Abstract

This study aims to identify the local wisdom of the Minahasa community. Local wisdom is an important part and has been rooted in society. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods by observation and in-depth interviews. The results of the study show that there is local wisdom of the Minahasa community of Maesa-esa'an, Mangenang-puddle, Masawang-sawangan, Matombo- Kuncian, Malinga-lingaan, Mapalus, and Maleo-leosa. This local wisdom still exists in the Minahasa community. However, only parents understand, so efforts are needed to maintain this local wisdom

Abstract

Penelitian ini mencoba untuk menganalisis dampak sosial dan ekonomi yang dialami masyarakat utamanya pada pedagang di pasar Tondano Kabupaten Minahasa setelah penetapan kebijakan pembatasan masa operasional pasar Tondano akibat pencegahan penyebaran wabah COVID-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah para pedagang di pasar Tondano Kabupaten Minahasa. Dengan teknik pengumpalan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dampak yang timbul akibat penetapan kebijakan pembatasan operasional pasar di tondano antara lain dampak ekonomi berupa penurunan omset dagangan serta rasa cemas akan penularan Covid-19 saat melakukan transaksi

Abstract

Tomohon City in North Sulawesi province is one area famous for having a high tolerance among religious people. Multi-religions inhabit Tomohon City; blending several religions makes Tomohon City have its pattern in building a discourse of religious tolerance. In addition, the interaction between religious people in the city of Tomohon is harmonious. This study explains the interaction between visitors, mainly traders and traders in the Pasar Beriman of Tomohon City. Pasar Beriman, famous as the Pasar extreme, is a social arena that shows the social relations between its visitors and depicts a portrait of religious ties between Muslim and non-muslim communities. This research uses the qualitative descriptive method of collecting data through observation, documentation, and interviews directly with market visitors in Tomohon City. This study's results show that visitors' interaction patterns are integrated and associative. It is illustrated by the interactions that are established. So far, there has never been any conflict or disintegration of traders or market visitors. It is in the form of a positive thing to develop an attitude of tolerance for religious people in the city ofTomohon.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the basic values ​​that lecturers must have and understand as State Civil Servants and to actualize the basic values ​​of ASN through the use of the jigsaw learning method. Through this habituation activity, it is hoped that it can become a benchmark for success in improving public services. There are 6 supporting activities chosen to complete the selected core issue, namely creating and packaging learning plans that focus on student activity. deliver learning material using the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model, compose questions in varied forms, carry out formative evaluations, check student exam/test results, and carry out analysis of student exam/test results. The research findings are that the actualization of ANEKA values ​​that has been implemented has succeeded in motivating and increasing students' understanding and activeness with innovative learning models in the Basic Occupational Health and Safety course. This increase in understanding can be seen from the results of evaluation tests in participating in learning during actualization and increasing student activity during learning time. By analyzing the evaluation results, it was found that students' learning completeness was rated as very good at 35%, good at 50%, and quite good at 15%.

Abstract

Eco Waste Center merupakan sebuah bangunan pengolahan sampah yang mana di dalam satu kawasan terdapat bangunan pengolahan, edukasi tentang proses pengolahan sampah dan juga tempat penjualan hasil produk daur ulang sampah secara langsung. Dengan Latar belakang permasalahan sampah yang terjadi dikabupaten malang dan masih kurangnya tempat pengolahan sampah daur ulang, serta kurangnya edukasi masyarakat mengenai daur ulang sampah yang mampu menghasilkan nilai jual, sehingga munculah ide Eco Waste Center. Kabupaten Malang berada dekat dengan daerah pantai, sehingga tema bangunan yang di ambil adalah arsitektur tropis. Dengan pengembangan metode consept-base yang di kembangkan dalam penyelesaian masalah bau yang mungkin terjadi karna tumpukan sampah dan bagaimana merancang bangunan pengolahan sampah di tengah pemukiman warga agar tidak mengganggu aktivitas warga. Data yngng di dapat dari survei, studipresedent dan juga studi literatur.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of return on assets, earnings per share, and debt to equity ratio on stock prices through dividend policy as an intervening variable. The research is quantitative research that uses secondary data in data collection. The research sample used a purposive sampling technique, namely 13 properties and real estate companies in 5 years. This research data analysis uses path analysis. This research found that return on assets has a positive impact on dividend payout ratio, while debt-to-equity ratio and earnings per share have no impact on dividend payout ratio.The test results also show debt to equity ratio have a negative impact on stock prices, while return on asset, earnings per share and dividend payout ratio have a positive impact on stock prices. This research also shows that dividend payout ratio does not influence the relationship between return on asset, debt to equity ratio, earnings per share and stock prices. Abstract

This research delves into the social status competition observed in Tondon Matallo. The primary focus of the competition revolves around the pricing and quantity of buffaloes purchased and slaughtered during this significant ceremony. Notably, the acquisition of a substantial number of buffaloes, often involving significant financial investment, does not necessarily alter individuals' social status. Consequently, the study aims to elucidate the dynamics of social status competition and identify the factors influencing it in North Toraja, employing Lewis Coser's conflict theory. Adopting a qualitative research methodology. The findings show that social values that previously focused on aspects of togetherness are now prioritised. The rambu solo becomes the main stage for economic competition. The dynamics of social interaction have become more structured and focused on aspects related to competition, creating relationship dynamics that are different from everyday situations. Perceptions of social status that were previously influenced by age, wisdom or positive contributions to the community, are now more related to the financial ability to purchase and slaughter buffalo, creating a shift in perceptions of what is considered prestigious and contributes to social status. As such, social values that previously focussed on aspects of togetherness have shifted during the rambu solo ceremony creating a new perspective on how cultural change can affect community dynamics. This reflects an evolution in the values recognised and valued by the community during such special events.

Abstract

The construction business survey conducted by BPS Banjarbaru City frequently encounters challenges such as unclear business addresses, including the absence of house numbers or RT/RW, and annual changes of survey personnel, resulting in inconsistencies in data collection. This study aims to develop a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) to address these issues. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) method was employed to ensure the system meets user requirements. Functional testing results demonstrate that all features evaluated operate as intended, ensuring the system supports survey efficiency, addresses issues with unclear addresses, and maintains data continuity across survey periods. Thus, the system provides an effective solution to the challenges faced in construction business surveys conducted by BPS Banjarbaru City.Keywords: Geographic Information System; Business entity survey; Construction AbstrakSurvei badan usaha konstruksi yang dilakukan oleh BPS Kota Banjarbaru sering menghadapi kendala berupa alamat badan usaha yang kurang jelas, seperti tidak tercantumnya nomor rumah atau RT/RW, serta pergantian petugas survei setiap tahun yang menyebabkan ketidakkonsistenan dalam pendataan. Abstract

AbstrakDi SMA Negeri X Tondano, banyak siswa mengalami keluhan muskuloskeletal akibat postur duduk yang tidak ergonomis, penggunaan meja dan kursi yang tidak sesuai, kebiasaan membawa tas berat, serta penggunaan perangkat digital yang berkepanjangan, di mana kurangnya pengetahuan ergonomi dan fasilitas sekolah yang tidak memadai memperparah masalah ini, sehingga diperlukan intervensi berupa penyuluhan ergonomi untuk mengurangi risiko gangguan tersebut dan meningkatkan kualitas belajar siswa. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penyuluhan mengenai prinsip ergonomi dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa di SMA Negeri X Tondano. Metode yang digunakan meliputi lokakarya interaktif yang diadakan selama tiga hari pada tanggal 9-11 September 2024, dengan dua kelas siswa kelas XI sebagai peserta, dengan jumlah 60 peserta. Sesi pelatihan mencakup prinsip-prinsip ergonomi, peran ergonomi dalam kesehatan dan pembelajaran, serta simulasi penerapan ergonomi dalam aktivitas belajar. Data dikumpulkan melalui pretest dan post-test untuk mengukur perubahan pemahaman siswa. Hasil menunjukkan hasil post-test, di mana skor rata-rata siswa meningkat sebesar 58,1% dibandingkan pretest. Aspek pengetahuan ergonomi yang mengalami peningkatan terbesar adalah pemahaman tentang dampak ergonomi terhadap kesehatan, yang naik sebesar 70%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penyuluhan ergonomi efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran siswa tentang pentingnya postur tubuh yang baik dan penerapan prinsip ergonomi, yang dapat berkontribusi pada kesehatan fisik dan efektivitas pembelajaran. Kata kunci: penyuluhan ergonomi; siswa; keluhan muskuloskeletal; kesehatan; pembelajaran. AbstractAt SMA Negeri X Tondano, many students experience musculoskeletal complaints due to unergonomic sitting postures, the use of inappropriate tables and chairs, the habit of carrying heavy bags, as well as prolonged use of digital devices, where the lack of ergonomic knowledge and inadequate school facilities exacerbate this problem, so an intervention in the form of ergonomic counselling is needed to reduce the risk of these disorders and improve the quality of student learning. This community service activity aims to evaluate the effectiveness of counseling on ergonomic principles in improving students' understanding at SMA Negeri X Tondano. The methods used included an interactive workshop held over three days on 9-11 September 2024, with two classes of grade XI students as participants, with 60 participants. The training sessions covered the principles of ergonomics, the role of ergonomics in health and learning, and simulations of the application of ergonomics in learning activities. Data was collected through pre-tests and post-tests to measure changes in student understanding. The results showed the post-test results, where the students' average score increased by 58,1% compared to the pretest. The aspect of ergonomics knowledge that experienced the biggest increase was the understanding of the impact of ergonomics on health, which increased by 70%. The conclusion of this study confirms that ergonomics counseling is effective in raising students' awareness of the importance of good posture and the application of ergonomics principles, which can contribute to physical health and learning effectiveness. Keywords: ergonomics extension; students; musculoskeletal disorders; health; learning
