Abstract

Keikutsertaan seseorang dalam berorganisasi bisa dikatakan sangat penting, dikarenakan untuk menyalurkan aspirasi dan ide yang mereka miliki sedangkan organisasi sendiri mencerminkan orang yang berada di dalamnya, oleh karena itu kita dalam berorganisasi hendaknya bisa memilih antar berbagai ormas yang ada.sekarang zaman digitalisasi yang mana dalam perihal ini semua informasi dapat kita peroleh dengan begitu mudahnya, akan tetapi resikonya kita tidak tahu mana informasi yang benar dan yang salah (hoax).oleh sebab latarbelakang semacam itu pada kesempatan ini kami akan membahas mengenai “Peran Pemuda Nahdhotul Ulama Dalam Menangkal Paham Radikalisme di Kecamatan Bulo” yang di dalamnya membahas; metode dakwah ahlussunah wal jama’ah, karakter para ulama’ NU, lima pilar penangkal radikalisme dan lembaga-lembaga yang berada di bawah naungan Nahdhotul Ulama’. Yang mana nanti akan kami jelaskan peran NU dalam menangkal paham radikalisme pada setiap lini kehidupan manusia.

Abstract

Vocabulary constitutes a fundamental component of language, as mastery of vocabulary enhances comprehension of both written and spoken texts. Achieving fluency in Arabic likewise depends greatly on the acquisition of an extensive vocabulary. Hence, the purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of employing the Educandy game in improving vocabulary mastery among first-grade students at the State Islamic Senior High School 2 of Lhokseumawe. The researcher adopted a quantitative approach through an experimental study, utilizing a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group and administering both pre-tests and post-tests. The research population comprised all first-grade students of the school (87 students), while the sample consisted of 59 students. Results of the Mann–Whitney test yielded a significance value of 0.000, which is lower than the threshold of 0.05, indicating rejection of the null hypothesis and acceptance of the alternative hypothesis. Furthermore, the N-Gain score for the experimental group reached 62%, reflecting a moderately effective category. Accordingly, the findings of this study suggest that the application of the Educandy game is effective in enhancing vocabulary mastery among first-grade students at the State Islamic Senior High School 2 of Lhokseumawe.

Abstract

This article discusses the learning design for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects in Elementary Schools using the ADDIE model as a conceptual framework. The ADDIE model, which consists of five stages—Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation—offers a systematic and comprehensive approach to designing effective and relevant learning to students' needs. This study uses a qualitative approach by conducting a literature study, namely reviewing various literature related to the ADDIE learning model and PAI learning in Elementary Schools. The results of the study indicate that the application of the ADDIE model in PAI learning design can improve the effectiveness of teaching in a more structured, adaptive, and in accordance with curriculum objectives. This article also identifies challenges and best practices in implementing the ADDIE model in Elementary School environments, providing recommendations for educators to improve the quality of PAI learning. Thus, the ADDIE model has proven to be an effective tool in developing learning strategies that can shape students' character and spirituality optimally. Keywords:     Learning Design, Islamic Religious Education, ADDIE Model, Elementary School, Conceptual Framework

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mentransformasi pola pikir kerja individual menuju budaya kerja kolaboratif (collaborative maritime culture) pada sumber daya manusia di lingkungan Makassar New Port. Lingkungan pelabuhan modern menuntut koordinasi lintas divisi, komunikasi efektif, serta kesadaran kolektif terhadap keselamatan dan produktivitas kerja. Namun, masih ditemukan kecenderungan pola kerja sektoral dan kurangnya integrasi antarunit. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui pendekatan partisipatif berupa pelatihan interaktif, diskusi kelompok terfokus, simulasi kerja tim, serta evaluasi pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur perubahan persepsi dan pemahaman peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman tentang pentingnya kolaborasi tim, komunikasi efektif, dan kepercayaan antarpegawai. Selain itu, peserta menunjukkan perubahan sikap terhadap pentingnya koordinasi dalam mendukung efisiensi operasional pelabuhan. Transformasi mindset ini menjadi fondasi dalam membangun budaya kerja maritim yang adaptif, profesional, dan berorientasi pada keselamatan serta produktivitas. Program ini direkomendasikan untuk dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan guna memperkuat budaya kerja kolaboratif di lingkungan pelabuhan modern.Kata Kunci: budaya kerja kolaboratif, collaborative maritime culture, etos kerja, pelabuhan, Makassar New Port, kerja tim
