-Performing Financing (NPF) terhadap profitabilitas dengan menggunakan rasio Return on Assets (ROA). Penelitian ini menggunakan stewardship theory sebagai grand theory penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 14 Bank Umum Syariah yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) periode 2018-2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan metode regresi linier berganda menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan murabahah, pembiayaan mudharabah, dan pembiayaan musyarakah tidak berpengaruh pada profitabilitas. Sementara itu, Non-Performing Financing (NPF) berpengaruh negatif terhadap profitabilitas. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh pemerintah untuk menyesuaikan kebijakan terkait perkembangan keuangan dan juga berguna bagi manajemen puncak perusahaan dalam mengembangkan bisnis mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas bimbingan kelompok teknik Rasional Emotive Behavioral Therapy terhadap kecemasan menghadapi ujian Siswa APHP 1 SMK Negeri 1 Kanor Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif pre Ekperimental design. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Negeri 1 Kanor sebanyak 26 Siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sejumlah 26 siswa. Peneliti menggunakan pengumpul data berupa skala Likert dengan alternatif 4 pilihan jawaban yakni sangat setuju, setuju, tidak setuju, dan sangat tidak setuju. Skala di-tryout-kan ke siswa jurusan BDP 1 SMK Negeri 1 Kanor sebelum ke sampel penelitian. Uji validitas dengan rumus product moment dari 50 item skala kecemasan menghadapi ujian diketahui bahwa 38 item valid dan 12 item gugur, Uji reliabilitas dengan rumus cronbach’s alpha skala kecemasan menghadapi ujian diperoleh nilai 0, 906 setelah tryout dengan 38 item valid diperoleh nilai 0,810. Uji analisis data dengan menggunakan rumus Mann Whitney U Test diketahui rata-rata kelompok kesatu sebesar 9.50 lebih rendah dibandingkan rata- rata peringkat kedua yaitu 3.50 Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai rerata pretest pada 6 subjek lebih tinggi daripada nilai rata-rata posttest. Jika U sebesar 0,000 dan nilai W sebesar 21:00 yang jika dikonversi ke nilai Z adalah -2.882. Nilai Sig 0,004 < daripaada 0,05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan antara kelompok pretest dan posttest maka Ha diterima, yang artinya ada Efektivitas Bimbingan Kelompok Teknik Rasional Emotive Behavioral Therapy Terhadap kecemasan menghadapi ujian siswa SMK Negeri 1 Kanor.

Abstract

The use of social media in the Keciput tourist village to promote the tourist village has been carried out with an Instagram account. However, social media contents are less exciting and informative, so it is necessary to develop the content. Implementing community service in the Keciput tourist village focuses on training activities for making Instagram social media by filling in exciting and informative content. On the other hand, this service activity also holds training related to tourism digitization. The outcome of this community service is the existence of a unique Instagram for tourism content with interesting, informative content in the Keciput tourist village. The conclusion obtained from this community service is that there is community enthusiasm from the Keciput tourism village to carry out innovative promotions. It is hoped that digital media and promotional strategies prepared by the village can bring in tourists visiting the Keciput tourist village

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Capital Structure, Managerial Ownership, and Financial Performance on Company Value. The object of the research conducted is manufacturing companies listed in the Sharia Stock Index in 2021-2023 which totals 130 companies. The theory used in this study is signal theory. Research data is quantitative secondary data obtained through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.com). The sampling method carried out in the study was the purposive sampling technique, with the sample used amounting to 29 companies. The research data was analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS 26. The results of the study show that Capital Structure and Financial Performance have an effect on the company's value, while Managerial Ownership has no effect on the company's value.

Abstract

Various issues related to women are significant concerns across different layers of society. These issues are often constructed by the socio-cultural systems in which individuals reside, leading to various justifications being put forward. This phenomenon has inevitably sparked debates, including among Muslims. This study tries to build a concept related to women working through a literature Islamic economic approach. Classification of various concepts proposed by Al-Quran, Hadist, Islamic economists, Maqashid al-Syariah will also be discussed. This paper is a survey of the literature on Islamic economics which focuses on the Working Women and Islamic approaches through the Koran, hadith, opinions of scholars, maqashid sharia perspective, to produce the concept of working women. By this observation, we will be able to produce the concept of working women in Islam and to see the different points of view among the scholars in conceiving working women subject matter, as well as see the shades of thought in the object of study. The research findings indicate that Islam upholds the value of equality, with no prohibition against women working outside the home. However, Islamic law sets certain boundaries. Women who work are expected to prioritize the well-being of their families and communities while viewing their work as an act of worship

Abstract

The development of cooperatives in Indonesia is now on the rise but the increase is not followed by the number of members participating. While micro-Sharia financial institutions such as BMT or baitul mal and baitul tamwil are present as a sharia-based financial institution whose purpose is to help the problems of small communities. The development of the amount of performance can be measured through the performance of the enterprise through the level of customer satisfaction. The purpose of this investigation is to know the quality of the products and services of BMT Bangun Rakyat Sejahtera Yogyakarta against customer satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative research method with the analytical technique used is SPSS. This research obtains results that the quality of products and services affects customer satisfaction. This is in line with the TMQ or Total Quality Management theory on the focus of customer satisfaction by optimizing competitiveness through the quality of products and services will have an impact on business performance.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach to evaluate the effect of implementing Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technology on customer satisfaction in the hospitality sector. VR allows customers to tour hotel facilities virtually, while AR adds digital interactive elements that enrich the customer experience. This study used a cross-sectional survey method, with data collected from 200 respondents in four and five-star hotels that have adopted VR and AR technology. A purposive sampling technique was used to select respondents who have used VR and AR-based services in the last three months. Data was collected through a 1-5 Likert scale questionnaire, where the data was analyzed using multiple regression after going through the classical assumption test. The results of the analysis showed that the implementation of VR and AR had a significant effect on increasing customer satisfaction. As many as 72% of respondents stated that virtual tours through VR helped increase booking confidence. In comparison, 64% reported that AR enriched the stay experience with interactive real-time information. This study confirms that VR and AR technologies significantly increase customer engagement and loyalty to hotel services. However, challenges in development costs and technology infrastructure are still obstacles to broader adoption.

Abstract

Teachers have an essential role and majorly influence the quality of learning. The SB Hulu Kelang and At-Tanzil Kg Lindungan are new learning centers with limited teachers. The teacher's skills in stimulating the development of children's literacy, numeracy, and life skills are limited, even though these three components are needed in this digital era. This international partnership community service (PKM-KI) aims to strengthen Teacher Skills in Stimulating the Development of Literacy, Numeracy, and Life Skills at the SB Hulu Kelang and At-Tanzil Kg Lindungan, Selangor, Malaysia. This PKM K-I service involved one lecturer and seven students. The method of implementing community service is carried out through several stages, namely, (1) initial mapping of partners' conditions, equalization of perceptions and coordination of partner problems, (2) debriefing for students about stimulating literacy, numeracy, and life skills in children, then practical students, (3) mentoring by the service team to students and teachers regarding literacy, numeracy, and life skill stimulation techniques, (4) students were deployed to the location to provide practical examples of teaching literacy, numeracy, and life skills to children (5) the teacher accompanied by the service team observed the learning process carried out by students, (6) the teacher applies various teaching methods, (7) the results of the application are evaluated for further learning improvement. The conclusion from the dedication shows that the understanding & pedagogical skills of SB Hulu Kelang and At-Tanzil Kg Lindungan teachers have increased. SB Hulu Kelang and At-Tanzil Kg Lindungan teachers can apply Best Practices, use learning innovations and modeling techniques, and integrate technology in learning that has never been done before. Students are delighted because the teacher delivers literacy, numeracy, and life skill activities in a fun, easy, and exciting way and challenges children's understanding.
