Abstract

Indonesia's rich and diverse culture includes dance as an important element in people's lives. One of the typical dance arts is the Maanta Dance from Batanghari Regency, Jambi Province, which has a significant role in traditional wedding processions. This dance not only conveys the beauty of movement, but also cultural values such as mutual cooperation, friendship and respect for tradition. This research aims to explore the cultural values, role of education, and efforts to preserve the Maanta Dance as cultural heritage. The research uses a qualitative approach with literature study as the main method, examining various literature related to the Maanta Dance and its relevance in the context of culture, education and preserving local traditions. Data is collected from written sources, such as relevant articles, journals and books. The research results show that the Maanta Dance has deep meaning as a symbol of harmony between families, tribal unity and respect for tradition. In an educational context, this dance is effective in instilling social and cultural values in the younger generation, as well as fostering a sense of love for the country. Conservation efforts are carried out through documentation, art festivals, and integration in formal and non-formal education. Innovation in dance presentation is also an important strategy to attract the interest of the younger generation without losing traditional values. Maanta Dance plays a big role in introducing Batanghari cultural identity amidst the increasingly strong challenges of globalization.   Keywords: cultural values, maanta dance, local traditions

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of intellectual capital, capital structure, and corporate social responsibility disclosure on financial performance. The population of this study consists of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018 to 2022. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, resulting in 166 samples that met the criteria. The data analysis technique employed was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The research findings indicate that intellectual capital has a positive influence on financial performance, while capital structure and corporate social responsibility disclosure have a negative impact on financial performance. The study concludes on the importance of leveraging intellectual capital, and it highlights the risks of financial failure that companies may face when they use excessive debt and the burden they incur when they disclose too much corporate social responsibility information. The outcomes of this study are anticipated to offer fresh perspectives and insights for companies, the education sector, and relevant stakeholders.

Abstract

The development of cooperatives in Indonesia is now on the rise but the increase is not followed by the number of members participating. While micro-Sharia financial institutions such as BMT or baitul mal and baitul tamwil are present as a sharia-based financial institution whose purpose is to help the problems of small communities. The development of the amount of performance can be measured through the performance of the enterprise through the level of customer satisfaction. The purpose of this investigation is to know the quality of the products and services of BMT Bangun Rakyat Sejahtera Yogyakarta against customer satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative research method with the analytical technique used is SPSS. This research obtains results that the quality of products and services affects customer satisfaction. This is in line with the TMQ or Total Quality Management theory on the focus of customer satisfaction by optimizing competitiveness through the quality of products and services will have an impact on business performance.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Six Weeks Program in enhancing learning effectiveness and quality at Madrasah Alam Ya Bunayya Muara Bungo. Designed as a holistic orientation for early childhood students, the program focuses on developing learning readiness, self-help skills, independence, and Islamic values. Using a qualitative approach with participatory observation and parental testimonies, findings reveal that the program facilitates positive adaptation among children, teachers, and the school environment. Significant improvements were observed in children's independence, social-emotional competence, discipline, and daily self-regulation. The study concludes that the Six Weeks Program serves as an effective holistic learning model, with active school-family collaboration being essential to its success in fostering character development and educational quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze in depth the cognitive and behavioral learning models, their implementation and influence on student learning outcomes, and to identify the advantages and disadvantages of each model. The research method used is qualitative with a literature review approach. Secondary data collection was conducted by searching relevant national and international reputable scientific journal articles. The results of the study show that the cognitive model focuses on students' internal mental processes and has a strong influence on improving high-level conceptual learning outcomes (higher-order thinking) through the application of problem-based learning, discovery learning, and mind mapping methods. Conversely, the behavioral model emphasizes observable behavioral changes through stimulus-response manipulation, which is proven to be effective in increasing the accuracy of students' basic and procedural skills through drill methods and systematic reinforcement. The advantage of the cognitive model lies in its ability to build deep understanding, but its disadvantage is the long duration of material preparation. Meanwhile, the advantage of the behavioral model lies in its efficiency in forming basic skills and discipline, but it lacks in developing critical thinking. This article concludes that a synergistic integration between cognitive and behavioral approaches can formulate a more holistic learning model in optimizing student learning outcomes as a whole. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam model pembelajaran kognitif dan behavioristik, bentuk penerapan dan pengaruhnya terhadap hasil belajar siswa, serta mengidentifikasi kelebihan dan kekurangan dari masing-masing model tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Pengumpulan data sekunder dilakukan melalui penelusuran artikel jurnal ilmiah bereputasi nasional dan internasional yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa model kognitif berfokus pada proses mental internal siswa dan berpengaruh kuat dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar konseptual tingkat tinggi (higher-order thinking) melalui penerapan metode problem-based learning, discovery learning, dan mind mapping. Sebaliknya, model behavioristik menekankan pada perubahan perilaku nyata melalui manipulasi stimulus-respons, yang terbukti berpengaruh efektif dalam meningkatkan akurasi keterampilan dasar dan prosedural siswa melalui metode drill dan penguatan sistematis (reinforcement). Kelebihan model kognitif terletak pada kemampuannya membangun pemahaman yang mendalam, namun memiliki kekurangan berupa durasi persiapan materi yang lama. Sementara itu, kelebihan model behavioristik terletak pada efisiensinya dalam membentuk keterampilan dasar dan disiplin, tetapi memiliki kekurangan dalam mengembangkan berpikir kritis. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi yang sinergis antara pendekatan kognitif dan behavioristik dapat menghasilkan model pembelajaran yang lebih holistik dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

In order to understand student centered learning, this study looks at the significance of curriculum organization and its parts. The issue found is that learning in Indonesia is still teacher centered, which leads to poor student engagement. The goal of this study is to examine how the curriculum structure and its components, such as goals, content, methods, and assessment, promote student centered learning. Using a literature review technique, this study takes a qualitative approach by examining journals, books, and prior research. The results show that curriculum organizations such as separated curriculum, correlated curriculum, broadfields curriculum, and integrated curriculum support active learning. Curriculum components also play important roles in increasing student activeness. Clear objectives develop critical thinking skills, relevant content improves learning motivation, and student centered methods such as project based learning encourage active knowledge construction. Process oriented evaluation also provides comprehensive feedback on student learning development. However, student centered learning still faces obstacles such as dense curricula, limited teacher understanding, inadequate facilities, and changing educational policies. Therefore, well designed curriculum organization and integrated curriculum components are essential in creating effective, innovative, and student centered learning.

Abstract

The use of digital assessment in elementary school mathematics learning has not been implemented effectively, resulting in evaluation activities still dominated by conventional methods through written tests. Therefore, the development of a digital assessment that integrates gamification elements with a memorize, recall, and examine framework is necessary. This framework is designed to integrate HOTS-based questions at the cognitive levels of analyzing (C4), evaluating (C5), and creating (C6) in Bloom's Taxonomy. This study aims to describe the development process, validity level, and practicality of the MRE-based Math Champions Arena digital assessment product for fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 2 Ngunut. This study used a Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects were fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 2 Ngunut, Tulungagung Regency. Data collection techniques were interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The results of the study indicate that the MRE-based Math Champions Arena digital assessment achieved an average validity percentage of 95.8% from media experts and 97.5% from material experts, categorized as very valid. Furthermore, the practicality test obtained an average percentage of 94.1%, categorized as very practical. Thus, the MRE-based Math Champions Arena digital assessment is suitable for use as an innovative digital assessment in mathematics learning in elementary schools.
