Abstract

Aims: This research aimed to explore articles regarding physical exercise for children undergoing cancer treatment. Method: The research method used is scoping review. The process of doing a scoping review involves several steps, including developing research questions, establishing criteria for inclusion, a comprehensive search strategy, literature screening and selection, organizing data, and compiling, summarizing, and presenting the findings. The inclusion criteria encompassed full-text papers, namely randomized controlled trials or quasi-experimental research, published in English during the past decade (2014–2023). Pubmed, CINAHL, Scopus, and Proquest are used as search engines and database searches. Selected articles were extracted into charting data, analyzed with descriptive approaches, and the results reported. Results: The results found 14 articles, which were then categorized into three physical exercise programs, such as integrated physical exercise, technology-based physical exercise, and multimodal exercise. Outcomes obtained are cardiorespiratory fitness, motor performance, cancer-related fatigue, and quality of life. Conclusion: The side effects of cancer treatment in children may be mitigated through the implementation of physical exercise programs. This scoping review can be a consideration for optimizing pediatric nursing services by adding physical exercise interventions to the rehabilitation protocol as a supportive treatment for children who are currently undergoing cancer treatment.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui penerapan discharge planning dalam pemenuhan nutrisi pada anak post kemoterapi. Metode: Metode yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode deskriptif studi kasus dengan teknik pengambilan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan melakukan penerapan asuhan keperawatan melalui pendekatan discharge planning dengan pemberian discharge rutin terkait nutrisi. Penelitian dilakukan di RS Hasan Sadikin Bandung selama 4 hari pada orang tua anak post kemoterapi. Hasil: Hasil dari penerapan dicharge planning dengan fokus pemenuhan nutrisi pasien dengan pemberian discharge rutin pada orang tua terkait nutrisi pada anak kanker post kemoterapi yaitu terjadi peningkatan nafsu makan pada anak dan peningkatan kemampuan serta pengetahuan orang tua terkait nutrisi yang harus dipenuhi anak post kemoterapi. Kesimpulan: penerapan discharge planning dalam melakukan proses keperawatan dapat berpengaruh terhadap pemenuhan nutrisi anak, intervensi dapat diterapkan untuk mencegah adanya malnutrisi pada anak post kemoterapi.

Abstract

Introduction: Loss is a state in which a person is detached from something that existed before, with the possibility of being partially or completely absent. Each individual will respond and take a different amount of time to accept a loss. Internet-based remote intervention can be an alternative face-to-face intervention for psychological therapy for people who have experienced loss. Purpose: To explore internet-based interventions in reducing loss and grieving symptoms using the rapid review method. Methods: This literature review uses CINAHL, PubMed, Science Direct, and Cochrane as article search databases, with the year of publication ranging from 2012-2022, and the main focus refers to individuals who have experienced loss and bereavement. Results: The search results, there were 386 articles, and the selection results obtained 6 articles which show that there are several interventions, such as exposure and behavioral activation, Cognitive-behavioral therapy, and healthy experience after a loss, that are effective in dealing with the problem of grieving for individuals who have experienced the loss of a partner, child, death due to suicide of a loved one and other forms of other disadvantages by using the internet. Conclusion: Internet-based interventions have the potential for nurses to modify nursing care in reducing the impact of loss and grieving on victims by providing a comprehensive online-based implementation so that it can be accessed more easily by nurses and patients. Latar Belakang: Kehilangan adalah keadaan di mana seseorang terlepas dari sesuatu yang ada sebelumnya, dengan kemungkinan sebagian atau seluruhnya tidak ada. Setiap individu akan merespon dan membutuhkan waktu yang berbeda untuk menerima sebuah kehilangan. Intervensi jarak jauh berbasis internet dapat menjadi alternatif intervensi tatap muka untuk terapi psikologis bagi orang yang mengalami kehilangan. Tujuan: Studi ini bertujuan mengeksplor intervensi berbasis internet dalam mengurangi gejala kehilangan dan berduka dengan metode rapid review. Metode: Literatur review ini menggunakan CINAHL, PubMed, Science Direct, dan Cochrane sebagai database pencarian artikel, dengan rentang tahun publikasi 2012-2022, dan fokus utama mengacu pada individu yang pernah mengalami kehilangan dan berduka. Hasil: Hasil pencarian terdapat 386 artikel, dan hasil seleksi mendapat 6 artikel yang menujukkan terdapat beberapa Intervensi seperti exposure and behavioral activation, Cognitive-behavioral therapy, serta healthy experience after a loss, efektif mengatasi masalah berduka bagi individu yang pernah mengalami kehilangan pasangan, anak, kematian akibat bunuh diri orang yang dicintai dan bentuk kerugian lainnya dengan menggunakan internet. Simpulan: intervensi berbasis internet menjadi potensi bagi perawat untuk memodifikasi asuhan keperawatan dalam menurunkan dampak kehilangan dan berduka pada korban dengan memberikan implementasi secara komprehensif berbasis online agar dapat diakses lebih mudah oleh perawat dan pasien.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Komunikasi tanpa pengawasan dalam lingkup sosial akan menyebabkan berbagai macam penyimpangan, seperti cyberbullying. Banyak remaja mempunyai pengalaman sebagai korban cyberbullying hingga terjadinya resiko keinginan untuk bunuh diri. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dampak cyberbullying terhadap resiko bunuh diri pada remaja. Metode: studi ini menggunakan pendekatan narrative review, dengan menggunakan framework PCC. Pencarian artikel menggunakan database EbscoHost, PubMed, dan Search engine Google Scholar, dengan kata kunci menggunakan boolean operators, yaitu “adolescents” OR “teenagers” OR “young adults” AND “cyberbullying” AND “social media” AND “suicidal ideation” OR “suicidal thoughts” OR “suicide”. Kriteria inklusi yang diterapkan meliputi populasi usia remaja, publikasi artikel 2012-2022, Full-text, Bahasa inggris atau Indonesia. Studi dieksklusi jika topik tidak membahas cyberbullying dan kategori usia dewasa. Hasil: Enam studi yang dianalisis, ditemukan bahwa pada remaja yang mengalami cyberbullying dapat berdampak pada kejadian bunuh diri. Kaitan antara cyberbullying dengan kejadian resiko bunuh diri lebih tinggi terjadi pada siswa perempuan, dan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti keterhubungan sekolah, kecerdasan emosional yang rendah, dan gaya hidup tidak sehat seperti konsumsi alkohol dan merokok. Kesimpulan: Temuan kami menyoroti bahwa cyberbullying adalah masalah sosial yang ada di seluruh dunia. Hasil temuan narrative review ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh cyberbullying berdampak terhadap kejadian perilaku bunuh diri pada remaja

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pencegahan stunting dapat dilakukan dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif selama enam bulan pertama kehidupan, tetapi juga memerlukan pendekatan multisektoral, termasuk perbaikan gizi, sanitasi, kebersihan, kesehatan, dan pengentasan kemiskinan. ASI eksklusif memiliki manfaat kesehatan jangka panjang untuk ibu dan anak, termasuk mengurangi risiko kelebihan berat badan dan obesitas pada anak. Pemberian makanan pendamping ASI (MPASI) menjadi penting ketika ASI tidak lagi cukup. Prinsip-prinsip seperti ketepatan waktu, keadekuatan, keamanan, dan pemberian makanan yang benar harus diikuti. Kampanye kesehatan dapat berperan dalam meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya praktik-praktik ini untuk mencegah stunting. Tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat khususnya ibu yang memiliki balita mengenai pemenuhan ASI eksklusif dan pengolahan bahan makanan pendamping ASI. Penelitian ini menggunakann metode sosialisasi serta pemberian booklet kepada audiens berisikan materi tentang pengetahuan pemenuhan gizi ASI eksklusif pada ibu. Sebagian besar peserta telah memahami materi yang diberikan oleh kelompok. Perlu adanya kegiatan yang berfokus pada terhadap pengolahan bahan makanan dan memanfaatkan bahan yang ada menjadi makanan dengan nilai gizi yang tinggi. Kata Kunci: Stunting, MP-ASI, ASI Eksklusif  ABSTRACT Stunting prevention can be done with exclusive breastfeeding during the first six months of life, but also requires a multisectoral approach, including nutrition improvement, sanitation, hygiene, health, and poverty alleviation. Exclusive breastfeeding has long-term health benefits for mothers and children, including reducing the risk of overweight and obesity in the child. Breastfeeding (MPASI) becomes essential when milk is no longer enough. Principles such as timeliness, adequacy, security, and proper feeding must be followed. Health campaigns can play a role in raising awareness of the importance of these practices in preventing stunting. Increase public awareness especially of mothers who have news about exclusive breastfeeding and processing of breast-feeding ingredients. The study uses methods of socialization as well as giving a booklet to the audience containing material on the knowledge of maternal exclusive breastfeeding. Most of the participants have understood the material given by the group. There needs to be activities that focus on the processing of food materials and the utilization of existing materials into foods with high nutritional value. Keywords : Stunting, MP-ASI, Exclusive Breastfeeding

Abstract

ABSTRACT Diaper dermatitis is a condition that children are prone to. The prevalence of diaper dermatitis tends to decrease when children stop using diapers and receive toilet training. Toilet training is a developmental task that must be achieved by toddlers, if it is not achieved, it will have an impact on the child’s physiology and psychology, such as urinary track infection, feelings of inferiority, and maladaptive socialization. The inisiation of toilet training in children is carried out by the caregiver, especially mother at home, but the current phenomenon is that many parents work so children are left in daycare. So, in the condition of children in daycare, the inisiation of toilet training in children is carried out either by the mother who entrusts her child to daycare or by the caregiver at the daycare. The success of toilet training is influenced by caregiver self-efficacy which can be improved through health education about toilet training for children based on effective guidelines. This study aims to analyze the effect of health education about toilet training for toddlers based on The American Academy of Pediatrics Guide on caregiver self-efficacy in Puspa Daycare. This research used a quasi experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test. Sampling used total sampling, obtained 33 participants. The self-efficacy instrument was adapted from the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES). Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test. The results of the analysis showed that there is a significant difference between self-efficacy before and after providing health education (p =0,000). The conclusion of this research is that health education about toilet training for toddlers based on The American Academy of Pediatrcs Guide had an effect on increased the self-efficacy of caregivers at Puspa Daycare. This health education can be an intervention for pediatric nurses in provided nursing services to caregivers regarding toilet training for toddler in daycare. Keywords: Caregiver, Daycare, Health Education, Self-Efficacy, The American Academy of Pediatrics Guide  ABSTRAK Diaper dermatitis merupakan kondisi yang rentan terjadi pada anak. Prevalensi diaper dermatitis cenderung berkurang saat anak berhenti menggunakan diapers dan mendapatkan toilet training. Toilet training merupakan tugas perkembangan yang harus dicapai oleh anak toddler, jika tidak dicapai maka akan berdampak pada fisiologis hingga psikologis anak, seperti infeksi saluran kemih, perasaan rendah diri, dan sosialisasi tidak adaptif. Inisiasi toilet training pada anak dilakukan oleh caregiver terutama orang tua di rumah, namun fenomena saat ini banyak orang tua bekerja sehingga anak dititipkan di daycare. Maka, pada kondisi anak di daycare, inisiasi toilet training pada anak toddler dilakukan baik oleh ibu yang menitipkan anaknya di daycare maupun oleh pengasuh di daycare. Keberhasilan toilet training dipengaruhi oleh self-efficacy pada caregiver yang dapat ditingkatkan melalui pendidikan kesehatan tentang toilet training pada anak toddler berdasarkan panduan yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan tentang toilet training pada anak toddler berdasarkan The American Academy of Pediatrics Guide terhadap self-efficacy pada caregiver di Puspa Daycare. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi experimental dengan one group pre-test and post-test. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling, didapatkan 33 partisipan. Instrumen self-efficacy diadaptasi dari General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES). Analisa data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara self-efficacy sebelum dan sesudah pemberian pendidikan kesehatan (p = 0,000). Simpulan pada penelitian ini adalah pendidikan kesehatan tentang toilet training pada anak toddler berdasarkan The American Academy of Pediatrics Guide berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan self-efficacy pada caregiver di Puspa Daycare. Abstract

Introduction: The impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic has disrupted various aspects, one of which is the education aspect which requires learning to be carried out remotely via video conference causing students to experience zoom tiredness. Besides that, as long as student study from the house via video conferencing, the potential happening decline in skills academic as a result competent students not achieved with good consequences from achievements motivation distracted students. Objective: The purpose of study he knew the connection Among Fatigue Zoom Levels with Achievement Motivation in student Faculty Nursing Universitas Padjadjaran in online learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Method: Population study student active S1 Faculty of Nursing Universitas Padjadjaran. Type study quantitative with design descriptive correlation. Sampling technique will use disproportionate stratified random sampling (n=271). The Instrument of study Zoom Exhaustion & Fatigue Scales for measure zoom tired and achievements motivation Scales for measure achievements motivation. Results: The results of data analysis were obtained sig. 0.000 < 0.05 with score correlation coefficient worth positive 0.289 which means strength relationship enough. Motivation owns a great influence on achieving learning. Although in implementation needed management good activity for avoiding possibility happening zoom tired. Conclusion: There is an adequate and positive relationship between zoom fatigue levels with achievement motivation in student Faculty of Nursing Universitas Padjadjaran during online learning in the pandemic period Covid-19.

Abstract

Background: Persistence is a key factor in determining the academic success of nursing students. The impact of persistence on students is improved academic performance, development of study skills, professional readiness, mental well-being, and engagement in academic and extracurricular activities. Nursing students' perceptions and practices of persistence are important to understand in the context of higher education. Objectives: This study aims to describe the level of persistence in Padjadjaran University Nursing students. Methods: The research method used is quantitative using the Self-Regulated Online Learning Questionnaire (SOL-Q) which consists of 5 items. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The number of samples was 100 padjadjaran university nursing students. Results: The results showed that more than half of nursing students at Padjadjaran University had low persistence, which could affect their academic performance. This can be seen from 59 respondents or as many as 59% of students showed low persistence. This findings highlights the importance of developing learning strategies that can improve the persistence of nursing students. Conclusion: In the context of nursing education, there is a need for greater efforts to improve student persistence, especially in developing their persistence, in order to improve the quality of education and their readiness for future nursing practice.

Abstract

Aim: This study aims to determine the description of resilience in students at Bandung High School. Method: This study used a descriptive design with purposive sampling technique, involving 100 respondents consisting of students from grades X to XII aged 12 to 19 years. Data were collected using the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), which consists of 25 statements with a score range of 0-100. The results of the validity and reliability tests showed that the instruments used were valid and reliable. Results: The results showed that 30% of respondents had a high level of resilience (30 students), 42% were at a moderate level of resilience (42 students), and 28% had low resilience (28 students). The average resilience score was 60.94, with a score range between 35 and 100. These findings indicate the need for special attention to students with low resilience, who are at risk for psychological problems such as anxiety and depression. Social support, coping skills, and specially designed intervention programs can help improve resilience among students. Conclusion: This study underscores the importance of understanding high school students’ resilience levels to support their mental and academic well-being. More effective support programs for students with low resilience are needed, as well as further research to explore factors that influence resilience.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Stunting merupakan keadaan umum dari bentuk kekurangan gizi (PE/mikronutrien), yang mempengaruhi bayi sebelum lahir dan awal setelah lahir, terkait dengan ukuran ibu, gizi selama ibu hamil, dan pertumbuhan janin. Selain itu, stunting yang dialami balita juga merupakan salah satu tanda gizi kronis yang dapat memberikan gambaran gangguan keadaan sosial ekonomi secara keseluruhan di masa lampau dan dampak yang sulit diperbaiki pada 2 tahun awal kehidupan. Meningkatkan pemahaman dalam upaya pembiasaan PHBS dan kebersihan gigi yang benar sebagai pencegahan stunting. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penyuluhan dan sosialisasi dengan tahapan demonstrasi, lagu dan permainan, media edukasi, dan tanya jawab serta diskusi. Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan pada siswa dan orang tua yang dilihat dari peningkatan nilai dari pre-test dan post-test. Data menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan peserta, seperti orang tua dan siswa PAUD mengenai topik tersebut sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti penyuluhan mengalami peningkatan. Dengan meningkatnya pengetahuan para peserta, terutama orang tua yang menjadi agen perubahan, diharapkan dapat menurunkan angka stunting di desa tersebut. Kata Kunci: Perawatan Gigi, PHBS, Stunting  ABSTRACT Stunting is a common condition of malnutrition (PE/micronutrients) that affects infants before and shortly after birth, related to the mother's size, nutrition during pregnancy, and fetal growth. In addition, stunting experienced by toddlers is also a sign of chronic malnutrition that can reflect the overall socioeconomic disturbances of the past and the difficult-to-repair impacts during the first two years of life. To enhance understanding in the efforts of habituating PHBS (Clean and Healthy Behavior) and proper dental hygiene as a prevention of stunting. This study uses a method of outreach and socialization with stages of demonstration, songs and games, educational media, as well as question and answer sessions and discussions. There is an increase in knowledge among students and parents, as evidenced by the improvement in scores from the pre-test to the post-test. The data shows that the knowledge of participants, such as parents and early childhood education students, regarding the topic increased before and after attending the counseling session. With the increasing knowledge of the participants, especially the parents who become agents of change, it is hoped that the stunting rate in the village can be reduced. Keywords: Dental Care, Healthy Lifestyle Behavior, Stunting
